The service and staff were superb! It is so nice to get that kind of service. The Palm restaurant in the hotel was delicious. Every meal we had the was scrumptious, no complaints. For breakfast we had a waitress who spoke with an accent we didn’t get her name but she was so very sweet to us. I was so impressed with this hotel I have told family and friends if you visit Ocean City you must stay at Hilton Suites Ocean City Oceanfront. Even our housekeeper was attentive and sweet, our bell hop when we were leaving. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for a wonderful birthday getaway!

We’ve had a wonderful stay this week. The staff have been quite friendly and helpful. The rooms offer fantastic space for our family of 5! Plenty of parking. And the bathroom? It’s huge. We couldn’t ask for more — including this stellar sunrise. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, amazing food and full breakfast menu included! Staff extremely accommodating! Indoor Pool was salt water so didn’t burn the kids eyes like our previous and most hotels! Wish there was a hot tub next to pool for the adults though. Plan on returning when warmer & beautify outside pools are open. Overall I highly recommend!

We decided to get away for the night and wow the hotel staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean and so much space. The view was amazing. Absolutely loved staying will definitely be back soon. Indoor pool and arcade were open and a great time.

This was our 1st visit here. The room was great. Nice set up and very clean.
My only complaint is the shower. There isn’t enough pressure to properly was your hair.

The food was horrible. The bed uncomfortable. They gave me Bleu cheese that I'm allergic too and was as if no big deal. Water pressure stunk.

Great stay! The rooms were clean and I felt safe staying here. However, the pool staff was not very welcoming, and it felt as the rules were different everyday. It was a beautiful pool though! It is oceanfront and great for relaxing. Would recommend! Currently still here for another 2 days.

We have been coming here for the past 3 years. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the team here is AMAZING. I would not stay anywhere else. Thank you to the amazing team and always making our stay terrific!

It’s a beautiful property with a beautiful view. I’ve stayed here a handful of times. Little disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm in the staff. When checking in I asked if two beverages could be sent up to my room. Despite the fact that I was the only one checking in he told me that I had to do it myself. He could’ve easily picked up his phone called over to the restaurant and had it sent to the room. I had maintenance knocking on my door even though I had the privacy placard hanging on the door handle. I asked the front desk why they would do such a thing and he said it was probably a contractor checking on the fire alarm system. Nothing that resembled an apology out of their mouth. The breakfast crew should learn to drink coffee before their shift. They looked like they needed it more than I did. Zero personality. The bright star in the employees were the bartenders. Season professionals with good personalities. See you guys next time.

Upon arrival, everything was clean and presented nicely. All of the hotel employees that I interacted with were super friendly and helpful. The location to the beach, restaurants and bars enhanced my stay.

Good location. Large rooms suites equipped with cooking range, refrigerator, oven microwave oven & Restaurant good service.

Staff was accommodating! Pool areas (three of them) and service excellent! Impressed with cleanliness and pool cleaning every two hours! Beach was easy access from hotel. Only recommendation is it needs handicap access doors at least. If your pushing a wheel chair, stroller, wagon or have your hands full with kids and beach equipment it's difficult to maneuver. We were lucky on a fee occasions to have staff/guest to hold the door for us.

Very welcoming and friendly stuff. Rooms are really clean with beautiful view of the ocean. Large indoor pool for lots of fun for the children, so are the two outside heated pool. Walkout from lobby to a magical Ocean city beach. Really nice ocean front hotel.

Great location. Great kids pools with plenty of activities (slides, Whirlpool, lazy river, adult pool, easy beach access). Rooms were Roomy, kitchen set up was good (could use update). Our room was on the bottom floor walk out patio to the kids side pool. Traveling with 6 1/2 & 4 1/2 yr olds it worked out great. I was nervous about being that close as in a late sleeper and frequent napper. Once the patio door was closed we couldn't really hear a thing. Also kids club and other activities for kids.

The place was great. I loved the size of our room, it was like a small apartment. The breakfast buffet in their restaurant was not the greatest but overall it was okay. This was a great vacation for my family and I and the Hilton made it even better.

Is every room an Ocean View Kitchen suite? That's the impression I got when I checked in. As someone who loves the sound and the view of the ocean, I loved my room. I could close the screen door to the balcony and enjoy the sound of the ocean. I had a whirlpool tub that was deep enough for my tall frame. And, the full kitchen and living room seemed ideal for a family or someone with a dietary restriction. Four blocks from the boardwalk, close enough to enjoy and far enough to have a peaceful night's sleep. Last, but not least a "kids" pool area with slides and an "adult" pool area with swim up bar. The only changes I would make would be putting hot tub in "adult"pool area and better breakfast at Palm 32 hotel restaurant. It's a pricy stay during the summer, around $400 per night, but if you want all of the above, I thought it was worth it.

