I will never stay here again. I left my " my pillow " there, called in to ask if they would hold it for me for a week. I was told yes. Went back to get it was asked by man at the desk of I was related to the manager Star because she took it. When I asked why she would take it he back tracked. I called today and was yelled at by this Star person and she informed me it was there and it did not say "my pillow" on it. (I bought mine and my husbands at the same time and they clearly say "my pillow Then she 9nformed me she had a bad attitude and she was young to use it and to bring it. Confused was I just threatened? I believe I was
Told me I could drive up (68 miles) to get it but. I was just there less than 24 hours ago. I wonder of they watch people leave so they can go thru your stuff to?

There was a whole in my wall and the pool area was cold and no hot tub.

Had bed bug under pillow very dirty behind bed asked for refund had no problem till we left now saying we have to pay! have pic for proof very disgusting.

Drove 3 hours looking forward to the hot tub and it's gone. Everything is dirty. One of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed in. If I didn't get here at 9pm and have to be up early I'd ask for my money back.

9/15/18 between 9:30am — 10:00am. Man at desk tells me rooms are available but I cant check in until 2pm. Every other hotel can make some kind of exception for a human living on third shift that needs to sleep during 2pm. Even seen places charge early check in. Not this guy, he says I can make a reservation and return at 2pm. Yeah… well I needed to return to work at 8pm. Literally just needed a place to sleep, needed the room for at most 10hrs. Went next door to the holiday inn, actually got treated like valued customer. I Will not be back. I will however be next door, 2 nights a week, giving them my business instead!

Nice but carpet needing to be replaced in our room. Room needed to be repainted and web site said hot tube and there was none. Breakfast ok. Would go someplace diffetent next time.

Clerk was not very friendly. I'm handicapped, and got put in a room upstairs! Was kept awake till almost 5:00 a. M. By noisy guests. Air conditioner was hard to get set to a comfortable temperature. No wash clothes in bathroom. Low water pressure in shower. Only enough towels for one person, and my reservations were made for 2 adults. Found a used condom laying on the ground, next to my truck as we were leaving! Overall, my worst experience ever at a Quality Inn! I won't be staying there anymore!

We will never stay here again. Our room was so hot. No one got any rest. Our air conditioning didn't work. We had to get up every half hour and reset it and then it barely blew cold air. Called the front desk and they said they didn't have anymore rooms. When we checked out they did take $30 off our bill but said they have new air conditioners ordered. Wish they would have told us that before we booked our room so we could have decided whether to stay here or go elsewhere.

1st room they gave me wasn't made up. Front desk wasnt sure but sent me there anyway. Second room had a stain on every sheet and pillow in room. Reception area was ok but there was a skeevy atmosphere in the room hallways. I left and went to the Super 8 down the road wich was much cleaner and the staff was attentive.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke upon our arrival. Not good for someone with asthma. No washer or dryer, couldn't wash ball uniform. Laundry mat was closed once we got done playing. Last time we stayed here about 3 years ago, it's was nice. No so much now! Used to have a hot tub. They took it out. Sheets felt greasy. Will not stay here again. Very dissatisfied. There was also trash in the hallway. Trash bags just sitting in the hallway. Pretty sure this wouldn't pass the state board of health!

Not happy with this hotel at all. It's lacking maintenance. Toilet handle had to be jiggled or it would run all night. The light switch for the vanity lights didn't work so we had to unscrew the bulbs. The breakfast area was not cleaned nor restocked. No assortment of fruits or yogurt or anything for a healthy breakfast really. There were 2 warmers with nothing in them and no ketchup or hot sauce or condiments of any kind. We had to ask for bagels. Next time we will stay in Fort Wayne and drive to Columbia City or hope the new Holiday Inn Express next door is finished.

The door handle didn't work to my room and it did not get fixed the day of could use a little updating but overall stay was great.

Room is ok. Burn holes in carpet. 2 if the 3 days smoke has come under my door. Complained, cops called. State law, no smoking in hotel. There's a small fridge and microwave. Staff is helpful and pleasant.

Incredibly clean and quiet, with very well appointed rooms. The price is a bit steep for the area, but the staff is both friendly and helpful. Both the interior and exterior are well kept, and the inside quiet and cozy. Quality Inn is definately worth the money!

They had fresh towels at my door every morning and took the garbage every morning and brought back trash cans. The breakfast wasn't anything fancy but it was fresh and good. The rooms were clean. They had an exercise room and an indoor "heated" pool. I used the quotation marks because the pool was always cold when I went. That was my only complaint.

Just curious why staff gives out there personal number to guys that travel so they can call and let them know when they are arriving? Isn't that why you have a company phone? Way to friendly with married men that travel if you ask me. Cause she she didn't just use that for arrival time, it was to chat and make friends. Very unprofessional staff. I've never has a place do that with any of the places he has stayed at! No one needs your staff to follow guys outside and talk about there home life problems and then after being told and blocked she still thinks it's k to find a way to be friends. Watch your staff guys. 2nd shift seems to be getting to friendly if you ask me. Colombia city, in. Sasha May is very rude and very unprofessional for this job.

Pool and hot tub were not working AGAIN. The carpets and box springs are stained and gross. Curtains have hugs ripped holes in them. Sidewalks are not even cleaned off snow from days ago. The breakfast is horrible. Can't wait for Holiday Inn to open. Will never stay here again.

This place is old and outdated. Rooms show a lot of wear and tear. Not worth the advertised price. If you must stay here negotiate for lower price.

