No stopper for bath tub; we requested a cart bed didn't happen. Will not return.

I love the location of the hotel. The check in staff was very friendly, unfortunately I forget her name. The check out staff Chanel was very nice and friendly. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. People complain about minor stuff. The overall condition of the hotel was great. Breakfast was great too. No wine opener at front desk, so don't forget to take one if you going to use one. Lol. Best of all is was peaceful and quiet. People, it not your house, don't expect everything 100% perfect, when you barley spend $100 a night. It a great place to stay admit it.

Wonderful staff rooms were excellent staff went over and above including Ms Kathy smith Ms kayla roman our hospitality staff and all the ladies on the breakfast crew this labor day weekend thank you for making our family reunion weekend awesome. God bless!

I visited the Sleep Inn & Suites because I had to attend a family and needed a place to stay overnight. The person who checked me in was very friendly and professional. When I went to my room, they were fixing the AC and assured me that it would be working by the time I came back later in the day. And they kept their promise. The room was nice, and it had both a shower and a bath tub. I had heard that other rooms on the same floor as me had only a shower, so I am not sure how that works. I was in need of a place to clean my clothing due to an accident, and over breakfast one of the attendants told me in detail where the nearest laundromat was. I was very appreciative for the information. Check out was very easy. I would definitely go back to this place if I am in the area again.

I've stayed here before and had a good experience. This time was not that good of an experience. The night staff is great. The day time staff doesn't seem to care. The cleaning staff never came to clean my room. Total night and day experience from this time and the first time I stayed here.

The absolute WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. Filthy floors, rusty tub, holes in bedspread, and the room phone was broken. Front desk mentioned that maintenance was "off" for the night, but she was aware the phone was inoperable prior to my visit. I requested a higher floor when I booked the room, was not honored when I arrived. They said they were already booked. Loud stomps were heard overhead most of the night well into the morning hours. What's the point of offering higher floor preferences on your site that you won't honor anyways? Ridiculous. This hotel was disgusting. Please spend your valuable dollars elsewhere, and save yourself the headache.

Dont stay here we arrived at June 5th @ 6:47pm we put out luggage in our room turned the ac down because it was extremely hot we went into DC to eat supper we got back around 10pm and the room still hadn't cooled down any. We laid down shortly after hoping the air would start working unfortunately it never got any cooler. We ended up having to check out because they didnt have any other rooms available and they wont refund my room charge all they want to do is give me a 15% discount. Stay away from this hotel!

Nice affordable place to stay during my women retreat. Clean rooms, friendly staff and free continental breakfast. Hallway have a unpleasant smell. L wish they had a pool. I would stay here again.

Good location, outside is clean and updated, the rooms could use some. Good rate and good breakfast.

Typically if you arrive before check-in a hotel will do its best to accommodate and get you in a clean room ASAP, NOT HERE! Ok that’s cool we will go to lunch and come back at check in. We finally are able to check in and we get our room number and keys. Go to the room and it’s not been cleaned. Cool front desk gives us a new room. Awesome. (We’re in town for a wedding, so we get dressed and leave, party then come back to crash) 20 mins after we finally fall asleep due to the loud noises of being right by the stairs the front desk calls the room phone TWICE then sends security up to our room because the front desk needed a signature. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL it’s 10pm, why are you calling and knocking on my door? A more professional and polite way to ask me to stop by the desk before check out, slide a note under the door next time! Smh! Haven’t had breakfast yet but I’m sure it not going to be anything to rave about. Super disappointed.

Recht günstig, der Service war auch sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad jedoch vor allem in den Ecken dreckig. Die Ausstattung war nicht gerade modern, Kühlschrank war innen auch nicht sauber. Sehr laute Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück kann man sich sparen. In Ordnung für eine Nacht wenn man unterwegs ist, länger wäre ich nicht geblieben.

Don’t be fooled. All of the positive reviews are fake. This place is run down and very disgusting. The entire building reeks of cigaret and weed smoke. The room was dirty, the carpet was filthy, the bed was deplorable. You will feel unclean after staying here. It’s not worth it. Look at the Google street view. You’ll see that it’s not in a good area. There’s a lot of questionable activity taking place at this hotel. I booked a four night stay, and left after the first night. There are nicer, cheap hotels in Bowie. You’ve been warned.

