Friendly Staff, Very clean rooms, great breakfast!

The concierge was very helpful and friendly. The room was exactly what I asked for and more. The free breakfast was by far the best free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. This place is awesome!

Two nights room not made up, and left a message with Tim at the front desk for the manager to call and he never did! 1 ⭐️

We were in the area that seemed to serve the breakfast. It was a family gathering and the room was perfect, a bit warm, but overall a nice spacious room.

Staying at this hotel was not a pleasant experience. Our room always felt damp and humid, the carpets felt so gross that we never took off our shoes, and the drain in the bathtub didn't was partly clogged so we had to take showers in standing water. The only nice thing about our stay was the housekeeping staff who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed from them and then some.

My family and I stayed here twice in the last week. We stayed Father's Day weekend and also on June 22, 2018. The staff was very pleasant and accommodated my family with all our needs. We have 5 children with us and an infant and they went above and beyond the standard call of duty. We travel to Indiana at least once a year and have family there in Goshen. We will definitely be staying with them again. I can't say enough about the service and care we received during our stay. Thank you Holiday Inn Staff for all you did for our family.

Housekeeping was great! We stayed Memorial Weekend and forgot our bathing suits in the room. When I realized this 2 weeks later, they were able to locate all of the missing garments and we were able to pick them back up!

Better than most Holiday inn Express locations. Free breakfast was good.

Rooms are nice. Staff very helpful. Always accommodates any requests if possible.

I'm out of bed Holiday Inn Express. Overpriced because of lack of rooms in the area. Could use more Outlets for Chargers.

I think Holiday Inn used to be better but now they are a general hotel basic amenities and over priced. If you dont have much to choose from they are better than sleeping in your car.

The hotel was easy to find, the rooms were clean, and the pool didn't have so much chlorine that it burned the eyes. Overall it was an enjoyable trip!

My family of three stayed here overnight and the room was nice. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I gave only 3 stars because the elevator was broken, the stairwell door to the outside was "out of order", the pancake machine at breakfast was broken, and the Keurig machine was unexpectedly full of vinegar so that was interesting…

Nice rooms, breakfast food was just ok, they didn't refill items very quickly so selection was limited.

So, I am giving them an awfully nasty review. The room I got was $135. The price on the receipt was $153 But what they took out of my account was $180. Then not even an hour after leaving we get another $250 charge. So we went back to speak with someone about and they said we was smoking in room… now we never smoked in the room and just used that as an excuse to charge us way more money. It was shady business. We tried to contact their general manager but can't get any response.

First and foremost I’d like to say thank you to all the staff at the Holiday Inn at Lincoln way in Goshen In. I stayed there recently and not only was the room in great shape but the staff there were remarkable. I had got up in the morning and was stuck there as my ride to the job site had cancelled. The staff there then took it upon themselves to call a taxi for me but the taxis were not available. It was only then that the maintenance man came to the rescue and drove me in his own personal car to another town to help me get along with my day. I am so very grateful for everything that they did for me. I highly recommend this hotel as it’s not always the bed that makes the stay comfortable, it’s the people that surround u with there kindness and caring ways that will bring me back there every time. Great hotel/motel. Morning breakfast, served daily. No laundry service but does have laundry facilities. Solid staff. Decent price.

Well I was drunk when I got there so don't remember much that night. But the staff was very friendly and welcoming I'm the morning.

My wife woke up at 1 in the morning covered in bed bug bites at this hotel. We let the staff at the desk know and showed them the bites as well as one of the bugs we found. We were told to wait until a manager came in to talk to us. The manager came in and asked if we wanted another room and when we declined and wanted our money back, he told us his manager had to approve our refund before he could process it. The hotel manager, Carlin, refused to come in and talk to us, but told his employee he would contact us the next day. We left our phone numbers and emails and went home to wash everything we brought with us. We didn't hear from him for 3 days, so I called the hotel and was strung along for 2 months for our refund, which we still haven't received. I was told there had to be an investigation even though we had pictures and had literally shown them one of the bugs. The worst part is a week later when I had called for the 4th time, an employee told me they had already resold the room to someone else. Carlin was horrible to work with. He continually promised to get us our refund and never followed through. We gave him our phone numbers and emails multiple times and he never seemed to write them down. After telling us that he processed the refund he stated he sent us an email that we never received as a receipt. The refund was never processed with my card and Chase still has no record of this refund happening.

A lady from corporate was here and she was getting after an employee for not being in uniform (she was in all black). Normally I wouldn't say any thing but I heard how she was talking to this kind and nice employee. Sorry Diamond, you and the rest of the staff deserve better.

We booked a room and found out someone was in it. They wouldn't kick him out so we had to find another hotel. The people are really nice though but this should'nt have happened!

I booked a room by my ihg rewards points and they charged me 33.6 for deposit. However, the deposit never went back to my account. I called the manager and he said he does not know why the charge is there and he will refund it. After one month, the charge is still there and during that time, I tried to call him and leave voice message more than ten times and no replies!
This is the most horrible customer service I have ever got from IHG. What a joke! Stay away from this hotel.

