Nice place and great location. We stayed in a two bedroom on the third floor. It had a little kitchen area and a living room. The unit was clean and the AC worked well. My only complaint is the difficulty getting towels. The lobby is always locked, there's a camera and you ring a doorbell for service. I waited 20 mins and no answer, I came back later and also got no answer. Get enough towels for your entire stay upon check-in.

First of all… the rooms are small so if you’re coming with children and other people BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. No space what so ever. The AC units do not blow out any cold air and when we asked someone to come look at it they gave us an attitude saying it was cold if we didn’t have a lot of people in the room. They told us to book a suite if we had guest staying over after we told them that our guests have their own rooms they are just hanging out until we leave but they insisted on making us purchase a suite until our guests left. They knocked on our room muiltiple times to check if we had any other guest. You’re not allowed to have people hang out in your room or they will charge $50. They will charge you $50 if something is broken or missing or if you move furniture. Refused to give us a fan. This place is the worst. Would not recommend it at all.

This place was horrible. If I could’ve gotten my money back and stood somewhere else I would have. The room was so small. The people who worked there were RUDE! They don’t let you hang out there. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire time. They watch to see how many people come and go in your room… the ac blew nothing but hot air. We asked for a fan and they told us no. Never again will I book with this hotel again! Please save your money and find somewhere else to stay. Even if it’s just a few dollars more.

WORST PLACE EVER! I have never stay anywhere so small and dirty! Very bad customer service! Very rude and disrespectful! Got accused of smoking in room! Never got a Emil confirmation! Alison not got anything said to about a deposit and they would not let me use a debit car had to be a credit card so had to find a friend staying near by to ask for money for a deposit! (Never gave it back! )

A clean, cozy place to stay for a weekend. Microwave, Ice, Wi-Fi, Mini refrigerator and TV with either two full size or king size beds. We were hardly in the room. We were out the entire weekend, therefore, a great choice. Beach was only two short blocks away. Friendly and courteous service.

Three friends and I stayed here for a week and I wasn't impressed. The first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned at all, the beds we're still messy and there was an open soda on the night stand. So they moved us to a different room. The rooms were very small but atleat l this one looked cleaner. The bathroom wasn't big enough for two people to move around in and was in need of some serious updates including the sludge on the shower head and shower floor. The beds we're free of bugs but there was garbage underneath them and I found a toe nail between my sheets. We had to constantly request more towels as there were four of us. On about the fifth day we had the maid service sign up all day and when we returned that night it had not been tended to. And somehow more and more flies continued to enter the room. There was also poor TV connection so it lost service often. The only bright side we found to this room is how close it is to the boardwalk. They would have received a three star rating because we were told we didn't have to be out until one due to the first room being messy, but, 11:30 came around Sunday and they were knocking at our door telling us we had to be out by 11. So two stars it is.

Not sure why there are negative reviews because you can't beat the accommodations, service we received, and what we paid for this hotel. Rooms a bit small but very clean and comfortable. My wife an I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Best stay that we have had in Ocean City! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the beach was just a minute away, and you cant beat the price for staying downtown. We could not have asked for anything better!

The most racist hotel in ocean city. The staff was extremely rude. Kept acussing us of smoking in the room. W. O. R. S. T stay in oc ever. They where horrible. not to mention the extremely false advertisement of accommodations. Rooms are extremely small. Overall they sucked.

We got a room with 2 full beds. The room was definitely small as well as the bathroom. The mini fridge was good, the shower was good (with full running water, hot/cold), the toilet is definitely not for long legged people. Hubby is 5'11" and his knees touched the wall but just enough room to be able to do his business. The a. C. Worked ok. It kept the room pretty cool while we slept in the hot summer. The staff was nice. It was very cheap for 3 days but I would probably want a bigger room with a kitchen area.

For the price point, really great. Very nice people working there. Easy two block walk to the beach.

What a dump DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY they do not deserve a star rating they should be shut down my daughter stayed there and they took money out of her bank account after she left. No good room service what so ever.

This place is the worse place I have ever stayed. They first of all accused me of smoking in there hotel and threatened to charge me $250. The room was smaller than a child's bedroom all crammed up door barley shut. Only had one roll of toilet paper the people running it didn't even speak English couldn't understand a word they said! Then on my way home I check my bank account and some how they charged my bank card $250. So if you are looking to spend a night for cheep don't choose this place, they are rude and will try to take money that is not there's. This place don't even deserve a star. It deserves to be shut down.

