The people that work at this hotel are SO nice, like Chik-fil-a level nice, which really makes it harder to be frustrated with the filth and disrepair. The hotel needs regular maintenance. The shower bar and shower head in our room were both loose, as was the pool ladder. The hot tub timer turned on, but never turned off. The doors in the room don't shut properly. It's as if they've swelled beyond the frame and need an extra hard shove to push closed. The magnetic catch bar in the closet in our room was held on with tape. The ice bucket lid was also held together with tape.
The filth in public areas was frustrating. The pool bathroom was not clean when we got there Monday and the same dirty swim diaper and paper towel on the floor were there Tuesday evening. The public bathrooms off the lobby were dirty as well, with a roll of paper towel sitting on the counter for three days instead of being put into the dispenser. The pool wasn't horrible the first night, but the second night we stayed the chlorine level was so high it made our eyes burn.
That said, the breakfast was decent. The breakfast attendants were both kind and helpful.
They were not stingy at all with towels, which is nice. They did replace the ice bucket lid and came up to remove a sandwich that had been left behind the entertainment cabinet by a previous occupant (I wasn't upset with that, I found it by chance. It was well hidden)
They could have a much nicer business.

Very clean and the staff are helpful and nice.

We used Park and Sleep to leave our car and use their shuttle service. While the hotel and staff were fine, our car was vandalized (the catalytic converter was cut out) while left there. When we reported the issue to the front desk we were told to call the sheriff. They did offer shuttle service so we could get a rental as we live several hours away. We will not stay here again.

When I arrived at check in yesterday, we found out my reservations were made at a different location. I went through a 3rd party (which I won’t do again) to do so and I had absolutely no way of contacting all these parents with such short notice to change hotels. Carley was at the front desk and extremely helpful and found us two rooms to suit our needs for my daughters birthday party. I’m very thankful that was able to accommodate us and we didn’t have to switch hotels. Carley was professional and extremely helpful during this situation. There was another lady that came out to the front to help but I did not catch her name. She was extremely helpful as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and we appreciate how accommodating everyone was! Thanks again!

Very nice staff and very quiet if I’m having problems with the truck That’s exactly where I will stay while I’m trying to fix the issues.

Arrived late at night, air conditioning was not working. Was given room keys. Went to room on 3rd floor, door wouldn’t open. Went to front desk. Got another key, went back to room, door still wouldn’t open. Called front desk, lady from desk arrives with her own key. Door still wouldnt open. Lady went and got maintenance, door still wouldn’t open. 30 minutes later, as lady from the front desk was trying aggressively to get the door to open with the key, the door opened from the inside. Desk lady had assigned this same room number to a flight attendant right before our arrival and forgot. Which is why the door wouldnt open. Walked back downstairs and lady assigned us a new room. Desk lady asked if we wanted a wake up call, yes we did, never received this wake up call. Used the shuttle to go to airport at 3am, leaving our car parked at the hotel. There is now a young boy working at the desk. Desk boy but sign on desk saying be right back, shuttle run. Boy drove us to airport leaving the hotel desk unattended. So anyone could have came in off the streets and been lurking in this hotel at night as no one was monitoring the front desk. Our flight returned to Indianapolis 6 days later at 11pm. We called the hotel for the shuttle (as we were told to do when dropped off at the airport by the hotel staff) were then told over phone by hotel staff, shuttle doesn’t run on weekends. And hotel staff should have informed us of this when the dropped us off at airport.

Theft! We had items stolen by housekeeping staff. Issue was discussed with manager on duty but there has been no follow up or resolution. According to other staff, this is not uncommon at this hotel. Beware! For the price, rooms need safes.

We used Park Sleep Fly and they didn't pick us up at the airport. Didn't even have anyone available to pick us up. We had to find our own way back and get reimbursed for it. Wasted several hours of our day!

We loved our stay here. Everyone was so nice and it was very clean and quiet.

Room had dried pee on the toilet and hairs in the sheets and we just got here. The pool area is not clean and either was the guest bathroom in the lobby. Not impressed and would not stay here again.

