Staff treated me right and the room was awesome. Had a little over charge but was properly resolved. That's always a good thing!

Hotel was terrible. I'm not super picky about hotels when I travel all I hope for is a clean room and this hotel fell short. Stayed here because I needed a pet friendly hotel on short notice. First room smelled of some sort of chemicals and cigarettes. They had also left the window open (I assume to air out the smell) with no screen while it was raining so everything in the room was damp. When I arrived I shut the window and it became apparent why it was left open because the smell became unbearable. Requested to change rooms and was moved to a new one. The next room smelled somewhat better but I wouldn't consider it clean. Decided I was better off not showering there or sleeping in the bed under the blankets. Will never stay there again.

It was comfortable and clean for the most part. Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast waffles and or frosted flakes. If you need a cheap hotel here ya go.

It was quiet and all the appliances worked nicely. However, there were bloodstains on the floor, 2 of the 3 towels provided were grayish and had clumps of hair on them, obtaining hot water was a ridiculous challenge, the ceiling looked about to cave in from ongoing water damage, one of the beds had very noticeable stains and burn marks, and the orange juice for breakfast was more like tepid water with a couple drops of orange food dye! Obviously, I do NOT recommend this place.

I'll make this short. DO NOT STAY HERE, it's unsafe, staff is unprofessional and the rooms are in disrepair. Mold, hair, broken deadbolt, etc. Two staff members woke me up 12:30a. M. One pounding on my room door and the other pounding on the window, outside, because of a billing error. You'll be safer sleeping in your car, in the parking lot of a Motel 6.

My room was very clean, as well as the hotel. I was mostly impressed with the professionalism of the clerk amber. She was very polite, welcomed me like it was my new home, and very informative. She's the number one reason I'll be back to days inn Anderson!

If your going to stay here — check the room first. As a former employee, don't get a job here. They pay rate they pay you isn't reflective in the way they work you. If you need any paperwork signed for a government agency or anything they will refuse it. They allow people to pay 50$ for a room — but if you look slightly well off they charge you $80-100. They copy everyone's ID and CC — they don't shred the copies. No they keep it.

My room was clean and comfortable. Friendly check in, easy access from. I 65. Would stay here again.

Nice place, quiet. They offer no deals or refunds on anything so make sure before you book.

I have been at Days Inn several times and never had any issues. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable and the staff are always so friendly. Their rates are lower than anywhere in town and very reasonable. You even get free breakfast and they also have a workout room. It's a great hotel!

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. First off when we got there they couldn't find a reservation and kept pronouncing my name wrong because they don't speak English. I couldn't understand what they were saying and when I had accidentally booked online a handicap room they told me that I had to move it. Now I was only renting this room to sleep about 6 hours during the day nothing more and it was the cheapest one that I could find because I wasn't going to stay overnight. They told me that they needed that room and I had to move me to the second floor was not happy about. They had four other handicap accessible rooms but I couldn't just get the one that I had booked right away. When the man couldn't figure out how to change the handicap room to standard queen room he had to go in the back and wake up one of his managers who looks like she had probably been on crack for 10 days straight and hadn't slept. She didn't say one word to me, she did not look at me. Very unfriendly. Fast forward to the room. I walk in and I immediately check for bed bugs, I don't see any but I see plenty of evidence of of bed bugs! I put my clothes in a ties plastic bag so the bugs wouldn't spread. I had just driven over 8 hours at one time overnight I was hoping for a soft comfortable bed, no! This thing felt like a piece of cardboard on concrete with sandpaper wrapped around it because the blankets were so gross and itchy.

People are nice, room was clean, price was cheap. Toilet wouldn't flush, other guests was not considerate when in hall, arguing and being loud and breakfast was a joke. I would come here again, but only if I had to.

Came home to Andsrson for a funeral… Bed bugs… Never had that happen before never again… Switched rooms immediately! Those cheap rooms will "bit you" try upgrading…

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Very friendly. No problems. Very close to all kinds of food, gas, ATMs, groceries and shopping.

Drove To Anderson From Indy To Stay at This Days Inn Room Went To Casino Via Shuttle Came Back With Wife And Step daughter and Son In Law was Getting My Wife A Pillow And There Was A Bedbug On Pillow Please Dont Come To This Hotel For Your Own Good.

