Don't waste your money! My family and I booked 5 rooms and came all the way from OHIO. All but one was very dirty. My parents and brother found food in their beds. I found blood in mine. My parents room wasn't even cleaned and when we went to the guy behind the front desk about it he was extremely rude. My parent's toilet in their room was overflowing and they kept having to have maintenance come plung it even when they didn't have the chance to even use it yet. Since we had requested new bedding due to the beds having food in them, the front desk and manager had asked us to LEAVE! They said "Since we don't meet your standards, you need to leave! " What kind of business is this and who's running this place? All we wanted was a clean and sanitary room, especially with COVID-19 going around and for them to do us right. Certain health and safety codes should be met and valued. The front desk guy and manager were VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND MOST IMPORTANTLY UNPROFESSIONAL! House keeping were so amazing and helpful and so was maintenance. Kudos to you all.

Staff was excellent! However the pool had more than 23 people it was packed! Some masks not many! No social distancing! Too many partiers underage! And alot of weed! Some places you could almost catch a high! There was a guy who asked for a light and lit up a joint right in front me!

Every nice clean room's and great pool.

Place has A bad sent we are here until tomorrow wouldn’t come back sorry. Staff was awesome.

Went for a 2 night winter getaway to see the Winterfest of lights last weekend. Very nice place. Pleasant staff. Very comfortable and clean beds. Room was excellent and clean as well. Hot tub was not working while we were there so that kinda sucked. Would have liked to spend some time in it.
Hopefully the new owners don't raise the price of the rooms. That would suck. Its such a nice place to stay and it was very reasonable.

Room was great, lots of room and very clean. Was only there for one night, attended the Beatlemania show, great show and very pleased with everything, would definitely do again and would definitely stay at the Fenwick. Thank you for a great time.

The staff were excellent especially at there 360 restaurant we had the pleasure of being waited on by a mrs. Amber D and franny they both were great and made my nephew the happiest kid in the world I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for affordable clean and gracious.

Checked in 9/29 and out 10/3 wonderful staff. Great place to stay. Pet friendly and reasonably priced!

Not as clean as I would expect for how much they charged. Smelly hallways, smelly & dirty lobby. Dogs in rooms they did not belong. Barking all night. Didn’t get towels & it took 3 hours after I requested them. Will never stay here again.

Small, dirty, smelly rooms. I booked two rooms and asked for connecting… was told they were connecting at check in… they weren't. Staff could not care less. At check out… front desk supervisor Kira could not even be troubled to ask how our stay was… when I expressed that we were not satisfied and attempted to give feedback, her immediate comment was, well I am am not giving you a discount… I did not ask for a discount… I told you, your establishment failed. Dirty pool area, broken down public areas, the cherry on top was the drug paraphernalia I found under the night stand in my room when we were checking over the room before leaving.

This place is for the party types, barking dogs, people yelling and screaming, pounding music and doors slamming all night, way over crowded murky pool as well with no adults in sight. Not for families!

I am very disappointed. The rooms are great size and staff is friendly. We were so happy we could bring our dog BUT our room smells absolutely awful! To the point I had to go buy air fresheners. It’s disgusting! We understand it’s a dog room but gross! I hope we can finish our stay it’s not cheap to stay here and it should not smell this bad.

They sprayed the room but it still smells terrible! I will not come back — what a shame. We asked for clean towels — they gave us towels w stains on them… gross!
Also the area for the dogs to go potty was a strip of grass by the road and people didn’t clean up after their dogs… Again gross. Never again.

Rooms were okay. But… the pool was discussing. It looked like people were swimming in milk. It was so sandy at the bottom it was like your in the ocean. They charged my bank card the room money without me giving the okay or signing papers for the room. And then charged us $88 when we got there after telling us it was paid in full. I will not be going back.

Room was nicely cleaned and loved sleeping on bed. But, restaurant and bar left a lot to be desired. The old Fenwick restaurant in morning had a wonderful inviting feel and breakfast was made to order. Your buffet was set out so less work would have to be done by staff… was not good. Stop trying to take our money first charging us double a nice plate of food would cost. The Fenwick is an old hotel stop trying to act brand new go back to hiring and training staff, get a decent bartender and not one I could see the bottom of his stomach. The food and drink that l'm putting in my body is important … I'm not a trash can.

