If I could give this place a zero I would. My room was disgusting, the moment I got in the room there were cockroaches on the walls. Yellow Stains on the pillow and sheets. No water AT ALL. This place should be shut down immediately. Don't recommend it for anyone.
Silent front desk clerk, interior smelled musty and smokey, no carpet on floor, bathroom faucet was loose, bathtub was horrible, no clock, no cups, no shampoo. No working ice machine in the building, told me to go to the Shell station. No coffee or tea available in the morning. Someone showed up at my room at 10pm and had my wallet, said I left it at the front desk, which I don't think I did, and all of my cash was gone. I will NEVER stay at another Comfort Inn.
Well the lady who checked us in was a blonde. Super nice and friendly. That was the only good thing about the place. We got high when we stepped off the elevator, I get it they can’t help other people doing but spray some.
Air freshener. Sheets smelled like they came out of a greasy oven. Has black pubic hair on them 🤮
And the 3 baby cockroaches was the icing on the cake. Never again.
Looked like the hotel was being renovated which it very much needs. Seemed like there were several people that were long term residents of the hotel. Felt like this was not in the best neighborhood.
Horrible customer service, the hotel will not answer the phone, general manager will not call you back when you want to file a complaint and can’t leave a message. Even the corporate office can’t get ahold of the hotel or general manager to approve a refund.
This is the nastiest disgusting place I have ever seen. Your counter associate was rude and unprofessional. When she realized what my profession was she commented with “ Oh your a dick huh? ” I should have reported her but as bad as that place is I’m guessing upper management just don’t GAF!

Disgusting hotel. There was a literal crack pipe in my room and I’m almost 8 months pregnant. They didn’t discount my price or anything, just switched me to another room and acted like it’s a normal event for them. Said I got an upgraded room with a suite but the lights and TV don’t even work in this upgrade and we found bed bugs. Here for a week on business and this is what u have to deal with. Another room we rented, didn’t even have a TV cause someone stole it. This place needs shut down.

This place is falling apart. Bugs in the room, rusted/broken bathtubs, body fluid stains on bed and carpet. Bathroom faucet is literally falling off and drain was stuck closed. Smells like weed. I will not be taking a shower and will not be coming again. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I took pictures to show corporate I'm so disgusted. On a positive note staff was kind.
Place was disgusting filthy and bugs all over the place. It stunk soooooooooo bad I almost vomited.
Told the desk about it and that we're were not happy and unsettled to stay there they said ok we will not charge you for the stay yeah right.

Do NOT come here! This is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel and even though my dogs were allowed to stay, they were NOT friendly at all about me having them even though I made my reservation 2 months in advance. The manager is RUDE and tried kicking me outside just because he was on the phone and one of my dogs started barking. I was trying to find my room for my 4 kids and dogs to calm them down all while he’s trying to throw me outside. Now to talk about the rooms. I found roaches in my room. The toilet kept clogging, the tub is disgusting and molding and the rooms smell like body odor. I didn’t even want to walk around my room bare foot because the floors were disgusting. The only thing nice about this place were the kitchen staff. They busted their butts serving breakfast to everyone. Other than that this place sucks! Don’t waste your money!
Manager was useless, they lost our prepaid reservations, rooms were dirty and disgusting, holes in wall, dirty floors and some rooms haven't been cleaned for days. Whole establishment smelled of weed and in general it was as complete shithole. Most unhelpful front desk workers and manger I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. They messed up and tried to blame everyone from southwest to my girlfriends mom. My suggestion is to get a demolition crew and blow up the entire establishment with all the employees who work inside.
Dirty and a bit scary… old and outdated… rundown. I’m hoping not to have bedbugs. Plus — staff is very nice and courteous. Close to airport and there is a shuttle.
This hotel is the worst ever to stay. There was mold in room. There were ants covered all in the suite, ants in our beds, ants everywhere, and ants in our clothes and bags. The bathroom had dead bugs dried up on toilet and handle where you flush. The suite was suppose to have a pull out couch, thats what was paid for and the couch was nasty with springs sticking up and didnt pull out into a bed.
