For the price I paid of $191.00 should of been nicer! The fridge didn't work and the design of the room and the shower and TP Roll holder almost off the wall. I could of just stayed at the Econolodge and saved $150! Very Disappointed!

Best customer service from every employee we encountered during our stay. Everything was clean. Absolutely no complaints! And did I mention the employees were the best!

The room was on point and I definitely enjoyed the king size bed. Its next to a walmart and huddle house so its easy to get food. About a 10 minute drive from fort Knox, pretty convenient for my trip. Also, the lady at the counter for check in and out was nice. The both greeted me when I came to the desk and were friendly. When I checked in the lady at the desk asked if I had dinner and offered up coupons for Colton's which was right across the street. I really appreciated that and I enjoyed my stay.

Nice property near the base. Staff is friendly and happy. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotel can be a bit noisy with people coming and going at late hours.

Good location near Fort Knox. Good facility. Excellent staff. Clean, modern rooms. Plenty of outlets.

Andrea ensured that I got a clean room & checked to see if I needed anything doing my stay. I also really want to thank Kentrese & Gwen for working it so that I could stay in my room & not move to another. Robin, also did a great job ensuring the Pantry was fully stock & if there was something in particular you wanted she got it with a smile. My stay was great thanx to the staff that greed you at front desk!

Have stayed here several times and always a courteous staff, clean cozy room, and quiet. Breakfast very average except for biscuits and gravy on Sundays which is very good. Recently the rates are a bit overpriced though for what you get.

Very clean and respectful hotel. Mangers are very friendly and the housekeepings are very respectful and very good with making sure rooms are clean. I am happy to work here and Happ to have co-workers who are nice and all about team work.

New and beautiful hotel conveniently located to everything in Elizabethtown. Fitness center and pool were great too!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. The suite shop has a larger selection of items than most hotels I've stayed at. The Wi-Fi is fast, easy to connect to, and reliable. Have stayed at this hotel 2 weeks in a row and will again if the opportunity arises.

Love the way the rooms are laid out. Breakfast and coffee are pretty decent. Real nice staff.

Nice staff. Nice bed. Breakfast was average. Would of rated 5 stars but asked for a late checkout at 1. Was grated but at 1 the housekeeper came a knocking! So irritating!

Everyone from from desk to housekeeping are great; Kentress, Carl, Andrea, Special, Robin, Tony, Francis, Barbra, Carmen, JD, Lupe, Nicole, Stephanie, Mary Ann, and Alex thanks team for making the hotel great.

Very good price but pool room was ice cold, not to be considered during winter.

Wonderful hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff. Room was in good shape with all the standard amenities. You have to be a Hilton member to use Wi-Fi though, membership is free however. Only issue I had here was breakfast omelettes were old and dry everyday (5 day stay). Ate breakfast at 0700 every morning.

Great hotel, great friendly staff. Very clean. Only complaint would be the TV response was slow. Once you get on a channel though, you're good. Pool and fitness room we're also well maintained.

Best place to stay in Radcliff / E town / Fort Knox. Great rooms, always clean, awesome breakfast and dinning area, and the staff is always so nice. Cookies and coffee always in the lobby along with some fresh fruit.

Hotel was situated outside of town, not too conveniently located. The steakhouse across the street had ok food which made that less critical. The front desk staff was helpful but room keys we were given did not work and had to be replaced. The AC unit in the room did not work well and was loud, the curtains would not shut all the way so there was a lot of light in the room all night. The room and hotel hallways smelled faintly of mildew and carpet shampoo. Not a bad hotel for one night passing through, but I wouldn't recommend it for anything longer.

The hotel was very clean, staff was very accommodating and professional during our stay. Andrea C. Went above and beyond to make sure our stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The continental breakfast fell short on variety but besides that our stay there was nice.

The breakfast bar open at 6:00 am. I get there at 6:00 and the food was cold. No way 2 heat it up. So I tired the oats little warm. Why do u use such cheap toilet paper & Kleenex? U wouldn't except that from Hilton Hotels. I what 2 give a shout out 4 Andrea the night manager. She goes out of her way 2 please us when we stay there. U need more people like her. Andrea is a God sent. I'm always glad when she is there 2 help us.

Andrea was manager on duty. She is very people oriented and have great customer service skills. Seems like she always there whenever my church has an event.

The welcome from Chris at the front desk was awesome! He was very engaging and nice. Room was great too!

It was pretty good! They had a respectable breakfast, and they had great service… I asked for a roll-away and they sent one within 5 min!

Only a few years old. Very nice, clean. Had a king bed room where the bed faced the window. Big room, bigger bathroom. There is a great steak restaurant right in front of the hotel. 10%disc with your room key or military.

Front desk attendant was cheerful and pleasant at 11 pm check in, room was very clean and well appointed. Road noise was a little inconvenient in the early am hours but hotel itself was quiet through the night. Breakfast was standard offering. Overall it was a very nice Hampton Inn!

Employees are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is marginal, but the coffee is good. Easy to find and close to Fort Knox.

It was an overall great experience! The check-in was fantastic, thanks to Special. She was by far the best front desk attendant. Very polite. The rooms were well stocked and very clean. I will definitely be staying at this location again.

I would definitely stay here again. The hotel staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. The amenities and breakfast were excellent. Each day our rooms were fresh and clean. Nice attention to the details. Hampton Inn is the only place to stay when you go home, because who wants to stay with their parents LOL. Sincere thanks!

We were there on business but my family had come along with me. We LOVED the beds. They were the most comfortable beds I had EVER slept on. The covers were soft and not like normal hotel covers which are scratchy and hard. It was nice. The rooms were clean and the hotel was really nice.

We got the room at the spur of the moment because we could no longer drive through the night. The front desk associate was very kind and helped us get everything we needed for the night. We arrived at 11pm and he had a pack and play ready for our son. I asked if he had any milk for sale at the front desk but unfortunately they didn't. But he went into the kitchen to get us a small glass for our son in the morning and even came back with a little cup of cheerios for him. I really enjoyed how kind and helpful he was and how wonderful the room was when we walked in.

Beautiful hotel with amazing workers. There cleaners are wonderful. We had Yadira and she cleaned our room after we went out for the day and came to coloring pages, crayons, and stickers for my son. She also set up his blanket and stuffed animals up as of they were waiting for him. That's what I call service. Wonderful hotel!

Great place, very clean room. Hot breakfast was great. Highly recommend this place for your next TDY to Ft Know. Very friendly and helpful staff. You"ll get 10% off to Coltons Steakhouse which BTW is crossing the street and is an Awesome restaurant.
