Large rooms very clean and convenient.

Had 4 kids with us needed to get some sleep. Easy going, quick check in unfortunately bc of covid breakfast wasnt all that but thru did still offer prepackaged stuff.

Great staff! Clean updated rooms.

Fireplace, clean rooms, laundry. Love it here.

I stay here quite often. I've never had an issue, far enough off the interstate that you don't hear road noise and always enjoy breakfast before departing.

Supporting this comfort inn location is supporting a man who doesn’t even give his employees holiday pay (or double time) when they are forced to work Christmas or other holidays, who doesn’t give their employee raises after years of loyalty, who doesn’t upgrade the important parts of the hotel, the owner doesn’t care about much, so you shouldn’t care to stop at this location. Unethical leadership rubs off on the employees and the hotel suffers because of it.

I don't know where the bad reviews come from I stay here several times a year and get 2 rooms everytime for work, always nice and friendly to me, room are always nice and comfy.

This is a very well run motel. We stay here frequently because we have relatives in the area Breakfast is good, everything's fresh and functional. They are dog friendly to a point, call first to check.

Good location off of the highway. Front desk and hospitality staff are very friendly. Rooms were very quiet and clean.

Have stayed here once or twice a year since it was new. Always very clean and friendly. One of the best "complementary" breakfasts I've ever had. Kudos to Jenny (I asked for her name) who takes pride in selecting, preparing and serving it. Also several great restaurants in Lowell, a short drive away. (i. E. Mi Ranchero)

Very sad the desk clerk can not even give a copy of the bill but instead of fixing the problem she is off doing other things leaving me sit here.

The rooms are very nice. Nice outdoor pool, and lobby area. Nice spa area and bathrooms are quaint. The beds a extremely comfy too.

We spent a night in this hotel traveling from Chicago to Georgia. It was a worst experience ever. We had a lot of derty spots all over the bed. There were a lot of blood derty marks. I guess they never change sheets on beds in their hotel. The towels were dirty and there was a terrible smell in the room. Even if we changed our room, the second one had the same problems. The woman at the front desk at night never came out from her room, so we had to wait her. She is rude and not helpful at all. We wanted to cancel our reservation for tonight, she didn’t give us any help to do so. So I needed to call Expedia at night and wait an hour until their answer.

Nice and updated. Close to the interstate. Clean. The only thing I noticed was a faint odor left from smoke. Breakfast was good as well.

This was a great place to stay when I come down this way again I will be staying here.

Very friendly staff. Room was extremely clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice breakfast included.

Housekeeping failed to change the bed sheets from previous guest. Also bathtub was too much of a bother as well. My previous stay about a month ago was uneventful. Hopefully should I need to stay there in the future things will be clean. But I do have a security issue there you cannot reenter the building after 9 p. M. In the back of the building you have to come all the way around to the front key card will not work they have disconnected it that's a real security issue after dark because 9 p. M. To 6 a. M. It's locked you can exit but not renter. Most especially unsafe for women with children or children.

My wife and I traveled a little out of the way to this Comfort Inn after a trip to Chicago for a broadway musical. Our bathtub in our suite filled up with yellow water that evening. While the rest of the room was okay, this situation was disgusting. This Comfort Inn should keep up on their maintenance better!

I have a truck in a shop for repairs. Shop stated the truck wouldnt be done till 2-3p. I asked for a sorta longer extended checkout. Jenny, the counter woman, was so accommodating and nice about it. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Very clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, no complaints at all. If Im ever through these parts again Id gladly stay again. Thanks.

Nice late night staff, good location and clean rooms. Fitness room is semi-decent too.

I never take the time to write reviews. I’m a retail manager and I hate to give negative reviews because they damage a companies reputation. In this case it wasn’t one thing that left me sour but many. Firstly, moved to a room with one bed. My brother and I booked for two. Second, after spending 15 minutesin the room before realizing we needed two queens not a single king. No big deal. It happens. Secondly, I messed up by leaving my tie in the room. When I went back for it in the morning. I realized the room was already taken. They likely didn’t clean or sweep the room for my tie. On top of that… the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. Biscuits as hard of rocks, my egg was discolored, the the sausage was dry. Blueberry waffle mix was out… etc etc. I was very disappointed that I had to make my survey public. Their website for sending surveys was unavailable. I’d rather have left their corporate a review that this comfort in did not meet the standards that I have come to expect from comfort inns.