I did not encounter a single employee who did not go out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. The room service personnel went so far as to design animals with our towels and leave them on the beds. Everything was close to the hotel as far as outside amenities went. Front desk help was very personable and answered all of our questions whenever we had them. The only possible suggestion I would have is increased covered parking. There were a lot more spaces that were outdoors and uncovered than those that were available inside the garage.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. I saw garbage like bags in the pool and upon asking, they said the lifeguards would clean it up. When the lifeguards arrive, they see it, and do nothing. When I tell them, they ignore me. I called the front desk again and they said that they would call the city (even though it's their pool). The third time my mother called and finally got the answer that they were sandbags because the mat in the pool kept floating up. It took over 2 hours to get that answer. Also, when I asked for a spoon at the restaurant for my oatmeal, I was scoffed at. For what reason, I have no clue. Finally the ceiling and shower curtain are infested with mold and the kitchen and bathroom floor were sticky.

Nice Hotel. Great Ocean views and easy access to the beach. However, when you spend decent money on a stay, details are very important. The front desk misses the mark. On several occasions 3 behind the counter but always had to ask for assistance, never greeted. Other staff throughout premises were different though and this helped set a better tone. Rooms from the 7th floor up have been renovated according to the staff. Our room on the lower floor is still original and while not bad, was a bit dated and in need of some TLC. The Rumba is decent with a great atmosphere and reasonably priced food. Would recommend for the overall experience, and with details being addressed would move the star bar up.

Stayed here in May and it was very nice, came back in June and very disappointed. The floor in my room was not vacumed, the kitchen floor had food and sticky liquid spilled on it, and broken glass? The draught beer at the inside bar was bad, tried 2 different ones, the hot tub out of order, ouside bar closed? Its the end of June, dont care if the sun us not shinning. Vending machine by pool out of order, game in arcade out of order. Wont spend $$$ to stay at this Hilton again. Staff was very nice and accomodating.

The rooms are nice. Good location. The breakfast buffet is not worth it. The french toast was barely warm. The syrup dispenser does not allow you to pour syrup on the toast. The showers in my room was weird. The shower head is directly above you in the ceiling and fixed. There is not enough room to lather up without rinsing off at the same time. The tub/shower wall is quite high which makes for an adventurous step out of the shower with wet feet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Large clean room. Friendly staff. The reason for the 2 star is because of a few issues. At $500 plus a night, the hot tub should be useable, instead of green algea looking water. Also, I should be able to take a hot shower when I get back to my room around 5pm. I did not have a warm shower, much less hot shower, for the first 2 days and I still have 1 day to go. The ac works in the bedroom but has to be several degrees hotter in the front area, so the front is uncomfortable.

Loved our stay at Hilton OC Suites… The room was extremely clean and spacious. The staff was extremely accommodating, and the food service from 32 Palm was excellent.

The air circulation filters need to be replaced. And, much better Wi-Fi connection is needed. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very efficient and the hotel itself is pleasing to the eye. I will definitely return again.

The staff has been very friendly. Our room was clean and ready for us. The view is exceptional (401). Absolutely no complaints.

All the employees were very nice n helpful when we wanted to know something. The Hilton is a very nice place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone. It's very clean n the suite s are amazing. Enjoyed it very much.

Food (room service) is good, close to shopping outlet, loved the ocean view room and hearing the sound of the waves. Customer service is good. I just wish there was mesh on the door to leave it open to get some air and the birds won't try to come in.

This hotel is so nice and the food in the restaurant is delicious. Staff very nice as well. Ocean view from the balcony is extremely beautiful.

Just a bit disappointing for a Hikton this time. Housekeeping was lax. Sliding doors were a mess. Likely small children in room prior to our visit. Smudges at a low height and greasy marks on lower level of bedroom table. 2 wall lights nonfunctional in bathroom. I informed front desk of all issues. Housekeeping was in but did not know what was needed. Likely a communication issue. Wrong table cleaned, sliders not completely cleaned. Lights never addressed. Always a fabulous ocean view though!

Had a great stay here and everyone was so nice and courteous. Room Service was better than going out! Will stay here again. I might just make it an anniversary tradition.

The staff is amazing and they have pride in their hotel. Super clean and family friendly. There's also a small Starbucks located near the front desk! They don't have all the specialty drinks but they have the basics.

It's probably the most luxurious hotel on Ocean City, MD with outdoor and indoor pool, pool side bar, on site restaurant and direct access to Atlantic ocean. The biggest negative is the its distance to board walk, you'll need to drive over. However everything you need for a nice stay is there. There are several great restaurants in the neighborhood and good stuff to make your stay more enjoyable! Rooms are suite like with kitchen and hot tub inside the bathroom, including a nice balcony with chair.

