Great place to stay, I stay for one week and the staff was very kind, friendly, and very hospitable. There professionalism and courtesy were very admirable. I will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend staying here when you're in the area.

I absolutley love this brand of hotels. The Staff here could not have been any more professional and courteous during my three day stay. I used the kitchen in my suite every day. The location is convenient. Local stores and restaurants are I can't wait to come back and enjoy the pool and other amenities that were closed, due to COVID-19.

First stay at this hotel and the service was amazing and the rooms were very clean and most importantly the AC worked amazingly.

Erin greeted us at the front desk with a smile. She is kind, considerate and very professional at the same time. We met Renee at the front desk the very next day, and she was also very kind. The cleaning staff worked very hard to keep the lobby and rooms extremely clean. The cleanliness here was fantastic! Aicha was a very considerate person, who worked diligently to get the rooms clean. Jeronne took great pride in his work, and was an extremely polite young man. He worked with a smile on his face, and did not waste any time as he worked in housekeeping. This was an amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. You can tell that the employees here do a fantastic job, because, the hotel is just wonderful. We will DEFINITELY stay here when we return to Louisville, KY. Keep up the great work! It shows!

I visited this location for open house interviews for another company. The location was nice and clean and easy to navigate.

Awesome property, a very welcoming place in Louisville! The hotel is adjoined with a Hampton Inn, offering the best to people that prefer one or the other type of room. The entire property is very well maintained and clean, as I've come to know and love from all Hilton properties. They also have 10 Tesla connectors and 2 J1772 plugs!

Beautiful, clean hotel with super friendly staff. The pool was very cold, but the kids braved it, anyway. The only issues I had were with the booking company (you have to talk to the national company to book a room, rather than the actual hotel). However, the staff did what they could to make things right afterwards. Would definitely stay at other locations too.

The first time I stayed at this hotel it was great so we came back. However, my second stay wasn't as good. I spoke with the the only manager you can ever get a hold of Erin about how I wanted to be billed. Erin and I came to an agreement on how to bill me but it turns out she lied to my face the entire time just to get me to go away. I asked her to bill me once for the entire stay on all 5 of my rooms. She told me she couldn't do that, was it okay if she charged me twice and I said that was fine. Come to find out after, I asked where my bill was she charged me 3 different times for my stay. Every time I have been charged I get a receipt from the charge this hotel didn't give me anything, I had to ask for it. I live at a hotel all year and I wasn't impressed with this one. If you can't do something then just be honest, don't lie just to get me to go away. I will find out because it's my card!

The room was clean and the air worked great. The bed was really comfortable with really soft sheets and pillow cases. Everything was clean and had everything I needed for a great weekend trip. The breakfast was really good with hot sandwiches, cereal, coffee, juice, bagels, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, waffles, and syrup. The location was in a nice area. Seemed to be a business area, because there was practically no traffic in the area or really anywhere around Louisville. Customer service was great also!

Brand new location of this unique brand. This one is connected to a Hampton Inn for shared facilities. It’s modern, clean and has everything you need for a quick or extended stay. Will definitely be back.

We loved staying here. The room was spacious and perfect for our family. The room is huge and beautiful. There is a learning curve on the microwave for breakfast, but the food is tasty and they have waffles. We'll likely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The outside fire was very cozy. The breakfast was hot and the overall place was very clean and just felt like I was home.

Stayed last night in a handicapped room with my husband. Wonderful. Had all the space we needed for the wheel chair. Shower was special for the handicapped. 5 stars for sure.

Standard Home2 if you've ever stayed at one. It's a newer brand to Hilton, very modern looking with full fridges and optional stovetops. The pillows are the absolute worst, though, and I desperately hope they change them. Too small for laying on back/side but too thick for stomach sleeping. Also this hotel seems to be going through staffing issues, because there has been a sign on the desk all week directing guests to the Hampton front desk (the two hotels share a building). Also indoor pool and great gym. Plenty of food options nearby as well.

Wish I could give it more stars! This place is great very spacious with all the convince of home plus all the amenities (pool, fitness center, laundry service, pet friendly! ) The staff was supper friendly… I highly recommend staying if you have a chance. Priced very very reasonable. Surprisingly cheap!

