My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. When we first arrived we noticed the awning was damaged and wires hanging out. The lady at the front desk was nice. Checked us in, said our card would be charged 25 dollars to make sure the card worked Incase they had to charge for damages, which we would get back. So we proceed to our room and notice water damage on the ceiling above the hot tub and the faucet in the bathroom was broken. After settling in we decided to go for a swim in their pool. Their spa was closed, the ceiling around the pool was damage and had multiple parts where the wall paper was hanging off the wall. Since it was our anniversary we made the best of it. On the day to check out, I was moving all the sheets and pillows to the middle of the bed. When I pulled one of the pillows out that was under the headboard, the whole headboard fell off the wall. We told the housekeeper what happened, she rolled her eyes and said "ill tell someone" I looked at my husband and said "she didn't seem to care we should tell the lady at the front desk" so he did and the lady at the front desk was very rude and said "be on the lookout for an email from the people you booked it with. " We left. Our card was charged another 25 dollars for who knows what so I call the hotel to discuss it and the front desk lady was very rude and said we charged you for damage to the room because of the headboard. I asked to speak to the manager.

3/20/21: While traveling for work, my family and I were exhausted and there were no other hotels available within 20 miles. We decided to stay at Ramada. We were finally getting settled in and I kept hearing an off and on paper rattling sound. My significant other was woken up after a long day of driving to me yelling telling him … there is a mouse in this room. He jumped up and was checking the room and the mouse ran behind the bed. I was very scared, frustrated, and tired… it was almost 2 am and my 2 yr old daughter was confused as to what was happening. I called front desk and she was immediately helpful and offered us another room on the first floor away from the previous room. And she stated she would let me manager know as she would be able to refund us. I was very hesitant and would have liked to leave but no other hotels were available and my s. O. Needed to be back on the room by 8am. So we stayed, and I did not get any rest as my nerves were completely shot. As I was checking out and speaking with the manager she was very rude. First she made an excuse saying things like this happen even at people’s home. I politely told her that I have NEVER experienced a seeing a MOUSE in a hotel room before. Then she proceeds to talk about how she can’t issue me a refund and they did the right thing all while raising her voice. As if I was wrong for inquiring about my issues, and politely might I add. She then says she can offer and upgrade the next time we come.

Its has a waffle house and a truck stop with a subway and papa John's inside it right next door, very clean rooms and pretty comfortable sleep.

We had a great stay here! Ty to Misty & Jennifer for our discounted room! We had an amazing time, it was very much needed for us both:)

This was ABYSMAL customer service! The electricity went out from about 7pm to 2am; and there was NO generator! Over half the food we had in our fridge spoiled! We asked for compensation and were flatly denied, with absolutely no compassion or empathy. The Wi-Fi, though having over 7 different servers, was HORRIBLE! We were trying to keep children entertained with tablets, but didn’t have the capability! We stayed for three nights; and the Wi-Fi never improved the whole time we were there. Finally, at 7am they began abjectly LOUD construction in the room *right above* us! I was overwhelmingly disappointed and shocked! I’ve literally never had such a bad stay in a hotel, especially considering there seemed to be no sense of culpability from the GM! I would recommend NO ONE stay at a Ramada, anywhere, ever!

First off we had to wait a very long time to get checked in because the front desk clerk was outside smoking a cigarette. Then we was disturbed by a noise right above our hotel room all night until at least 2 in the morning. We tried not to complain because we have kids and know how it can be however our kids couldn't even watch cartoons due to the playing around and wrestling in the room above us. It wasn't till we got woke up by the same disturbance between 6:30 and 7 a. M. Until I finally called the front desk and complain. It took about another 20 minutes before the noise even stop. Then I proceeded to take a shower and I couldn't blow dry my hair because the hair dryer was broke.

Went to this hotel after staying here in the past and it being a nice hotel. This time the Jacuzzi in the first room was filthy. I am not talking just a spot or two of dirt but the whole bottom of the tub was brown. I always run a hotel Jacuzzi full of hot water, pour a little bleach in and run the jets prior to using because of things I have read and I am a little if a germaphobe. I noticed some brown spots in the bottom when I did this but assumed it was stain. After draining the water the brown spots had spread and you could tell it was dirt. My room was changed with no problems but I was told this has happened more than once in this same room. I went to the store to pick up more bleach to clean the Jacuzzi in the room I was moved to. When I sat down to watch TV while the clean water ran through the Jacuzzi the TV did not work. When I called the front desk they stated all the tv's in the building were out "maybe due to the weather. " It was around 70 degrees and sunny! So the $150.00 I spent specifically to relax in the Jacuzzi and watch TV was pretty much a total waste of money. Next month when I come back into town I will be finding somewhere else to stay!

We stayed 2 nights rented 4 rooms for everyone in our party. The staff were excellent and very nice. The manager was also very nice. Rooms were very clean. We will definitely stay there again. Little bit more pricier than the Days Inn in Ashland but alot better place. Well worth the extra money.

Our family stays here everytime we come down south. Staff is amazing and helpful rooms are clean. It's quite and close to everything. Will always stay here.

Alright, I'm just going to lead off with the fact this is my first negative review I've ever done. I am not at all hard to please. So I travel a lot for my work, spending the last summer in various places, and my last trip of the summer brought me to Huntington. I stayed at the Ramada Limited, thinking it was a pretty great option considering the lack of hotel variety in the area. I first got there, and everything was ok. Hotel seemed clean, staff was friendly enough, albeit slightly unprofessional, and I checked into my room. That night, when I went to bed. I woke up the following morning with multiple red spots, bug bites, all over my arms. In my line of work, that kind of stuff happens often, so I paid it no mind, originally. However, as I continued to stay there, the red bumps multiplied. Eventually, near the end of my stay, I went to my doctor to inquire, thinking it was an allergic reaction I was undergoing due to the unfamiliar circumstances. I was horrified to find out, bed bugs. Freaking bed bugs. Sure enough, I went back to the hotel that night to check out my room, and there were blood spots all over my sheets, the tell tale sign of bed bugs. I went to the front desk, where I was informed by the staff that the staff was calling the manager. Ok, no big deal. I was very polite during this timeframe, understanding things happen. I sit in the lobby from 8:45 PM until 9:30, waiting on the manager.

The staff was exceptional and the hotel was very clean! They went above and beyond to help us last night when we couldn't find a hotel room any where in Ashland, and luckily they had a room and made sure we had everything we needed! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone!