Spiders hanging from the doorway before you reach customer service counter, and nothing was done when we told them. The guy who work 3rd shift was hispanic and he got smart with me and excused us of bringing ants in our room. We came from Georgia to Maryland, checked in at 4:21pm. We put our bags down, and left out immediately to go eat. We came back in after 11pm to find everything I stated about because we looked at room everywhere afyer walking into ants. Also the TVs had no cable cords connected to watch. We were told that maintenance would fix while we left and no one ever came. I was told money was refunded back to card. In the midst of this we had to sleep in the car, havent showered or anything because of how unstable and nasty the hotel was. They charged my card twice and when I went back to talk to manager this morning, Paul Blackwell, he was extremely rude, got loud with me, and talked over me. He didn't listen to anything I said and told me refunded and thats why you dont have anywhere to sleep now.

First, hotel room already had someone in it. The room across from had a smashed in door — looked like police had rammed it in. Got a new room but 2nd floor and elevator smells of weed. Complained to staff. Security guy wouldn’t take off earphones.
Absolutely awful! Our entire floor reeked of marijuana. Our friends went to a room that already had been occupied! When I asked for someone to come take care of the marijuana odor the came up and sprayed air freshener, I’m not even kidding! At this point I’m afraid to stay here!
Helped me get into a nice room when we got snowed in, after surgery I needed something convenient and one the first floor.

Quick drive to the airport. But, not the cleanest hotel. Not dirty, but run down. We only had six hours to sleep and hop on a flight, so OK. Night staff was almost rude. Early morning staff was amazing. Be warned, not a lot of food options nearby — especially for late night. OK place to stop for a quick sleep but would not recommend it for long stays.

The hotel/motel is good the reasonable rate Will say no one at the front desk/staff has any knowledge of the area (even to the airport). Rooms well house keeping never truly cleaned the room properly. Found peanut rappers (empty) on the floor bed side tables not properly cleaned. The cabinet door did not have a handle so one could not open it without prying it open Small hole in the wall stuffed with a piece of paper towel Told the front desk about all the problems did not seem concerned. Yes the handle did get fixed. The furniture is not in the best of condition (at least the 3rd floor). The place does need some work and personal training.
I stay exclusively at Choice Hotels as they are the best value for my hotel dollar. The hotels are clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Booking a reservation is easy on the website. I have no reason to "experiment" with another hotel chain. Everything about this one is awesome. The room itself was very luxurious and had another suit inside the room. Too bad I wasn't with my whole family. It felt very new and clean and nice. I honestly wasn't expecting such a nice place near an airport, but this one exceeded my expectations and I look forward to staying again if I get this chance.
Worse Hotel EVER! Shuttle is suppose to go every half hour arrived back at bwi called for a shuttle at 8:31 was told shuttle would be there in a few minutes called exactly 10 minutes later same thing another ten minutes was told shuttle is sitting in front of door 15 (where I was told at 8:31 to be for pick up) shuttle was not there after another 10 minutes was placed on hold to talk to the Mgr who was rude and hung up on me after I told her I had been waiting for over 40 minutes! I have stayed here before and have had problems with the return shuttle but never this bad they share shuttle with the best western next door go somewhere else where they don’t lie too you and make you wait almost 50 minutes to be picked up!
Overall loved my stay at this hotel! The check in desk was beyond polite and helpful. I was extremely biased based on prior reviews to stay here with our group of 16 rooms but everything went well. Our group was handled professionally, we were able to put all our stuff in the rooms on a busy weekend, and get out. The rooms were clean and the group enjoyed our stay. Definitely will be back if we come for another tournament in the area. Thanks for accommodating our large group, special thanks to the manager for getting us in at the last minute. Appreciate all the hard work this hotel does! The maids were also super nice, every time I passed one in the hall they would smile and say HI! You will not regret staying here, a little gem in the rough and that price is such a deal!
This was the ideal place to remain for our end of the week outing to Maryland. The staff was to a great degree well disposed, and we saw them making a special effort to suit the requirements of every one of their visitors. The rooms and lodging are spotless, and couldn't have been something more. We can hardly wait to return and visit. Best client service ever!
