As far as my stay it was alright room was roomy. But old and out dated… I mean they had a hd TV hooked up by coax … my issue was the airport transport… they are habitually late (despite two vans). My ride over was fine (besides late) however the trip back… so the card they give says call when your back, so as I was waiting for the bag return to fire up I called and the girl told me where to go, my son had to use the bath room so all in all about 15 minutes after the call we were at the pick up spot, I watched twice while their driver drove right past me (in almost 100 degree heat with two small children) my phone died so I had to use my son's deactivated iPhone to iMessage my ex wife to call and find out where the driver was… she was told he had a full load and had to go back (mind you where I was standing was the first place anyone could stop and I watch him drive by EMPTY 2 hrs after I landed, two hrs after I watched the driver go past as I waved at him like a maniac, had I been able to run out to him and not get struck I would have, my ex wife had to drive up and pick me up and drive me back to my car… 2 hrs after I landed… a good hr or more standing on the sidewalk waiting.

Outstanding place and I highly recommend it.

Excellent customer service from public relations to managers to the staff. Friendly with children and individual with disabilities.

Three times called for shuttle to pick up at a restaurant. 4 mile from property and was hung up on, one of the person is handicapped. Had to walk back at least twice at night. All the care about is the airport. Will definitely not be booking this hotel again. Also did not notify shuttle that we needed to be picked up at airport. Wouldn’t have to go out to eat, but kitchen closes at 10 pm, and no room service.

Horrible service at the front desk. Room was filled with the smell of smoke and pot coming from the hallway. As diamond members that spend a lot of money and time at Hilton hotels this was one of the worst experiences. The front desk staff was absolutely rude and unhelpful. Do better.

Just got back to my hotel room after doing two shows in the theater today only to find out that my room did not get house cleaning after specifically talking to the staff about making sure that this happened.

Beds and bedding nice, friendly staff.

Absolutely beautiful. People were attentive. Helpful. Rooms were clean. Service was good. I would gladly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

From one who travels working for an airline having a nice clean place to rest at the end the day is necessary. But when you add in such great service (front desk clerk Jackie) late at night during a pandemic it makes being on the road away from home more tolerable! Thank you for being open, showing up work and giving us food options and doing all of it with a smile! Southwest Flight attendants and pilots appreciate you!

Excellent property, rooms, and staff. Amazing service from Jackie at the front desk she was outstanding! Food is stellar and restaurant is fantastic with amazing servers. 5 minutes to BEI ad convenient to everything.

Was a decent location with fantastic shuttle service to the airport 24/7 every thirty minutes. Great if you want to just pay for parking when you are going on a trip. Decent amenities and good rooms.

My stay at the DoubleTree BWI was very pleasant. I arrived at a little after 3 PM and was checked in promptly. After arriving in my room, I went to the very well equipped fitness center to burn off some energy and decompress from my flight. The treadmills were excellent with TV built in and large displays. The hotel itself was very pleasing to the eye, seems that it had recently been updated. The room had some dated features, but everything was comfortable and clean. We had a group dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was very tasty, however service was a little slow and we had to seek out the wait staff twice. This wasn't a terrible inconvenience, but not what I would have expected.

I was at this hotel for a convention. The staff was not welcoming at all, and they refused to demonstrate the basic common courtesy expected of a customer service oriented establishement. I have been to other DoubleTree hotels with wonderful service, so I am extremely disappointed with the treatment we received this weekend. The front desk distributed room card holders without the accompanying breakfast coupons we paid for, leaving tons of our members hungry in the morning. They even kicked out some of our members from the breakfast hall, because they didn’t have the coupons that the hotel was supposed to provide in the first place. Half of the room keys were not functional. The housekeeping staff barged into our rooms with no greeting at all. One almost hit me with the door on her way in and offered no type of apology. I am shocked at the lack of quality customer service. Do not book your next convention here.

Great hotel, clean rooms, and it has a restaurant. The parking is free. The best thing about this place is they have guest laundry. That seems to be harder and harder to find. Detergent and softener at the front desk for sale. If I am ever back to BWI, I will stay here again. OOH, and free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes.

We stayed at the DoubleTree after coming in from aate night international flight, with a flight home the next morning. The check-in process was great and beds were super comfortable. We were hoping there would be some hot food options for late night travelers, but the only thing available was ordering pizza or some cold salads and snacks in their fridge. The breakfast the next morning was a nice buffet, and there was a free shuttle to the airport. We'd stay again.