Very nice place. Helpful friendly staff. Beautiful view of ocean from our room. Our only complaint was the whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Very hard to enter and exit, especially for older people. Tub had tall sides and no step or landing.

This us the third time that we have stayed here. We were there for a business conference. The rooms are so nice. They're comfortable and sooo relaxing. Love the bathrobe. And the Jacuzzi bathtubs is Great!

The hotel is right on the beach a few blocks from the boardwalk. The room was clean and well stocked. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because we put out a door hanger for a morning order of coffee. Not only did they not come to check it despite a 2am last call according to the form, we also had housekeeping make the rounds and not take it the next day. I get we were out of season but don't advertise a service if you won't provide. Especially when we were willing to pay for coffee. Hampton Inn provides free coffee and breakfast. Hilton can't compete. I would have rather stayed at a Hampton Inn.

Great place to take the family. Or a romantic getaway. Access to the beach. Two nice pools. One with a swim-up bar. And one for the kids. An outdoor restaurant, very nice, an outdoor private hot tubs and several rooms very limited.

Have stayed here a few times and would have always given it 5 stars previously, not so this time as room was definitely not maintained. Huge dents in refrigerator and in bathroom, screen door wouldn't close all the way because of a dent. There was some stain on the wall that looked like it had tried to be cleaned but still there and the love seat made obnoxious noises when sitting on either side. We only booked 1 week ahead so maybe that was part of the problem but not expected or what I'm used to from Hilton. Avoid room 219. Still gave 3 stars for friendly staff and nice amenities.

Best hotel on the strip. Super clean. Staff amazingly friendly. It was an easy stay. No issues at all.

Lovely hotel with lots of amenities. We are a family of four and really appreciate the suite layout. We could put our girls to bed and have a space far enough away to watch TV or talk and not disturb them. Kitchen and bath are in between the bedroom and living room/dining room. Full kitchen was helpful for our food allergies. We cooked breakfast in the morning. Downside to the kitchen was the absence of a kitchen drain strainer/catch. You think they would want to protect the drain from loose food from pans going down?! Bathroom wise, the tubs are huge. Water comes from the jacuzzi jets (I found that bizarre but maybe not unusual). The rain shower is a little difficult to rinse shampoo and conditioner from hair. Otherwise everything was great. We appreciated the Starbucks on site. We will consider coming again. Ocean City wasn't our first choice in beach but we were using our American Express CC points and this gem was available (and we came in the off season, October, when it was still warm (75) ).

Had a great view of the ocean. Large comfortable rooms. Cleaning service was quick and did a nice job. Pools (indoor and outdoor) are clean and large. Beach is mere steps from the hotel. Very nice.

The hotel is right on the beach and has two access points which are amazing. The room was large and very clean, and the beds are very comfortable! The service is exceptional, the doorman makes sure to grab an elevator for you as soon as you enter and helps with luggage etc.

The best part is the swim up pool bar! Had a great stay but wish the pool was open later. 10 minute taxi ride from most bars and activities but nicer than most of the hotels that we saw around.

Amazing place for families. There is a wonderful lady who does arts and crafts with children in the afternoon. She really helped us manage my very excited daughter. There is also an indoor pool and arcade and a kids outdoor pool with slides and fountains. Everyone was very nice and we were right on the beach.

Location was awesome outside pools were awesome overall Hotel was very good. Elevators were quick to open and close. The only thing they need to have are automatic opening doors when you enter the hotel from the front entrance or rear. They do have door men to help out with this but are not around to do so much while bringing in heavy bags and Beach carts.

There is a reason this place has a 4 diamond rating every year for the last 6+ years. The staff are on point, the accommodations are superior to most hotels. I haven't had a problem yet on this trip. Most things are being addressed before any guest had to say anything. That's service attention, great staff attitude, and excellent accommodations. Think I'm a shill? The room in the view are awesome, the staff are mostly very courteous and polite. Every issue we had was addressed right away with professionalism and kindness. After spending another night I've decided to upgrade this from 4 to 5 stars due to how attentive the cleaning staff are and due to the fact that we had a thunderstorm roll through and the rooms are so quiet it didn't even wake the baby. Also I highly recommend the coffee at the 32 Palm compared to every other place I tried to get coffee.

Everything is great about this result except for their lifeguard Mary Jane who yells at all of the staff, ruins the peacefulness of family vacations and then when a kid is actually in danger she "didn't feel like getting wet". The whole point of taking a lifeguard job is for kids' safety. The general manger Harmon had no interest in doing anything to accommodate my family for this terrible pool experience. I'm a huge fan of the Hilton brand but I will not becoming back to this resort ever again because of these two employees.

