I had a very comfortable nights sleep.

The hotel itself is clean and pretty. We stayed there this past weekend. There was a large group of kids, likely a sports team, staying there. At about mid-night, we called the front desk because the noise in the next room was very loud. He called the room — we could hear them saying "why is the phone ringing. " They finally answered it, apparently thought it was funny and the noise got worse. About a half hour later we called again. Front desk guy hung up on us. He did come to their room to address the issue and then to ours. He said he hung up because 3 cop cars rolled up to the hotel. At 2:30 a. M. We called again. This time he tells us "What do you want me to do? They're complaining about you, too! " "If I have to remove them, you're getting thrown out as well. " Meanwhile, I've had laryngitis for 2 weeks and we're 2 grown adults just trying to sleep. This night-employee clearly goes by "when the management is away the mice will play. " Aside from that, the hotel was nice, but wouldn't stay there again because clearly management is untrained to handle certain situations. The Manager the next morning was very apologetic and horrified at what she was hearing from my husband. Our room was refunded, but I'm clearly not convinced that this night employee will be addressed appropriately. He owes us an apology.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. The staff was amazing! They interacted with me and my co-workers and recommended places to eat. The hotel bar (and Tammy the bartender) were friendly and fun. Breakfast was good and their happy hour time was a blast! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all of the staff for making us comfortable while away from home!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Modern well laid out rooms. Big smart TV in rooms. Lots of things within a short drive but nothing in walking distance. Need some small maintenance in rooms. Would stay again. Quite location.

2nd time staying here. Great rooms with plenty of room to spread out! Updated rooms with full kitchen and Samsung 55" Televisions! Updated hospitality options that allow me to connect my various streaming services like Hulu and Netflix! Updated bathroom with walk in shower! Close to the Under Armour Ravens Training Complex and restaurant choices.

It's new but I'm not impressed. The night I am here it's only one person running the hotel and the manager is not even on duty. The room has several filthy problems and I had to go to the front desk to get things I requested over phone. Oh AND I had to vacuum my own pull out bed in my room because it had all kinds if crumbs and things. Just not happy about this place.

I was very pleased with my night at the Residence Inn except for one thing: Too much light in the room in the early morning. We had the shades closed, but with the modern style of the room, there is no overly large blackout shade to keep 99% of the light out. I woukd say what is there kept out 85% of light and that was enough to wake me at 5:30am, something I was not too happy about. Breakfast was good, so that made up for it. Should have had bacon though. There was only pork sausage patties and turkey breakfast sausages.

In town for a wedding. Hotel seemed brand new with modern stylish decor, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, with a walk in shower that is magnificent! breakfast was hot, plentiful, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again!

Quiet area with easy access to highway. Rooms are nice, beds are on the hard side. Would be nice if they had a better variety of foods and a larger selection of items in their small store. Love their large showers. Employees are nice and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel this weekend and had the worst experience I've ever at a Marriott location. An employee by the name of Kelly came to my room to make me aware of a policy and very rudely stood holding a pen directly in my face as I read the document. I could not believe as I read the complete document she did not remove the pen and stood there with it still in my face. Her attitude was completely awful! Customer service definitely needs to be improved at this location!