The Fenwick Inn was a very nice hotel on a great location. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Good service and friendly staff. The restaurant on the roof top was neat and we enjoyed the view. Definitely going back soon.

We stayed for five nights, but prior to our stay reading the reviews made me a little skeptical. Thankfully we gave it a try because it was a great hotel for the price. We are not very picky people, so the little things did not bother us like the mini fridge was a little outdated as well as the microwave, and the shower curtain was cloth so water just went right threw to the other side. If you can get over those little minor things, your stay will be worth every penny. Our room was very clean, all the staff was very professional and polite, and all of their accommodations were very much helpful for a week stay away from home. It was close enough to everything, 5 minute walk to the beach, 24 hour bus to get everywhere in OCMD was right in front of the hotel so you did not have to worry about transportation. The bar/restaurant on the top floor was very nice and convenient. I will definitely be back and will recommend to all who stay in this area!

Such a nice hotel. Clean and very nice pool for kids and adults. Only downside was I did request a crib and was guaranteed that but when I checked in the crib was not available. They told me that some people have rebooked and they did not have any extra cribs. But besides that, everything else was great. Would stay again.

The manager Lisa did a great job planning our wedding she worked really hard to accommodate us on our budget and was very personable and went above and beyond what she had to do. The food was great and the staff that worked our wedding was great too we appreciate everyone who were involved. Our wedding day could not have gone any better. Jeremy and Jessica.

Not a bad place. Beds were comfy, room was a good size, adequate parking. Only real issues I had were today when I went to load my car to leave at 6 am there were no luggage carts which seemed odd. Then, the other thing was one morning I told front desk about a spill that was in the elevator, and the response I got was “I know housekeeping is not here yet”. I then replied I sure hope no one slips and falls, there was no wet floor sign or anything and it’s not that hard to grab a few paper towels and wipe it up. Seems customer service is a lacking thing in Ocean City as a whole! Almost every time we were in the lobby the front desk person was openly playing on a cellphone, not engaged in what’s going on, no greeting etc. Only interaction was if you approached the desk. We Didn’t do breakfast or the restaurant as they are pricey. May consider staying again if I’m in the area, but don’t plan on coming back to Ocean city unless I have to.

Great place to stay and the staff was great. No need to drive everything is within walking distance including the beach. I recommend this place if you're ever in Ocean City.

Came here for a week vacation on the beach. Had no intention of spending any time in the room so this place is perfect. Its clean, super friendly staff, and cheap.

2 blocks off the beach, the view from our room was much better than expected. Our room was quiet, clean and had some recent updates to it. While parts of the hotel were still rundown over all it was a very nice place. The pool was a very nice size and indoors. Plenty of parking. There was a musty smell in the hallway, but not in the room.

For a beach hotel pretty solid stay. Brought our two dogs, the pet rooms were clean and recently renovated. Checking was fast and no BS. The 8th floor bar had nice views and very friendly service. Room was quiet. Would def stay again!

This hotels wonderful. There’s absolutely nothing to complain about. There’s children dying in Africa and some of these reviews talk about smoking, dog perks, and inadequate breakfasts. Oh please. Maybe the price for the rooms could be dulled down a bit but there are some real sketchy hotels around, and the quality here is 1.6 times better than a Hampton if not more. Some guy complained about this being a pet friendly hotel but nowhere to walk their dog… oh please, there’s endless sidewalks here and the beach is a few steps away. The bus is by every ten minutes to take you here and there from Ocean City’s boardwalk as you please, $3 for a whole day. My only criticism: the gym has no weights for lifting. One measly pull based strength machine. The gym is a total joke. 85% of the equipment is cardio. The pool… larger than most roadside hotels. Looks like your typical sweaty, humid pool, but nonetheless I shouldn’t complain. The oceans near and there’s tons of places to walk to. And yeah, we bought two rooms and we got here on time and they were 2.5 hours behind schedule with it… that was a pain. But we get two complimentary breakfasts. “365”, the restaurant on the roof… cool concept, but on my parent’s behalf, I’d give it one star if I could. I’ve been hearing from different sources that there’s less than adequate food qualities. Sure I’m contradicting my earlier statement.

Awesome place! Clean and price was reasonable. 1 block from the beach… the restuarant food was good! The indoor was was actually heated to temperature! You'll def enjoy your stay!

Very clean large rooms, really nice pool, lots of parking. Close to the beach and alot of really good restaurants. Very happy with our stay. Really gpod breakfast buffet. $9.95 A person and kids are free.

