Stayed here due to a family reunion. Clean rooms and staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms need renovating and the bathrooms and beds were very small.

Decent! Checking in the customer service from the older female was mediocre but the room was clean, breakfast was satisfying and it was quiet. Nice!

Easton location. I was absolutely horrified by this room. At first appearance your tired and just want to settle but then you put a bag down to be greeted by 2 large spiders on the table. I walked to the bathroom to see the most disturbing tub not just by the filth but the tub was peeling as well. The toilet would not flush until 3rd time the charm. When I exited the bathroom I noticed more spiders on the wall. I immediately grabbed my bags and told my husband I would rather sleep in the car. I will say when we went to the front desk to explain what we saw they were extremely helpful and polite. Though some of the mannerisms made me feel that this was not the first the heard of it. We ended up leaving after only being there not even 30 minutes. Don't go there if you love yourself.

Great place to stay! Staff very friendly. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were clean and looked updated. Was a little chilly to use the pool but it looked very inviting. Glad I picked this place for our overnight stay. Will be back. Thanks.

Room was nice and clean bed was ok but was varry bouncy thought I was going to bounce my feaunce off the bed when ever I rool over and the bathroom was small alost had to get in the tub to close the door and the tolet was so short felt lile I was sitting on the floor.

Everything was great except the bathroom inside my room, it wasn't much bigger than a closet and the toilet was not tall people friendly.

Howard Johnson's Hotel on 11th street in Ocean City MD. Great location. Friendly staff. Nice room with balcony overlooking boardwalk and ocean. Really enjoyed our stay.

Someone upper-decked in the bathroom… Gonna check the pool next. So far its ok. Not $170 ok, but it'll do. Shoulda checked airbnb. Its standard Quality Inn stuff here. Don't get too excited.

Nice, clean motel. Full breakfast included. The wi fi actually works. Keep in mind that there is no elevator. If going up a flight of stairs is a problem, be sure that they will reserve a first floor room for you when you make the reservation.

I absolutely love this hotel! Front desk staff Ms. Nakia and Make Marion are quite a delight… very friendly and professional! Makes you feel like family. Also the maintenance man William Black (Mike) very polite and helpful. Not to forget the house keeper Ms helen what a sweet lady! I would give this hotel the highest rate I could. Definently recommend!

Housekeeping is great so far and the front desk has been very friendly. Room was clean upon arrival. Plenty of towels and lighting. Comfortable beds.

The worst Choice property I've ever stayed at. The rate promised didn't get honored. The room was falling apart. The bathroom door was cut to clear the toilet and would not close. On and on.

Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Only complaint is with other guests, which the hotel can't really control. Almost nobody was cleaning up after their dogs and they were pretty noisy the first morning, but it got better by early afternoon, and didn't happen again.

Decent hotel! Breakfast in the lobby wasn't big on it but it did help get my through until it was lunch time. Housekeeping was good.

The Quality Inn Easton, Maryland claims they are a Pet Friendly Hotel. I can tell you the Staff is not Pet Friendly. When I booked my room weeks ago, I told the Front Desk Clerk, I had two Daschunds which would be crated. I further told the Front Desk Clerk my wife and I would be attending a Theatre Play at the Avalon Theater and our dogs would be crated. Upon my return around 9:30 PM the Front Desk Clerk said there was no complaints from our Guest, but our House Cleaning Supervisor heard the dogs barking. The Front Desk Clerk said the House Cleaning Supervisor was concerned our Pet were tearing up the room. I went to my room and found both of my pets still crated. There was No damage to the room. I took a photographed of our dogs in the crates. I then returned to the Front Desk and had shown the Front Desk Clerk the photo. This issue did not end, while at checkout. The Day Front Desk Clerk told me, I should have taken my two dogs with me to the Theater. The Day Front Desk Clerk further told me I had staged the photo. She basically said, I was lying. Complaint was filed with the Quality Inn Corporate Office. I told the corporate office the room was great. I further told Corporate I would refuse anything they would offer me for my troubles. I wanted Corporate to know this was a real complaint and I was not trying to get something for free. This is a complaint against Unfriendly Staff towards Pets.

It was very clean and the people working there were nice and very helpful. Had a wonderful stay.

