Quiet, clean room and bathroom. MicrowVe and fridge in room. Vontinental breakfast. Friendly staff.

Reasonably priced with a good breakfast to start the day. It may be a bit outdated but the very clean rooms and excellent, attentive staff make up for that by far. Location is great if you want to be between Baltimore and DC.

Clean, fairly cheap rooms. Location is great being right in between DC and Baltimore! Staff was very friendly and breakfast before the start of the day was a perfect addition.

Had a comfortable weeks stay while away on training so I did not spend a long time in the room but everything worked well. Only complaint is the window blocked so little noise it almost defeated the purpose of it being there.

Lobby smells like smoke and who knows what else. Rooms are old, and again, don't smell clean. The TV was out for the first night we checked in. The internet works some of the time. There's no elevator. Breakfast sausages were not cooked properly and cold in the middle. There is no way this place is worth the $112 a night. Go somewhere else.

Clean room, clean bathroom, nice staff, ok internet, free (not the most excellent but the right price) breakfast. All-in-all a decent place to spend a night.

I stayed here with my family after the huge wind storm took out our electricity and I could see my breath in my house. I liked it because they had a really good breakfast and it was nice and convient that I could get the kids a nice meal before they went to school. All of the employees were really friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. I would definitely stay again if the need arises again!

Reception service and staff were great. The room quality was decent. The microwaved eggs for breakfast are bland and flavorless. Parking is a limited in front of the hotel and it doesn't help that the cleaning staff decides to park there and take up guest spots instead of parking on the other side of the building.

Hotel is good for the price. I checked in late and they acted as if I was bothering them. I'll stay again if I need a cheap place to stay.

Stayed two nights. For the price, clean room and courtesy staff exceeded my expectations. The area recently experienced a snow storm and you wouldn't know it. Parking lot was pretty cleared and entry way and hallways was free of snow, sand, and salt. We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast and coffee with so many options within a short drive. So much local food and nightlife options within a short 10 minute car ride.

Rooms dont smell well, people smoke in non smoking rooms and management don't do anything to prevent it. Serice as desk is good, breakfast is good. Talked to manager on my way out and he said it will be resoved. Wont stay here again. Second time it happens.

Hotel is clean, very outdated, but clean which is the most important. A little upset, we were booked for an efficiency room, but received a very small regular room. Staff friendly and no real complaint except that the hotel definitely needs a remodel.

Staff is wonderful. The motel in conveniently located and comfortably priced. The bed was great! The motel itself is a bit shabby. It really does need brightening and updating. The middles are clean, but edges (rooms, hallways) need regular vacuuming. We would stay there again. The pluses outweigh the rest.

So I lived in this place for over a month. I can't give it 5 stars because it is obviously not an amazing hotel. But you get what you pay for. The breakfast buffet is decent, the cleaners are good in my opinion but probably not if you're particularly anal. The service is friendly and always available. A lot of sketchy activities seem to go on here but everyone is mostly quiet and polite and keep to their own business.

Really bad hotel experience! when we got there we were given someone else room; we went back to the front desk; she said there were all booked. When they finally gave us a room it was dirty and with a heavy smoke smell, the outlets did not work. This was by far one of the worse hotels we have stayed not to mention that the rooms look nothing like the pictures online.

Got a nice quiet non-smoking corner room in the back of the building away from the street. Decent free breakfast. There was a problem with the orange juice dispenser that would dispense juice concentrate without proper dilution. The staff tried several times to fix it but couldn't.

Not terrible compared to other motels along Route 1, however the problem is with items one won't see till you have spent that hard earned $$. Only 1 wall outlet worked which forced my handicapped friend to sleep in his wheelchair! He had to chose between getting a good night's rest and having a dead battery on his wheelchair or charging the chair. He called the front desk to explain his dilemma and was interrupted by Mr. Patel; "do you want stay extra night sir? I'm very busy". F for customer service.

The manager proved to be quite effective. It was a little smoky but we had the chance to change rooms. He also had an issue with another guest that was able to be handled with respect. The housekeeper's are very attentive. Thank you.

The hotel is nice. Older, but very clean.

The manager does not know how to properly get off the phone with a customer. He simply hangs up leaving you wondering if the conversation was actually over or if there was a disconnection. MOST people in customer service would ask 'is there anything else I can help you with today? ' or say 'have a nice day' or perhaps even a simple 'goodbye'. Not this guy. Also, they charged both my debits cards a week ago for a one night stay, I am currently waiting to see the money back in one of the accounts… it has been 9days (6business days) so as of now it is not an issue… but it wasn't nice to see on my accounts while I was in another country on vacation.

I found the room to be a bit cramped and seething smelling. The tub seemed to be a thinner model too. It was a fine place for a cheap overnight but don't expect much.

Reeked of smoke and grease! Not even worth the 107 bucks I spent. I wish I could get a refund. Unfortunately all the other hotels in the area were booked otherwise I would have checked out right after checking in.

Stayed here twice, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok but a little over priced for the quality of the rooms. Breakfast is excellent. Our only peeve is in the parking lot, big rigs use it to park overnight, they are constantly coming and going and the noise gets on your nerves.

It was pleasure staying with quality inn. Exceptional services and knoledgeble staff just made my stay awesome. I was there for cherry blossom festival with my family. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. I would definitely make this stop as one of my favorites when ever come back in town.

The name has changed and is newly renovated to Quality Inn. Very clean.

The WORST hotel I have been to in nearly 20 years. We rented 2 rooms and both smelled incredibly musty. Then half of the hotel lost power all night, we had lights but no a/c in our rooms. It's hard to believe Comfort allows that dump to bear the Comfort name. Oh, we also had quite a few ants in the one room. DO NOT go here.

Front desk was friendly, but the room was only so-so. The furniture is newer, but the fixtures and accents are quite archaic. The AC unit had to be from the seventies, and barely worked, as the room was very humid and uncomfortable. The shower only seemed to have two settings "burning hot pain laser" and "frigid ice death". Not bad otherwise, but there are definitely nicer Comfort Inns out there.

I stayed here a few times last spring and would have given them an okay rating. Their staff is the best, they were extremely helpful giving me directions and suggested a fantastic Italian restaurant in the area. The actual hotel was pretty out dated, which was my biggest complaint. Stayed again a few times since the new year has started and I am thoroughly impressed. They have renovated a lot; new flat screen TVs, new carpeting throughout the entire hotel, new fitness equipment. Their staff has only improved since last year, they are so friendly, I feel like I'm at my home away from home every time I stay. If you are in the area I would definitely suggest staying here.
