Not impressed with the service here at all. I've never been to a more despicable place in my life and the employees' attitudes resemble that of a shebeen commonly found in third world countries.

The Hotel itself was nice, but the heavyset maintenance man seemed extremely rude and only the gentleman on front desk was wearing a mask. The lack of masks and the rude maintenance man as well of the lack of air conditioning made it a less than mediocre experience, however had everyone been wearing masks, and if the maintenance man wasn't so rude and if the air conditioning was working I would stay again. Next time I will probably find a different hotel though.

Quiet and they have great customer service.

Clean rooms very friendly staff. Did not have a reservation, but I am a rewards member, my room was upgraded because the room type I wanted was unavailable. In the last week I stayed in 3 different best westerns and this one was the cleanest and had the most comfortable bed of them all!

Reservation was made late in the evening via mobile device. Staff was super friendly when we arrived. Room was very clean. Price was right. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Easy checkout.

Nice clean rooms. Very helpful staff, good breakfast in the mornings. The hotel doesnt have a gym but were able to use the next door hotel just have to tell the front desk. A few fast food places and one restaurant is with in walking distance. Overall a good hotel and stay.

Decent place. Didn't have water I the morning anywhere in the building… but stuff happens. No other problems. Clean and friendly.

The staff was very kind and helpful if we needed it. The beds was another story they were too hard and the pillows were very small one of my pillows was about 12 inches by 12 inches. The price was good though. But next time I think I'll bring my own pillow.

Can always count on Best Western for clean, comfortable rooms. The staff here was exceptionally friendly and nice.

Convenient location, right off I-49; and close to NSU and town. Friendly staff! Pool access was a plus as well!

We spent 2 nights at the inn, visiting my old college campus and the area. The room was comfortable, reasonable, and the breakfast was good. My wife would have liked some gluten-free options. The toilet got plugged, and the clerk fixed it immediately. Parking was rather limited, but overall It was a good experience.

There was an exposed receptacle in the room. No cover and we had a 2 year old. Rooms need to be updated and refurbished. Mattress was very uncomfortable.

It may look basic from the outside, but the inside has been completely updated. Add in the sweetest check-in assistant and it's a great deal! But what is it with the tiny pillows at all the hotels now — I am not a child!

Our key continued to fail to work. But in their defense they had just installed a new door lock systems and all the bugs not worked out. Still was a little aggravating when you card keys did not work. Otherwise everyone was friendly.

The hotel was satisfactory… clean and friendly staff. Would have liked a workout room but was allowed to use the one at the Holiday Inn Express next door. The hotel is a little run-down and the sheets on the bed need to be replaced as they are old.

I enjoyed staying here for the one night I did. Nice and clean room on bottom floor. Great hot breakfast in the morning. Quiet area and pet friendly! Highly recommend if going to Natchitoches for the light festival or any other business.

Very clean. I had to make a stop, just couldn't complete my trip was to tired. Didn't like they required a $100 deposit, with a credit card.

2 stars for the guy working the night shift. Super friendly. The rooms are not clean. Towels with hair on them even dust from sitting a while!

Breakfast was very good. Room REALLY nice… housekeeping was absolutely lovely. Here during Hurricane Harvey so there was only 1 housekeeping staff that was able to work, and work she DID! Also, she made my little one's bed with a special place for baby doll :-)

Best Western is a wonderful hotel. From staying in their rooms, to the use of the convention center. The people were wonderful and it's very clean.

Had an issue with my reservation through a travel site, but it was quickly and successfully resolved. The room was nice and I had a good night.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Employees were polite, courteous, friendly. Extremely satisfied with the Best Western in Natchitoches. It was our second visit (first for honeymoon in 2016, and back for anniversary in 2017). We will be back.

Melissa was awesome at check-in after many hours on the road. And the breakfast staff were so sweet and welcoming. The housekeeping staff was kind and helpful with all of our needs.

We called at 9:24 pm (EST) on April 27th to let them know we did not make our flight. No fault of our own, but that is another story. The manager charged us for the room anyway and refuses to refund our money? We did make it the next day, Eden was wonderful. She did an excellent job. The manager, on the other hand, nets a — 10. Coincidentally bringing their cumulative score to a 1. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the management is anything, but friendly or helpful.

It was an amazing stay. I loved it.

Hotel stinks, staff was rude when we checked in. Not worth the $150 I was charged for the night. When we called to make reservations we asked for an email confirmation waited 30 minutes and asked them to send it again, never received a confirmation email. We requested to be on the top floor, the receptionist at check in said you requested a handicap room, I stated no we requested a room on the top floor. Run down hotel, and rude service.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. No complaints. Only drawback is it's not the most convenient if you're visiting Natchitoches & NSU, but it's only a 10 minute drive to most popular locations.

Good location and rooms was clean and neat. Shower head didn't tilt down but had good pressure.

Best Western Natchitoches, La. Executive suite is the best. Very clean rooms and the service is wonderful. We bring out 2 Yorkies with us dog friendly hotel. The continental breakfast is a full course breakfast meal. I met Thelma that was working in the kitchen. She was outstanding friendly and attentive to each person there. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It is very close driving distance to downtown.

Needed a pet friendly place and came to this because of baseball in Alexandria. It seems a bit unstable for lack of better words. Of someone were to drop something or close a door hard. Your room will shake. The pool is in the middle of a parking lot. Oh and no elevator.

The room was very clean. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. They had everything we could have wanted to eat from eggs, sausage, bacon, to fresh fruit, yogurt and more. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definately stay again.

The staff is friendly, and the hotel has been updated. The breakfast was good, and they do allow pets. The hallways have an order to them, and the rooms are quite old looking. An okay place for a night, but wouldn't want to do an extended stay here.