Never stay here again. Dirty and run down rooms… and I'm not that picky. Building smelled like an ashtray to include the room. Comforter had several burns hole in it. Breakfast was free and the worst set up I've ever seen. I would not park my car with valuables in it overnight. Stay away… don't make my mistake.

I made my reservation at 9 am and went to go check in at 7 pm. I've been sitting here waiting for an hour for my room. The front desk lady says the room is not ready and I need to wait. All I want to do is go to my room after a days work. This is unprofessional. I have not received good customer service.

The drive way was block completely. For pick up in the front. They need to keep it open.

This was by far the worst experience I have had with a hotel. We booked the room and upon check in the room was filthy and had what appeared to be cocai n in a plastic bag cigarette butts on the floor as well as pills and the room had a odor of marijuana. I reported these things to the front desk the lady said they were booked and didnt have another room available. Upon checkout I requested the manager and made her aware of the situation and she assured me that she would take care of It. After 2 weeks she apologized and said she would make things right out of the e3 nights we stayed she said she would give us 1 night for free I went back to claim the free night that she claimed to put into the computer the day before. Upon arrival I was advised that the complimentary room had been denied and no one could give me a reason I asked to speak with the manager and she refused to come out and aknowlege me. I called customer service and told them about the problem and advised I would not be wanting to reside at that location. The gentleman called me back and said that the manager advised that she would not give us a room there because we caused trouble. Sleep Inn @ Upper Marlboro Maryland I woudnt wish this type of service on my worst enemy. And the worst part I have been a choice member for 6 years.

It's was ok but I didn't really like the room. It was too big and it looked empty not cosy like country inn.

Arrive at night 01 / 18/2018 arrive at 8 pm until 01/19/2018 in room number 408. I work in a hotel as a supervisor and I have never seen so much dirt, which means that the housekeeping and supervisor do not do their job. I found the room in very dirty conditions, bed sheets used, broken and dirty and with a lot of hair. Moho in the bathroom and toilet. I attach photos as evidence. Lamentably I am very decesionado to find me with this situation so unpleasant. Because I have to get up early to continue on my journey not report anything to me arrives gives. We decided to rest and not bother the girl in the front folder who was very kind to us. I hope that with this report to future guests, the same will not happen to them. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in the Maryland/DC area. They make us feel like were at home. My son loves the staff as well as I do. The staff is great! Thanks for making it feel like home. Its also very clean. With much love Brittany and mason.

This was the nastiest Hotel I have ever seen in my life. After a tiring trip the last place you want to sleep on is a bed full of bed bugs. The floor was dirty, the bathroom had a roach crawling on the toilet, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom. I took a nap and woke up to a bed bug in my face. Food stuck on the wires. They did not clean that room in years and want to charge $100 per night. Very displeased.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean and in good condition, including a mini fridge. Bathroom and shower were also clean and in good order. Included breakfast was a convenient way to start the day.

I Stayed At This Hotel About A Week Ago. I Have No complaints of the rooms, The breakfast was okay. It’s a nice stop and go hotel. The staff was nice and had big smiles except for Vicky. She was so freakin rude. She practically yelled at me and told me that “BREAKFAST DOESNT START UNTIL 7! ”, and it was already 7. I Had A cup IN MY HAND And she tells me, that goes in the trash. She monitored me from the desk as if I was some sort of criminal, She was talking about how I was dressed as if she wanted me to hear, speaking to someone behind the desk with her, and she was extremely rude as I was checking out. There’s always that one person who doesn’t display good customer service. In a job that requires so… But man. Let’s do a better job at hiring. The front desk staff should be the MOST Friendly. But anyways other than that little quirk. Pretty cool stay.

The rooms are clean and the staff was great, all up till around 6am 10/13/17. I forgot my key in room and they refused to let me back in because our room was in my Husband's name, They even made me remove our stuff from room and stood over me while I packed our stuff and then made me wait outside till my husband got back. Very unprofessional. We will not be staying here again.

General manager attitude sucks The associates need to get trained ALL OVER AGAIN! Seemed like no one had the right answer for me until I got on the phone with corporate.

