It was clean, cheap and had a bed. AC unit only works with a remote, the buttons on the machine themselves are broken. Front desk clerk was a but surly and wasn't very helpful with my questions. He made sure to remind me 3 times during our conversation that the room was non-smoking. If you are looking for a no-frills stay in town then this would work well for you.

Not exactly a place I'd recommend. Too many poltergeists as well as banshees in the walls. Room was fairly clean except for the altar was left bloody and dripping and they hadn't even removed the newborn lamb. When I approached the concierge about the mess they apologized and explained it would be taken care of in a few days. Did not offer an alternate room so I requested one. We did get another room for the night but I had to pay 10$ difference and the maids kept pet ferrets in the dresser drawers which wouldn't have been any problem except they had eaten nearly all of the copy of the Holy Bible that was kept in there and I would never have even rented a room if I'd known there was no Bible to use.

You definitely get what you pay for. For $45 a night, it's a decent deal.

Never went there, Google is bad at this location stuff. But you get 4 stars anyway.

Service was nice, and the room appeared clean. However the bathroom was rather small. Only about a mile from DePual University, which was nice, and would have been a nice walk if it hadn't rained.

Its clean and the owners are very nice people. The price is fair if not cheap. You will be within walking distance from anything you might need.

The Fluttering Duck is a great place to eat!

Super cheap doesn't have to mean low quality. The rooms were very clean, with new air conditioning and a flat screen TV. I was most surprised by the inclusion of a mini fridge and microwave, very unexpected for $50. Very friendly service as well.
