The staff here was so super friendly and they offered the most inexpensive costs of a room the night I was there with my company. We asked about local attractions and everything, quizzing the staff and they seemed to know everything about the local community where they were located. I recommend this location and business to anyone in the future in this area.

Staff is so sweet and friendly! Rooms were very clean and recently renovated.

My tire blew on the way from Cincinnati to Louisville. At short notice, I needed a place to stay. Needless to say, the front desk was accommodating and the room was fairly priced. The bathroom was really clean and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for helping in a time of need!

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Liked the 12 noon checkout time. That said, I obviously didn't wake up in time to judge the continental breakfast. All in all it was a good night's stay.

REEKED of cigarette smoke in non smoking room and hall. Dimly lit parking. Staff were pleasant. Air conditioner rattled loudly.

Place has bed bugs Charged for an extra night that we didn't stay and when I called the manager was very rude and hung up on me Bathroom was very disgusting The rooms were very smelly, and the manager also raised the rates for weekly stay. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

So far from first glance it's a great run hotel and my room is extremely clean. It's unfortunate they don't offer any kings (only double queens) but the bed is comfortable and the pillows are soft. Shower is nice and hot with a good spray. Staff is Awesome, looking forward to a great stay!

This place had very smelly rooms. We found semen stains on bed spreads. Asked for another room. Found more semen stains, hair and dirty sheets. Urine on toilet seat. Asked for our money back. They said no they would give me another room. (By the way we have traveled all day and we are tried and short fused. ) So I said you will refund my money. The clerk them says we have to wait 2 to 3 days for money back on card. I said them I want cash back for a room at another hotel. She says they don't do that. And if I don't calm down she will call the police. Oh no she did not… I called the police. When they got there they inform me that they have had complaints for the same thing before. They also have trouble getting them to refund the money. He gave us a card and said to call if we don't get money back. So we proceed to the hotel across at red roof inn. We we tell them about what happened and they also know about them. I will never stay at a super 8 again. Disgusting.

I thought it was a very nice place! I left some items in my room, I live 5 hours from there! I called the owners and not only did they keep my stuff for me! But mailed it back to me at their expense. Definitely will stay here again!

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the Suoer 8 Carrollton. It was very nice as was the staff. Our room was gorgeous.

Really nice hotel. Stayed with some friends whilst in a road trip across America. Substantial free breakfast, rooms were quite big, we all had a really good night's sleep!

I expect a Super 8 to have a clean room, decent bed, and a working shower. This one achieved those items, but disappointed in the smell of the place. All the hallways smelled like someone had been smoking and a strong chemical tried to clean it up but failed. The bedding was also much less warm than usual, wouldn't be bad if we'd turned the heat up, but the room was comfortable when we got into bed, just didn't have enough blankets. Breakfast was better than expected, with some yogurt and fresh fruit.

Rooms were comfy and clean. Front desk could have been a bit more friendly…

No problem clean people are very nice will stay there every weekend I'm in town I'm a smoker but didn't smell it in the hall.

Everything is fine in this motel except the smell. It smells like there's been a smoker's convention in the hotel even in a non-smoking rooms the smell is so overpowering in the halls had I walked in here before I paid I would not have stayed at this hotel. If you're a smoker you'll love it if you're not don't stay here. Other than that rooms are clean, courtesy at the desk is great, good parking, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, microwave, coffee, refrigerator. But I'm going to have to wash my clothes after leaving my suitcase in the room. Wish I had left it in the truck.

Clean room. Wi-Fi wasn't working. Smoke smell all over. Even if you get a non smoking room. TV was nice with standard channels.

Stay here every time we come into Carrollton. Friendly, clean and convenient to shopping, restaurants. Will be back.

The place is expensive but worth staying. Housekeeping kept up with the cleaning. They were there everyday. Front desk was very help. Friendly environment. Accepted pets. Great place and Great People.