When I checked in I was asked did I want the extended stay which was 12 instead of 11 since I was a choice member. I said yes but when I wake up I call the front desk and speak with Vicky Taylor to confirm my extended stay but was told I would have to be gone by 11:30 because they were booked for the day. She had a nasty attitude about it. Then when I'm upstairs getting breakfast for me and my son she keeps saying come on ten o'clock. I guess so she can clean up with breakfast. My boyfriend comes upatairs from the room and she's saying I'm shutting down everything and proceeds to wipe down and take down everything while he's retrieving his breakfast. It wasn't even ten. I found that to be very rude and poor customer service. Also, upon arrival I was given room 109 when I went to my room the beds weren't made and there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. I went back upstairs to tell the nice lady that was there when I checked in and. She apologized and got me a new room 111. At first glance the room looked fine. But once I start looking around there were cigarette butts beside the bed and trash lining the other. I had just gotten off work and just wanted to relax so I cleaned it up myself. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had.

The staff was helpful but there are refrigerators in the rooms but no microwave so if you need to cook something you have to wait in line in the lobby. The channel list says they have 25 channels including 4 HBO channels but only 17 of them actually work and the only HBO channel that comes in is the Spanish one. But they do leave you the HBO guide book so you can see what you are missing. When I asked about the TV they simply said they no longer have those channels and they don't know if or when they will be fixed. The pillows are square throw pillow size.

The rooms were not the best, there was hair all over the beds and a stain on the pull out couch mattress, the front desk and breakfast staff were very rude and refused to bring out anymore food when it was only 8:30am. Not my best stay.

Friendly stuff, room is fine and looks clean. Some part of the hotel is stinky because they have smoking rooms too. Gym is a joke with only 3 machine and one of them, the treadmill wasn't even working. And you can't go for a run because of the hotel's location, It's near by a busy road. So if you need your workout done try to find something else. Breakfast is from 6-9 and was very basic but at least they got some protein; eggs and sausage. Make sure you arrive early. I got downstairs at 8:20 and was no fruit. For the price they could do a little better…

Came here as part of a travel group. Apparently this hotel messed up the reservation and confounded our group reservation with another company. So when our tour group arrived at 9h30 at night, there were 0 room for us. And the front desk said could NOT do anything, because the hotel was FULLY booked. He also called the management. But the "manager" could not care less and just want to get rid of us. So the front desk said he could not do a thing. To make matter worse that was a busy weekend. In the end the company booked us another hotel 45 minutes away, and finally we could have a rest at 11h30, 2h later! I guess if you enjoy having your room cancelled by the hotel for overbooking or without any reason, left no where to sleep at middle of the night, this is the place for YOU. Talk about great hospitality!

Motel vs. Hotel! Do not stay here. We stayed one night and then found another hotel for the remainder of our stay. Here is a list of the lacking amenities: -The entire hotel and our non-smoking rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. -The shower and walls had mold. -The toilet had rust stains. -Sections of the carpet were sticky. -Bed pillows were 1/2 size, like throw pillows. -Air conditioner did not cool room -Stains on the lamp shade -Dirty windows and curtains -Unfriendly cleaning staff that would not wait till I left room to clean and provide new towels. -Children running the halls past midnight -No one answered front desk phone, mailbox was full -Motorcycles raced up and down the street all night! Midnight till at least 3am when I finally fell asleep.

Spacious clean rooms, waffles for breakfast, super friendly staff — I'll stay here again.

It was my first time in US. We were space campers so we had to move to DC the day later. It was wonderful staying there.

I agree with the down opinion. When I travelled to US first, I didn't know how to order delivery food, and call a taxi. But the desk lady helped me! She gave me lots of information. Moreover, the room was very clean and large. Ah, also waffle! I loved it! I made waffles myself. And drinks UNLIMITED. What a. Anyway I cant forget it. Sleep inn. If I go to US, I will absolutely go sleep inn.

The desk lady was extremely helpful. She gave good info. The hotel is by far the most beautiful setting to be in. The dining area is so elegant, I absolutely love that hotel, I would recommend and for myself, I would go again :) thanks guys.

Just minutes outside of Andrews Air Force Base.

Overall a very nice stay. No major problems or complaints. Room was comfy and clean, and that's all I ask for. A/C unit did have some issues but that was remedied by turning the temp all the way down. I would recommend this hotel.