Everything about this COMFORT INN & SUITES near BWI AIRPORT is astonishing — the area, the extent of the rooms, the luxuries in the rooms and the supportiveness of the staff. We remained here for 3 evenings in a lord room on the world class level. The furniture are comfortable and creative in that they are fascinating. Everything in our room worked superbly. The washroom was splendid and completely perfect. The stroll in shower was colossal, had delightful glass entryways on overhead rollers and the most pleasant shower head I have ever utilized. The room incorporated a microwave, espresso creator and smaller than usual cooler and shower robes and shoes. A complimentary nibble basket was gifted with chips, treat and filtered water. The breakfast buffet was, exceptionally pleasant, There is a bar in the hall open at night. Landing at our room there was a telephone message inviting us and inquiring as to whether we required anything. We got a call from the front work area around 2 hours in the wake of landing to inquire as to whether everything was OK and on the off chance that we required anything. The front work area staff was inviting. Leena was completely magnificent and Jorge was extremely useful. Amazing experience :)
Pros: Price Simple check-in Good breakfast variety Polite staff Clean room Solid floors (didn't hear footsteps walking over me). There is ample parking Cons: It's off the beaten path and not very easy to find; thank you GPS. The elevators are super slow. You cannot access the stairs until you reach the 2nd floor.? The bathrooms need some love. The fixtures on the sink and tub were both very loose. They were actually pulling away and rotating around. Paint and caulk was peeling and chipping on the walls and around the tub. The walls between the rooms are thin.
Would watch out for any additional charges. No issue with the hotel or the room but how they missed up charges afterwards. Stayed one night and was charged for two. They confirmed my reservation was for one night but claimed I stayed beyond it. This was refunded but then charged again a day later. When called back, was told it was for storage due to "excessive items left" but there wasn't a list of supposed items and the employee didn't know where they were being stored. This note was added after the refund took place about a week after my stay. There were no items left. This new charge was refunded. Will see if any more charges appear.
We have never received such wonderful service in all our years of travel. Because we had a late flight, the manager let us stay in our room at no extra charge. The cleaning staff was wonderful, and the staff lady who served breakfast made us feel so welcome. Absolutely the best motel experience ever.
I absolutely adored this hotel. The front desk staff was amazing. Had a small crack in the tub and the front desk called maintenance which arrived in less than 5 minutes! The room was super clean and looked just like the pictures! The staff member at breakfast was super friendly and helpful. She made sure no one had a sticky floor, conversed with the guests, and helped with the elusive waffle maker lol. The breakfast was so yummy… and filling. Even had healthy choices for my friend that was diabetic! I will definitely be staying here again. Absolutely amazing experience. Kudos!
Let's just start off with saying the employees are doing what they can with the scrapes that's been given. When myself and a family arrived to the hotel we were met by a nice gentleman who checked us in. I was excited to finally make it in… It was late and we we're tired from travel. When we got in the room the first thing we noticed was the smell and the fear of someone being in the room. We fumbled around until we found a working light (yes some of the light fixtures were out). Once we were able to see the room we we're immediate disgust. Not because the room was average because we didn't for crazy amenities but a decent place to lay our head. However we did not receive that from this room but we decided to keep checking the room out because honestly the smell and light fixtures being broken wasn't going to stop my sleep at that point. But then we noticed the adjourning door to another room was broken. Like we couldn't lock our side of the door if we needed to. That with out a doubt was enough for me to leave the room but cousin continued to examine the bed should would've slept on and noticed unwashed stained on the bed and literally that bed was set on or slept on and covers had not been changed. It was like we had walked right in after someone had just out. (Creepy) So at that point enough was enough we had seen all we needed too. We requested another room and to our delight we got a new room.

Hotel is so great, the staffs there as well. However I was not able to a separate rating as I wanted to rate the shuttle service as well. And I'm rating it low, as one shuttle driver has an attitude and refused me to drop off and others at the Amtrak BWI station during the morning hours.
The young lady at check in was wonderful. She was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. After a long day of work then driving for several hours, a smile goes a long way in rejuvenating you. The room was cresp and clean. It is obvious that whoever cleaned the room took pride in their job. Cudoes to the management and staff. I will surely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Baltimore area.

It was very clean in my room and the breakfast was good with decent options. I would definitely stay here again. There wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in my room but I'm thinking you could request that in yours if you needed it.