Awesome service and great hotel. The rooms and balconies are very spacious! I enjoyed two nights stay here and have no complaints.

We slept 6 people to a room with two queen beds and a pull-out couch. While the pull-out couch could have been better, the room with spacious enough for all of us and the bathroom was huge. The balcony was great to sit out on late at night and talk over some drinks. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and had a lovely staff. This staff was readily available and responded quickly to anything we needed. Well there are many places to stay in Ocean City, I don't think anyone would go wrong staying here. I was able to park for free on the street in front of the hotel, even on Memorial Day weekend, but could have also parked in the hotel's lot.

Great service! Friendly helpful attendants! STARBUCKS IN LOBBY! Complementary tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant, and even thin worn pool towels! (Just kidding, the pool towels were better than most others XD) Hot tubs in corner rooms! 4 room sweets! Awesome kitchen! Epic spa bathtub! Pretty neat shower! Epic kiddy pool! Super amazing sand bar in ocean right outside! I just can't express.

Had a Corner suite with Jacuzzi tub and kitchen. Stove was an old style stove. Bathroom had a 3 shower head shower. Room had the appearance of being a classy room. But had worn out peeling baseboards and a peeling balcony table. Kids pool was very good. Shallow area for little ones, nice slide and areas for bigger kids to swim. Nice beach access. Friendly staff including the housekeeping.

I stayed here as part of a business trip, so I cannot speak to the cost aspect. The room were large and comfortable and the view of the ocean was amazing.

Hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean and well equipped. Fully functional kitchen had all the pots pans silverware and dishes needed for a comfortable stay. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating.

Worst experience with a hotel manager. I Have a serious complaint this hotel Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City/Bayfront-Convention Center. Made several complaints about the room which fell on deaf ears. The front desk manager Byron Green was a total @#! #!. Toilet wasn't flushing had to open tank to manually flush it. Dirty linen, water on floor from a sink. Bad Wi-Fi connections etc. The breakfast was poor and served the same omelets the following day. The so called heated pool was not heated was very cold and their top Jacuzzi over the pool was out of order. Byron L. Green Front Office Manager at first stated he would compensate us then stated his staff denied any complaint. (Of Course) called us liars! What a guy! Luckily I spoke with customer service and drew up a complaint and they apologized for Byron's behavior and issues. Gave us back the entire refund! The guy just walks around eyeing, drinking coffee and plays with his cell. Another note this hotel sits opposite side of the Boardwalk and Ocean. Only views the bay!

Location is a few blocks from the boardwalk but is easily walkable. From the 12th (top) floor, the view of the beach is spectacular. Our room was facing directly east so there's also a great view of the sunrise. Staff was friendly, parking is plentiful.

Nice rooms and facilities. Only reason we stopped coming here was it became more cost-efficient to rent condos, and our families were outgrowing the rooms.

Beautiful hotel. Our bedroom faced the ocean, like all the suites, and the view was gorgeous. Kid pool was terrific — it kept out three kids engaged throughout our stay. Has quick and easy access to the beach. Restaurant is superb, as the breakfast buffet is extensive and high quality. Staff is friendly, professional, and competent. We'll definitely be returning.

Worst experience within any hotel I've ever stayed in! Closely monitor room charges from hotel and room services charges. My credit card was charged twice for the same stay, once when I originally booked it, and again during my stay. Room service personnel purposefully put service fee and delivery fee (same charge labeled differently) twice to double their tip! Don't stay here if at all possible, especially if a woman traveling alone with kids! Disgusting creepy man employed here! All of this was brought to the general manager's attention and he seems to be just as corrupt as the rest of the hotel staff.

My wife and I came here for an anniversary trip in the offseason. The hotel staff was wonderful, the view was fantastic, amenities were great, and the accommodations were awesome. I can't say enough about our positive experiences with this property.

Nice place. Only a couple issues. When we got here around 3:40 we wanted to check in but they said our room was not ready and needed to be inspected. Check in is at 3 the room should have been ready. Pools close wayyyyy to early and ur on the life guard time not ur time when swimming. Although I love that they have life guards just wish you could swim even when they leave just post a sign stating "swim at own risk when lifeguard is off duty". Other than that nice place just alittle too pricy for what u get. Still 4 stars is good.

I was pretty impressed with this hotel. It's right up next to the beach and pretty close to a lot of cool places. I can't wait to go back and get some Fractured Prune too.

We stayed at the Hilton for one night in October 2013 when attending a wedding in Ocean City. It was the nicest (ie, most expensive) hotel that I was able to find on short notice, and it met our needs for one night. Pros: clean, suite style, very roomy accommodations, pleasant staff, easy parking, small Starbucks off the lobby Cons: onsite restaurant was not very good.