Overall, okay. The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly. They have a continental breakfast which was pretty typical. However, there was hair in the bathtub. They also lost our friend's reservation, but the staff definitely made up for it with a nice room for them.

They pray. And treat people as good as it ever seen. Thank you so much. We loved or stay.

We came here on a Staycation and could not have found a better deal. Hotel staff is very friendly, informational and helpful. Very clean, price good and deco was appealing. Breakfast was great, loved the pancake machine it was handy & delicious. Will definitely stay here again soon.

Front desk clerk was very nice and welcoming. The hotel was clean and in good condition. The beds were very comfortable. Free breakfast was great, better than most other hotels we've stayed at. They had a pancake maker and warm cinnamon rolls along with about anything else you'd want for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

Located right on US33, this hotel was easy to find and close to several Goshen attractions, including a wonderful park right across the street. The rooms were quite clean and quiet. And, the staff was very polite and and accommodating. Nice breakfast and a modest pool were a plus.

Room space lovely, quiet cooling system, friendly staff. One thing that did come to my attention. Was kind of a musty odor on the first floor and even in the lobby. The room however had a much fresher smell.

We actually did like the hotel — the bed was one of the most comfortable that we have ever had in a hotel, especially one at this price point. HOWEVER, our first night was booked and paid for through Priceline, when we got to town we realized we needed to extend by 1 day. The hotel proceeded to CHARGE ME AGAIN for the 1st night and the additional night. Numerous phone calls and complaints to IHG corporate have resulted in ZERO resolution. The staff at the hotel was very friendly but some are untrained in dealing with check ins and check outs. The GM I was supposed to call (apparently only the GM can refund) was terminated and no replacement is in his place. I am out a little more than $104, not much but it's my money — not theirs. Maybe someone will see this and actually act on their mistake and return what is not theirs.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Andrea went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. While helping me she had to assist a line full of customers and several repeated phone calls. In addition to managing the front desk she cleaned a room (mine) when she could have easily sent me on my way. While cleaning she would come back to the desk to check and see if any customers were waiting and then back to the room to clean. She kept calm when most people would have been overwhelmed and probably thought "forget this, but the other f word. " I am sure she was overwhelmed but it never showed! I rarely write a review, but she needs one because provided SUPERIOR customer service. FYI, the hotel is great and the pictures are accurate.

I will be moving to a new hotel tomorrow. I drove her from Chicago airport to arrive to the entire hotel parking lot and grounds in complete darkness. I nearly passed it. You couldn't see the lobby from the street-the lights were on inside. But as a female alone @ 10:30 om it was weird for a hotel to be dark. Once inside, found out the pool will be closed all week. Arrived at my room to realize I have not been given the Wi-if password. I have called the front desk and operator no less than 10 times and No answer and I have walked to the front desk twice. I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express locations before and have never had a problem. Hopefully the issues will be fixed soon! I will say the girl at the front desk, when I checked in, was nice-just not empowered to give a small discount for the inconveniences.

We had a great stay, but wasn't happy that on a Saturday morning we were awaken by a 4:30 am milk truck delivering!

We attended an event for a baby shower. The room was clean and set up. The coffee was brewed and warm. The staff was friendly.

Our room was right above the pool. If you didn't close the bathrrom door it was very loud. Our Hallway was directly over the gym and smelled of B. O. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they had a good breakfast from 6 am till 10 am.

Spent a few hours in the conference room. Comfortable and adequate. The building itself is very nice.

Very happy to see a minifridge. Adequate power plugs, good TV reception. Quiet, clean. Staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I think could be improved is a walkway the other side of the carport. There's a small path, but immediately on the other side there's parking spaces. It would be easier to access the other lanes of parking if you don't have to squeeze through between cars.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was great. The Wi-Fi works intermittently. Great stay.

Clean room, obviously the housekeeping staff here works hard and is very skilled. Nice bathroom & shower. Did not use the pool but it seemed nice. Nice breakfast area. However, no one was ever at the front desk — when we arrived, or whenever we passed by. We found this odd, and it shows that customer service is not a high priority. The quality of food offered for breakfast was fair, and the coffee was watery — basically the same as the room coffee. The breakfast room lady works hard, but has limited goods to work with. Very poor wireless internet access — it took me over an hour to do a 10 minute task on my laptop. Not the quietest hotel room either — thin walls, lots of hallway noise. Overall a clean hotel with some nice room-related offerings, and probably one of the nicer hotels to stay at in Goshen. Just beware of the absent front desk staff, below par coffee, juice, breakfast food, and terrible wireless. Improve these things and this hotel could be great!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I booked a two night stay and was unable to cancel one of the nights. Further, after I had already paid for the two rooms ($273! ) the randomly charged me for an additional $114. I am still trying to get this cleared up. Do not stay here. The staff and manager are incompetent and difficult.
