Great spot. Great staff. Great stay.

I canceled my reservation within the time allowed and they still charged me a no show fee. I emailed the accounting department my proof of cancelation within the time period allow and have called over and over but they just blow me off and refuse to refund the $161. Do not book here. They will do their best to rip you off.

Close to many things Fort Wayne has to offer, dinning, entertainment, sports. Excellent staff, clean hotel.

The rooms were clean and lobby area looked pleasant. The room itself was noisy for two reasons — outside road noise (lots of traffic) and inconsiderate guests yelling, screaming, running the halls and slamming doors. It would have been appreciated if the hotel monitored the floors and not left this up to the guests. Very frustrating as this stop was meant to relax and refresh for the final leg of our trip.

I took my boys on a staycation and we had so much fun! They enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. The rooms and hotel were very clean. We had great service at the restaurant. The bartender was very attentive and friendly.

They are extremely courteous and helpful. We had a slight problem with our reservation and they went above and beyond to correct the problem. Will definitely stay there again.

Love this place so much around the hotel to do in staff is really awesome.

They were so friendly. They welcomed not just us but our 3year old cat and 10 month old 53lb puppy. They were amazing.

Nice clean hotel with well sized rooms and the expected amenities. Location is excellent for work and play, conveniently located to the convention center and ball field. Plenty of restaurants and bars to keep your evenings lively. Staff is efficient and courteous. Even the free Wi-Fi is above the norm. If you need toake a stop in Ft Wayne, don't hesitate to stay with the folks at the Hilton.

Was close to good food. Which is usually hard to find when your staying overnight. And the breakfast buffet was amazing. Was totally worth the entire night. All you can eat amazing bacon. Let me say it again all you can eat perfectly cooked bacon.

The Hilton Fort Wayne is a nice hotel. I stayed there twice and the amenities and rooms are exactly what you would expect. The guest rooms have comfortable beds and are clean. The lobby and elevators needs some updating but overall it's a very good hotel. It also has some of the more comfortable beds that I've slept in… But that's just me. I would recommend the Hilton Fort Wayne to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Stayed here in April 2018 and really enjoyed the visit. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and were able to check us in early since we had a wedding reception to go to. The room itself was spacious and clean with a nice view of downtown Fort Wayne. If we ever find ourselves in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here twice now for business. Pretty basic hotel but that is not a bad thing. Good place to lay your head and relax after a long day of work. The bar/restaurant downstairs is pretty decent, the breakfast buffet is great but just a bit pricey.

Very nice, standard Hilton. Recent addition of Starbucks is a nice touch. Breakfast buffet is very good, especially fresh omelette and the potatoes with sweet peppers.

Where do I begin? One night at a downtown hotel was mediocre at best. Upon registering, the gentleman was kind and efficient. That was the end of anyone being courteous. People running up and down the halls until 2am and the sound of trucks backing up with their beepers starting at 6:30am made it a very short night's sleep. As a woma with MS, this makes it for a difficult day 1/3 of the elevators in non working order makes for a extended waiting time. This had to be the smallest bathroom I have ever encountered in a 3 star hotel. It was clean so I was more than happy to trade size for hygiene. Check out is 12pm but housekeeping comes knocking on the door at 9am. The next time I go to the Fort for a much needed night away with my husband, Hilton at the Grand Wayne Center will not be seeing me unless they see me walking past on the sidewalk.

Clean and decent staff. But if it's not the noise from some construction drilling, it was the cleaning crew who kept knocking on doors and screaming housekeeping from 6am to 9:30. Couldn't sleep at all. Breakfast croissant was exceptionally hard for a croissant (seemed like it was from the morning before). Wasn't impressed for a Hilton hotel… nice location though, was easy to walk to different establishments downtown.

This is a nicely maintained older Hotel with a friendly staff. The room was comfortable and very nice. If Wi-Fi is important then they offer a free slow service with a daily fee for full. That's my only negative, that they do not have a free Wi-Fi amenity that's always in every motel on the highway.