Pro's: Clean rooms, quick check-in, ample parking, safe and convenient location, and reasonably priced Con's: Poor staff experience. Coffee maker broken and when bringing it to the front desk's attention, the attendant simply said that I could come up to the lobby to get coffee. When I proceeded to the lobby, I was told that the coffee would not be ready for another 30 minutes. When I came back after 30 minutes, there still wasn't any coffee made. Usually this wouldn't have been a big deal, but I was attending an event that began very early in the morning after a very long drive and late arrival the previous night. The microwave in the room also didn't work and the front desk attendant never specified when or where the breakfast was available. All in all this was a good place to stay. I would just thoroughly check the appliances in your room if you need them to work properly before committing to stay in that specific room.

Not clean at all, and hard to believe this Hotel has been remodeled as they claim it has. It doesn't seem like anyone is actually checking the standards of Housekeeping as my room was far below average. Why do I say this? I moved the ottoman that was in front of the chair in the corner of the room, and found someone's rolled up sock under the chair. Next to the bed there was a mostly empty sugar packet on the floor, and the overall vacuuming was horrible. I turned the TV toward the desk and found leftover change in a mound of dust. There are many hotel choices in the area that are a better value and cleaner. I'm a Hilton Diamond member and can honestly say this experience has me questioning whether or not I want to switch chains. Definitely the 1st and last time I'm staying here. Finally the breakfast was good, except the fact that there were always plates and bowls that were not clean. Fits in with the overall below average standards at this location.

Great location wrt BWI, shuttle took only about 5m. Have shuttles going every 30m at least 24h a day. All the hotels in the area have about the same price ($100/night at time of writing). Room was clean, bed comfy. Got some late food at the bar and a drink, a fair amount of flight crew stay here so it was lively. Don't forget to get the cookies!

We stayed here as my company held a business function. The room rate was reasonable but the cost for the breakfast was extremely expensive for what was provided. I've had better breakfast selections that were free as opposed to the $18 they charged. The hotel is dated but the room was clean. The heat in the meeting room was unbearable. We asked several times for it to adjusted down to a comfortable level but nothing was done. I'm sure there are better hotel options around the airport. I've made a recommendation to my company to not book there again in the future.

Booked online and had keyless entry. You don't have to stop at the desk… unless you want your delicious warm cookies, then Yes, stop at the desk LOL! Staff was very pleasant. Fresh oranges and apples at the counter, plus they have a nice variety of snacks in the store. Convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. Excellent stay as always!

Larger hotel amenities, small hotel feel. Great breakfast, clean, comfortable room, everyone has been really nice. View from my room doesn't seem like I'm near the airport, the city, the highway, but I am… awesome location.

Good business travel hotel convenient to BWI airport. Has free airport shuttle. Clean, well maintained rooms. Nice pool area. Attractive lobby area.

Perfect hotel for a preflight stay. Rooms were nice and updated. I especially loved the sink and shower in the small, but functional bathroom. Parking is a little bizarre, but no extra charge. The layout takes a bit of acclimation because of the Two Towers setup, and the lobby was boisterous because of the weirdly placed lounge.

Nice — — nice sized and clean rooms, easy check in, comfy beds. Best part — — the chocolate chip cookies. Easy shuttle to airport. All good.

Very nice hotel within a mile and a half of the airport. Check in was easy, room was clean and spacious. Front desk was helpful with setting up parking for the week. Actually called before hand and was told parking was $6/day should have been 42 ended up being 35! In house restaurant was nice and convenient. Shuttle took us right to the gate and picked us up no issues. Everything you would expect from a Double Tree… and don't forget the check in cookies!

Rooms have been updated within the last few years and the beds are very comfortable however some rooms having only 2 double beds or one queen are small. Efficient for one person but that's all. Overall a good property with decent dining and food bar atmosphere. Great for business and travel through BWI airport conveniently located minutes from the airport.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. There is not much to do around the hotel but the Double Tree does offer a shuttle to some local restaurants in the area. I would only recommend staying here if you have a quick overnight or you have your own transportation.

Excellent customer service! And the cookies was soooooo good, the room was cleaned nice comfortable bed. Dinner was out of this world I ordered a steak, mash potatoes, and broccoli with crab cake on top… they did forget our crab cake, and by the time I finished my meal the crab cake came out but they gave me a $25 credit if I wanted to by something else. The Mai tah drink was bomb, the bartender did his thing I will be coming back!

Great hotel with comfortable rooms and nice amenities. My favorite part is how quiet the hotel is. The staff are extremely friendly and the restaurant serves very good food although the service can be a little slow at breakfast. Overall I'm really happy stay and have two more reservations booked that I will happily keep.

