After sleeping on a hard bed at a different hotel I can say they have super comfortable beds! its very roomy, its also very clean. Super friendly staff even gave me a number to a local pizza place!

Great price rooms clean people were friendly. It was better than a lot of the other hotels that charge you over a hundred bucks.

It's just enough! beds are so comfortable and staff is awesome!

This is the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in! Bugs, dead and alive, everywhere! Dirty microwave, dirty mini fridge, counters and mirrors not even wiped off, hair and garbage all over floors. Asked to be moved to a second room only to find it in the same condition.

The staff at this hotel is awesome they cater to everybody breakfast is good day even Supply a light dinner consisting of soup or chili dogs with drinks pool is awesome laundry room up to date everything is great can't be any more impressed thank you Quality Inn.

Booked room over phone and got transferred to someone trying to sell me a discount vacation package. Checked in and went to our room. Black stains on carpeting and the chair in room had stains all over it. Heard and saw big military planes coming in. We had HBO with no sound, the front desk had no idea how to fix it. We will not be staying in a Quality Inn again.

Specifically came to this hotel for military discount that was posted on the sign and the worker said we could get the lower rate and talk to the manager in the morning. We went to talk to Cindy the manager this morning when we checked out and she told us she didn’t care that we were military. She said the rate was the same even though the sign said military discount. She was rude and unprofessional. Never again will we stay with a quality inn.

I give this hotel 5 stars. Have never been to a more clean and nice room. I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay and my rating would of be 5 but,, the night staff and manegor were very helpful and friendly, the afternoon staffed was not, never got my plunger and a comment was made to me that I did not hear, iam sure it was not a nice one as I entered the lobby to pick a friend up, o the than that it was a wonderful stay.

Normally a hotel in a location like this I would give a high rating on principle of just needing a place to sleep. However, had I known to expect this I would have chosen somewhere else. The door to the room was barely functional entering or closing behind you for security, and cracks in the wall around the frame lead me to believe it has either been attempted or successfully broken into. Though I requested a non-smoking room I got the opposite. The smell wasn't even of cigarettes, it was a strange old musty odor that's hard to describe. The bar in the shower had been ripped out of the wall at least once and the replacement was haphazard at best. The only redeeming qualities about this place are that the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

Paint peeling, horrible odor, no heat, and room was very unclean and unsatisfactory. The ratings are not accurate. Would strongly not suggest this for anyone. Disappointing experience.

Do your self a favor keep going don’t stop here. Room was dirty old food in microwave and something brown in the fridge. Tv remote doesn’t work too cheap to replace it. Towels are the size of a dish towel (no joke). It appeared room had not been cleaned. Manager needs to learn to manage.

Only reason I gave this 2 stars is because front desk was great, BUT housekeeping is horrible. They never vacuum, (was there 5 days and never seen any room get vacuumed) nail clippings on floor, used shampoo bottle left on ridge of shower, sink drain leaks into carpet, can't forget the pealing paint all around. Oh and one day housekeeping never come to room. Claimed we had "Do Not Disturb" sign up. That was a lie! But if that's not enough, there is a young man with a clipboard, which I believe is with housekeeping, walking around knocking on doors stating he is with housekeeping with his pants sagging almost to his knees. I don't want to see that and I'm sure anyone answering the door don't want to see that. Only good thing about this place was the bed was comfy and front desk people are great, the rest sucks. Oh and Parking here sucks too. Extremely small and hard to maneuver in.

For a cheaper hotel it turned out to be better than expected. The employees seemed genuinely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was better than the more expensive hotels I've been. Its also in what seemed to be a good location away from any crime.

Great Hotel with great service. Always call and book this hotel. We enjoy staying at this property when we travel for deer hunting. Cindy King manages this property very well.

Horrible customer service. I am currently staying at this location only because I booked this hotel the Expedia and it is to late for me to cancel. I am in Kentucky to deer hunt 11-2-17 until 11-6-17. I call this hotel two days prior to checking in to make sure I would be on the ground level because I have about 300 lbs of deer hunting equipment I travel with and did not want to have to carry everything up and down two flights of stairs every morning and evening. The lady I spoke to insured me that they had plenty of rooms available on the first floor and would not be a problem putting me down there. At check inn my room was on the second floor and I asked if they could move it to the first floor and explained that I had call prior to check inn and was told it would be on the first floor. She was extremely rude and informed me that the only way I could be moved was to pay extra for a first floor room. To add two it the parking lot is 70% empty so I know they have rooms available. I realize why most people prefer other locations. All of my hunting partners and I will probably never stay at a quality inn again. Not instead of booking another reservation Sunday night to stay longer I will probably check out and go across the street to the Days Inn where they will probably me more then happy to put me on the ground floor. Now I am stuck on the second floor with all of this equipment to lug back and forth every day because I booked this room online.

I was shocked to see that this place didn't have 5/5! I'd easily mark this down as the best hotel in Oak Grove and surrounding areas. The beds are insanely comfy, very kind staff and the continental breakfast is absolutely fantastic! The breakfast has three different types of eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, cereal, toast and bagels, muffins and danishes, yogurt, oatmeal — absolutely anything you'd ever need. I'll 100% be using their services again.

Decent hotel. Has a McDonald's and gas station right across the street. Housekeeping needs some improvements. For some reson they don't clean the entire room. They eather make the beds or clean and refresh the bathrooms. Idk.

This hotel is terrible. Fisrt, they gave us a non smoking room that was smelling cigarrete with a cigarrete butt in the toilet. The bathroom was not very clean, I found hair in the towels, there was some food in the microwave that someone forgot, There was just one toalet paper that had half, my husband found a bug in the bed. No cups, no plastic bag in ice bucket. Uau, do a favor for yourself and never go there.