Dirty floors, filthy restroom… orders incorrect, bland burgers. Nice staff or we would have left.

Average hotel stay. Plenty of parking. The room was spacious. The indoor pool was warm. The staff was friendly and patient considering it was fully booked.

If you want a cheap get away even if you live 10 minutes away from here I recommend the Fenwick Inn you can bring your pets they have an indoor pool and hot tub a little exercise room. The employees are wonderful here and I always enjoy my stay.

Everyone was really nice, staff was very helpful. Really clean pool and hot tub. Great bang for your buck. Other than one dirty towel and an awful slippery shower everything was pretty clean and we got what we paid for.

Away from boardwalk. Pet friendly. Great pool and Jacuzzi. Unfortunately there is no lifeguard at the pool so kids get rowdy while adults sitting there drinking alcohol. Overall great quality for the price.

Not bad, rooms nice but dated. Friendly employees. The riot from a private party that spilled into the parking lot at 2 in the morning was entertaining, the throw up in the elevators… not so much. The pub next door, Kirby's Red Onion Grill had great food, superb drinks.

Was there for a birthday party… The party room was not private… That's where they had their public use laptops… And some random barefoot older woman was walking around there while children were trying to enjoy themselves… Just gross.

Tidy, clean pity I went in winter but the experience at the hotel was Placida.

Old hotel. Cant hide that. Cheap and has an indoor pool for winter activity. Walls are thin so bring earplugs. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Restaurant on site is ok.

Everything about the place is unrefined but very homey. Pool and hot tub great, our kids beg to come back in the dog days of winter. Tracy is awesome!

Been here numerous times over the last two years for quick family trips to beach. Beach is three blocks from hotel. Also, they accept pets. Great location to area attractions, Fenwick and Bethany Beach.

Hotel overall was ok, not the greatest and not the worse. Right place for the right price. They need exhaust fans in the bathrooms and non smoking floors. We ate breakfast at the OC 360, great food, great service. Alisha was our waitress and was great, friendly, and outgoing. Staff at the Fenwick Inn was kind and courteous. I would recommend for the Winterfest of Lights.

Awesome breakfast/brunch buffet at a great price. Fresh cooked eggs the way you like them, Belgium waffles made in front of you. So much food to choose from, nobody in your party will go hungry!

Really nice place, staff is friendly and helpful. OC360 is great for breakfast. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. A few places need cosmetic fix-ups but nothing serious. And they are pet friendly.

Just a walk away from the Ocean. Great breakfast buffet to start the day, the hotel is dated but I think they started to renovate. Fire alarm at 1am when off. That was fun! Oh! there's a pool which seems to be appreciated by the parents :)

Friendly staff. Great pool and hot tub. Quiet and peaceful. The bed is a bit uncomfortable but we may just be used to our memory foam back home. Overall a great stay.

We stayed at Fenwick Inn this past weekend for our one year anniversary (October 21st). We chose the place as it was dog friendly and booked through Bring Fido. The staff was very nice and the room was what we expected for a dog friendly hotel. Smelled a little weird but again dog friendly. It wasn't until we were leaving Sunday that we realized the room was not as clean as we had hoped. My husband woke up covered in bites, that started to blister and I have bites popping up on my arms, legs and face! They are not flea bites. Room 215 possibly had bed bugs. Very sad to have spent a lovely weekend with my husband to now have to visit Urgent Care. I called the hotel to notify them and was told that the dog friendly floor was going to be closed for carpet cleaning but they will have maintenance look into it before hand. Not very helpful for us nor did she offer any condolences. Pretty sure they know already. I doubt I'd stay at Fenwick Inn again as the painfully itchy reminder still lingers and I pray we cleaned everything fast enough that we do not infest our home! 10/25/17-Update: Still severely itching days later and my husband ended up having an allergic reaction to the amount of bites he received. We spent way more on the doctors visit, steroid shot, antibiotic/allergy meds and prescription creams (which alone were over $140! ). All of it cost more than the room itself! Save yourself the trouble and money!

Colin at the bar upstairs has phenomenal service. I went at a time when there were few people and he was just great. As for the hotel itself it's great too. Everything you would expect. I didn't have much interaction with the staff but they were generally friendly. The only complaint I could make is the front desk could use a bell.

