Beautiful hotel with the most lovely, friendly and welcoming staff. I visited this hotel on my travels from England and the customer service at this stylish hotel deserves every one of these
Baltimore is a beautiful city with so much to see and explore, I can not wait to return with my family. I will be checking in to Fairfield Inn once more and I will be recommending Maryland, Baltimore to everybody.

Room is nice size and clean. Hotel is walking distance to all the food places and shopping centers. Breakfast in the morning is really good. And have a lot to choose from. Amazing place to stay.

No issues at all. Check in was very fast, less than a minute. Rooms were clean and looked updated. Has valet parking but I would recommend parking across the street in the city parking garage. Cheaper and very close. Fells Point only a few minutes away and the Power Plant Live is 5 minute walking distance. Great stay! Price was very reasonable… Will be back!

Simple and straightforward layout with no unnecessary stuff in the rooms. Practical and usable desk, comfortable couch in my room, nice lighting and understandable thermostat. Really pretty, sunny courtyard and free breakfast. Best rate in the neighborhood. I would stay again.

Clean and modern, one of my favorite hotels in Baltimore. There are a couple of inexpensive (relatively speaking) parking garages nearby if you don't want to valet park. Located right in the inner harbor. Staff is friendly, free breakfast is awesome. Will come back!

Beautiful building, great breakfast buffet & staff at breakfast buffet! However, after finding bugs in the bed they made the accusation that "WE" must have brought them! Offered to wash our clothes with new rooms, then recended the offer & said they never wash clothes… They also couldn't exchange bills for coins to use the machines, which then did not work. Although they offered new rooms, AFTER first asking if we had friends in the area to stay with or go 20 miles to a new hotel, the new rooms had bugs also… a total of 5 rooms (2 that belonged to another party)! Our other guests had no problems but the hotel denied it was their fault! The hotel is on the edge of the "ghetto", with panhandlers at the entrance & police guarding the lobby to keep non-guests out! It was really a shame & ruined the trip for 3 bus loads of people! I hate it for the staff that were awesome, but administration needs training on customer service! I realize the bugs aren't their fault, but dealing with things as they did has tainted our experience with the Fairfield Inn and Suites!

Great staff! Comfortable and clean rooms. Attractive property that is centrally located. No pool but a peaceful courtyard. Some traffic noise but you are in the city. With a/c fan going it didn’t bother us at all. Great experience from the minute we pulled up and were greeted by the cheerful valet Aaron to the moment we checked out.

Great experience! From the moment we drove up and the valet, Aaron, cheerfully greeted us we had nothing but positive experiences here. We checked in as Marriott was having some computer issues and our reservation was not showing. The staff at the front desk couldn’t have been better (wish I had remembered the gentleman’s name who checked us in-may have been the manager). Every single staff person we interacted with had a smile and a kind word. Beautiful city hotel (no pool but nice relaxing courtyard). Very clean. Some traffic noise but with A/c fan running barely noticeable. Really from the moment we pulled up to check in to the moment we left just a 5 star experience.

Staff was great. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, everything was basically fine. If your a light sleeper ask for a room away from the street since traffic can be kind of loud at night.

We got there around 1 AM. Took almost 30 minutes to check in. The toilet in our room didn’t flush. And I know it’s complimentary, but the continental breakfast was bland and tasteless. Giving 3 stars because it was a nice hotel but mostly because the front desk made a mistake and forgot to charge us and, for whatever reason, never took our names lol FREE ROOM! Also, the hotel is near literally everything — several great restaurants and local food places, as well as the river, the aquarium and other great attractions all within walking distance.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have good experiences everytime. Its very clean and well kept as are the rooms. I wish the hotel had a pool/hot tub but unfortunately it does not. The location is great if plan on spending time around the harbor, downtown, or going to an Orioles game.

Decent hotel, pretty good location. Quick breakfast options. Comfy bed.