Nice stay. Went for a dance competition. Easy access from hotel to convention center. Rooms were clean beds were comfy. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The general staff is very nice. They are exceptionally welcoming. However I've stayed here for work several times over the past 2 years and I've seen a decline in the generosity of the hotel. I believe it has switched ownership and the new owners nickel and dime you more and more as time goes on. This very sad to see.

Great location. Very convenient to stay at Hilton when attending conference held at convention center. Beds are not as comfortable as usual but not horrible. Slightly bare walls, luckily not many loud guests during my stay.

Great stay. Will chose this hotel again. Short walk to great taverns and restaurants. There is a full size Starbucks attached to the hotel with access from within. Gold and Platinum members get free appetizer and drink at the bar, and a very nice breakfast. Highly recommended.

This location surpassed my expectations. Get off on the third floor and you get this sweet smell of almond extract. It was amazing. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My biggest surprise was the turn down service at this property. I didn't know about it and was a little shocked when it happened but it was a nice lite surprise. I will definitely be back when im in the Fort Wayne Area! :) Thank you!

Went for a business event/overnight stay. Both were excellent. Convention Hall exceeded expectations. Hotel reception had renovations within past year for nicer/more inviting bar/restaurant. Rooms were solid work expected amenities.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times during my visits home, at the recommendation of friends who travel frequently home and give business to this establishment. During my last visit, I checked in late in the evening, so I went straight to sleep. Upon waking in the morning to shower, I noticed there were no bath towels in my room. I called the service desk, and informed the receptionist of the issue. She promptly apologized, and said she would send someone straight away. 45 minutes later, I'm drying off with the 3 hand towels that were present. When I went to the front desk, I was asked "how are you today? " I shared my complaint with the representative at the front desk, who responded "I will be sure to share your complaint with the house service manager". I've never stayed in a "premier" hotel and had that type of response over a complaint! I cancelled my intended stay time there and checked out. I do not recommend staying here. You cannot advertise being a premier hotel, and perform like a 2 star hotel. 1 star strictly for the accommodations I received post complaint.

Room was nice. The hotel was spacious and the staff friendly. The Skybridge between the parking and the hotel was freezing, so better insulation there would have helped. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

One of my favorite hotels I stay at. Great downtown location within walking distance of everything. Great rooms with comfy beds and friendly staff.

Visited the Grand Wayne Center for a company Christmas Party. Parking seemed over complicated in the garage next door. The venue was nice and well decorated. I love the giant windows.

Everything was great. Only small things I seen was a sprinkler wall cover thing was dangling out of place and the tub needed some chips in the porcelain repaired. Other than that, bed was super comfy, service was very helpful as like I said it was great.

The location was right in the middle of downtown Fort Wayne within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and a riverfront trail for running! The rooms were excellent, and the staff was very accommodating. I accidentally booked a 2 doubles room instead of a king and they quickly and happily found me a new room at no additional charge. Parking was validated across the street for only $8/day and you could take your car in and out as much as you need with no fee. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

They really take care of Hhonors Diamonds. The room is well appointed. The fresh remodel brought refrigerators to all the rooms, and the beds are much improved. Truly one of the best properties in the Hilton system.

The room was clean… staff when we checked in were super friendly… the shuttle driver offered us a ride to the comedy club and told us to just call the hotel when we needed a ride back… we called… then waited an hour and a half… and finally gave up and walked back to the hotel. The employee at the front desk just shrugged it off when we told him. He couldn't care less that we had to walk several blocks in the rain… didn't even apologise. When we finally got back to our room, we called room service… only to be put on hold for ten minutes… then it rang busy the next three times we tried… and finally got someone in the kitchen with an attitude to place our order. Waiting now to see if our food shows up on time or is even any good. Happy 15th anniversary to us…

Super comfortable beds and good pillows. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was also good. Didn't eat at the hotel but did go to a restaurant within walking distance that was excellent. The staff were friendly and happy to help. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne which means there is some noise in the room from the streets below. Our room was quite spacious and had a comfy bed. The hotel staff was pleasant to work with and we had no issues whatsoever. The only complaint is that there is very little street parking and if the spots are taken, you must park in their parking garage which is $20/day. That is a bit expensive for a small city.