The pool was fantastic and the room was larger than most hotels and comfortable. The restaurant and bar on the top floor was excellent. Only issue was they were understaffed.

Comfortable rooms and close to the beach. A good distance from the boardwalk. Pet friendly to include the staff who seemed to really love their 4 legged guests.

Right off the bat I have to say that this hotel is one of the nicer ones of OC. The hotel staff are kind and attentive. The rooms are large and well maintained by the cleaning staff. The halls definitely look like something out of The Shining, and I loved every moment of it. A simple walk across the street will lead you to the shore (obviously) where late night walks are best had. I only had a few complaints about the hotel it's self like the location of the pool. Because it is so close to the main lobby I would proceed with caution as it is easy to slip on the tile floor which will most likely be soaked from sugar high children. Their high energy does make the place feel like a home though. Another complaint (which they honestly can't help) more so a warning, it can get extremely windy at the front doors of the hotel. It almost becomes like a wind tunnel though the entrance of the location. Just fair warning for when you are packing up the car to leave. :)

Spent three days here in September and had a really nice time. Staff very helpful in all areas and the breakfast deal was an easy way to start each day, was well cooked and varied, ideal after our first swim of the day. Bed was really comfortable and room kept spotless each day. The decor and facilities have obviously been worked on, but one corner of our ceiling showed evidence of the ingress of water which needs attention. As the hotel was less than a quarter full it would have been better to have been allocated a room without any such faults, which would have earned that extra star. The top floor restaurant and bar give panoramic views across Ocean City to the sea. In short, value for money, nice people and good food within easy reach of the beach and the boardwalk. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were especially useful during our stay as Hurricane Jose was blowing itself out off shore.

I am writing this because I was disappointed in our stay this past weekend. My fiance & I stayed in room 618 & from opening of the door we were shocked. The room had a mildew smell. We looked past it & went to put some items in the fridge that we had from the drive & the fridge was so wobbly the microwave almost fell on our youngest. As I sat on the bed I looked up to see a big moldy, cracking peeling part of the ceiling in the corner. I am guessing that is where the mildew smell was coming from. In addition the wall paper was coming away from the wall. Then our oldest child sat at the table & that was broken & the remote to the TV was broken on the back as well. Our view was of a over filled dumpster. We asked to upgrade or switch rooms several times, & talk to a manager. We kept being told they're not in & we are fully booked. As I understand both situations there was never any compensation or remorse for how we were feeling. Knowing we are supposed to be getting married there & our guests would be staying there I am not sure if this will work now. I know my family & his & this would not sit with them well at all if they were in a room like ours paying almost $1, 000 for there stay. I am just truly in disbelief and am asking for my deposit back. Very disappointed.

There was a lot of parking at the hotel. We ate dinner there and the food was good! The room we were in was nice but very cold! The servers were very nice and prompt with our food or anything we needed.

When I called to make a reservation for the wedding we were attending the lady on the phone asked me if I wanted a double or a king room, I told her a king. When we got to our room we realized they gave us two doubles and the front desk told me that they didn't know why she gave me a choice because they only had doubles available on that floor. Also our bathroom floor didn't look like it was cleaned after the last visit. They have TV and cable in the room however where they have the TV screwed down the stand is shorter then the bed so it is hard to lay in bed and watch the TV. Some positive things we liked were the pool and hot tub were nice and also the breakfast buffet wash pretty appetizing and reasonably priced. They offered a buy one get on free coupon for one morning too.

One block from the beach. The hotel has Jacuzzi and pool closed with hot water. It is good to relax when you come back from the beach. The restaurant is upstairs and has a very nice terra to eat.

It is very clean with many amenities. Nice bar with great happy hour. Room very clean. Everything smells nice not like some musty Beach hotels. Plenty of parking too. The rims are decorated nicely.

Very good service and reasonable cost. The rooms are a warm and humid povo, but since it was January, it wasn't too bad. Great pool and games room!

Well for starts when we got into our room, the ceiling looks like water damage has taken place and their was long strands of black hair in our shower and shit stains on our towels. Would I recommend this place to anyone hell no! Even though we had a groupon definitely Wasn't worth the little I spent! Never again!

Room was comfortable for our family. Nice view of the town and glimpse of the beach. Rooftop restaurant and indoor bar area were recently updated and very nice. Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub were clean and there was always fresh towels. There is a bathroom on the first floor, adjacent to pool area. No coffee maker in rooms, but it's available on the first floor. Cheap price. Overall nice place and very kind and pleasant staff. Will definitely stay there again.

