The hotel is sort of average, but the staff makes up for it. We were there for my father-in-laws end of life. They couldn't be more accommodating. Breakfast was "ok", but there were plenty of options for everyone to find something they liked. Rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. There are restaurants close by. It's easy access to town. We've stayed there several times now. It's our go to place when we're in town.

The room was fine, experience at the hotel was average. Breakfast nothing special. However it is very annoying how many emails, web pages and communications you get to join their rewards program. They automatically sign you up for their email communication without an ability to unsubscribe or opt out. Then come to find out on their webpage in their privacy statement, by staying with any IHG property you give them the right to sell your information for marketing purposes. So they are actively selling your information. This is not good. IHG should stop this at all their properties.

Great service. We were caught out in the rain on a motorcycle. They got us in quickly to a really nice room, clean, large, comfy and very reasonable.

$150 and $200 Charged your card for incidentals your card is put on hold until after you check out and it’s over a week before you get it put back on if you’re lucky complete idiots.

Clean and quiet. Good coffee and hot breakfast.

Excellent service. The Hotel was nice. The night staff was helpful when we called ahead and offered a military discount when we stated my husband was a disabled veteran and we were traveling for sons bootcamp graduation. Hotel amenities were superb and the breakfast was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Clean, comfortable, well maintained hotel located close to the Lebanon Business Park. Good breakfast with a mix of hot and cold items. Gotta have the cinnamon rolls.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. My group and I had a easy check in. Very comfortable arrangements.

Suites were spacious and very clean. The hotel looks to have been built or remodeled in the past few years. Has the "typical" modern feel as most new hotels. The pool area and hot tub were very clean and both the water and air were kept at a comfortable temperature. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here several times and all rooms are clean. Beds are very comfortable. A couple restaurants about a block away.

Had to take an emergency trip to Indiana about a year ago. After a month of being there my husband was able to come in for a weekend. We stayed here. The room was above and beyond what I expected for the area. Very clean. The staff was amazing. Breakfast is above what most hotels offer. I don't normally leave a thank you note and a tip for house keeping. But I did here. It was very nice to relax for two days in a clean comfortable bed instead of standing by a hospital bed. Thank you Management and staff for everything. From providing a clean safe place to making me smile when I was in tears! You all made my world a little brighter!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and loved the room layout especially the coffee station in the room with a sink.

Staff was very courteous and helpful with dinner recommendations. Room was clean and spacious. It could use a little updating but still a nice place.

Our stay was unexpected & we had to make a reservation at the last minute. We called & was able to book a room for the night. We arrived the person at the desk was very helpful & friendly. Parking was free, well lit, with plenty of space. Room was very nice, clean & comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very delicious with lots of variety, something for everyone. Checkout was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Usually we stay in Hampton Inn. This was a last minute weekend trip, so there weren't many hotels that had rooms available. I read the reviews of this hotel and the reviews didn't seem bad. However, this place was not worth the price. I don't expect anything fancy, but I do expect it to be clean. Nothing was dirty to the point of not staying, but there were things that bothered me. First the smell was bad. There was cigarette smell even though it's supposed to be all non-smoking. The guests must be smoking right outside and it's lingering in the halls. There was also the smell of weed. For the price we paid I don't want to have to smell either of those things. Second there was a beer bottle half full sitting on the ground for hours in the hallway. Someone can step on it or trip on it. Lesson learned to plan for trips at least a few weeks in advanced. The positive was that the staff was friendly. That's one reason why I booked in the first place because the girl was nice on the phone.

Standard Holiday Inn Express. Everything was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was on the slow side, but the breakfast was above average, so overall we had a good experience.

FYI they charge your card number of rooms booked plus 15% when you CHECK IN. They did this to us even though we paid CASH for one of our nights. They credit you but can take up to 7 days? So in end we forked out over $500 for 2 nights at this hotel that was $129 a night and now have to wait for 7 days for a credit. Horrible policy will not stay here or reccommend this place. Never ever heard of this policy.

We enjoyed the hotel. The beds were comfortable, the room was comfortable, everything was very clea.

So far so good. I just booked a room for my wife and son who are on the road headed to Chicago. Normally we stay at Courtyards because we get friends/family rates, and we can trust their being clean. Lindsey answered, gave me the AAA rate (we are members) and they are on their way there. I will update you after their stay.

Best sleep at a hotel ever. I usually like hotels but the mattresses are always uncomfortable. This hotel had beds so comfortable I fell asleep instantly. I stayed here twice in two different rooms and both were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection and wonderful staff. I would definitely stay here again and probably will.

Not a military friendly hotel. In the 18 years of using hotels while in the military this is the first that will not give discount without having orders. Will never try to stay or recommend this hotel.

Stay was a Pleasant Surprise‎! This hotel is a Good Clean Hotel, with friendly staff, and a good hot or cold breakfast. Prices were very reasonable. I would recommend and comeback again and again should I have a conference in that area of Indiana again. My Thanks to the staff.
