Pretty standard motel. Rooms were clean and up to date. Appeared to be recently remodeled. On-site laundry is nice but it's expensive. Also you'll need to go to the nearby gas stations for change and laundry soap as the front desk won't help you.

It was an ok room. The beds seemed smaller than normal hotel room beds. When we got there we asked for a crib and it seemed like the front desk lady didn't know what we were asking for and when we explained further they said they didn't have any. Around 9:30pm we asked for extra pillows and blankets for our kids. At 11:30pm they still weren't ready. I went and waited in the front area until they were ready to asssit us. The woman was able to find the crib. And we got our blankets. We won't be going back. Our rooms were $75 each with tax. The water pressure was good in the shower and it definitely got hot enough which is important to us. We also really liked the desk and little chair in our room. Even though the beds were smaller the room itself seemed large enough. There was also a really large green area that we were able to let our kids run around in before we left. That was nice and is what's pictured.

It's a Red Roof. Perfectly fine place to sleep when on a road trip. Clean, but weak Wi-Fi and HBO kept good out. I stay at Red Roofs because I have a dog and they are very pet friendly.

Very nice hotel for the price. Exactly what you would hope for from a budget-friendly hotel. Clean room, hot water, cold A/C.

The location was great: just off the interstates, between two gas stations, and across from a McDonald's. The rooms are nothing special but have everything you would expect. The front officer personnel were very thourogh and even called the room to make sure everything was okay when we got in.

It's a red roof inn, not a Hilton. You get what you pay for. No bed bugs from what we could tell after a quick check. But if you're expecting "nice" you may want to look elsewhere.

The beds were old and creepy. If you got anything dirty you have to pay for it. Very stressful. No coffee pot in canister. Afraid to shower as to get a towel dirty.

Great people great parking and very very convenient. Waffle House and convenience stores within minutes of front door. Nice clean place with remodeled rooms at a great price.

Booked a king-size room for one night. We walked into the room and walked right back out (and stopped by the front desk to ask for a full refund). The room had a disgusting smell the minute we walked in… It smelled like urine. Not only that, but it was clear that the sheets/bedding had not been washed… there were literally still rings/liquid on the night stand from the previous person's drinks. Hair/dust/dirt in all corners of the room. Just completely avoid staying here if you can. We are STILL waiting on the refund to post in our bank account. Will update the review once the refund is posted…

Great budget option. Humble but clean and safe.

Wifi is terrible and if your a smoker think twice about staying at this hotel they dont have no smoking signs outside but your still not allowed to smoke outside the motel room.

Very reasonable rates at this hotel location is great, you can almost throw a rock into Interstate 81 and I-70 from the hotel parking lot. Not really, but it is very close to the interstate no problem to find, I've never had a problem with noise at this hotel, I've been staying here on and off for about 3 years now, there's a few restaurants that are right there at the hotel also, there's a place that sells Spirits right across the road if you're into that sort of thing. Seems like I always get there late at night same lady always checks me in, she's always kind and soft-spoken and more often than not she will call the room to make sure everything is the way I wanted I have stayed at a lot of hotels in a 40-mile radius of this place by far this is my favorite great location great staff great place to sleep a little too good I stayed there last week and slept till almost 10 in the morning give it a try if you are around Williamsport or Martinsburg or even Winchester it's not that far from any of those places.

Disgusting experience. Left without staying because rooms smelled horrible. No refund either. Do not fall for the price. It is not worth it.

The minute we drove up we knew this place was not for us but went in and checked out the room and after seeing the dirty bathroom we decided not to stay here. There was no rug on the floor and everything was very old it definitely needs an update but the bathroom was the worst of all.

I read the reviews while driving from Canada and hesitated to stay because of the poor written reviews. However, we needed a place to sleep that I could bring my cat. I was pleasantly surprised. Beds were comfortable although they did make a metal coil sound from the springs when we got up from the bed but no big deal. Rooms were clean, nothing fancy but we didn't pay for fancy. Got a good night's sleep and had a coffee and left. I am not hard to please but clean is a must. Lots of electrical outlets to charge my devices. 5 minutes to a big mall with lots of dining options. Quiet because set back from the main road.

Moderately priced, nice rooms, heat & a/c unit works great. Located nearby attractions.

Room was dusty and had a musty odor. Receptacles did not work. Refrigerator was not plugged in. Although cable TV was provided, it was not HD thus the picture quality was poor. The staff however were very friendly and courteous.

Room was fine. Clean floor and bedding. Updated but old. Wi-Fi signal didn't reach our room. Something was wrong with the coffee maker. The plug would not fit in any outlet! Unwrapped cups, too. Not exactly sanitary. Could actually see light coming through the door seals to the room. Hotel seemed seedy outside. Definitely not as nice as other Red Roof Inns we've stayed at. Rate was good, but given the "crappiness" of the hotel, I think the rate should be lower. Probably won't stay there again. Desk employee was very nice. I didn't check the breakfast, but considering how small the lobby was, it couldn't have been much.