Clean comfortable rooms. Newer building. They run 2 brands from the same location. Once you enter into the lobby, upon registration, Hampton inn is to the left and home2suites is to the right. Neat concept.

The hotel is beautiful and nice and clean the staff is Awesome very friendly.

The facility is amazing! I love the Simplicity of the rooms. Most of the rooms have the curtain the sofa bed and Main bed set up. You can close the curtain three-quarters of the way yet see the TV on both sides of the room so you have some privacy if you were to have kids or maybe some friends hanging out and staying over. A store with cold beer on site an additional goodies and treats should you so desire. The gym is located adjacent to the laundry room in the gym so the kids can swim as mom or dad in this case works out!

Just so many obvious advantages to this type of facility. I'm much more about a standing work station and these rooms are very accommodating from every aspect. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this one InStyle and Ambience and quality is excellent and very efficient! A nice bright kitchen area a great work area and a comfy bed with a very clean shower. Those things are important to me and I believe most people would agree.

I love the sheik modern of this place so much. Would have been absolute Heaven if we did not have people on the 4th floor above us stomping on the floor. It was incredibly annoying when you are trying to relax and getting away from life. Clean clean clean but the noise is too much!

Did not stay but visited guests of the hotel. Room was very spacious with plenty of living space and a comfortable bed and bath. Hotel itself was clean and modern with a pleasant atmosphere. Would definitely consider staying here if the need arises.

Economy style hotel for either long term stay or short business travelers. Ample parking, clean rooms, complimentary breakfast, and nice fitness/pool area all add to the experience. The build is very contemporary and is well located near many of the major Louisville office parks.

Very nice hotel. Everything is clean. Staff have all been super friendly. We loved taking our baby down to the pool.

The front desk was extremely accommodating when we needed to find a last minute place to stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable and we have enjoyed our time here.

This was our first time at a Home2Suites and we loved it! Laura was very helpful in directing us to great eating establishments and activities! Highly recommend!

Nice new modern easy drive to lots of stuff much easier than downtown very nice folks. This is a repeat visit for us.

It was a nice hotel but we specifically asked the pool hours, as we had been riding motorcycles all day in 97 degree heat and high humidity. They would not honor that time. Calls to many people and still no pool! They really need to get some consistency with in. 6 very unhappy riders.

Home2 Suites was very clean. They have all the amenities you would expect to find. The main deciding factor for us was that they ate pet friendly.

King bed with pull out sofa bed. Rooms are clean with a home feel. Cleaning staff are great. Check in clerk makes you feel like you should go some where else. Nice area.

This hotel is very very nice! The best I have been in. The sheets were really soft. High class hotel.

Receptionist refused to check us into our room over a price issue. We suggested to allow us in and we will talk with the manager in the morning. She refused, left her station unmanned for 45 mins with several other customers waiting. After being informed by the manager to allow us in the room she then made us wait another hour before giving us our room keys. Management did an excellent job of resolving this. If you get Beth be cautious very low customer service.

I stayed at Home2 Suites for 15 days. The rooms are nice and you have pretty much everithing you need. Nice patio, gym, grilling place even laundry. However in my personal opinion, the employees at the restaurant need more help during breakfast time. The young lady at the restaurant was by herself and was unable to keep up with the customers demand, cleaning the tables, bringing out the food etc. She was the only employee there and was going back and forth even sweating. I would describe it as too much work to be handled by one person. I would recommend the Manager to have at least one more person at the restaurant at least until 10:00 AM.

Excellent place, everything looks/feels like new and everything is a nice.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, except for maybe the pullout couch. Unique sixties-style decor. The staff was on their game and eager to please.

Brand new so everything was great… Don't expect freshly cooked hot breakfast but they have many hot options for their line position in the Hilton family.

Great hotel for business travelers. Not too far away from downtown Louisville. Great places you eat nearby.

Nice & clean hotel. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is with the A/C. When it would complete a cooling cycle, it would turn all the way off. The switching from A/C fan to complete silence, then repeat kept me awake the majority of the night. I will definitely stay here again, but will be sure to purchase a white noise machine prior to checking in.
