The first floor room was clean, but damp. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The morning breakfast, while good, was not reliable due to apparent difficulty keeping certain items filled. Overall, the experience was good.

This hotel is the worst one in Waldorf. I knew it being cheap wasn’t going to give me a 5 star hotel, but my god. Holes in the floor burns in the carpet and bedding. What appeared to be seamen stains on the red sheets. Urine left in the toilet. I ask for my money back. They said no. So I just left and let them keep the money. No way in hell me and my family was staying in that getto a$$ place. Wish I could give them like a — 10 on the stars and bring there rating down so ppl would know up front. You car would be a nicer stay.

Rooms on the 1st floor all smell of mildew, bathrooms have moisture mildew uhh, but clean. Staff is kool, but I think I may need another room. Shabby renovations needs more attention.

Staff members are so far the best I ever stayed at. Hotel do need a serious upgrade.

The gentleman "Larry" working the front desk was great. He deserves a job at a real hotel. This is the m ok st disgusting and nasty hotel I've ever stepped into. It should be condemned by the city of Waldorf.

Mold in the tub. Dirty chair. Dirty A/C Broken lock on door Damaged hot tube Drug addicts hanging around in the lobby during free breakfast. Bums hanging around in front of the hotel door. Switched rooms two times. Second room was a bad as the first room. Photos enclosed Wish I could get my money back.

Beds were uncomfortable. Showers were patched with fiberglass. Found bugs in the room on multiple occasions. Was put in a room that reeked of cigarettes despite requesting a non smoking room.

All new furniture and bedding however the hallways smell like a weed factory.

Very secluded location of the city.

I have to pick a star. Otherwise it would of been none. Location is convenient, but rooms aren't heated. The TV doesn't get many channels. The first thing I saw when I pulled up was 3 Charles county sheriff. Overall it should be much cheaper to stay here. I'll pay the extra money to go to Marriott from now on.

The worse hotel I've ever been to. The ceiling leaked and flooded the bathroom. They refused to refund me money after only being there 3 hours. Do not waste your money, this place is horrible.

One guy was cool helped me out that's why one star. People staying there (war zone) pot smell every where.

The price on the internet said $53 I went to check in the guy said 72 plus tax I said was his 53 on the internet because I don't care what it said and I go upstairs for a hotel it supposed to be back by Wyndham there's a sign there is his quality and freshness or something like that guarantee cleanliness the room was disgusting but I was so tired I took the blankets and sheets off one bed lay them across a blanket across the other one so I didn't have to lay on the sheets in case of bed bugs and around 2:30 I heard the door slam and somebody trying to open my bedroom door my room door so I took the chair stuck it up against the door and went back to sleep I got woke up at 5:45 somebody kicking doors outside in the hallway and I went downstairs and have coffee and breakfast I am calling corporate this morning and Wyndham the place is disgusting they should have people go and check these.

This place sucks it was so nasty the sheets looked as they have never been washed, Mold around the AC. Dust and food on the walls, no towels on 2nd day would not refund money as I was gonna get a diffrent hotel after seeing the nasty room contacted HR told I would get a refund 2 weeks later nothing DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AT THIS NASTY PLACE PS: I have pictures to back up what I’m saying.

We had a party of 4 with two rooms reserved. Our first room was cancelled due to a bathroom leak and being over booked! We decided to stay and our room was disgusting! BED BUGS where moving under the sheets. Also hair was in the bed and holes in the walls. The emergency exit door did not have a door knob anyone could come through. The night shift staff member was completely rude. He stated fill out a survey you'll be fine! We did not stay. I would upload pictures and rate this place a ZERO if an option.

I wouldn't even give a 1 star rating, I just did to write a review. There were 4 of us all together suppose to have 2 rooms (we reserved 2 rooms a month in advance) and ended up having 1 room due to leakage in the roof to the one room. The place is disgusting. Found bed bugs in our beds, the sheets were dirty and you could tell they weren't changed from the previous people that were there before. The place reeked of marajuana and mildew. The walls were dirty. Dried blood on toliet seat, pubic hairs on bathroom floor. Please do not pay to stay here we did not even stay even though we had plans for the next day. The guy that was working was very rude and told us to just do our survey and we would be fine. Will never book a room and waste time on this place again!

Very nice staff. I felt welcome. I was always greeted as I walked in to go to my room.

This motel has roaches. Gross!

It was nice and clean but the outlets for charging cell phones and computers were not there. No chairs in the room.

The linens are thin and hard the dumpster is overloaded theres old mattresses and furniture still outside and the doors are insecured witb no locks and the building and doors are old yoy have to pick the lever up before you put your key in so it can open.

Not a hotel more like a trash dump.

Rude owners and if they have reservations and they don't have enough rooms a person that already has a room has to check out… Housekeeping won't give u towels and wash cloths. They give u wat they want to give u. Ignorant staff. I was switched rooms 3 times in one day. Room 212 has a bath mat on the floor of the tub and u can tell that whoever placed it there caulked it BC of the condition of the tub. There's not enough fridges and microwaves to go around in the motel. And they have the nerve to try and UPGRADE. Won't u work on ur csr skills b4 u upgrade ur motel.

The place is really run down and in dis-repair. I don't know how this building passes inspection for codes, etc. The sheets collected moisture during the day from the A/C being so inadequate. It was clean, but felt dirty and gross. The TV did not work.

When the door of your room haa been kicked it before and no one feels the need to replace it.

It's not too bad for how cheap it is. It could use some updating but it's not horrible. Also, I've heard there are a lot of drug dealers/users around here but it was quiet when I stayed.

Disgusting. Worst hotel experience to date. I understand the challenges of low budget lodgings, but this was a stretch. The bath towels had brown stains. The door lock looked like it had been kicked in. There were roaches. The furniture was stained and dingy. There were people partying to all hours of the night and banging on doors. Overall condition was filthy. We had arrived at 4am the first night and had not noticed the condition until the next day. When we awoke, we complained, and the staff had promised to clean so we gave them a second chance. When we arrived late that night the room wasn't any better. In fact, there was pee on the seat which I'm sure we didn't leave. It was too late and we were forced to stay there, creeped out and sleeping on top of the sheets. When we left we told the desk about the roaches and he gave us the thumbs up and said "don't worry — exterminator comes on Sunday. " When we called customer service they laughed at our experience. I used count Super 8 as my go-to, but not anymore. Terrible. Pay more to stay elsewhere. You'll be glad.

This place was disgusting. The rooms were dirty, smelly, and falling apart. My bathroom door didn't have a working handle. The sink didn't drain. The beds have stains all over. They don't do anything about guest smoking so the hole place smells like an ashtray. The maids didn't clean the rooms. They just make the beds. They didn't have any extra pillows or blankets. The phone didn't work and the maids just throw your things under the bed to get them out of the way. I DO NOT recommend staying here.