Always a pleasure staying at the Columbia City, IN location. They have friendly service and the room was clean. I appreciate the rooms being equipped with microwave and fridge. The complimentary breakfast is nice with access to a waffle maker. I would give 5 stars if the spa wasn't out of order. We'll be back.

Hotel, though appearing to be somewhat new, was a bit green around the gills: dirty corners, edges, etc. My biggest frustration was with their deceptive pricing. In looking the hotel up online, the price for two queen beds was listed as being reduced to $60 with a red pop up. However, in trying to use the pop up price, it noted that it was no longer available. In going back to the hotel's web site — the pop up for $60 still showed — 1/2 hour after the earlier one. When I arrived the young lady at the counter said that that price wasn't good, and instead quoted a price more than $20 higher! Her excuse was that they never heard of that price, but that the hotel was nearly full on the night we statyed. Again, I found the answer she gave as nonplausable, since it was still showing online at $60 — — — and there was 4 cars in the parking lot at 10:00 pm and at 7:00 am the next morning! I hate deceptive pricing and encourage the owners of this hotel to just stop it.

I stayed at the one in Auburn in it's the best Lorrie and the girls there really are on there game they treat you like family stop bye Tell em Johnny Ray sent you.

Our room was missing a chair. The corner where the chair was supposed to be was dirty and the wall was scratched up. The desk chair had a broken wheel that I discovered after falling out of the chair. The iron, along with the mount for the iron came off the wall. The iron was broken and leaked water all over my wife’s dress. At checkout I addressed my issues with the person at the desk she apologized then proceeded to explain that the rooms were just renovated to excuse these issues. She then complained about the speed of the computer, handed me my bill. If your rooms were just renovated you have been scammed. Nothing about our room looked renovated I was not offered any type of retribution or compensation. I was charged the full amount. I am very disappointed. I picked your hotel over motel six and I have regretted it ever since. I truly do not believe that I should have had to pay for the room at all. I would have been satisfied with at least a 50% off.

When we came to check in it took 15 minutes for anyone to come to the desk to help us. We tried pushing the call button for help maybe 20-25 times with no answer. The pool authentic hotel was also close because "customers disrespected it. " the sheets were a little stained but all in all clean. Check out was quick.

Bed was clean. But shower was broken, fan on air conditioner very loud, phone was not on, I would not recommend. Staff seemed fine.

No complaints nice room and staff only reason not giving 5 's pool was closed the 2 weeks we stayed.

Room was old and worn. Barely clean. Breakfast was sparse and undesirable. Pool was dirty. Staff was reactive to general tasks and maintenance.

It is a decent hotel for a small city/town. It was fairly clean. The beds slept well & the rooms have a mini fridge & microwave. There is a small pool & a basic continental breakfast. It is a non-smoking hotel with no elevator to the second floor. It works well enough for 1-2 nights.

This hotel has many updates and is clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent and I definitely recommend this hotel.

The desk clerk (Sasha) was extremely rude and lazy. She would rather smoke a cigarette and play on her phone than help guests. We had to go buy toilet paper. When you try to discuss the matter with her or the manager (Star) they threaten to call the police. The Holiday Inn Express is going in right next door. Hopefully they take all of the business.

I received great courteous service from a young man named Tony at the quality inn located in columbia city, Indiana. The room was very clean and smelled great and they even had a breakfast bar. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to a friend or family member!

Nice enough for price staff was nice and helpful. However pool was closed all week. Breakfast was let's say almost non existent. Wouldn't try the waffles as the batter dispenser had crusty batter on it that was not cleaned all week.

I have been going to this hotel for years up to 3 times a summer. The people that work there are nice. But I was charged an absorbent price for what we got. The rooms were ok it smelled and my alergys were crazy. The pool was dirty and there breakfast was not up to par. Very disappointed and will not be staying next time…

Rooms smelled fresh, the staff was attentive and the breakfast was tasteful. The best part was the hot spa and the pool, I was in there the whole day. Excellent experience and a nice quality inn. Will return again.

Enjoyed my time at this hotel. Everything was great… Pool, exercise room, breakfast and the rooms were nice and comfortable. No issues will be back again on my way by home.

This is a nice and cozy hotel with a great staff. The pool is amazing and the breakfast was very enjoying. I loved the eggs and the muffins. The rooms were beautiful and it didn't smell like smoke like other others. I travel alot and I would have to say this is one of my favorite hotel. I will be staying here every time I pass by. Great job team Quality Inn in Columbia City.

We have been here twice in two months. Last visit the breakfast was absolutely horrible. We had to leave and go out to eat. The room is ok. The pool room is ok but needs updated. Both times that we have been there the staff has been incredibly young and immature. They are clearly incapable of maintaining the guests and demands of a hotel. The halls are filled with running and stomping children. The pool room is full of people drinking alcohol and eating. It was so loud and out of control that we stayed in our room all night, we basically paid for this hotel room for nothing.

I stayed two nights and truly enjoyed it! Staff was wonderful and always willing and available to help if you needed it. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Will definitely return when back in the area :) very nice breakfast. So many options and love the sausages.

Very nice hotel. Spend 5 days on my work training and the rooms and everything was really clean. Very nice service and the reception employees very amabbles and professionals.

Room were okay, they had some stains on the sheets, but clean. The pool was amazing, clean and very nice. Breakfast was horrible, worst breakfast I might had had a a hotel. No bread, muffins, biscuits or anything. When asked they said they were out. Was not busy and it was 830 A. M. Eggs were gross and Sausage was greasy and salting, you could not eat any of it.

I was there to check on price for conference room for my son's birthday party and the guy was very rude and told me that I wouldn't be able to use the room because manager had to be there and she would not be there all weekend.