It was a very casual atmosphere to grab drinks and catch up with family. Service was friendly and the few appetizers we ordered were well liked. Prices were as expected for the type of establishment. Table service wasn't plentiful so we did need to make several trips to the bar for drinks.

We stay there quite frequently. The staff goes above and beyond! My only complaint was that the chef needs to understand the difference between medium and well done when it comes to cooking steak. It was completely inedible.

The hotel was great. Large room and everyone working there was very nice. But, be aware. If you stay there July the 4th and want to get a good night's sleep, you may have a problem. I had to get up at 4:00 to catch an early flight and at 10:00 the fireworks started on top of the building next door. WOW, very loud. But, I should have expected it. My next stay will be much better.

Nice room, with lots of amenities — safe, fridge, microwave. Pool is warm but small, and it's open 5.30am to 11pm. No hot tub. Nice staff. Weird surcharges on room service. Great breakfast buffet. Convenient to Convention Center and Allen County Public Library. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat, especially now that I know that the no parking signs out front mean only no long-term parking. Hotel parking is across the street. Also a little weird, but okay.

I Absolutely Love This Location — As a Diamond Member I am here oft times once a week- It is Beautiful, Cozy, and Always Cleaned Spotless! The breakfast is quite Delicious- The shuttle drivers are AMAZING, Emily & the girls at the front desk are GREAT! The restaurant staff/ servers are professional, courteous and kind. They work really hard! Ann Marie always helps me choose the best lunch options-The girls in the coffee shop are super, super, super sweet — The General Manager is always in reach and is the epitome of excellence, as each time I return, there is a new component added to compliment the hotel. I can only say that it' is the Perfect Home Away From Home!

There was a convention yes I worked it the crab cakes were dry and the steak was still raw… but very busy! Return 2 work again today! Oh boy.

My regular hotel when traveling to Fort Wayne. Love the improved restaurant/bar, amazing breakfast buffet, and rock star staff throughout the facility.

Room was nice. Comfortable bed, good A/C (quiet), roomy shower. Restaurant was very bad. Overpriced breakfast (not included in hotel room price) with sub-par quality items. Some food was not edible and coffee was un-drinkable.

Probably the nicest Holton I have stayed at. The only issue I had with the hotel is the fact that even with the do not disturb sign up, the cleaning crew still comes in to the room. I was asleep at 10 am and the cleaning lady is standing over me asking me if I want new towels. I think it's amazing that they want to do there job… but you don't enter a room with a do not disturb sign…

Had a great time this past weekend at this hotel. This is our second year, returning for our annual basketball tournament there. Staff is friendly and helpful. The catwalk connecting to the parking garage is nice. The hotel was clean, room was spacious. The only downside was the hotel restaurant which had slow service and dirty plates. All in all I will return next year again for the tournament.

Room was clean, facilities were well maintained. They had signs up apologizing for the construction, but we only noticed anything in the lobby. The bed was OK, the pillows were a bit hard. Parking was $8 extra, as is common of downtown hotels. Location was great, walking distance to lots of fun nightlife.

Problems started soon after check in. Where to begin! My family booked a whole block of four rooms for check in and all of us checked in at the same time. The staff saw each of us, and we forgot the room number to my parents room. The staff said we couldn't have the number because of security reasons. We needed to find out some info fast for the wedding we were having the day after. The problem was not the security issues, but they gave the room number to one of my nephews when he asked. So what is the policy? The other issue is the Internet service. Every hotel gives you free internet that's high speed (every hotel I have ever stayed in) but this Hilton expects you to pay $9.95 per day for higher speed internet than the free basic throttled back internet they provide. Not really an issue, but rather annoying when there is no excuse for the price we paid for the rooms to receive low speed internet. The other issue is parking. It's stupid to pay for parking when no one monitors the gates. I went in and out many times and only once was I stopped by a gate attendant. It would be cheaper to pay for that night than for the Hilton to charge you automatically $8 dollars a night. Another issue that I had is the breakfast. $12.95 for breakfast! It was not even that good. I have stayed in many hotels and their free Continental Breakfast is on par with this Hiltons $12.95 breakfast. What next? The little coffee pot in my room was a nice feature had the creamers not been spoiled.