The hotel suite was dirty the couch was in bad shape lumpy and dirty. We asked for another room that room was worse than the first one there was food on the couch and floor it didn't look like it had been clean only the beds made. So we stayed in the first room while we tried looking for another hotel. We could not find another hotel in the area they were all booked being new years weekend. We had to ask for extra sheets to cover the couch. The suite had 2 showed they both were dirty hair everywhere. Hair in the drain that never was cleaned. This was the worst hotel we had ever stayed at. We complained but they didn't care or try to make the stay better. I am very disappointed and will never stay at another comfort inn again.
I am beyond amazement from the services here. I called ahead to make an exception to check in before the standard hours and without hesitation the front desk granted my request. Hassle free check in and breakfast to go along with top notch hospitality. I will return here if I'm ever in the area. Thank you all for your services.
Nice price on a prepay. Check in, correct but not too friendly. Room clean except for a dead bug on the air unit. Hotel was dated and the security latch was broken to the point it is unusable. TV nice, Wi-Fi available but did not use. Plenty of space but only one chair (No place but sitting on the bed for a second person). Coffee was free but soda and chips extra @ 2.00 and 2.50. Evening shift change brought a nicer desk team. Glad to see an improvement over the initial desk clerk. Plenty of parking and handicap was good. Had Checkers for lunch, walk able but not the best neighborhood. Pizza Hut 5000 Richie Hwy Brooklyn Park delivered dinner and did an excellent job. Brought plates, napkins and condiments. The desk clerk recommended them. Good job! Our wake up call never came but we always travel with an alarm clock. Shower was dated and turned cold half way through my short am shower. Breakfast was one of the best with hot food, cold food, plenty to drink and eat. Staff was efficient and friendly. Overall not bad but not the best either. Overall 6 or 7 out of 10.
We had a quick stay. But the bed was super comfortable and the free shuttle service to the airport is really convenient. So everything we needed. We left around 5:30 so I donltbknow if they weren't serving breakfast yet but all they had was coffee. So might be a good idea to bring some breakfast if you're leaving early.
The outside of the hotel and the lobbies were very nice. The room was large, but it hadn't been cleaned very well. There was dirt all over the carpet and bathroom floor and hair all over the shower. The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed and the lock didn't work. I stepped into the tub and my foot went through it. I only weigh 120. The bedding, however, looked clean. The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were super squishy. Half the TV channels were unavailable. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff was very nice. It was a good hotel to serve our needs, but it wasn't the best.

One short night stay in Baltimore — the halfway point on my big move from South Carolina to Rhode Island — but very pleasant. I had two cats with me, which added a $50 charge, but it was worth it to me. There was enough space in the tiled bathroom area to put the litter box. I had a disposable one with me, and when I asked how to dispose of it before checkout, the attendant told me housekeeping would take care of it. I left what I consider to be a slightly larger than normal tip because that made things so easy for me! Also, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was not fancy but included plenty of options, and the staff were all wonderful.
I stayed here twice in a one month period, if I could give it no stars that would be better. The first time was for a girls trip and the shower head was broken. The convenience of this hotel is they offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, of course they charge for parking and shuttle. The second trip was an anniversary getaway. Both trips we had early flights so we had to be at the airport by 4. The anniversary trip the staff neglected to schedule it, the clerk at the front desk took care of it, so no worries there. However, the return trip, you have to call the front desk and let them know you are ready to be picked up. Both my boyfriend and I called several times with no answer. We called an uber to get us to our car at the hotel. When we went to speak with the clerk to find out why she did not answer the phone, she laughed at us and told us the phone never rang. There are other hotels in the area that offer the same service and probably have a more professional staff.
Breakfast was average. Eggs were passable and limited options. My room had a shower problem. Location is good. Bed felt good. Everything else was working fine.
I am going to give a 5 because I stay here every time I am in Baltimore and it is a great hotel, and the staff is normally awesome. This time not so much all 3 of the staff I interacted with must have had a bad day, because the two ladies at check in weren't very pleasant (helpful yes, did their job yes, smiled or even acted interested. No), and then the shuttle guy had the same personality. I will stay again, I just hope everyone feels better.
