Recommended this hotel for a family member and she called me and was very disappointed, the rug smelled of urine and there were stains, there were dirty towels on the floor by vending machine, ice machines were out of order, there was green wet stuff on the side of the building, and garbage bags hanging in the hall on guests door, I was very embarrassed that I recommended this place on my employee discount!

When I arrived I was told they were "sold out" of rooms with a king size bed, even though I had made reservations AND paid for two rooms with king size beds the day before. Seriously? How do you re-sell a room? Why would you even offer a room with a king size bed if you had already sold them all? So how nice it was (not) to have 2 double (not even queen) beds instead. In addition, the room smelled damp, there was a spider in the bathtub when I turned on the water for a shower, and the water in the sink would not run down the drain! Also, other guests were in and out of their rooms all night long and into the early morning hours. The walls are so thin we could hear every door opening and closing, as well as their conversations as they traveled down the hallways.

Wow! I have stayed in many hotels in my career but this one really took the cake! I checked in at around 7:30. I was tired and starving I wanted to go to my room work on some things for my job watch some television and go to bed. That didn't happen. A deafening clanging from some pipes in the walls prevented sleep and I could not use the television to drown out the noise due to the fact my remote didn't work. I called for room service first I was transferred to an extension that never picked up. I called the front desk back and they said they would gladly take my order. I asked them were the room service menu was located in my room and they explained that I didn't have one in my room due to they were between menus because of the fact they had hired in a new executive Chef. I walked to the front desk and got a menu and it had somewhere around 3 items on it. No item was below 15.00… well let me explain they did have a "12.00" dollar burger but to add any extra including cheese it was an additional charge of. 50 per item. The lady told me that my order would be walked directly to the kitchen and be at my room no later than 20 minutes … she was wrong! after not receiving my food for over 45 minutes I called back and they told me my food was done and was being walked to my room … tic toc! 20 minutes later nothing! when I picked up the phone to call the desk back there was a knock on the door and my food arrived.

They put me in a room by the ice and vending machines 338 with a college track and field team tournament staying on the same floor. So about every 30min I was woken up by ice dropping into plastic buckets. If someone was not getting ice then I had to listen to the ice machine fill up with ice cubes all night. That combined with people getting soda's out of the machine made for a sleepless night. Finally when I managed to doze off about 5am, the vending machine maintenance man shows up at 6am. As if him filling up the soda machine wasn't loud enough, I had to listen to him hold a personal conversation on his cell phone as if he's in a bar and it's not 6am. It basically felt like I had someone standing over me all night. When I checked out I told the front desk lady about my night and how important sleep is for me. She basically never looked up from her computer, not one mention of sorry for the inconvenience. At the icing on the cake was breakfast started at 6am and the cook wasn't there when I checked out at 7am so the free breakfast was coffee and a reminder from the lady working that the breakfast voucher did not include the tip. Lol So basically I checked out sleep deprived and hungry. Needless to say I will never stay there again, that's what I get for straying from my Hilton's. P. S. To bad I wasn't a horse in good ole Lexington I'm quite sure I would have be treated better. Smh

We arrived late evening and were greeted by the desk staff. They were very friendly. The lobby area was satisfactory but when we began to walk the hallway to our rooms the soiled carpeting was very noticeable. Upon arrival to our room I noticed that the bathroom was in disrepair. There wasn't even a toilet paper holder and the toilet paper just sat on the sink. After freshening up we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. We waited 45 minutes for our food and needless to say I was sick the next morning and I'm sure it was the food I ate at dinner. I hate to say bad things about the hotel because everyone was very friendly but improvements really need to be made.

Rooms REEK of mold and mildew. Not just a little, but overwhelming. Common area restrooms had sewage back up from floor drains ALL DAY. Not kidding. It WAS brought to the staff's attention. Not cleaned up until 7 hours later. Most (not all) staff was unfriendly and inattentive. When I arrive to my room and was created with the overwhelming stench of mildew, I called the front desk to inquire about moving rooms. The man at the desk told me they have a "no room change" policy. (No, they were not sold out, I asked). So after seeking out the manager on duty (because at this point my allergies were trying to kill me from the mold & mildew)
I was finally assigned another room. But, the key didn't work for the new room. So, They gave me ANOTHER room. (see what happened there — — three different rooms they were willing to give me, but a "no change policy" — riiiiiight) The key for THIS room didn't work either! So they called in a technician. It took him over and hour and a half to get the key to work on the door.
All the while, I had no room to put my luggage. So, I went to my meeting in the conference room with my things. Not ONE single apology from management. I'm not one to ask for things if inconvenienced but sheesh! A free drink at the bar or an IM SORRY would have sufficed! Unkept, gross hotel, terrible customer service.

Drove 2 hours and when we got here the pool was closed. Wasn't even told that when we checked in. With 3 kids the pool was one of the reasons we stayed here. Front desk told us we could drive down the street and use a pool at another hotel. Shouldn't have to do that considering the money we spent to stay here. Why would I pay for a hotel with a pool but drive down the road and uses somebody else's? Very disappointed and a waste of money. Won't be back and will definitely not recommend. We have family here and come to town often but will not come back here.

I would NEVER stay here again! No amenities, the coffee pot didn't even work! The food was very expensive, 3 towels for a room that sleeps 4. Not even a mirror over the "dresser". The lighting was horrible, only 1 floor lamp in the corner and a desk lamp. Our key didn't work, they didn't even make the beds.