Although the rooms are small they were clean and it was perfect for my Mom, my kids and myself. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommended it to others. Thank you for the great experience!

Rooms are small and outdated. Beds were both comfy and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Location is walking distance from the boardwalk. Parking is narrow but there was always a spot. Overall I do recommend if you only need a room to shower and sleep. We spend most of our time on the beach and boardwalk.

The location is a two minute walk from the beach and boardwalk. The rooms are small but cozy! The service is good and the workers are kind. We stayed for 2 nights and we are coming back next year. If you're looking to stay for a few night I'd recommend this place.

Great, inexpensive place for a couple days! VERY close to the beach Docked a star because the room was so small the bed, unless pushed into the corner, kept the door from closing. Staff was friendly but it was annoying waiting until 3 to check in. Thank God they let us check in early cause I was exhausted after a long drive. Showers were nice and hot and the building offered a deck for sitting The biggest perk: FREE PARKING.

Overall, I'd say this hotel is on par with the price. It's not a really nice hotel, but the beds are ok. The rooms are very small. There were two queen beds touching the wall with a nightstand in the middle and no closet. Parking lot is pretty small and crowded. You could hear people above you walking around, as well as people in the hall. But it was a safe enough seeming place for the price. Definitely not an upscale hotel or area, but it was decent enough for a night. Everything seemed clean but quite dated. If you're trying to save money and just need a place to sleep, this is a good option. If you want a nice hotel to spend time in, go somewhere else.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. There were four of us and we paid $360 for two nights. The room is smaller than a bedroom. The toilet didn't flush. The air conditioner barely worked. We were out on the balcony and the owner came upstairs and started cussing at us that we were not allowed to have anybody there that wasn't staying in the room. There were young kids blaring music at 7:00 in the morning and nothing was said to them. You have to take out your own garbage. I would sleep in my car before I ever stayed at this place again.

My wife and I arrived Wednesday evening around 10pm. We checked in and went to our room. Very nice! Rooms are very clean and well organized. Ocean Lodge Hotel — Excellent Accommodations! Highly recommend! Update — 05/11/2017. I just read some of the negative reviews, pay no attention to them. Ocean Lodge is an excellent place to stay. My review is real and I'm real. Email me anytime. 5 Stars!

The Ocean Lodge Hotel is only a block or two over from the boardwalk, and is only about 7 blocks (great walking distance) from all of the attractions on the boardwalk. The staff is wonderful and the service was great. The rooms are a little small for more than two or three people, but they're comfortable and have a great size fridge and television. Definitely was a good place to stay the night.

The only thing this motel had going for it was that the beds and floors were clean. Some of the disappointments: -Wifi does not work on the 3rd floor. At all. -Tiny rooms. No chair, desk, or telephone. -No shampoo, body wash, or hair dryer were provided. -Bathroom door did not shut properly or lock. -Toilet barely flushed. -Cold shower with terrible water pressure. -Beds were as hard as a rock. -The biggest concern was that the door that gets you access to the 3rd floor was left open 24/7 and the room locks on the doors were not all that great. Very unsafe overall. The front desk was unattended by 10pm.

My buddies and I stayed here. Place was pretty nice. It was super close to the boardwalk and the beach. We were downtown and didn't have to drive anywhere. Price was good, our room was clean. The lady helped us get a change of towels. We had to put down a security deposit but we got it back when we left. I recommend staying here if you're visiting oc.

My friends and I just stayed here for senior week and it was an awesome time! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they helped us find fun activities to do! We rented the two bedroom apt and it was plenty of room and the beds were comfy too. And its so close to the beach! We are definitely coming back here, you can't beat the price and what you get for it.

Worst ppace to stay irritating woman just constantly complaing about people not even staying there for 5 minutes going in to hamgout and then go out.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Nice rooms for the (really low) price. Once you remember it's a small business it becomes a lot more charming.

Worst hotel I've ever walked in to. Service is horribly and unfriendly. Slow and I mean slow when they even thought about doing something as simple as checking in. Smells bad. I'd like to take stars away if I could that's how bad this place is.