Had to stay here last minute after flight being cancelled. It's an inside Red Roof Inn. Need to be renovated no microwave in room and ice make didn't work. I had to keep going downstairs for ice and to use "lobby" microwave. Hotel has a faint smell of mold. I will stay here again if necessary but not my first choice. The price isn't too bad. Just need to be upgraded. The staff are super friendly & I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. The shuttle driver was very nice and courteous. However as of 7 days later I have yet to receive my room deposit. So because of this I will be changing my ranking from a 3 to a 2 star! This is no ZERO stars! I was charged $57.89 for deposit for accidentals. The $7.89 is tax! I was told I would receive whole refund in 10days. Well it's been 10 days I was informed taxes wasn't charged on deposit and it was release the day of checkout. Well guess what?!?! It's 10days no refund! I called hotel was told taxes are not charged so now I have to send my statement showing the charge and was told it's not their fault it's by bank! Are you freaking kidding me?!?!?! NEVER AGAIN! Don't stay here and their breakfast SUCKS!
Had to stay here last minute after flight being cancelled. It's an inside Red Roof Inn. Need to be renovated no microwave in room and ice make didn't work. I had to keep going downstairs for ice and to use "lobby" microwave. Hotel has a faint smell of mold. I will stay here again if necessary but not my first choice. The price isn't too bad. Just need to be upgraded. The staff are super friendly & I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in.
Highly recommend for a stay. Incredibly polite staff and rooms looked beautiful. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi included. It was a wonderful experience and I hope you'll like it too.
I gave this hotel four stars because it was clean, comfortable, and they were extremely accommodating with our pets. I docked them a star for having a very disorganized check in, the staff was slow and seemed like they needed more training. They were however all extremely nice people so that made it ok. I would stay again if in the area.
Very nice room and wonderful staff. Parked my car for a very long time while overseas and it was safe and sound when I came back. Saved a lot of money parking there verses the airport. Rooms are great and cheap but inside has been remodeled.
Affordable and staff was great, however, the hotel's best years are behind it. Also no HBO, no microwave in rooms and the shower curtain was not well installed so couldn't keep the curtain closed while taking a shower. I gave 3 stars because of the affordable price and good service.
I've only stayed once, but the place was very nice and clean. I had to book last minute and the staff was so courteous and helpful! I'd definitely recommend.
Clean beds and good air conditioning in rooms but, Wi-Fi didn't work correctly, breakfast was cold, and looks quite out of date. The fire alarm went off during our stay and it by no means sounds like a alarm, sounds like a vacuum cleaner running! Not one member of staff made a announcement or knocked on any doors. I only realized that it was a fire alarm, when I looked out the window and saw the staff outside. Thank goodness it wasn't a real fire or someone would have gotten hurt because of their negligence. They even left the elevator running. Sorry but, I won't be returning to this place, they worried more about themselves then there customers.
Great comfortable stay. Nikkie was very helpful. It was late when we arrived. She recommended a great pizza place. My 10-year old son loves pizza too. Very relaxing stay. Location is close to airport with free airport shuttle; which makes it easy.
I will start by saying that the staff and cleaning crew were all very friendly and great. My 2 star rating is for the hotel itself. Having only one elevator working, it took forever to go floor to floor and felt as though it was about to break down with all of the shaking. The ceiling in the room was peeling off or had already peeled off, the shower rod falling off of the wall so the curtain would not stay closed, and the bathroom had no fan and one little ceiling light that didn't even give any light into the shower. The hotel book stated there were snack machines on the 2nd floor which was nowhere to be found. The common areas, minus the lobby, all seemed dirty and very hot. With the shape of the hotel, it was definitely not worth the money spent.
The bed was comfortable but the bathroom needed to be cleaned. The bathroom had hair left in it from the previous guest. The washcloth also had a hair stuck on it. I didn't even want to shower because I was grossed out. The lobby roof was leaking and one of the elevators was out of order. The air conditioner in the room worked well which was nice. The front desk receptionists were very friendly.
While the staff are really nice and helpful and hotel is located within walking distance to commuter rail station that will take you into Baltimore this hotel is very old and dated. They only have 1 operable elevator that runs very slowly. The "suite" we have is much less than expected. The couch is horrendous and the a. C. Units smell like old cigarette smoke. The nice part is there are 2 showers, which was perfect for us 3 females. They really need to update.
