Walked in and the place was less than desirable. Nobody at the front desk and questionable people walking around everywhere inside. Did not feel comfortable at all. When someone finally showed up at the desk we canceled our reservation and left.

Definitely not the best but not the worst either. This hotel surroundings is what you are paying the extra bucks for. Lovely location, McDonald's, Dominoes pizza, Cracker barrel ect. If it wasn't for those places this place wouldn't have the business like it's having. Let's start with the good, the good news is concerning the room, the bed was comfortable but the head board looks like it hasn't been dusted in weeks and the lamps. Shower was nice but the last customers soap was left on the tub including the the small one tucked in the upper corner. And the big towel was clean but the washer Machine couldn't get the the woman's makeup smudges off of them, (interesting). So there you have most of it, would I recommend to a friend? No and I'm not coming back either if I can help it. I believe I can do better than this one. If you have no choice than you have to tolerate it, but if you do I wouldn't recommend this one. Sorry Quality Inn, you just have to do better.

If you enjoy the experience of a kansas tornado loud air conditioner & an equally noisy refrigerator — — by all means pay the cost they demand! then… if you like the beautiful cloudy emerald green swimming hole, excuse me, pool, again, don't hesitate to pay them what theyre asking! and. Last but not least… by all means enjoy the sheer fantasy they call their on demand coffee…

Hor-ri-ble! First floor smelled like vomit. Commode in our room had something nasty (feces? ) on the seat and remnants (feces? ) in the bowl. Bloodstains on sheet. White, gooey stains on carpet.

I’m so damn pissed off, I spent $112 on this hotel room at Quality Inn in caseyville for my daughter yesterday for her 18th birthday, and she invited a few of her friend girls only for them to get there and get in the room that was given to me room number 320 then find out that all those red stains are from a woman being killed in that particular room so I take pics then go show the front desk clerk (which was white) so I’m asking for a new room or my refund she instantly calls her boss and her boss tells her I can’t be moved but I’m more than welcome to leave without a refund so by now I’m super pissed so I’m standing there arguing with her about that unfit room so her manager calls her and tell her either I leave or to call the police on me because refunding/moving me is not an option so after I didn’t get the satisfaction I should have I left, I cannot believe how they played me out of my money and we didn’t even stay in the room period last night so I truly feel like I was hella punked/played.

Room was horrible! Went to turn on the air conditioner and it literally fell out of the wall! The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. The staff was very unprofessional and the bathroom floor was filthy. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Manager rude. My room needed a few things fixed. I stay at quality inns often and this is the worst I have been to.

Nice hotel, clean, great location and super nice pool facility.

Kinda pricy for the lack of cleanliness. Staff was nice and somewhat helpful though. I have to say it wouldn't be my first choice to stay and I probably hopefully won't be back.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Beds were fine, but not as comfortable as would have liked. Breakfast lacked some variety. Had a non smoking room, however it smelled very smokey. Refrigerator was VERY loud, other than that it was clean and quiet.

Not a bad place. The elevator is a far walk though.

Not a good experience. First of all things were kinda creepy second of all there was weird cereal.

It’s ok for an overnight stay but what was frustrating for me. Is all the news services worked on TV except Fox News! Really people! You could see it but could not hear it! That is our news station.

This is the NASTIEST hotel we have ever stayed in. And we have stayed in ALOT. The walls are filthy, with I'm not sure what, maybe bug guts, or old goo from others, the bathroom is filthy with huge clumps of black stuff. Refrigerator doesn't work. Ice maker in hallway on third floor is broken. Microwave has dried crusty food caked in it. One one light outta 4 over sink works.

Well they make you choose a star or I wouldn't choose ANY! Smells of cigarettes and other various smells. Loud kids next door who even when asked wouldn't quiet down. Somehow it showed I was here a week ago and gave it 4stars which is furthest from the truth! If I ever come this way again I won't be staying here! Wish I would have read reviews before I came!

I'm not sure where to start, the smell of cigarettes that wreaked in the hallway, the booze left in our room, dirty shower, loud neighbors who were asked by management to be quiet and they didn't OR the over flowing toilet this morning that forced us to quickly be moved to a room not pouring water out of the toilet. It's got some sketchy rough looking visitors… We won't be back.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past two months on the weekends for work. I have complained 3 or 4 times about the condition of the room and they change me rooms. The next room is still no better. Urine in the toilet from someone other than myself, blood on my top sheet (yellow cover) blood on the fitted sheet. Microwave is always dirty. Tub always has hair in it. Finger prints all over everything is a clear sign it hasnt been clean. The staff is friendly but im at a loss as to why the can not do their job properly.