I was booked to stay at this small hotel. I immediately felt something biting me. Finally I could not stand it anymore when I found bites all over my feet and arms. I could not see any other body parts. I told management and they made me leave! Saying that I could no longer stay there since my clothing needed to be cleaned. There was no mention of refunding my money, paying to clean my clothes. I eill not stay at any Red Roof Inn again!

Surprisingly much better than I was expecting. If you're cycling the C&O this is where you want to stay in Williamsport.

The front desk checked another person into my room while I was out getting dinner and my tablet got stolen. The front desk then said that sometimes that happens, and that she would "ask around", but failed to take down my name, number, or room number. Once the police showed up, the full story came out. The front desk lied to me. Don't stay here.

Clean rooms they have been recently updated. Staff polite but only help when directly asked a question. Overall what one would expect out of a good budget inn. The roof was definitely it's trade mark red.

I travel year round for work and live mostly out of hotels and a suitcase. I rarely if ever complain about hotels as I have had to stay in some real dumps. That being said this is the worst red roof I have stayed in half of the time you check in the rooms are still being cleaned sometimes up past 5pm. Only two of the staff who check in can speak understandable English if you move any price of furniture​be prepared to find dead bugs and rotten food as well as layers of dust. They may be renovated rooms but they still need to be kept clean. Most of the shower heads have very little water pressure and the air conditioning is very loud and doesn't cool the room down past 74. I honestly would suggest it's better to stay at any location than this red roof, customer service is poor and the staff is not very accommodating. The only reason I'm rating one star is I can't leave any less. Stay away from this dump if you can.

The hotel was not fully updatedupdated. The a/c unit was very old and only had knob controls. It wasn't awful, but it outstandingoutstanding.

I had to use the charge card to hold the room for that night that I slept there. In the morning when I went up to check out, she asked if I was checking out and I go yes room 158. Then I tell her that we're going to split it two ways cuz I had someone else with me in the room. Thwn she turned around and charges on my card and I was paying cash for it and then she refused to reimburse me back the money from my checking account and I was unable to pay cash and she blamed it all on me stating that what you said you were checking out. But what I'm checking out are you going to put it on this card are you going to pay cash didn't even give me a chance to get up there and pay cash for it and then refused to credit my card back so I could pay cash these people shouldn't even get their money for that one night stay. She continued to blame me because I said I'm checking out. You said you're checking out. You said you're checking out. Now the big thing was, when we walked out of the room we told him that we were out of 158. They went into 158, 2 people, and in less than two minutes they walked out of that room and they never change the sheets all they did was remake the beds and never changed the sheets for the next people to come in.

We requested a first floor room due to my being unable to climb stairs… this is also listed on our profile… we were told there were none available and we were given a 2nd floor room. After climbing the stairs I was in great pain. I again had to climb down the stairs where my knee almost gave way causing me to stumble. We love red roof inn but will never stay at that locan again.

My family is staying here now due to a family emergency. Check in was fast and easy, Not to mention the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. When we got to the room not only did it look clean but it smelled clean also. Beds are comfy, the bathroom is updated as well the room. Let me tell you it was the best nights sleep that I've had in a hotel. Today when we left to go out for breakfast they came and cleaned our room. Great maid service! I still have 3 more days here at the Red roof in and I feel like I'm at home. Thank you to the whole entire staff here for making this tragic moment of my life a comfortable one. 2 thumbs up☺

Ok I went in the room to find a large wet spot on the sheets and notified the front desk and there response was "they don't have clean sheets and the house keepers are not in" I think that says enough. They did however give us another room. But that was to little to late!.

2-10-16 checked in, door wouldn't seal closed properly, air and light came in around the whole door. Bathtub wouldn't drain, bathroom vent not working, sink wouldn't drain. I liked the new t. V.

Perfect stay on I 81 for an excellent price. I like the new look of RedRoof at this hotel.

Stayed for a couple of nights to bicycle around the area. The hotel has not yet been renovated like most of the Red Roofs I've stayed at, but it was still clean and quiet with reliable internet. The front desk even called to make sure everything was going well with my stay. Cons: still has carpet Pros: clean, quiet, walking distance to food, easy ride to downtown Williamsport, price.

BEWARE! If you try to book online through anyone BUT Red Room Inn they will give you grief. They showed us booked for a smoking room and would not change it for us. We had to call and cancel our reservation. They lady at the front desk was like a broken record, "I can't do anything for you. You should always book directly with the hotel. " Had it not been for the C&O Canal site we were on we wouldn't have even known a Red Roof Inn existed. Instead of being thankful other sites send them business they talked them down. Other than that the hotel was clean — no other complaints.

We checked in today July 3rd, 2015. The lady was very friendly and polite. The room is very clean. We, have always enjoyed staying here! No complaints! Stay here & enjoy it! Very quiet! :) Satisfied customers :)