I'd give it a 0 if possible. Absolutely disgusting room. Pubic hair on the floor next to the toilet, hair ties in the tub drain, mirror hanging off the wall with water and mold stains on the ceiling above, crumbs all over the floor, thick dust on all the tables and head boards, no chair for the desk, no phone to call anyone, dirty sheets with stains and hair on them and the hallway stunk of cigar smoke. No manager on duty to help or offer a refund, the staff runs the place themselves. Days later and the manager still has not called me to discuss and resolve this. Customer relations is a joke and not able to help and the lady just kept putting me on hold and talking over me. I don't know if I'm more disgusted with the hotel or the lack of management and above. I will NEVER stay at any of their hotels again and will be warning my family, friends and social media. Now onto contact Corporate, BBB and their local news station.
Room was clean but drawer handle was borken or missing here and there and bathroom looks half f8 ished. Breakfast felt too generic but the staff were nice to bring out any request.
Beware the general manager, Ralph Shorter and front desk manager, Josie Forde, are thieves! We stayed here the night before leaving on vacation to celebrate my daughter's 21st bday. While we were at the airport the next morning, my daughter noticed she had forgotten her watch. Good news is they retrieved the watch for us, which I was very grateful. They told me the watch would be locked up in the manager’s office until we returned from vacation the following week. However, when we went to pick it up, we were told the office was locked and there was no one on-site with a key to open the door. After explaining we lived 2 hours away, they offered to return the watch via mail. I reported this to Choice Hotels Corporate Guest Relations department and had a representative call the hotel and spoke to Josie and was told that she had mailed the watch herself via UPS. As of today, I still haven't received the watch and they refuse to return my calls! I've now turned it over to the local police department for investigation.
First off customer service was horrible the manager "RALPH"is so disrespectful and unprofessional. I waited a hour before someone came to the desk. Then when he does come out he had a nasty attitude. He questioned my sexuality because I was with someone of the same sex (discrimination). Then had to wait 3 hours. For a room. I didn't wanted one bed n my room but they gave my room away to someone that was there after me so I had to get two. When I got n my room the heat didn't work the pillow cases were dirty. When I went to get the bed the sheets had menstrual blood n them. The trash cans had not been changed bloody pads were n plain sight. The breakfast was horrible. I seen little bugs on the bread. The juice machine had fruit flies. I seen someone wipe something up off the floor and wipe the tables with the same rag. Nasty ass people. Bottom line don't go here ever it will b the worse experience of your life. i recommended the hilton or the hyatt just don't come here. U will come n healthy but leave with something that u can't get rid of heed my warning don't go here! don't go here! don't go here! don't go here! don't waste your money or your time!
I had the worst experience with this company I booked the room through Groupon and this hotel does not know how to use it they don't accommodate Groupon users very well and they were really rude and unhelpful when trying to check me and my fiance in and then told us that they were unable to check us and because they were fully booked but I already had a reservation through Groupon so I basically lost all of my money and to pay to stay at another hotel and what was even worst is that I called earlier to make sure my reservation was set and they told me that I was good to go and then when I showed up I was unable to get a room because they were booked and they failed to tell me that earlier so they basically ruined my valentine's day they turned a total of three other couples with Groupons away also while I was there. I've been calling to speak to a manager all day to get the situation rectified and I still haven't gotten a call back or been able to speak to him because the front desk people don't know where he is and they haven't seen him all day, I'm not sure if they even have a management team. Don't book through groupon if you want to stay here because this establishment is not groupon friendly!
Julian was a life saver I arrived early he got me in breakfast was good staff is very pleasant clean room bathroom clean over all great I'd stay again great low price thnx Julian for u r awsum corporate need to give a award for excellence in ppl skills.
Very clean and nice hotel. The rooms are updated and spacious. Julian at the front desk was very pleasant. Easy access to the light rail, only 20 minutes from downtown Baltimore. There were also several restaurants in walking distance.
We booked as a park and fly. It turned out to be a great deal. The beds are incredibly comfy and the room was very neat and clean. A good experience.
Rooms where clean, maintained but water pressure was low and water was just above room temp. Never got hot. Washer broken staff didn't care about fixing.