It was nice to receive a confirmation call days ahead of reservation, that made you feel secure that they definitely had your reservation. The staff was very friendly. Stayed over night for a class held at the hotel the next morning. Bonus was the breakfast which had a great variety of things to chose from; different cereals, waffles, scrambled eggs, bagels, fruit, danishes, etc. That worked great! We didn't have to leave for breakfast and then come back for class. The room was already equipped with a refrigerator & microwave … didn't have to ask for it. There were plenty of towels… some places you need to call for more. We didn't use them all but they were readily there if needed. The conference room was nice and the bathroom facilities in the lobby and in the conference Hall were all clean. The check in and out was very quick and smooth. I would stay again.

We use this hotel several times out of the year for family events and etc. I just recently used them for my hook signing and the experience was wonderful as usual. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They always grant my needs request prior to coming in. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. If you have an event and need a room to host it, go to Quality Inn. Easy and affordable!

For the rate paid this hotel was okay. The breakfast was real good.

Front desk lady was a delight breakfast was filling and the waffles were great!. The rooms are outside entrance fair for the location. No elevator walk up steps for the 2nd floor.

Nice and clean. Well appointed. Polite front desk. Easy access. Plenty of family dining nearby.

Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Staff is very professional and nice. The breakfast are delicious. This place is a great stay for one night or even an extended stay.

It's a clean reasonably priced hotel. A bit long in the tooth. If you want a fancy place… This is not for you. If you want clean and reasonable prices place to stay this is good.

Nice and clean. Nothing fancy. Good selection of channels on TV. The beds and pillows are comfy. The softest bath towels I've ever had at a hotel. They allow dogs, so that's a bonus. I'm not generally a fan of hotels where the doors open to the outside world, which this is. Although, it is quite handy when traveling with a dog.

I love this hotel. Out door pool was clean and easy to get to. Coffee available all day.

Older hotel which would be fine but first room I was given smelled off dank cigarette smoke and the toilet wouldn't flush. When I went to the front desk the staff was very kind and accommodating and gave me another room. The new room had the same smell so I guess it's in the walls/carpet. AC unit is very loud.

Kinda a dump but it served it's purpose. I've stayed in much better hotels for 100 dollars but still not a place I would never go again. It did have a really good breakfast though.

In Easton Comfort Inn for church and it was really nice. The staff was polite and helpful. All in all a good place.

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We had rowdy guests next door to us which was really disturbing. I asked to be move to another room but unfortunately the hotel was sold out.

Small rooms, the air circulation units are old. Breakfast is nothing special. It is close to a bunch of places to eat.

Clean quiet & professional. Bed was too soft, though.

Nice place to stay. Tub was very slippery and it could use a thicker, or more blankets. Other then that it is great.

Easy check in, nice clean room, high speed Internet. What more could you want from a ~$50 a night hotel?

We arrived to our room with a little more than an hour to get ready for a wedding in St. Michael’s. So we immediately rushed into our assigned room — when we walked into the room there was a strong musty and stale smoke smell (this was a non-smoking room), the carpet floors had that sticky damp feeling (similar to when there is humid weather with no a/c going — it was not humid) you could not comfortably walk around the room without shoes; then while using the bathroom facilities I was dripped on, not a slow drip, from water coming from the ceiling. We called the front desk about this issue — it was entertaining to see the maintenance team act surprised at the issue when there was a hole in the ceiling the size of my hand (I am a petite female). Furthermore, the toilet would not flush as the chain/flapper was not working properly; the maintenance team fixed this while looking at the ceiling. The bedding was (I am assuming) so old that the elastic that holds the fitted sheet to the bed was failing. When you lay on the bed the sides would pop up. The overall state of the room was absolutely disgusting! And this is just what we could see, the next morning when I took a shower I found that there was a soft spot in the floor of the bathtub, I can even bare to think about what could be the causes of this… Aside from the disgusting room, I do have to say that the hotel staff was extremely friendly and kind.

Terrible room cleaners. Had do not disturb on door and every morning still woke me up. Tried to ignore them but they kept knocking.

It seems to be a good place to stop if you are a flake.

Toilet was stopped up when we arrived. The front desk gave me the plunger as the maintenance man didn't seem interested in trying to fix the problem! We ended up having to use the lobby toilet.

Nice clean place to rest your head. Breakfast was good.

Room was heavy with a sick sweet smell and furniture is old and broken. I would recommend spending the extra few bucks to stay next door at the Holiday Inn.
