Beautiful the staff was great very clean.

For the most part great experience. Front desk help was a huge help when checking in. Although for the price you would think the wallpaper would not be falling off the wall.

There was so much wrong with this hotel for my standards. I expected way more. I typically stay with Hilton but recently learned that was accumulating points with my bonvoy account and uber so I figured is use the points to stay at this hotel over a random weekend trip to baltamore. I arrive at 6pm there was no clear and safe place to park my car in front of the hotel to unload my bags, valet is $40 a day CRAZY! and city parking is $30 a day! I went with valet. The hotel dosnt have laundry service but the front desk employee mentioned there was a app that provides that service when I asked what the name was he couldn't remember okay then why would you mention it in the first place. That was the last time I interacted with the hotel workers cause they were not really all that helpful that's not to say they weren't kind but kind and useless gets me nowhere. The room was full of awful design choices. Coat hooks behind the swing of the door to the bathroom, a mini fridge too small to fit a bottle of champagne, I had a high floor for the views but my window was so filthy I couldn't see out of it. The bed was comfortable the samsung TV in the room had such a severe lag it was more a hassle to use then it was worth thankfully I brought my laptop and tablet. The floors and elevators are set up I'm a very strange way that makes navigating the hotel with a hotel cart a challenge you'll have to see for yourself what I mean.
