My wife had made reservations at this hotel one month prior to her actual check-in date for a legal convention for attorneys. After driving four hours to the hotel when she attempted to check in they informed her that she no longer had a reservation because there was damage to her room. Normally this would be understandable because things like this happen. However, what was absolutely outrageous was what occurred next. Rather than attempting to find her another room they simply informed her that she did not have a room and to please step aside so that they could help other guests. As she was standing there a guest informed them that they were not happy with there room so the hotel apologized and offered them a stay at the Marriott. When my wife asked if she could also be transferred to the Marriott they ignored her send simply informed her that she would need to figure it out. Keep in mind that it is dark outside when this is happening. They then informed her that she would need to figure out her own transportation to where ever she needed to stay. While she was waiting outside in the dark by her self not a single member of the hotel came to check on her to make sure she was safe. After a period of about 40 minutes of waiting a cab finally arrived and took her to a place called the 1 motel which absolutely not a place you want to be as a single women. After arriving at the one motel my wife contacted the head of the legal organization that was holding the event at the Loews Annapolis Hotel and informed that having a single minority women stay be discriminated against in such a manor was not acceptable. After speaking with the manager he reluctantly and miraculously procured a room for my wife despite informing her that there was nothing for her when the checked into the hotel. Long story short, do not make your reservations at this hotel.