Not a bad Hotel overall but the staff is really not available most of the time as a blind person I require a little bit of guidance Define two things for example where to get breakfast and where I could possibly take my guide dog out there's never anybody around to answer these questions and the breakfast was very difficult to even locate let alone once I get there trying to discover what was in the steam table to serve myself the breakfast itself was poor at best.

If you’re trying to plan a wedding don’t even bother going here! I have been trying to block rooms since January because I am getting married across the street at the 1840s plaza (they have been wonderful! ). I wanted to block 40 rooms and Fairfield Inn has yet to even call or email me back. They won’t even respond to their own national sales team to give them pricing or availability. I am not one to review businesses but I just want to warn any bride-to-be DONT RELY ON THIS BUSINESS because they will disappoint you. It’s seems they don’t need the business.

Cozy place that's easy to get to. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and clean. Bed is comfy.

Nice location. Good staff. Good value. Overall a cool looking property. Breakfast was solid. The room itself was a little musty and unimpressive, but overall I liked it and would stay again.

Friendly service. Free breakfast. Room accommodations were basic (no fridge), but otherwise fine for the price paid.

Stayed at this hotel with some friends the first weekend in March 2018. All the staff was very nice and helpful as I don’t stay at hotels much. This especially goes for the guy at the front desk named drake. It seemed like he was always there and helped us with everything we needed, came back to the hotel after a night out around 2am and he even helped us order a pizza. Great place would definitely stay here again.

The room AC was horrible maybe a broken tempreture sensor. Was awake most of the night. Rooms where clean though. The attached restaurant blue grass is okay restaurant cum pub. Very limited choices of drinks where available and no top shelf brands.

Very relaxing. The hospitality was very great. Breakfast was very good. Great movies. Larger comfortable bed. I will let be back. The ladies that worked in the restaurant on Monday evening on the 15th of January were very beautiful and very nice great service. Food was a blast. Loved it very much.

Nice, clean hotel in a good location. Easy walking distance to the metro. Our room was clean and well laid out with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with a wide variety and staff was friendly.

I didn't stay in this hotel but went there for a meeting. I was pleasantly surprised at the meeting facilities an common areas.

Had a great stay until my last morning here I went down for breakfast because the front desk told me it opened at 6. I am almost done making my plate when the rude guy that works down there asked why I was getting food and told me to learn how to read a sign. I’m sorry your damn front desk told me it opened at 6 not 7. Then said I could go ahead and eat what else was he going to do with all the food I just put on my plate. So now I am sitting in my hotel room bathroom eating my breakfast so that I don’t wake up the rest of the people in my room. I will not be returning to this hotel or any of its chains if that is the way they treat guest.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities were first class. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

I was blown away by how great this Fairfield was. Parking was a breeze in the lot across the street for $20 overnight. The room was cozy but very comfy. Mattress was very firm. Breakfast was delicious. Elevator was kind of slow but it's got a cool pulley system. They made a big deal about all of the environmentally friendly aspects of the hotel design and I really appreciated it.

A really fun Marriott. Staff, valets, etc are exceptional. Nice rooms. A "green" hotel, which is cool. Breakfast is decent and breakfast room is ambiant. Outdoor courtyard is very nice. They've redone the fitness center. No pool. No parking onsite… must valet… but, hey! … it's the city! Walking distance to the Inner Harbor and a stone's throw from Little Italy, Port Discovery, Power Plant Live, Charles Carroll house and the shot tower, and the Flag House Museum, to name a few local spots. Perfect location.

Great experience from the valet attendant upon arrival to checkout. The hotel is beautiful and well-kept. Our room was spotless. The breakfast attendants did a great job keeping the buffet stocked amidst a steady crowd. It's an easy walk to the Inner Harbor bars and restaurants.

Was a good room but check in took extra long due to me being "checked in" when I got there. Staff couldn't figure out why so they had to send someone to make sure room was empty. Overnight stay was great. The valet took probably 20 minutes after saying they would take 15 total from time of call so that was kind of annoying. Overall good value for the money.