The one thing I heard about this hotel was that they give you warm cookies at check-in. Well that didn't happen. Upon checkout, I mentioned to the customer service rep and she said I could go over to the dining room and ask them for some because she was alone at the desk. I declined because it was not my duty to go get them. They have to do better. Customer Service is the hallmark of any good hotel.

Nice clean hotel very close to the airport. Restaurant on site with a variety of standard dishes that are safe bets, if not that exciting. The hotel shuttle claims to run every half hour, but we were waiting over an hour even with calling multiple times. The hotel staff was nice and addressed our concerns about the van, but the van driver didn't seem very concerned when we asked why it had taken so long.

Good hotel that is a short distance from the airport with a decent selection of nearby restaurants. The hotel bar and restaurant is okay at best and the fitness center only provides the bare minimum equipment.

While on a bus trip (50+ people), we had a confirmed check-in time for 4pm. Our bus arrived shortly after 4:00 and the rooms were not ready. The staff at the hotel were rude and tried to make us remain on the bus until the rooms were ready. They did not want 50 people hanging around the lobby. We got off the bus regardless and had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. I finally got into my room at 5:30. The room was nicely furnished, clean and spacious. The buffet dinner was only mediocre. I would not recommend this hotel mainly because of the rude and unprofessional staff.

Staff is excellent. Bar and restaurant service was amazing. Great place to be even as a airport hotel. There are a couple of restaurants walking distance and airport shuttle is a big plus!

I attended a one day seminar. The tablecloth on the table I sat at was dirty and stained. There were no savory or healthy options for the "snacks" spread (cookies, brownies, breakfast bars), the only "fresh" food was mealy apples and bananas, beverages limited to coffee and Lipton tea (no cold options except water at the tables). Staff was not very attentive.

As a long-time Hilton hotel traveler, I am used to far better facilities. My room was not dirty, but it wasn't clean either. The restaurant food was pretty good and the employees all seemed eager to help. However, they offer none of the usual room amenities, such as toiletries or even a pad and pen. I will try again the next time I am in Baltimore just to be sure. For now, I'll be fair and rate it 3 stars.

Overpriced food and drinks within the hotel. Shuttle will only take you within 2 miles which limits your options for food. (Recommend 5 mile radius) Day staff is very nice but dont mess with the night crew. They'll cut you. Housekeeping doesn't understand what the DND sign on your door is for. Be prepared for a 7am wake up asking for your room to be cleaned whether you want it or not. Cleanliness is great! The hotel is well maintained and smells fresh.

It's certainly a fine hotel to stay, but several things really grossed me out. Extremely sticky surfaces that appear to never have been cleaned like the front of the microwave, remote control turned my towel black and was still disgusting to touch, and sides of vanity laced with fingerprints. Other things were perfectly clean like the bathtub and linens. Several things were unplugged in our room, so we spent some time on the ground looking around for outlets and plugs. Staff is very friendly. They have a complimentary airport shuttle and Wi-Fi. There was a convenience store inside the hotel, but it was already closed at 9pm when we arrived. Overall it was fine, but we probably would choose to stay here again.

Overall, this hotel is not a “4-star hotel”. The rooms are very very poorly insulated and I could literally hear every single door slam along with conversation being held in the hallway. The A/C unit in my room was very noisy and rattled quite a bit throughout the night. I can tell the Double Tree had been renovated within recent years and that definitely showed. The bathroom was probably the most visually appealing in the whole room. There were several stains on the ceiling in my room as well as a long crack running from one side of the ceiling to the other. My rate for this room was $89.00 + tax with the government/military discount so I definitely feel like I got what I paid for however, if I hadn’t gotten my discount then I would totally feel like I’d gotten ripped off. If I’m ever in the Baltimore/DC area again and need a place to stay I can’t say that the Double Tree BWI will be my first choice.

I have so many problems with this hotel, not sure where to start. First, I wait 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle, it's 2.6 miles away, was told several times it was only 15 minutes away. Then they assign me a room that the door is broken, ceiling is peeling paint. Then my wife goes to dry her hair, only to find we don't have a Hair Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Coffee Pot or Alarm Clock. After 2 calls and a visit to the desk, we finally get half of the stuff. They then show up at 10:30 at night with $20 food voucher for my inconvenience. Since I was checking out at 5:00 A. M, it did me absolutely no good. After that, my Air Conditioner quits working, I'm now forced to change rooms at 11:00 at night. Way to start my vacation. When In returned from vacation, I needed a ride back to the hotel to pick up my car, once again, we are told 15 minutes, 3 different times. I expect more out of a Hilton Hotel, I travel all the time and can truly say, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN…

My rooney was dirty. The floors looked as if they had not been vacuumed in months. No valets or luggage racks, so I had to put my luggage on the floor. All rooms were supposed to have refrigerators. Mine did not. So, the milk and yogurt I purchased went to waste. For a double room, only received one set of towels. Front the beginning, the entire stay was a complete cluster! This hotel doesn't even deserve one star!