Clean place with ample parking at a reasonable price. I spend at least for nights out every week so clean rooms and comfortable beds are a deal maker. I've marked this place as one that I'll come back to if I'm staying the night in the area again.

Upon entering our floor, the aroma of pot filled the air. I'm not a snob but this was overwhelming. The air conditioner didn't work but luckily my husband use to do Maintenance at Quality Inn so he knew how to fix it. The floor hadn't been vacuumed not had it been dusted. Once it got dark, a large group of people just hanging out, gathered in front of the hotel for hours. The air conditioner went out again in the middle of the night and that pretty much did me in. I'm on vacation and am up at 5 am because it's too hot to sleep. I'm not a hotel snob but would like to feel comfortable when Im paying $290 for 2 nights. This is terrible. I have another night left here and I'm not looking forward to it.

The location in Caseyville, IL was disgusting. I do not recommend it to anyone. The floors were dirty, I didnt even want to take my shoes off. We ended up leaving after an hour and we couldn't get the money back. I have asthma and the room was just too dirty for me to be comfortable in. We will never be going back.

Stayed one night due to my son having a appointment in st Louis. We found black mold on ceiling in hallway before you get to our room. We informed the front desk so they was aware of it only for the guy to tell my husband and I it's not mold. I will never stay here again it's just nasty.

Friendly staff, ok rooms, lumpy pillows. Rooms are clean but dated. Overall it's an ok stop for an overnight place if needed.

The nastiest place I have ever stayed. Found a cigarette butt in my bed. Notified bbb and health department. Ugh.

For one I have a one year old son and we went to the pool I slipped on the stairs into the pool and thankfully I didn't drop my baby in I'm still in pain then back to the room after dinner I let my son play no problem he got behind the dresser and found a mouse trap and this morning at breakfast the juice machine didn't work.

Multiple bugs in room. Terrible breakfast. First room wouldn't lock at all. Unprofessional staff.

Undergoing a remodel, but room was clean-ish, bed was comfortable, price was cheap, and staff was nice and accommodating. Post remodel I'd probably give it 4 stars.

Terrible place. Should not be open to the public. Beds stained and worn out. Lights flicker, carpet filthy, mirrors dirty, all fixtures are never cleaned so there is a thick layer of dust. Ice machine broken. One small bar of soap, so you wash your hands with it, then you have to take it in the shower cause its all you have. Lobby looks nice when you walk in, but don't let that fool you. The rest of the place is run down and dirty. There is no care here. Will NEVER stay here again.

This place was gross. The floor was broken in the bathroom so bad it pinched my feet. The sheets were stained and nasty. When they brought a new one it was the wrong sheet. The comforter looked like it hadn't been washed in a week. The AC made so much noise I could barely sleep. The worst hotel not Quality at all.

It was horrible burnt floors holes in doors they really need to be shut down the breakfast is nasty.

Horrible. Dirty-very dirty. Room was not in a good state of repair; drapery hanging off the rod where several clips/hooks were missing, (caused a gap letting in a street light at night and people could see you change if you weren't careful), some weird something dripping from the top of the wall in the sleeping area, something brown smeared on the bathroom wall (don't want to know what), electric plate next to sink broken leaving electric box inside exposed (I think that might be a code problem since it was next to a sink), rug filthy, burn marks everyplace, mildew in bathroom. We didn't realize we had a smoking room until we got to it — in this day of fabreeze, etc the smell was totally avoidable had they cared — even the pillows reeked. It felt like we were sleeping in a night club of 70's when you could smoke inside. I have slept on airport floors around the world that were cleaner. They had no open rooms and it was almost midnight or we would have left. We did not eat in the morning — if they couldn't clean rooms I didn't want to put their food in my mouth. From what we saw of breakfast as we ran from the building you had the choice of waffles.

OMG I have never stayed at a quality inn this disgusting and outdated. I confirmed for the night but I swear I don't even want to touch the furniture.

The most disgusting hotel. Not sure it qualifies for 1 star. Stains on furniture, broken beds, moldy tile, left over clothes from previous renter, stains on sheets, cigarette buts littering the hallway, I could go on but it is absolutely grossing me out that I actually had to stay in this hotel.
