The pricing is cheap and the front desk staff is nice but the room is horrible. The room smell like mildew and is extremely humid. The AC works but makes a ton of noise and will wake you up so you might as well turn it off. The room feels dirty and the smell is well, bad… I woke up feeling nasty. Also if you decide to go into the hotel gym be ready to throw up. It is no exaggeration. It smells horrible, combination of urine, mildew, and air fresheners. I will be visiting the area for work monthly but will never be able to stay here again.

Wouldn't be so bad for $60 if they actually cleaned it and it didn't smell like a wet bowling alley.

We had a large family reunion in Henderson and unfortunately stayed here. It was horrible! The manager was so rude from the moment we walked in the door. Our rooms were discusting! Soiled sheets, feces in the toilets, broken air conditioning units, clearly not vacuumed floors and bugs crawling all over! The breakfast was horrible, cold and definitely not clean. We asked multiple times for our rooms to be cleaned, actually vacuumed and to get someone to come take care of the bugs and they only ever came to one room and swept the carpet, not vacuum! Rooms were barely touched each day, they only once changed bedding the four days we were all there. We would have changed hotels mid stay if we didn’t have so many rooms booked! We will never stay there again.

Came here from Saint Louis, nastiest hotel I ever stayed in! rooms were bad smelling, bed squeaking towels weren't clean carpet hasn't been vacuumed. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes.

Make sure not to stay close to the lobby, it's very loud. Air conditioning was good, room size was good, bed was very comfortable, very peaceful there, hallway lighting could have been better, outdoor swimming pool awesome, not sure about continental breakfast didn't eat it, service was good, parking not very good at all.

Very nice front desk and friendly. Clean and pretty. Close to food spots and the dollar store!

Came from 45 minutes away to stay for weekend because of DJ Treetop event booked a jacuzzi room over $300 for 2 nights and cover charge of $10 was not included in our stay we weren't notified of this at check in breakfast was mediocre at best Housekeeping entered our room while we were gone that made me very uncomfortable. Sewer smell from conjoined room. The only enjoyable part of our stay was the Bistro attendant was awesome very friendly and worked her but off with what seemed to be very little apreciation, the Jacuzzi tub was very spacious and water was hot and enjoyable. Very dissatisfied with the way Ramada was represented at this location… Also Jessi the hotel manager was rude when I inquired about someone entering our room.

I only ate there at their restaurant. But it was very good.

One of the better places to stay in Henderson. It's no Hilton, but it's a nice place nonetheless. Any time I stay in a Henderson, I stay here.

Just stayed here with my boyfriend son and sister for frog follies weekend. We've stayed here 4 other times prior for the same reason. Every year it gets worse. We left to go to the car show at a little after 10 am on Saturday and come back around 330 ish. House keeping had not came to our room. We got in the pool for an hour showered and went to get dinner came back only one bed was made and they didnt give us more towels so I asked for more and the housekeepers that was there was rude and acted like I asked for her life. The night stand was moved and there was trash for god knows how long ago. When we checked out Sunday morning we told the lady at the front desk and she had an excuse the housekeepers went to lunch and never came back. We likes this place the first 2 times we stayed but I don't know if we will stay here again.

My husband and I were able to get a room on the way home to Wisconsin after the eclipse. Heavy rain and traffic meant a lot if people were looking for lodging. The front desk staff were phenomenol! Patient, helpful and accommodating while taking care of tired and stressed people, including a bus load of Amish families. The room was clean and comfortable, and appeared to be recently updated with new bedding and comforters.

Always clean rooms, nice bathrooms and the staff is helpful. The free Wi-Fi is a good connection and the free breakfast has good variety.

We stayed inside the presidential suite for a wedding party and had a great time. There was a mixup with billing onto the wrong debit card but I believe it was an honest mistake from a new girl at the desk and they are being quick to rectify the issue. Place is much nicer inside than on the outside so dont let that deter you from here.

The service was great upon arriving. Cleaning could of been better, the floors wasn't very clean and the water to take a shower had to run for awhile it came out orange, I assume from rust in the pipes no big deal. The breakfast was amazing before checking out the next morning.

Several couples including my wife and myself have stayed here for last several years while participating in a golf outing. It wasn't the nicest place but rates were fair, they were very accommodating and it was convenient. After our experience this year we will take our business elsewhere. The updates were nice, but 2 couples in our group had to move rooms due to no hot water in the shower. One couple and myself were informed our rooms were not available even after confirmation earlier that afternoon. We took an upgrade room but had to pay full price even though they were at fault. After returning home and checking my credit card statement I found I was charged for the rooms that I was told were not available. I spoke with the manager Gary several times trying to figure out what could be done only to eventually get brushed off with no return call after several left messages. The nice updates do not compensate for poor customer service.

This place has no elevator and the say the have hot tubs but they don't, Ice machine does not work and they charge a sky high rate. I do not recommend this place at all.

Staff was friendly and helpful with directions. Rooms clean but needs new carpet or flooring. All in all a good place.

Very nice room and clean. They have updated the rooms since the other reviews. The only thing is. I definitely would not hire their painter LoL. I think they need more plug ins closer to the bed due to today's technology, other than that, great clean room and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

Dirty room. They left the febreeze out which leads me to believe they don't change the sheets, they just make the bed and febreeze it. Empty cigarette pack from the previous occupant left on the nightstand. I wouldn't go back if they paid me. Not to mention price gouging for staying the night of an event almost a hour away. Spend your money at the super 8 down the road.

It's a bed… Half the stuff doesn't work, and the housekeeping is sub par.

No air no power in half of my room switched to three diff rooms my friend had everything in his room stolen owner would not help even though front desk give stranger key to room work in town a lot will stay away.

No working ice machine restaurant didn't have bread for sandwiches milk rancid.

Only 3 stars because I didn't pay near full price. Bed not comfortable, Wi-Fi slow, exterior and interior old I can't see how anyone who pays regular rate of 75 plus tax would rate this more than 2 stars because it's definitely not worth that price.

Asked for smoking king, was given smoking queen, breakfast bagels were stale, coffee smelled awful, Fruit bowls were empty at 7am, when I went to check out, desk clerk was on sofa watching a movie on the TV and didn't pay attn. When guests came to the desk, had to interrupt his movie to check out. : (left early, went to Comfort inn down the street much better place better breakfast better service.

Google's pictures are deceiving. Would not recommended to anyone. Unfortunately it's the only place in this town that accepts my companies card.

Absolutely nasty! After noticing hair on the sheets turned down the other side which had blood and what appeared to be other bodily fluids on them. We asked for new sheets and when we stripped the dirty ones found a huge urine spot on the mattress! That was too much so we went to ask for a refund and find a new hotel. While waiting at the desk notice toe nail clippings in the lobby floor. This place is disgusting.