Can you go lower than 1 star? I stayed in this hotel because it was supposed to be close to the airport and you could pay to leave your car parked in their lot while you were travelling. It is not that close to the airport. I was travelling with my wife and 2 small children. We did not arrive until 11:30 PM. The desk clerk was pretty out to lunch. I had booked this Prepaid through Last Minute Travel. He claimed it was not paid. I showed him the reservation showing it was paid and he still charged my credit card. He also charged it at a rate $33 higher than the reservation price. He stated he could not get the system to take my original reservation. I then asked if we could get the shuttle to the airport at 0530. He claimed that he could only fit us on the 0730 shuttle. Our flight was at 0700. We decided to park elsewhere and drive ourselves to the airport. That was bad enough but then we get to the room and turn down the bed to find a pillow case smeared with what looked to be small amounts of fecal matter. We had to be up at 5 am to catch our flight and we did not have time to switch rooms. When I brought it to the same desk clerks attention he did not seem fazed and asked if I would be calling the manager. I will never stay at this dump again. I urge you to stay away as well. I am currently fighting to get my duplicate charge credited back to my charge card. The nightmare continues.
They charged me for 3 rooms and I only had 1 they gave my daughter a key to another person room that had minor children in it. Please check your account before checking out. Oh yes plus they charge you a $50.00 deposit and don't say nothing to you about it.
3 rooms and 2 hours later, I get the room I paid for… The door closes, the bed is the right size, the sink isn't clogged, no love stains, there aren't people in it, and the lights work. The other two were as described… Update* just saw a $50 purchase on my card for comfort in, all they did was screw up and now they decided to steal $50 from my account, wtf!
Booked a handicap accessible room and asked for a shower chair and a raised toilet seat. A standard toilet will not work for my disabled brother who is 6'4", weighs 300 lbs and is primarily wheelchair bound. He cannot sit on standard toilet. Arrived and got to room after a 10 hr drive. No raised seat. Staff at front desk was rude and did not care about our situation. She called manager at home and she was even ruder and less caring. She never returned my call. Was also told when reservations were made that there was a pool! Wrong… no pool! Will NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL REPORT THEIR LACK OF HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ACCOMMODATIONS TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES! absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel/motel.
Just what we needed in a time of a crunch… This hotel fit the bill. As a result of a flight cancellation by US A*rways; we needed a place of rest for the night. Enter Travelocity. Less than 3 miles away, this is the place for misguided travelers with missed or canceled flights. And on this night apparently lots of flights were cancelled because upon entry into the hotel, we were greeted with a line out the door of "room awaiting guests". Handled very expeditiously, Falomi, was able to process transactions & reservations with grace & professionalism. She is to be commended & actually praised for her calm head & ability to handle extreme pressure & customer complaint. The hotel room was nice & Comfort Inn standard; 2 queen beds non-smoking. Parking is ample, in front & behind the hotel. Rates were economical. And booking was simple.
No STARS! Horrible hotel. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… Cheat you out of your money. Do yourself a favor and save headaches and stay ELSEWHERE!
Please take my advice and do NOT stay here! The hotel has a pungent smell, rude staff, and a horrible breakfast! Honestly I don't know where to begin, it's just terrible.
This Comfort Inn was so unorganized and employees were so unknowledgeable! Together we booked 5 rooms over a week in advance and when we arrived none of them were ready! Our first room was ready half an hr later or more and from then on we had to keep checking up to see if any of our others rooms were ready. There were no managers around and front desk didn't even "know the number" to contact the maintenance team. We left a number w/ front desk to have the manager contact us and still haven't recieved a call. Other guests were also lining up w/ other issues and waiting to check-in. Overall this place would not be recommended.

RespondBe aware, hotel will rip you off. Don't give a credit card. Charged me 250 dollars for room damage. Save your money and go to a better hotel. Service and menagers very rude, house cleaning unacceptable.

RespondThis hotel is a good deal for the price, clean rooms, friendly staff and the free hot breakfast was above average. I stay in hotels all year around and believe me I know The food in the bar is good, but takes a little longer then expected. Try the crab dip, it's good but better with melba toast or crackers. Bottom line,,, I would stay there again larry the traveler.