I would give this place a million stars! Gary and Lucrecia in particular are amazing. They helped us get a reasonable rate during a very last minute change of plans. My boyfriend and I feel safe, comfortable, welcomed, and like part of the family here. Anyone coming to the area that wants a reasonable price and high quality rooms and services should definitely stay here! I cannot thank everyone here enough for how much they have helped us out and how amazing they have been! Oh and great breakfast!

The location was easy off and on to the highway. Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I did not care for the water in the shower. Water softener was used to excess. Felt as if I wasn't getting clean.

The staff was friendly and even called the room after I had settled in just to see if I needed anything. The location is very easy to find near the highway exit. The only reason I give a 4 star and not 5 star is the price. It's a little high. The company I met for meetings was paying for the second night at a hotel downtown. That hotel was a higher star rated chain and the room to my surprise was $30 less.

I have been staying with the Radisson brand for a couple of years now. This is my favorite Country Inn and Suites location to date I checked in to this location for a short 2 night stay to visit friends. I was greeted by friendly staff, who were fast and efficient. Kristen in particular was the person who helped me and I would like to note that she even called my room after I settled in to make sure things were to my liking. A first for my many stays across multiple locations. My room was upgrade to an Executive Suite due to my Platinum Rewards status, also a first across my many stays. The room was clean adequately and beautifully furnished. The bed and pillows were great, and the over all cleanliness of the room was unquestionable. The facilities pool, jacuzzi, gym, and business area were all clean and we'll maintained. I was also left a gift bag with a letter in my room for my arrival. This location is the first I have stayed with that upholds this little promise to Platinum Rewards members. I can't sing their praises enough, a great location, and a beacon for the brand.

If you stay here ask for an even numbered room. Ours was odd and right by the highway where we heard traffic all night. On the plus side, staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool during "adult hours" after 10pm and it was a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Also liked the outdoor patio and chairs. Made for a nice retreat on a lovely evening. Would definitely stay here again!

They recently remodeled and it looks great. We primarily stay at Country Inn and this was one of the best. The pool is in great shape, and the breakfast is really good. The workers were helpful and prepared. Everything went smoothly. Great job!

Took my daughter and her two friends for an overnight swim for her birthday. Pool hours are posted 6am to midnight. We took the girls down at 11:08pm. A staff member let us in bc the card was giving us issues. After a rude guest got out and dramatically complained, another worker came and tried to make just the girls leave without telling the two adults who were present in the room. They claimed no one over 18 after 11pm. Apparently this is in a card when u check in, but not notated anywhere in the pool area. So we get the girls out and start drying off, cleaning up to leave. Within 5 mins, the same worker came to check 3 different times and make sure we were leaving. She then came and said we didn't break any rules, they had a guest throwing a fit which was why we had to leave. Customer service here sucks! Room and hotel were very nice, management needs upgraded.

I really enjoyed my one night stay here. For being so close to the airport, it was super quiet. I never heard a plane the whole time. A few of the features I wasn't expecting were: a microwave in the room, mobility lifts for the pool and hot tub, and a good quality hair dryer. The only downside was that the hotel is not within walking distance to many amenities.

Came down as a 11U baseball team for the weekend. Beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows. Very accommodating for the use of the pool and the chairs out front give it a homey feel to sit out as team parents instead of congregating in a room. Maid only made 1 of the 2 beds which was odd to me and air conditioners were turned off while we were at tourney so it took awhile to cool off but definitely will be back. Breakfast is also very good!

Nice people. The guy manager forgot to call me on my wake up call. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay.

For being so close to the airport, I was expecting a rough night. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of plane noise. We stayed in a suite, which was more than spacious enough for a family of 4. The TV was a bit small and dated, but the kids didn't mind. The pool was a tad cold, but well cared for. I didn't spend much time in the hot tub, but it was very warm (too much so for kids). Breakfast was plentiful with any of your typical breakfast items, pretty much all you can eat, and kept well stocked for all of the guests. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location, right off 465 and close to gas station and food places. Pool is super small and so full of chlorine just being in the same room as the pool almost burns your eyes. Nice sitting area outside. Had what they called a "suite" with a king bed and little sitting area… really it was just a slightly bigger room that probably once had two beds without the couch sitting area that they just call a suite because it has the couch. It was okay, but was not worth the $128/night that I paid. I have no serious complaints about this place aside from the price.