Nice hotel. In the middle of remodeling it stayed in a remodeled room and it was nice.

When my dad comes in from Tennessee this is where he stays it's always nice and clean and friendly.

Great place to stay. I drive truck from Wisconsin to Ohio and this is about half way. I'll be staying at this hotel when I make this run again.

The hotel was very nice, including the friendliness of the staff. I also loved the breakfast that was served. The only thing I did not like was that the hotel is undergoing renovations and we were not informed of this when we made reservations on the phone. Other than that, the stay was fantastic.

There's nothing more irritating than calling a hotel, getting a price that night, getting dinner at that exit for an hour, and then arriving at the hotel and being told your quoted rate was $40 less than what they were going to charge you to stay. The parking lot was almost empty but Linda was very apt and decisive in making sure we knew that we could go to the Super 8 across the street instead of sympathizing with us. She made sure we didn't feel welcome and the only reason we didn't leave was because we just finished packing up from a one day festival. I do not recommend checking in when Linda is working because she will play dumb about previous quoted prices even when she knew there was someone else working her position an hour before.

Commercial driver 10 hr DOT break friendly very clean, quiet, and comfortable.

We were first put into room 109 but it had 2 broken doors. Then we were put into room 127 and it was ok. However both bathroom towel bars were coming off the wall. The breakfast was good.

There are other properties in the area. We are very glad to have chosen Comfort Inn. The staff made us feel welcome and the rooms were very large and comfortable, the cleanliness of the bedding and bathrooms and overall hotel was 5 stars. I would return and recommend to friends and family.

06/17/2017 I was driving a pick-up pulling a trailer and parking was a breeze. Parking is great driving anything from a motorcycle to a wide/oversize load tractor-trailer. Hotel is close to modern resturaunts and gas stations but far enough away for a quiet, safe stay. Staff was very nice and facility was very clean. Breakfast bar was great. The day I was there on the menu was bacon, cook to order eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, waffles, cereal, fruit and more. TV reception was poor in room for a few channels but this was the least of my worries — I needed a clean, quiet, safe place for me and for my vehicle… this was the place. Room and Bed linens were clean with in room mini fridge and coffee pot at no extra charge. I am a law enforcement officer from Virginia and do not give good reviews unless it was a pleasant hassel-free experience. When I'm back in the area I will definitely stay at this Comfort Inn. The pictures I posted were of the large side parking lot facing away from the Hotel, looking to the North and East.

Fox News station was blocked. All cable stations worked perfect with the exception of Fox News which was distorted with a loud buzz over the audio. Each time I enquired about the problem I was given different answers: "a part has been ordered to fix the problem" "it is the cable company problem" etc. I will not stay at another Choice Hotel on business or pleasure. I do not believe in companies taking a political stance to impose their position on customers in this way. I will not stay at another Choice Hotel nor will any of our employees. I will also recommend other more reputable Hotels as options for family and friends.

I not only work here but when I travel these are the only hotels I will sleep in. And this was before I became employed here. These hotel are great clean and the hole chain are great. If your a guest we hope u I joy your stay.

Found the room really warm the first night. A/C does a decent job but is exceptionally loud. Room is overall clean and spacious, however the one chair had a large stain on it. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. Breakfast leaves something to be desired.

This has been, by far, the worst stay at a hotel I have ever experienced. The night shift staff was rude, obnoxious, and the most unfriendly thing I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I will never suggest a Comfort Inn to anyone now, she made our stay so uncomfortable. The room was dirty, we had stained towels in our room, our curtains looked like moths had a feast in them, the beds were horrible, and housekeeping refused to come clean rooms stating they left by 11am, however at 1pm when I came back to my room, another housekeeper was cleaning the room 4 doors down from me. Nothing compared to the Night Desk Nazi though. What a hateful person. Never again will we ever stay in a Comfort Inn, especially the one in Hebron, IN.

They were vary professional and it was very clean I would definitely consider them for any gathering that is on the smaller end due to the fact that the room is a little small fit a full blown family reunion although it seemed to be the perfect size for a baby shower.

Rooms are very clean, staff is really nice, unfortunately Wi-Fi doesn't work in portions of the hotel. I was on the 2nd floor middle of the bldg facing the parking lot and could not get Wi-Fi. So no work done. Oh well still a nice place however.