Clean. Friendly service. Breakfast bar leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, good stay.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I stayed at this hotel on December 29, 2017. I checked in about 4:30 p. M. Went and had dinner with Family and came back at about 8:30 p. M. As I had to get up to catch my flight out of Indianapolis very early the next day. When I woke up I had dozens of red welts all over my side, arm, and shoulder. I dressed and went to find someone to check out and tell them about these bites, couldn't find anyone so went to the airport. As soon as I arrived home my Wife discovered I had been bitten by BEDBUGS. I called the hotel right away so they wouldn't rent that room to anyone else and request a refund of the charges. I was told the Owner/Manager was unavailable but would call me back and make everything right. Today is 01/03/2018 and I have never received a call, I have called multiple times and have never been able to speak to the Owner/Manager. Do yourself a favor, even if you need to spend a few more bucks, it's well worth it not to stay here. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have.

Hotel has bed bugs! Would be an ok hotel without the bugs. Hotel worker acted as if they never heard they had bed bugs before. Refund was easy through site used to reserve.

It shows I give it 1 star but this place gets “0” stars from me. We were in our room a little over an hour when I was laying in bed when I saw something crawl across the blanket… this place has bedbugs. DO NOT stay at this hotel. My husband and I immediately got up and packed out bags at 12:30 at night and left. They actually wanted us to go to a different room, ummm if one room has them, they all have them. I will never stay at another Days Inn ever again. Now we are driving 2 hours to just go home, I’m completely disgusted.

Bedbugs! dont think these are just upset customers like I did! have been bit the last two stays and the owener or manager had the audacity to tell me that I did not get bit there. Would not give money back gave half of on next stay so I gave it another shot and woke up to my neck covered in bites and bugs on me! the manager is as rude as can be!

Stayed there over 4 months for project add my Room clean every day any issues will take care of promptly. Most of all what I like I come down for breakfast in the morning add the lady in the front desk would wish me a good morning every morning which made my day thank you.

First off, we had already booked our room and were very uneasy because many guests had also found bedbugs. The first thing we did was inspect our room carefully for bedbugs. Surely enough, we found the bedbugs in both of the beds. We found them in the corners of the box spring. They have a “no refund no matter what” policy so they gave us a different room. The rooms are disgusting and every part is messy. You don’t want to take a shower here, it has hair from previous guests on the shower walls. Not to mention, the shower also smells strongly of urine. Me and my friend were sitting on the made bed when she felt something hard placed in the center of the bed. We lifted up the blanket and found a black pocket knife laying on the bed. This hotel is terrible. If your even considering staying don’t consider! Waste of money for sure.

I’ve stayed in several other Days Inn and this was by far the worst one I’ve been too! Not at all what was advertised online! Rooms and halls smelled of smoke even though it’s a non smoking motel but worse yet the hallway had an overwhelming smell of cat urine not in just one area either! Once inside the room our bathroom still hair from the previous guest and the shower wasn’t cleaned either! Many updates shown to be done online but none were actually done to the rooms our ceiling had a huge hole by the sprinkler and the bathroom light was turned in My a turn dial that buzzed until the time ran out which the light would shut off at that point also the bed sheets were not clean! We did not stay we actually chose to leave and go over to the Best Western Plus for the night! Very unhappy about the whole situation!

If there was a — 5 star rating, this would be it. Bedbugs. In the first two rooms we tried. Eggs in the mattress in one too. One of the other people we roomed with found a needle and syringe under the bed. The shower made loud noises when turned on and it’s in a bad part of town. Worst and nastiest hotel I’ve EVER been too. Absolutely disgusting.

One word: BEDBUGS. I'm not sure how this place is still running, but it is disgusting! We reserved a room, and it ended up having bed bugs literally crawling on the sheets! We caught some, and took them to the front desk to see what would be done about it. The guy at the front desk said he'd only been working there for one week, and he can only move us to another room. My spouse, and I were already feeling uneasy from the 1st room, but we gave it a second chance. After a thorough inspection of the second room, we found it to have bedbugs as well! We didn't want to stay there, or sleep there, and wanted our money back to go elsewhere! After a long argument with another employee, she finally told us the owners of the independently owned place know they have bedbugs, and just don't care. She said we can fight them on it, but they've always found a way to get away with it. The owners are rude, and DO NOT treat their guests nicely! So, f**k this hotel! DO NOT STAY HERE! Ask to see the room before you sign ANY paperwork, and thoroughly inspect it for bedbugs! An attorney I spoke with said any pictures/videos you take of bites you've received from the bugs, and even if you can capture some, and put them in a bottle or something! will help with getting the owners in trouble with the State Health Department. Worst damn hotel I've ever experienced.