The manager at the reception is very nice. We entered late but he still received us with a great smile… Room was pretty good.

Pros close for Fort Campbell and it will get get the job if you need to sleep. Cons Walls are thin, room was damp and musty. A/C did not work. Faucet sprayed water all over. (Needs aerator) Definitely a 2 star Hotel.

Wonderful experience from check in to leaving. Cindy checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with super comfy beds and pillows. All the staff were courteous and friendly. Great breakfast bar. We will definitely be returning!

This was a very nice spacious room with an easy chair and footstool microwave and refrigerator. I paid $80 for this room which I thought was awfully high for a Quality Inn but it was near Nashville and was the lowest price I could find. It also had a good air conditioner and very comfortable bed.

Clean sheets and towels. Comfortable bed. FILTHY carpet in room. Bottoms of feet were black with dirt. Only had smoking room available but NO DISCOUNT for inconvenience. Breakfast only ok.

My name is Jennifer Roberts. I frequently stay in Choice hotel brands because of the quality. I am writing to let you know that my recent stay at Quality Inn was horrible and very unprofessional and I would like my money/points back. My husband arrived 5/2/2017 at the Quality Inn Hotel located at 201 Auburn Street Oak Grove, Kentucky for an overnight stay for our oldest son arriving back tour of duty. My husband woke that morning and inquired about a check out extension because he didnt know how long it would be on base with our son. He was told that he couldnt do it because we didnt pay them directly. We used our points totaling 6, 000 pts plus $15.00.
My husband left to go sign in on base at 7 am thinking he had time to go back and check out. So I recieve a phone call to say that my bag was left in the room and it was at check out, this was at 8:28am. My husband went back to the room at 9:08 am to find the door open and being cleaned and his bag was at check out. Now he is in Kentucky riding around because he has been checked out of his room.
The hotel is not helping this situation. The level of service is unacceptable and I will be reporting this. I am very disappointed.

Beds are nice, the breakfast is mediocre, the fridge made weird noises to the point I unplugged it. The noise from outside the room was bad! You would think people coming into their room in the middle of rhe night would have some bit of curiosity. Next time I'm in the area I'm staying on base!

This hotel is one of the few that I can say is truly CLEAN I mean everything was spotless and the staff is super friendly. Loved staying here and loved the free real breakfast not just cereal and pastries this people actually put food out for their guests… this is going to be a place I will return to.

The receptionists was amble. The rooms were clean. The only Bad thing was the key was having problems.

I changed from a five to a four because although the service from check in with Kenny, to the comfort of the room, and a hot continental breakfast, when I spoke to Cindy the manager, she made me feel like she did not have time for me and was cold and short. Give Cindy a position where she doesn't have to be the face of hospitality. Bed was so soft, clean, and comfortable! The whole room was in great shape. Great amenities for a great price. Kenny was friendly at check in and at breakfast the next morning. Better than Comfort Inn next door!

Unfortunately, I can't give this "hotel" 0 stars. Didn't even have sheets for the sofa bed. When I went downstairs to voice my concern, they put the pillows and sheets in my hands and I had to walk them myself. Also, make the bed myself. I know this is a economy hotel and all but there's no hospitality department to do these things? Another point was that I specifically requested a non smoking room but, to no surprise, as I entered the dwelling I was greeted by ash trays.

2 miles from a small shopping area for things you may have forgotten. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Good breakfast, though a litrle small.

Very clean rooms, courteous staff, decent furnishings. I arrived late and left late the next morning so did not have any of the breakfast. One downside is that if you try to sleep past 9am you have to make it through the thunderous sound of the maid's cart over the pebbled concrete.

Nice Stayed here one week. My room was spotless. The bathroom was very clean. Sink, fridge, microwave spotless. I always peel the linens off the bed, looking for bugs, and I'm happy to say, I found NOTHING. They linens even smell good. I'm a little strange about hotel rooms and I do check everything. They front desk staff are all VERY NICE. Breakfast is what you would expect. Nothing special but everyone should be able to find something to munch on. Some fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, make your own waffle (yummy) premade eggs, little funny sausage things, premade biscuits. Coffee, tea, juice. Would definitely stay here again.

After reading the reviews we were really scared to stay here but other places were full and we were beat. We were pleasantly surprised, dated but room was very clean, new flat screen TV and nice little touches! They gave us a goody bag with water, hot cocoa, popcorn and little Debbie snacks! I would stay again.

Feces on the bed! stay away. I checked in on November 30, 2011, first they put me in room 204, the curtain would not close, so I called down at the desk and she said she would move me and upgrade my room to a suite. Being a DIAMOND member, she should have done that when I checked in, but she moved me to room 117. I checked the bathroom like I always do and the SOAP SCUM was so thick on the shower door where it hasn't been cleaned in months. Then I pulled the GOLD BED SPREAD off and on the WHITE COVER was where someone with a NASTY BUTTHOLE sit all over that and there were FECES all over that. I took pictures of PROOF, I called the front desk and asked for a MANAGER, she said she would call him. He's a NASTY INDIAN (from India of course) and he WOULD NOT come and look at the room. I CHECKED OUT of that NASTY HOTEL and went somewhere else. Please, if you don't want ECOLI and if you have small CHILDREN. Stay away! I did call choice hotels customer service line on them. I don't think anything will be done, but I tried. WARNING: The SAME INDIAN owns the SLEEP INN next door. It's a NEW hotel, but it will be NASTY just like the Quality Inn in a matter of time. Once Nasty, Always Nasty.

I don't think I have ever stayed in a worse hotel. The price is too steep and they charged you $2:00 automatically for having a safety deposit in the rom which I never ask for or use. Breakfast is horrible. They gave you these flimsy plastic ware that you can't even cut a waffle with. The room is filthy and down right ugly. There is no way in heck I will stay there again.