After checking in, the fridge was broken and the shower knob didn't turn right. We just notified them about the fridge as the shower head wasnt a problem and they moved us to a jacuzzi suite, much nicer than our previous room for free for the rest of our stay. Super clean and friendly place. The price was reasonable as well. Will be staying here again if we come back to Indy.

We only stayed so we could catch an early flight. We had a nice, clean room and the staff was very friendly. I loved the to-go bags that were available before breakfast hours. The only problem I had was that it took over an hour for someone to bring a rollaway bed and extra pillows.

We stay here EVERY year for the Indianapolis Supercross at the Lucas Oil Stadium. Never even consider anywhere else. This last visit was good, but for some reason the water pressure was very low in our shower and the water was warm at best. The bedspread was stained, which is kind of creepy. We just happened to be there when Indianapolis got pounded with a freak snow storm 3/24/18 and NOTHING was plowed. The parking lot was a disaster and we had to park very far away from the entrance. We were in room 233.

Other than a dirty comforter, our stay was great. Very nice stuff, otherwise clean rooms, and the pool was great for our kids. They have a workout room, an indoor pool and hot tub, and an office area. They also have a nice hot breakfast in the mornings and to go breakfasts too. During all hours they have cookies and coffee available in the lobby. This was def a great stay and will choose them again if we need to go to Indianapolis.

There were a couple things that I wasn't happy with. The comforter on one of the beds was dirty, but they switched it our for me right away. Also, the bathroom shower was not solidly connected to the wall and moved when you turned on the shower. You could also visibly see cracks in the wall in the shower. Not too bad, so now on to the good stuff! We stayed Thursday through Monday with my 5 kids. We got a two queen room with a sofa sleeper. The room was big enough for everyone to be comfortable. The room was pretty quiet, even on the weekend. The Indoor pool was amazing for kids and goes from 3 to 4 to 5 feet deep. There is also a hot tub. Perfect for a family with kids. The pool does get pretty busy on the weekends though, as there were a few birthday parties, but it still ended up being really fun. The workout room is pretty small but has everything you might want. They also have a business room if you need computer access. The also serve breakfast every morning which was great. Breakfast usually consisted of eggs, sausage, waffles or a bread of choice, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, and they have various different juices, milks and coffees to choose from. Breakfast was great. The also have papers in the lobby every morning, to go bags if you can't stay for breakfast, free fruit, and cookies on the counter, and coffee for whenever you want it. This really was a good stay, and I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the dirty comforter.

Very clean, great breakfast and the location is perfect right off the highway. Bed was super comfy and the amenities were great. Quiet, even somewhat scenic! 15 mins to downtown and so many useful stores super close. Room was very nice. Not super big, but nice.

Excellent service offered by front desk and breakfast staff. We especially appreciated the shuttle drivers kindness.

They were Great! The front desk staff helped me print out my boarding pass, the shuttle driver went above and beyond by coming back after I left a bag on the shuttle. Great hotel! Bed was great and will stay again when I am in town.

Caring staff. After a long drive on Christmas day we arrived and were cheerfully greeted. Clean, comfortable, adjoining rooms. Well maintained pool and hot tub. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Our new favorite. Will stay again.

Had a horrible experience being picked up from the airport. We waited more than 45 minutes after our call for a ride. Hotel is less than 7 miles from airport. Meanwhile other hotel shuttles came twice while we waited. We were told they would be there within minutes. When we called and talked to the manager, he said he would look into what happened and get back to us. He didn't, we had to call him. Then he tell us that the driver had "other" stops he had to make first. This was a lie as the desk clerk told us he informed the driver of a pickup at the airport and he left immediately. Never go here if you have other options. I wouldn't be saying that if the manager had actually handled the situation better, but lying to a paying guest is wrong. We didn't yell, scream or demand our money back. We just wanted answers and got lies instead. Badly run business!