This hotel is conveintly located just off I-69. When you walk in, you are pleasantly greeted by staff. No matter what entry you use to go in, you are pleased by the clean grounds, inside appearances, crisp clean aroma. The rooms are neatly arranged, spotless clean, and well equipt with all the amenities a hotel guest needs. Not to mention, no bed bugs or other creepy crawlers inside! Breakfast is provided and has a great selection and taste. Nothing I needed of staff was ever a bother. I will stay at this hotel everytime I come to this area. The price was pleasant as well! Hands down, you cannot go wrong staying here!

The girl behind the desk was very nice and helped me with directions. The room was quiet but pretty small.

We had a very enjoyable stay. They have a very nice breakfast and many items to choose from. I would give them a 5 star rating. The staff is very friendly.

Phone didn't work in room, no elevator or escalator for upper floor, room had a slight odor to it, TV has dead channels programmed in, personnel was courteous, has breakfast, clean rooms, some ghetto maintenance but passable for the price range. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice please, Greedy Inn Keeper. Had arrived late in the early morning and had spoken to the person at the desk. She had adjusted my reservation to help me get the best for my time and money. We both agreed and did the paper work. The fallowing morning the "manager" as he described himself, said what she had done was illegal and had to charge me for what I had called in for and what was arraigned after words. So now the price for staying one night, in one room was going to cost me Over $200. After I told him that I would not pay, he started yelling at me, swearing and tried to physically intimidate me, by walking out from behind the counter in a manner that he was going to fight me. Do not recommend anybody staying here for the trouble.

We booked a room for 5 people and we're given a room that only fit 4. We were told we could rent a cot for an additional fee even though we booked for 5 people. Staff was rude when we checked in and questioned the room we received vs what we booked. When we contacted customer service regarding the issues, we were met with the same rude responses. We asked to speak to a supervisor, we're put on hold for over 10 minutes then we're told no supervisors were available and they hung up on us. It was very disappointing since we've stayed at Wyndham hotels in the past and haven't had any problems. Unfortunately this will be the last time we stay at a Wyndham hotel.

Rooms was clean comfortable there was a issue with the actual booking that even though the establishment admitted to it being their fault they refused to correct their mistake. After a hour long call to customer service I was hung up on and the issue still wasn't resolved. I will be staying someplace else the next time I'm in Anderson Indiana.

By far the worse service. I have never been to a hotel with service as bad as this hotels. The manager was extremely rude and is also a liar, he refused to give me the owners contact information. The room was discusting.

Needs a renovation. Old HVAC had to get the switch in just the right location for it work.

It was a good hotel for the 7 hours I was in it.

Last minute reservation for New Year's Eve. No rooms anywhere! The room was fine, no complaints. Nice accommodation for a quick trip. We missed the shuttle for the casino, and Chris, the manager, was nice enough to drive us in his own vehicle. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Thanks.

I found alot of bed bugs in room 134. Crawling out of pillow n mattress. Beware this could change your life and your families in your entire household for months to come.

The people were nice and friendly to my husband and I on our wedding night (10/31/2013). We would like to go back this year for our 1 yr anniversary but it depends on money since I lost my job earlier this yr.

The worst hotel I stayed in ever. They wouldn't refund me because I booked online. The room was dirty and had blood stains and nose boogers on the wall. I will never stay at any days Inn.

We were there for 2 nights because NOTHING else was available within about 10-15 miles. The staff was very friendly and nice, but honestly, I do not know HOW they stay in business. It was disgusting. We reserved a King room, with a roll away, because it was the last room available, and they couldn't find the roll away when we got there at 11pm. We walked all around the building looking for it, which was a mistake, because after seeing the storage rooms I was even more disgusted than before. They smelled and were filthy. They stored blankets and comforters in there also. We finally found the bed and got it brought to our room, and IT WOULDN'T FIT in the room. We had to squish the mattress on the floor between the bed and the wall and that was a tight squeeze. There were VERY limited outlets for charging electronics overnight. (This is 2014, people! ) The bathroom tile was new, which helped, but the carpet and bedding were awful. It had not been vacuumed in quite a while. Again, the staff were very friendly and helpful. But the hotel should be closed. Horrible.

Paid walked into room. Nasty, stunk, beds hard. Refunded money, left.

This place is old the beds suck there as old as the hotel there hard and have stains not worth any money staying here cause u wont even get a good nigt sleep the rooms are never cleand we stayed here a week cause it was all we could find and the room wasnt cleand once its better to spend a little more money and stay elsewhere.
