Rooms are very dirty and rooms stink. Give you non smoking rooms that smell like smoke. Plus 100 bucks for a deposit incase you smoke in your room. Haha it was non smoking and stunk of smoke. Prise to HI and was not worth it.

Place seemed over priced for how unclean and unkeept the rooms were. Kind of like the "hour rates" motel. Dirty walls, lack of towels, and everything seemed dated and dingy. What I will say is staff (over night guy) was beyond helpful and curtious I greatly appriciated him.

There are plenty of reasons not to like this place, from the nonexistent breakfast, to the dirty rooms, to the 30 minute checkin. Save yourself some headache… it's worth driving in from the next town over if everything else in town is booked.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. Also, the price was reasonable. I would probably stay here again if I am in kokomo.

I wouldn't let a cockroach stay at this place. Called about 2 hours before getting to hotel to hold the room. Conformation email from booking states your card will not be charged until you arrive to check in. When we arrived card had already been ran! First room they tried to put us in had no electricity, was dirty, and had nasty smell to it. They were going to move us to another room and that room smelled worse than the first room, no fitted sheets on bed, and worms in the toilet. Went to get money back and front staff was rude as can be, he called owner and she was even more rude. Could hear her screaming at the guy on phone and refused to give our money back. Another group that was with us has nasty dirty beds with bed bugs, key card reader to room wouldn't work and staff accused them of not having correct key cards. Was also told if you just hit the wall it makes the electric work. Could only go in front door cause none of the outside card readers worked, swimming pool was out of order, everything for breakfast was out of order. Thus whole entire place is out of order!

I booked this "hotel" for my Daughter and son in law. I have just had the most horrendous report from them. They only stayed one night. Bathroom was mouldy wall falling down. No hot water. Room unclean. I got a rate of $225usd for four nights. When they got there they were first told no booking. Then told it would cost them $250usd. Staff were very rude and when their son came to visit they kept calling the room demanding to know when he was leaving. When they spoke to the owner she was even ruder. DON'T STAY HERE! And to make it worse they have charged my credit card with the $225.00USD when mu family paid them for the 1 nights accomodation in cash. They checked out after 1 night because of the state of the room and for that matter the hotel. Pool and "gym" closed.

Not worth it. You have to pay extra to check into a dirty room with nasty bedding before 3pm. The room hadn't been clean since it was built. Beer cans everywhere outside. When I asked for nee bedding she almost told me to get lost. I'm typing this as I wait for the new bedding. Probably not staying here.

I travel quite regularly and have NEVER been treated so poorly by a hotel staff. I should have read the reviews… no wonder there were no people in a relatively big place… I am originally from Kokomo and came back to visit my ailing mother. The cable was out, the Wi-Fi was out and there was no hot water. I told the front desk, and they said that the cable was going to be fixed and it took a long time to get hot water… I took a shower in cold water … After the first night the water never got hot and the cable and Wi-Fi never came on, so I decided that it was time to move on. The real problem is that they charged me for TWO nights. After I returned home, I talked with the manager, KELLY PATEL, and she was not only extremely rude, she hung up on me… she told me that the sign clearly said, "no refunds"… Who knew that I should NOT have paid for two nights in advance? Since I come back to Kokomo relatively often, I have stayed in several other hotels in the area… anyone of them would be better than the Garden Inn and Suites. But the fact Garden Inn people were exceptionally rude AND charged me for the second night (even though I I checked out before 9:00 in the morning) is not only poor business, it is probably illegal… we shall see!

Filthy discusting. Rude. I went to room o no it was nasty was there 10 min max. They REFUSED my refund and was really rude. Would I ever go back. Not a chance.

A friend wanted to soak in a hot tub so we went to the Garden Inn and was TOLD there was a 4 person Hot Tub room for $150.00 (tax included) We didn't look at the room before we paid for it, and thats a $150 lesson learned. The Hot Tub in the room was a 2 person hot tub at best. The lock on the door was broken, so you couldnt even keep someone out of the room. There was Hair and a Bug in the sink, we inspected the sheets and found little black dots on the edges. Having had to deal with bed bugs before, this looks like what is left behind by them. There was missing trim around the bathroom and it was just unacceptable. We just left and wasnt there more than 20 minutes. She didn't even ask for her $ back as we just wanted out of there. I wish I could rate this place with less than 1 star. I did video the room with my phone.