I was participating in the Monumental Marathon. The manager had breakfast to go packages for the runners. Nice touch!

Clean and newly remodeled with great staff. Nice beds, big tvs, mini fridge and microwaves. Plenty of room for my family of five.

It was clean and comfortable the only issue I have is we were locked out of our room for almost 2 hours. They couldn't get our door open which made me late for the event I had driven up 8 hours to go to, Because when they finally got the door open I not only had to get ready but switch rooms since the door lock didnt work by the time we got switched and ready for the event we had missed half of the event. The worst part is they didn't seem to care and the manager has yet to call us back or even talk to us about it. After ruining our trip basically the are acting like it's not their problem.

This is my second visit to the property in 2017. The outside has been updated since my last visit. Rooms are still the 'old look. ' The staff was just 'OK' … As they weren't very welcoming. My room was clean, so I don't have much to complain about. They upgraded me to a suite because I'm a repeat customer, which is nice.

Bad experience overall. The hotel itself is nice — the night we stayed in July they failed to do laundry during the day and failed to clean. Meaning we had to ask for linens for the pull-out sofa bed, only they didn't have any blankets. None. We used a towel to keep help our daughter be a little comfortable overnight. They had no pool towels. They had no extra towels. There was popcorn kernels on the floor when we got to the room, and a used Kleenex in the window sill. We reported all of the above problems. We were offered no solutions, and no discounts or other incentives. I filled out an online survey after our stay and sent a separate email to the hotel manager. I got a form letter back.

We used this hotel for a reverse stay and ride to the airport for our vacation. The first part, parking and the ride to the airport, was fine. The second part, the ride back from the airport after our vacation, was also fine. It was the third part, the actual stay at the hotel, that wasn't great. The hotel claims to be under renovation, but we saw no signs of construction. We stayed on the 4th floor. The whole floor, our room included, smelled funny. The room was cleanish. The bathroom wasn't great, and it looks like it needs the renovations they claim to be undergoing. Additionally, the hotel overlooks a busy highway, so we heard traffic all night. Overall, while the reverse park and stay was nice, we didn't care for the actual hotel stay.

I stayed here nearly three weeks with my elderly terminally ill mother when a house fire forced her out of her home which had been in the family since she was a child. Allstate could not have chosen a better place for us. The staff went out of there way to ensure her comfort. I give them a 5 star rating in everything! Great food, service and super friendly! Thank you for making her last months so happy during such a difficult time. She truly enjoyed her stay with you all!

Couldn't check in immediately because the key system wasn't functioning properly… Ultimately the front desk clerk had to go with me to the room to open it for me. If I wanted to leave I just had to "leave the door unlocked. " Upon entering the room I found two free bottles of water, one which had been opened and slightly drank out of. The floors were the most disgusting floors I've ever seen, especially in the bathroom (see pictures). Stained bed sheets, cigarette holes in the curtains, and gosh knows what else I couldn't see. Absolutely disgusting. Will never stay at not only this one, but any of these awful hotels ever again. Stay away.

Stayed here back in February for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved it! Everything was clean, always fresh cookies, and the staff was amazing. But do to the great experience, we decided to return with our friends this past weekend. And the experience was half of that at best. The staff wasn't even comparable, the breakfast buffet was broken down early both Saturday and Sunday as well as being completely bare by 10:00. I definitely won't be raving about Country Inn like I did last time. It was sad that in just a few months the whole staff was so much different. Also the cookies… come on guys. That's the best part is fresh cookies, not once did I get any. Hopefully you can train or restaff. Miss the middle aged lady that worked night the last visit in February she was friendly and very enjoyable. Last visit was 5 stars hands down. And with the two stars for this visit I feel that I'm being generous.

Location was good, but not a lot of nearby dining choices if you are looking for more than just fast food. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I had a single real complaint, it would be the 40 minute wait for a shuttle pickup at the airport.

