The hotel was nice with a cute lobby and pool. The room was clean and well appointed. The hallways and elevator where a bit dated and dingy however. The morning breakfast was tasty but nothing special. It would have been nice to have a little bit more fresh fruit available. The staff was very helpful.
Good option if you want to visit DC on a budget. It's right by the orange metro line which has a parking garage. The breakfast was a highlight too — pancakes, eggs, bacon, coffee. Good pool. Clean rooms. Nice employees. What else could you want.
A nice hotel with standard rooms and services (+outdoor pool, free parking, and a complementary shuttle service to the Orange Metro Line). We had a great stay with BW. I really loved the breakfast too. The only thing that, in my opinion, is worth improving is the shuttle service operations. The shuttle leaves every hour and should be requested in advance which is pretty OK when you head to the city. However, when you come back, you need to call in advance to ask for a ride.