Even though they are doing construction at the moment, the hotel still looked and felt good. The service was excellent, and the room was amazing. I will definitely be coming back, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room was comfortable, the bed was awesome. The pool was rather small but clean, and the renovations weren't much inconvenience. Didn't like having to pay $8 for parking, and nowhere to pull up and unload was a pain since we got there late at night.

Room service is great. Very helpful and attentive. Overall staff is marvelous. Parking sucks, but that's what you get when you stay downtown.

Stay away during renovation! They started construction at 7 am. I asked if they could stop, they said no. Moved rooms and it didn't help. When I went to the front desk the poor lady had a list of complaints from other rooms, but she couldn't have them stop. For a Hilton I couldn't believe they wouldn't wait until 9 am like every other hotel I've stayed in. Edit: other than renovation, it's a great hotel.

Location is good. Right downtown. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is amazing. Don't miss it. Shuttle service to and from the airport was on time and efficient.

Excellent location — within walking distance of a variety of several restaurants. Two double beds to a room big enough for two people each, a fridge, television, and plenty of amenities. Excellent housekeeping. Only issue I've had is a lack of public stairs — as I was at a conference, the three elevators available became overcrowded quite quickly, causing wait times of 10-20 minutes.

Front desk was accommodating and pleasant. Restaurant staff was dis functional and not attentive. Server was rude and did not apologize nor cleanup spilled orange juice on table.

A solid mid-tier hotel. Being from FW, I've only stayed here once. Very clean, very professional, just not the most interesting hotel to stay at.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The hotel was very stylish, the room was spacious and well laid out. I was impressed with the fit and finish of everything in the room. Typically hotels seem to cut corners, especially in the bathrooms, but not here. It was a higher quality hotel than your typical hotel. The check-in staff member asked us what brought us in for the evening. We let her know we were celebrating our 5 year anniversary. Later we found a voucher under our door for a complimentary breakfast buffet fire each of us (normaly $12 per person. ) Parking was not free, but it was right in the middle of downtown Ft. Wayne, so I expected that I would have to pay to park. We had a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay there again.

Pee stains on the bathroom door is not what you want in a hotel.

Over rated not worth the price although it is clean but food is good but not great and definitely not worth the price either should have picked a different hotel.

This hotel is situated downtown Fort Wayne. It's walking distance to cool places to go out to/dine. It's a typical business hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly service. Parking is across the street and is not free. It's also not bike-friendly: no storage to lock up our bikes. So we had to take them to our rooms (not leaving expensive bikes outside, like the hotel staff suggested). For the state/city, this hotel is overpriced.

Love this hotel and its location near the library. Beautiful city views, comfortable accommodations, nice staff. Have never had a problem other than we always request a refrigerator and have never gotten one. On our recent trip we were told they are upgrading the rooms to come with them in the near future.

Be VERY wary. Stayed here 1 night for business, paid for parking and parked where I was told — in the garage connected by pedestrian bridge, and within spitting distance from the doors. I went to my room for about 2 hours only to come back to my vehicle to find it had been burglarized and various pieces of electronic equipment stolen from the trunk. I reported this to management and immediately received the 'we are not responsible' reply from the desk clerk. Having a reasonable expectation of security in paying for parking, with no visible signs to the contrary, I made a scene and insisted on management intervention. I was swiftly handed off to their insurance company and promptly told I had no claim. No refund, only HHonors points as some token consolation — until I was out of town. Once out of Ft. Wayne, the attitude changed to belligerence and had to get corporate involved. Do yourself a favor and stay at the local Hampton Inn, where customer service is still alive and the staff actually cares about treating people properly.
