Really gross room. Not well kept or taken care of. Totally what I would describe as a seedy Motel.

Street level is fine but would have to wait 30 minutes for a room with a balcony. Close to grocery stores and fast food restaurants. Room is nice with good working air conditioner. I'm satisfied.

Rooms were dirty no room service in 3 days although it was requested. No smoking rooms but cigarette burns on tub and jacuzzi. Had to bleach the room since it was too late to book another for an out of town graduation. I wouldn't recommend.

Cheap motel. $49 during the week Friday Saturday and Sunday $59 Not very good service at the front desk, rooms not too clean. I won’t be back.

If there was a no star rating I would rate no stars. Not clean. Gross. Pass this one up.

Room was spacious and clean for the most part. There was a large bloif stain on the white bed sheet. I've never had this happen at any other motel. Other than that gross mishap all was good.

Stayed here a week. The rate was pretty decent. 5 mins from work so that was a plus. Rooms are clean. Nothing to really write home about. Just a basic room. Looks like management have added some new updates. Heat worked well when I was there. Will return again if need be.

It's a cool place to lay your head for a hot sec. Very nice people at the front desk.

Hell no they got bed bugs I am glad I checked my bed before I layed I it and he switched me to another room and still disappointed never again I will give at 0

The location leaves much to be desired. The rooms are run down and the staff don't seem inclined to care about the condition of the rooms. There was nothing there that made me want to stay.

It was ok. Could be cleaned a bit better. Was a used diper under bathroom sink.

Guy at front desk was polite and microwave in the room was clean. Tub not clean, I wore flip flop shower shoes. There was soda left in frig from whoever. Arm of chair held together by tape. You can see the dust in the edges of the carpet. Bed was comfortable.

The rooms are clean! … but if you book online you can get a way better rate then they offer at the desk and I recommend you book in advance because they change the rates a lot… room service is great! … but the front desk guy is very difficult and lacks customer service… only 2* because the guy at front desk and daily rate changes this is a hourly hotel so be leary with kids and hookers.

American Inn & Suites is by far the cleanest, best maintained, has the friendliest staff, and in my opinion, the overall best motel/inn in the general vicinity, for the price. I absolutely adore the staff and customer service. I am in between homes right now and have stayed here for nearly two weeks and don't even want to leave. I am from the Chicago Ridge area and was fortunate enough to come across this place by chance. I was staying at dumps such as Palos Motel, Charn's Motel, Relax Inn in Bridgeview, and the overpriced and overrated Motel 6. All of the above locations cost more, and didn't compare in customer service. I plan to stay here another week or so until my house is ready, but this will definitely be at the top of my list for any of my future local motel needs.

Just love this hotel. Clean rooms quiet location. Close to many stores and reasonable price!

Nasty nasty nasty! everything was broke bathroom was nasty bed didnt even look like it was changed there were guys boxes by the bed! the smoke alarm wasnt even hooked up! when I went to get a refund thhe guy up front was so rude he kept telling me this isnt a holiday innm. Well no duhh but you can still clean the room and fix things! when he finally gave me my refund he saidhe had to call his lawyer okay. I told him I pretty sure if I call the state of Illinois requires smoke alarms to be active! he gave us our return I asked for his name and he wouldnt give it! and then took a picture of our license plate! I will never ever stay here again! so nasty and horrible customer service!

The hotel was a pretty good deal for the price. My room had a refrigerator and microwave and a decent TV. Not much floorspace but it wasn't needed in my situation. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone who needs a place to crash.

No mattress cover underneath the fitted sheet so the sheet kept sliding off the bed to expose a filthy mattress. The blanket had holes in it. No hot water in the sink, and who stacks towels meant to go on a person's body on the back of the toilet? Really? I understand you get what you pay for, but basic necessities in this room were not even up to par. In my opinion this shows a lack of regard for the people who pay to stay at your establishment.

It was not exactly a 5 star hotel but it wasn't THAT bad either. The rooms are far from new but you get what you pay for. I paid $60/night as compared to $150/night a block away at the Holiday Inn. It was just fine for a place to stay on a work trip, I just wouldn't go there on a honeymoon obviously.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a 4 out of 5. Would come back!

No Kleenex in bathroom, no waste basket in bathroom, door coming off cabinet under sink, housekeeping sloppy very dark in room no place to put luggage except on floor, walls in bathroom dirty for the price of 100.00 night absolutely not worth it, 75.00 upper floor room still not worth it. They took 2 night Payment without holding it till checkout. Bathroom floor was warm!
