Filthy, tiny rooms but owner is cool with whatever you want to do there.

I dont think this place is a legal business. Looks like an old abandoned motel that was hit by a hurricane and someone just picked up some mattresses off the side of the road and turned the open sign back on. Disgusting. No way they could pass any inspection.

The rooms are decent. The owner is nice. Not much parking room. It's affordable. It's a small motel.

Only place to stay in that town. New name should be bed bugs and beyond.

Absolutely horrible experience. Owner took our reservation and told us to confirm the day before. We called repeatedly throughout week to confirm. Showed up day before reservation and was promised the room in person for the following day. As we left the day of reservation headed for the room, owner called and claimed we canceled the reservation. When I called back and told him a mistake had been made, he yelled and cursed at me, then hung up the phone. He repeatedly hung to figure out the confusion. Owner then called an hour later and said he found a room and we had an hour a half to get there. I informed him we were three hours away because we turned around after he cancelled the reservation. Owner then called an hour later asking where we were and charged my card. The sheer impotence is astounding. All of these problems were his self-inflicted stupidity and arrogance.

This place is horrid and should be avoided at all costs. It is roach infested and unsanitary.

Honestly, I didn't even stay the night. My boyfriend and I had booked it online, and let me tell you, the ad is bery deceiving. When we got there, the man did not even have our reservation; he asked us what price we booked it at. After we finally got our keys to the room, we unpacked the car. From the second we walked in, we knew it was disgusting. The carpets looked like they had never been vacuumed. There was a strange smell throughout the room, and there were stains all over the bedding. I went in to use the bathroom, and there was a roach on the floor. My boyfriend went to put drinks in the refrigerator and another jumped out at him. When we told the owner, that we weren't happy with the room, he tried to convince us it was clean. Also, they have a no refund policy. If you have any choice whatsoever, do not stay at this hotel. You'd honestly be better off sleeping in your car.

Basic amenities, but great location and personable owner.

Spacious rooms w/all basic amenities + cable (including HBO) & Wi-Fi at an affordable price. Located on major highway within a mile of grocery store, Dollar General, Tobacco Store, Liquor Store, Mechanic Shop, Post Office, 2 major bank branches, several convenience stores (including 24 hr Cayce's), laundry mat, nice city park, Dairy Queen, variety of mom and pop restaurants, and even the public library and town square. Under 10 min drive to Pennyrile State Forest Park and Interstate. Small pets welcome. Local Owner very friendly & accommodating. Tight parking and no phone in room only drawbacks. No vending really nonissue as much cheaper alternatives readily available.

Small & good. Worth the money…

The service was very excellent. I enjoyed my time there.

This is where we stayed our very first night together I will always hold that memory close to my heart and forever tucked in my soul :-)
