This hotel is overpriced. No continental breakfast. The Starbucks is only open from 6:00 a. M. To 9:30 a. M. Can't even get a cup of coffee. Coffee pot in room broken customer service was awful horrible place do not recommend it.

We had our wedding in July and booked the Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Arlington Heights/South. They were so helpful and made sure that everything was to our liking. They made sure all of our guests received their welcome bags and were helpful when we needed an extra night for our bridal suite. Also, not only did they leave us a bottle of champagne, but they also left us a box of chocolates. We could not be happier with the hotel and their service. Thank you!

We used Brigette to book our wedding hotel block and she was great to work with! When bringing in the hotel bags prior to the wedding they were very accommodating to the amount of bags we brought in. They were also very helpful when we asked for numerous shuttles through out the day to our venue for the wedding party, family and guests. They also allowed us to use their space both Sunday and Monday for family brunch. My husband and I greatly appreciated the free suite we received for the night of our wedding as we booked more than 10 rooms in our block. They even provided champagne, rose petals and chocolates in our suite when we returned from our wedding. Thank you Brigette for helping make our wedding weekend great!

We recently just got married this Saturday and we did our hotel block with this hotel. We dealt with Brigitte Bagdady the whole time and she was absolutely the best! She made this whole experience stressless. She was very accommodating and always answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend other brides and grooms to look into this hotel for their hotel block. They had a great shuttle bus driver and the hotel was very clean and pleasant to walk into. We will definitely return again.

The Starbucks together with the Bistro restaurant and bar allowed everyone to get what choices they wanted.

Brigitte Bagdady was ABSOLUTELY amazing in helping me with all the arrangements for my sister’s wedding. She made organizing the group block very seamless and easy. Her and her staff was very helpful in a very stressful process! I would definitely recommend this location for any large group events. Thank you all for minimizing the wedding coordinators stress! Look forward to working with you all again!

We were lucky enough to work with Brigitte and GiGi for our wedding. We booked around 20 rooms for the weekends and everything went through without a flaw. Breakfast was delicious, our conference room we had reserved was ready on time. Very accommodating and professional. We enjoyed every second of it.

The staff was exceptional during my stay. Expedia messes up my weekend reservation and cancelled it instead of changing the room type. My first night the hotel was sold out except for a room with no AC. I agreed to take it and they upgraded me for my weekend stay. Will definitely book here again.

I chose this hotel because of the price and the events specialist Brigitte. Brigitte was amazing to work with and answered all my questions promptly. She made my wedding day that more special. The hotel itself was very clean and had a nice lobby for our after party. Our hotel block was in the same hall. I had a suite and the my MOH had the connecting room. It was perfect for getting ready the day of. The hotel also offered shuttle services too and from my venue. We also were able to take photos in the courtyard and did our first look there. I also ordered lunch for the bridal party and after party snacks.

We booked here for our wedding weekend and are so happy we did. Brigitte was not only extremely helpful and accommodating, but also so much fun to work with. She was quick to respond whenever we needed her the months prior and was there to help the entire wedding weekend! We had a lot of out of town guests who continue to rave about their experience. The courtyard is such a beautiful touch as well and is where we entertained the night before the wedding. I highly recommend!

Held a birthday party at their pool, and it was really nice! Very clean, updated decor, and the kids felt like they were in the tropics! Their staff made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. Bathroom for changing was down the hall a bit, and the food was a tad expensive, but that is true for most hotel food. Despite those drawbacks, the service and the space made up for it, so I am giving all 5 stars. Would definitely consider this space again. Thanks!

We got married April 23rd, 2016. Because we had family coming in from 14 different states we decided to have our rehearsal dinner catered in to the hotel the night before. The food was amazing. We gathered at the bar after both nights and had a blast! Isabel and Karolina bent over backwards to make sure my family and friends were well taken care of. We got ready in the suite the day before and it was just perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was great! We can not say enough great things about this hotel! If you are getting married anywhere in the area I highly recommend this great hotel!