The ocean is across the street. The hotel in general is a little old and it have a bad smell in hallway. The room was clean and the king size bed was nice and comfortable. There is a swimming pool at the first floor and a bar/restaurant at 8th. I don't recommend to go at the 8th floor, we had a bad experience there, the stuff was unpolite.

The hotel looks old and worn out. The room was dirty, and the TV stopped working the next morning. It's far too expensive for what it is, but being a block from the beach is likely how they justify the rates. It is dog friendly, which is nice, but there are far nicer dog-friendly hotels to choose from. Not recommended.

I only stayed here one night just because I was passing through OC so I didn't really get to experience the hotel to its fullest. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Drunk people everywhere, very sloppy. Management's a joke. When you're being harassed and you have done nothing that's awesome. Fighting in public areas, cops having to arrest people. The best part is the manager allows them to come back and stay.

Beds were clean and comfortable but everything else was either broken or dirty. Bare minimum amenities, very nice staff. No bathroom on ground floor or pool area was insane.

Location and rooms were excellent but the hot tub was broken for two days which was one of the main reasons we booked there. Also at 400 am there was a fire alarm and we had to stand outside in the freezing for a half an hour with our toddler!

Good location if your not worried about being on the ocean. Room is clean but fairly small TV and no balcony. Everytime I visit this hotel the restraunt is different, closed, or no longer there. Staff is friendly but gives the wrong info. I was told this one pizza place was giving the people that check into the hotel 50% off. The restraunt wouldn't give me the discount. And the food wasn't all that good and was alittle late on delivery. We were overcharged on the room. The maid was friendly. Walls are kinda thin. This hotel has always been the cheapest around. But the Internet sucks.

Always loved coming to this hotel until this last weekend when we wanted to get away for the night and everything g was great until after we checked out I noticed these red blotches and spots on my back and arms and they became super itchy. Well unfortunately with having experience with bed bugs this was what my spots were and me being highly allergic to them I get welps. So needless to say call the front desk and they said the magaer would call us and it's been 2 days and no reply and can't get ahold of anyone for an answer. Frustrated and pissed and want me money back from this place!

The room was disgusting! The bathroom shower rod was falling down and the water pressure was nonexistent. The ceiling in several places was falling down. The upstairs restaurant that was to provide free breakfast had no eggs. (How do you not have eggs at 9:00 am on a Sunday during a slow time of year? ) The pool and hot tub were, cloudy, foul smelling, and were in disgusting condition. I would never, never, never recommend this place.

This hotel has bed bugs! myself and my family were all bitten up and the hotel refuses to give us a refund. The service was terrible and the staff was inattentive. Huge mistake!

Horrible service — made a reservation on a Tuesday for Thursday of that week, cancelled before the reservation date due to realizing I called the wrong hotel and they still charged me for a full stay. When I made the reservation over the phone, I had actually clicked on the wrong number when I was on Google — my fault, I know. But, when I made the reservation for the one night, Thursday, I was not informed of any cancellation policy. Once I realized my mistake I called back and cancelled the reservation, I even asked if there was anything else and the gentleman just said no, thanks for calling to cancel. If I would have known about this cancellation policy I would have just stayed there instead of where my friends were staying. I've called four times and e-mailed twice and no one helped. The one time a person informed me about the cancellation policy and said there's nothing that she can do. I then told her that I was never informed about the policy and she said, still, there's nothing that I can do for you. She said who did you speak to when you made the reservation and also cancelled, I said I have no idea, it was a guy and all I have is my confirmation number. So note to self, you now need to mark down every detail when calling to make a reservation and also ask them to email you any type of confirmation and cancellation policy.

This hotel has many lies in their advertising. They say a kitchen in every room. A small broken microwave and a mini fridge is not a kitchen its two appliances. Also they say rooftop dining with a bay view. U cannot see anything from there. Also they have a sign the says pooltables. As in plural. There was one in a bar with a bartender that took 5 mins to take your drink order when there was less than 5 people in the bar and then made rude comments. Also there is no where outside to smoke besides a 2x8 area with no seating and on the other side of where people are pulling up to unload luggage with their children. Classy stuff. Also free Wi-Fi? It better be since it only works half the time. Finally the lady cleaning the room would ask us what we needed every morning as soon as we walked out of the room. And if we said nothing because after day three of this it was annoying (I almost told her to actually go look) we just told her nothing. Then aparently they treat their staff like children so we had to initial her clipboard like signing a child's failed test. Also u could hear pounding and loud noises all through the night along with more noises that im not sure are normal.