No fridge. No shower gel or soap. No soap period in the room. Wall outlets busted. Inexperienced staff. Beds are extremely cheap springs. Looks good at face value, then sucks after you settle in.

Comfortable bed and nice clean spacious room. My only complaint was the cookie. It was just okay.

Check in process was simple and smooth. Staff was very friendly and even gave us both a little gift basket. No something you typically get when booking through a third party site. I could understand them doing this for their loyalty customers, but not the non brand loyal customers. Guess I'll be switching to Hinton Honors!

This was a decent hotel. My wife and I stayed here to get away for an evening. The property is obviously older, and has been rehabbed, but it shows its wear. The tub in our room didn't seal, so my wife couldn't take a bath. The caulking job on the tub was poorly, and obviously hastily done. When we were leaving Monday morning, there were multiple flight crews leaving for BWI, so it's obvious those are the target customers. I probably wouldn't stay there again, if given other options.

Just parked my car there. The front desk is nice and drivwr of the bus to airport also is very nice.

Wow I love my stay there looking forward to staying again the staff was very helpful the rooms are very clean and the food was great outstanding service should be a five star hotel keep up the good work guys in gales.

Start to finish hassle. Understaffed and incompetent at the front desk to the restaurant. Final straw was telling the front desk lady we'd like the next shuttle and she confirmed. Walked back to board and it left. She said she forgot. Wtf. Avoid.

Check-in at the front desk was smooth. Room is decent, exactly what I expected, but the bathroom is kind of dirty, but nothing too crazy. No safe, but they didn't say they had one so just a heads up really.

I put a do not disturb sign on my door and got interrupted by housekeeping anyway. They said check in time was 3pm but didn't have any rooms cleaned yet. The shuttle never came back to pick us up so we had to call Uber to pick us up. Dining is horrible. Both times different servers never once checked back on us for refills or asked how our food was. Absolutely most horrible service I've experienced. I highly do not recommend.

Pros: Room was nice and clean, toilet flushes great, piping hot shower. Cons: Outlets in lamps were convenient but were incredibly loose.

Attended a small business expo and was very impressed with the hotel. The catering was nice. The space was appropriate for the number of attendees. And the hotel decor was very nice.

Rooms were OK. Logistics were a bit muddled for the American Council for the Blind group I was assisting.

3/4 of the outlets on nightstands were shorted out. Nice hotel otherwise.

I think this Airport Hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Ignore the haters out there. Their shuttle service was fast and friendly. However — I did not park here… so I cannot review parking. I would stay again.

Everything was fantastic; lobby, shuttle, bed, pillows, showerhead. But those "fake" tooth brushes… Seriously? Why… Just why? Give us real tooth brushes!

Do not make a reservation here. You are next to an airport, and plans change with flight cancellations or delays. We made a reservation after being told our flight was cancelled, fifteen minutes later our airline called us back to let us know that they had gotten us a last minute flight. When I called back to cancel the appointment they told me they wouldn't because the appointment was made after 6:00PM. So I ended up paying $130.00 for a room a never used because of a policy I didn't know about. This branch in particular has terrible customer service, tries in no way to help you out, and will screw you over in a heartbeat. I will never use this hotel again, no matter what city I show up in.

Don't park here unless you have a video camera in your car. I parked for four days abd when I returned, my cat. Converters where stolen off the car. Hotel management acted surprised (I found out later it happens frequently in their lot). Only compensation I was offered was a stail cookie.

I stayed at this hotel before I went on Vacation on my return to my car which I parked in the Hotel Parking lot my Catalytic Converter was stolen from my car The Hotel has no Security or Camera's and when I reported it to the Manager on Duty all I received in returns was the hotel is not responsible. Thanks for Nothing will not stay here again and you should not.

This is the very bottom of the barrel for doubletree properties. Smelly, dated, noisy, staff is unprofessional.

Ejected from the hot tub at 10 with lack of ceremony—yet the bar might stay open late if you plead. Had a mildewy hamburger bun, power flickered weirdly, free 310 kcal cookies, somewhat remote.

Clean, friendly, updated, good location. All you could ask for.

Stayed in the king suite and there was tons of room, bed was fantastic but the layout isn't user friendly. The sink counter is nonexistent so applying your makeup or doing your hair is a challenge but overall it's a very nice hotel.