Great location, walking distance to the Harbor. The hotel was very clean, great staff & really good breakfast. There is no pool, but the courtyard was a nice spot to sit at while enjoying breakfast. Con: Request a room not facing the street due to all night traffic.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is close to the inner harbor and little Italy. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and seemed new. The free Wi-Fi is a nice perk, as is the free breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

What an AWESOME hotel! I communicated throughout my preparation for an away birthday celebration for my mom and Tess was instrumental in helping me coordinate my stay with relatives. We were impressed from the time we pulled up (great valet service…thanks Wilson and Cornules). We stepped through the doors and immediately was taken with the décor. One of the main things that really had us was the “garden”. Although it rained, you still had the luxury of staying outside and enjoying fresh air…just awesome. Tess further assisted with venues for my family to dine at throughout our stay and we loved all her suggestions! Great service was also provided by Michaela, as well as the other individuals that we came into contact with throughout our stay. Fairfield Inn hotel was clean, assistance readily available…just an amazing staff ALL THE WAY AROUND. All needs were met with a smile…THANK YOU Fairfield Inn (Baltimore Harbor).

Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is very good and inside courtyard is really pretty. Slightly confusing navigation with the two-tower system and valet, at least on our trip, was rather slow. Other than that, no complaints and we enjoyed our stay.

Recently stayed at your hotel on a business trip — Apr 21 — Apr 24. Staff: Exceptional. Especially the woman that was working the front desk in the morning on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I had an issue with an iron that had left a burn mark on my shirt and she took care of it. No questions, quickly handled, great results — can't ask for more. Breakfast: Very good Cleanliness: Very clean Only negatives: Temperature on the second floor hallway — way, way too warm; however, my room temperature was perfect. AND the view out of my room window was not much of a view to put it simply. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. The things that really matter when you stay at a hotel were all 5 stars (or more! )

Clean rooms and hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. It was like a small botique hotel the way it is layed out and the personal treatment. Little Italy in close walking distance with great restaurants and a bakery.

We are actually there for a couple of days. The service is wonderful. Customer oriented and always ready to help. This hotel contribute to a great trip in Baltimore.

We love this hotel and have stayed a few times. It is across from the Baltimore Inner Harbor and is convenient to other Baltimore tourist spots. Everyone from the valets and front desk to the housekeeping staff are pleasant to deal with. The breakfast is delicious and has variety. There is a restaurant conveniently located in the lobby. Coffee is available all day and is usually delicious. Never used the business center, but they have one.

I stayed here for Otakon last year and definitely plan to stay here for Otakon this year. I was well pleased with how I was treated by the staff. I enjoyed the breakfast. And the walk from hotel to convention center and back was worth it.

I had a wonderful stay here. From the minute I checked in to the moment I left, I received great service from everyone. The concierge, the people working the breakfast station, and even the engineer that came to check on our door. Their service was speedy and easy going. I had a nice view of the city and the room was spacious.

Ate at the restaurant at the lobby. Staff was not very good. They brought out our appetizer with our entrée which I was not happy about. We were also served our drink by the guy who just cleaned tabled and took out the trash. Food was decent.

Absolutely loved this place. Never once had an issue with the staff. The staff was very hospitable. The hotel itself is kept in excellent condition. The Tavern 101 is very convenient. It is located very close to little Italy and downtown so walking distance is not a problem.

I did not stay here myself, but we blocked out this hotel for our wedding at the 1840's Plaza across the street. The lobby is georgeous and inviting with a wonderful court yard with fire pits. The staff was friendly and helpful. All the wedding guests had pleasant things to say about their stay and the complimentary breakfast seemed impressive. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good and has a decent beer selection. They're surprisingly rated as having one of the best crab cakes in all of Baltimore (something of note, for sure), and I have it on good authority that is actually the case!