Really nice to stay over all, even under the renovation they were doing never had any problems or 1 bad thing to say about this place. Really nice staff and great place all around. Will be staying here again on our next trip up this spring.

The hotel staff has been so helpful with our last minute event. We couldn't be more pleased.

Great staff. Clean rooms, a little worn, but clean. Breakfast was OK. Seems like a well light, safe area. The gas station down the road said the gas station gets robbed twice a week so I'd suggest not leaving anything in your parked car.

Great place! Newly renovated, great pool, one of the best hotels tubs we've been in! Room was very clean & spacious. It was great to be greeted with fresh coffee, delicious cookies, and fresh fruit. The free breakfast was amazing! Even though there was a bus full of people eating & ready to leave, there was plenty of breakfast food there! Biscuits, gravy, chicken strips, waffles, fruit, boiled eggs, hot oatmeal, cold cereal, muffins, bagels and plenty of juices, milk & coffee. The staff was very friendly and professional! Highly recommended this place!

Beautiful room friendly n helpful staff.

The room was clean, very quiet & comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate. The staff made you feel welcome. This airport location is one I would be pleased to return to again.

Very Nice people, but the room was very dusty an smells very bad I stayed an suite for 6 people only 3 towels, my son slept an sofa bed so the next day when he woke up he had bits on his leg which was bed beg bits.

A/C unit cools for 10 minutes then switches to heat raising the temperature to 20 degrees hotter than the summer air outside. Room phone does not work. No answer from front desk when I called from my cell at first but when I called later she put me on hold. Eventually a maintenance guy came up and he was actually pretty good, hence 2 stars instead of 1.

They only get a 2 because we booked last min and we were able to stay and the bed was clean (not to mention it and the bathroom was the only thing clean). Other than that everything was completely messed up; the night check in lady had no idea how to do (we were told we were getting a king with jacuzzi for $139 because it was the last room available, but we got a 2 queen (small full) and no jacuzzi for the same price), I went to say something and the night manager was trying explain how the charges will be different on the card. Where as the morning person said nothing is charged till check out. Also apparently people get a goodie bag when checking in,, yea we didn't. none of the lamps worked. Stains were every where on the room, floor, and furniture. the ice maker was out of ice so I had to go to a different floor. The ice makers also has water stains/buildup all over them. let's not forget the path to the hotel was scary as crap because the street is hidden with no sign, the street lights were out so it felt abandoned. it's like we got the 'left over room'. The check in lady said she cleaned our room herself which is questionable as to why and what is really going on. Oh! and when we got there we waited a fewer mins and I new I would wait longer so I called and to tell her we were there to check in. definitely not a place to take a 2.5yo and a 7mo while passing through.

Safe hotel and great for the price.

My husband and I went the first week of June 2014 everyone was so nice and treated us like family. It was so clean and I am picky. I have been in a lot of hotels before. But country inn is my all time favorite. We had a great week end. Thanks again! The Hobson's I give this hotel 5 stars.

Just renovated but I can vouch for the poor customer service reviews earlier. I can see why after having a "run in" with their general manager, Mr. Aslam. He has a very elitist and "take it or leave it" attitude. There is no mistake that his personality is not compatible with management or customer service and this approach almost certainly filters down to the employees.

Cable TV went out, called front desk, they indicated they would investigate. I am still waiting 2 hrs later. Poor customer service.

When I have to stay in a hotel I usually look up country inn and suites even if I go to a other state. I stayed at this one a few times my last visit I was there was awful I think its under new management the rooms were clean but the pool water was like salt water I had to get my kids out the pool and I called the 1-800 number cus I was told there wasnt a manager on duty at the front desk so I let the kids get in the hot tub it was okay then after I filled a complaint a worker came down and tested the water and I told him I was the one that called and he said the reading was very low and added chlorine to the pull he asked us to stay out for 30 mins cus he had to double it. It was like filling up a bath tub for days and letn the neighbor hood come take baths and then u getn in after that 'NASTY'! Then I stepped out to go smoke got locked out and the lady that was on night duty got rude with me when she had to let me in I was standing out there for a while.