Had a great trip with my 5 year old daughter, it is not a 5 star hotel and is a little dated but overall everything was clean and the staff was great. For the money one of the best deals in OC.

If I could leave no no stars I would why because they stole my money I booked through Travelocity and I had I needed to change my dates, the agent told me that I will not be charged yet the Hotel still charged me. They are harping on their cancellation policy which they disregarded for my special case. They refuse to give my money back so that I may have booked another dates but they wont. I will never stay here this is a s***** hotel with terrible customer service.

Nothing my son booked a room later to find out that he could not check in because he is not 21 years old. I was told two different stories by two different managers that it is posted on the website I did not see that when I searched it, but it is pretty bad that at 18 years of age you can put your life on the line and fight for your country but can't check into a hotel.

It is nice it has a hot tubs and a pool to very nice and has a game room restaurant up on the 8 th floor.

I always stay there. It's not the best of the best, but it's fine by me. Never had a real issue, although I think they could touch things up for sure.

I have stayed at this hotel every other year. My wife and I alternate vacations every year between Kentucky and Ocean City since beginning of marriage. Some of the reviews I read sadden me very much. Every experience we have had at this hotel have been pleasant. Plan to use them again this year as well. I been in the pre remodeled rooms and seen what they look like after remodel two years later. Owners have spent alot of money on this ole gal. Being said, it adds to the charm. Only knock against the Fenwick would be a better Wi-Fi system (which could of been fixed I dont know) and I'd suggest getting rid of the "arcade" and convert to a continental breakfast area. Free simple breakfast would be awesome.

Paid $360 for a Saturday night after I KNOW I was told $300 over the phone prior to booking. But lesson learned. Read the rate card carefully and verify $$ upon checking in. $360 is A LOT of money for the quality of room. Old, needs upgrading, no real amenities, Wifi was un-usable and they had to do a full replacement of the AC unit while we were in there. But hey. At least they fixed the problem. I will say that the table next to us at breakfast on the 8th floor had a HORRIBLE experience but by the time we paid our check I could honestly say that they were probably the type of people you'll NEVER be able to please. Breakfast was very good. Don't pay over $300/night here because you WILL NOT get what you should expect @ that price. However, I'd surely check out pricing during the off-season as The Fenwick Inn is by no means the worst place to stay in OC.

I have been staying here going on two weeks now. While I have stayed in many hotels that have been more updated, for price that I am paying, I am very satisfied. Yes, there is no flat screen, but the TV works just fine, there is no coffee pot in the room (as someone mentioned) but coffee and tea are in the lobby, which is so much tastier than that tiny stuff they give you in a room. I saw where someone had mentioned about the elevator being dirty? They've been clean since I've been here except when some kids ran out of the "heated" pool, and left water and trash on the floor. It was cleaned up, later. There is also a very nice "roof top" restaurant. Its a clean room, clean bedding, clean bathroom, may not be a modern but if that's what you're looking for, then pay the extra and stay at a Hilton! Thanks Fenwick Inn.

We just stayed there for three nights. I was really apprehensive after reading all the reviews. It wasn't as bad as some of the reviews. We didn't see any bugs. The Taj Mahal it's not. If your a 5 star hotel kinda person, it's not for you. This hotel was half the cost of other places. If your on a budget and don't mind the old appearance, you should do just fine. I would stay there again.

I work for a major travel / roadside company one who endorses this hotel and I found this hotel just fine. Yes the rooms didn't have coffee makers, or hair dryers or flat screen tvs but they were clean affordable rooms. I took my family with three kids two adults here and we were just fine. We did complain about two problems and they fixed them. The only concern I see is with the pool as the walking area around the pool was major slippery. Nothing was put down to prevent this and someone is going to get hurt. You are only a short walk to the ocean and several restaurants. Also if go left out of the hotel your in Delaware in about two miles and everything is tax free. So stay enjoy but remember the price of the rooms is lower than most and you get what you pay for. A place to sleep between going to the Ocean and site seeing. If you remember you will be satisfied with what you pay for.
