Clean rooms, comfy bed, attentive staff and best of all they have a fantastic HOT breakfast that's included! We have traveled alot this year and this is the first hotel who cared about the customer enough to. Provide a very good hot breakfast. The hospitality lady was top notch! I'd stay here every single time. Thank you for not letting covid keep you from providing a safe and quality service!

Gave us the last room they had when we pulled in last minute at 1am. Friendly service and kudos to Skeeter for her extra efforts in making our kids smile! This will definitely be our overnight stop for future trips!

We stopped on our way home from Florida to Il. It was a great break. Hotel was clean staff friendly and cookies yummy. It will be our new go to spot. I hope the hotel stays kept up and we love it as much in November.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn a few times and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND It! The rooms are very nice & clean, the staff is outstanding, very friendly & helpful! This has to be one of the best Holiday Inn or any hotel I have every stayed at! FIVE STAR!

Had a clean and great room. Just a little musty smell until the AC was started. Breakfast was good! Would stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.

Kinda a long story but we always stay at HI. We just stayed 8 nights at the Orange Beach AL location and had a awful experience. Paid a gross amount of money for our crappy stay. On our way home we decided to stay in here and break up our drive. This hotel is awesome! Front desk staff is friendly. Rooms are large and roomy and very clean. What a difference in the 2 locations! Highly r recommend this HI for your stay. You won’t be disappointed. However the Orange Beach AL location — that’s a different story.

Great hotel stay! friendly employees who even made cookies for us! Room was fantastic with a dual shower (room 301) Breakfast was nice the next morning. Even when I got up late there was plenty to choose from. I'll definitely stay again if I am ever out this way.

Easy to get to, right off the highway. Close to everything you might need during a pit stop, or perhaps to see what's up on the outskirts of Paducah. It was great. It made cookies. They have a pancake robot at breakfast. Someone else left a review saying they thought the place was haunted, but I don't know why they feel that way.

Very nice hotel and clean, one of the better Holiday Inn Express I've stayed at. The staff is very helpful and nice. They went above and beyond and made my stay memorable.

Clean room. Sheets smelled fresh! The breakfast attendant was a very nice woman! She was food with people. She could approach and converse without it being awkward! She is manager material! Great with customers! The breakfast was yummy.

We stayed there Mar. 3, 2018. Very reasonable cost, wonderful, spacious room with large, good TV, davenport, coffee table, desk/chair, king, great shower and really good breakfast (try the veggie, egg white omelette-tasted great). Great staff. Can't ask for anything more.

Newer construction, so the furnishings are relatively modern as of Jan. 2018.40" flat screen TV, HD content, outlets on lamps, K-cup coffee pot. Bathroom was larger than usual, with a walk-in his and hers shower (the first time I've ever seen this set up in a HIE) but only a single sink. Odd setup, but the large shower is fantastic. Bed was typical for a HIE, fine for me. Everything from the room to the lobby and elevator felt new and clean. Standard breakfast fare and cookies were served every evening, which made for a nice after dinner treat. Front desk has a mini mart with a selection of snacks and travel items. Stayed 5 nights for work, would definitely would stay here again.

The cleanliness of our room and the overall appearance of the motel were excellent. However, the best part of our visit, by far, was the caring staff we met. Special praises go to Diana who greeted us with a big smile and a helpful attitude that came from her heart! What a joy she was. Also Joanne gave us special attention which was so kind and deeply appreciated. Kristal, (the cookie lady), Joanne and Diana took the time to write a caring note to us about the special occasion that we were celebrating. The breakfast menu was very good and "Skeeter" the hostess for breakfast was friendly and helpful. We will highly recommend this motel to others and will certainly return here again. Thank you all so much.

After many years staying at Hampton Inns we are looking for something else of similar value. We were very impressed with this Holiday Inn. It is new. Very nice room, walk in shower which we prefer, nice breakfast and great, comfortable lobby. Front desk friendly, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.

They were so accommodating and helpful with the exact type room I needed. I checked 5 places before finding them. It was late and they were still very helpful. Nice clean rooms.

Check in was fast, efficient, and friendly. Hotel was clean, inviting and quiet for having no vacancy. Room 335 was tidy and ready for us when we arrived. I love the fact you don't have to slide the room key, so with my wallet I could just leave the key in it and hold my wallet to the door. Genius! Breakfast was a typical Marriott breakfast full of choices of premium items and the woman in charge of taking care if it on 9-30-17 was great, she was fast, efficient, and professional. Kudos to the staff. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Wonderful stay. Very nice pool area. Desk clerks were very pleasant. Skeeter in the breakfast room was outstanding!

Arrived at about 10:30p, and was able to get the last room available at a reasonable rate. The front desk staff were very friendly, as was the morning/breakfast staff! They all made sure we had everything we needed and we're satisfied. Nice breakfast with a good variety of both hot and cold items. The room was spacious and clean, with a microwave and mini fridge. Overall, excellent location, building, and staff! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Service and Staff, Beautiful Grounds, Very Well Maintained, Very Pleasantly Surprised at Great Quality for a Reasonable Price, Great Pool, Better than many pricier hotels. Overly firm bedding and pillows was my only trouble, but far outweighed by everything else. Would gladly stay here again.

Love this hotel! It was comfortable, clean, friendly but what got us was the home baked warm cookies and milk in lobby at bed time. As if that wonderful and tempting bed was not enough to make us look forward to climbing in it. After a long days drive, this place was a wonderful spot and we already look forward to staying there again on our next trip.

Located right off the highway this hotel provides quality service to its guests. It's rooms are well kept and amenities provide what they advertise. I felt especially taken care of by the attendant during breakfast. Great stay!

Beautiful hotel! Had a good feeling just driving up to the place. Our room had 2 queen beds, very nice! CLEAN. Employees very friendly. Loved the fresh baked cookies and cold milk as a late night snack. As a coffee lover, my husband and I appreciated the Keurig in the room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Does not have an indoor pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff but the girl at the front counter said they only had bottled water for sale and none to give out, don't know if this was true or not but every other holiday Inn I've stayed at has water. Free breakfast! Nice workout room.

I rarely write reviews but I had to for this hotel. It's one of the nicest of all the Holiday Inn Express hotels that I've ever seen (and I've stayed at a lot of them). The pool area was beautiful with a large pool and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and ambient lighting at night. The hallways and room were clean, smelled clean and very nicely decorated/updated or new? The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were super clean. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Stay here and you won't regret it. You get more than your money's worth. All of the other HIE hotels should strive to be like this hotel.

Well maintained, stay in IHG more than my own house, best craftsmanship built that I have stayed in, what one would expect for price paid.

Absolutely amazing stay. Very clean, updated hotel. Very friendly staff. Easy location right off the Interstate. Lots of restaurants and stores in close proximity. This location one of the top Holiday Inn Express we have stayed and we travel from NM to PA about 3 times a year so we have stayed in numerous.
