Horrible nasty mold motel. I was moved as soon as I walked into room 107 because I instantly found mold. The second room seemed to smell better until the bathroom door was opened and then all we smelt was sewage. My hubby said who has already used the towels I said what are u talking about and go to the bathroom only to find the last guest towels in our bathroom hanging on the back of the door. My daughter woke up hacking and coughing so I knew there had to be mold in that room to so I went on the hunt and didn’t take long to find. I was issued a $15 refund for my “troubles” but a full refund couldn’t be issued because I stayed in the room🧐 disgusting nasty motel. House keeping, front desk, management everyone needs fired!

This place sucked. AC didn't work, so had to move rooms in the middle of the night. The new room had cigarette butts in the toilet. And when I tried calling the desk, the room phone was inoperable. Overall the hotel was dingy, the pool looked tepid and stagnant, there was no elevator to the second floor (which made it hard to get my stroller upstairs) and then to top it off I got the run around when I asked for a refund based on these complaints. I was told to contact Travelocity who in turn told me to contact the hotel manager (who conveniently was on vacation). I would not recommend this hotel to my ex-wife.

We were very pleased with our stay at GuestHouse. The staff there went above and beyond for our family. Everyone was kind and friendly. The only downside was that the walls are pretty thin and we could hear just about anything happening outside of our room. In all honesty, good customer service goes a really long way and I would stay there again regardless. The rooms were clean, the hotel was clean, the staff was phenomenal. We would highly recommend a stay at GuestHouse.

Very nice reception and welcoming check in service with soda/snack vending machines and indoor pool. Everything appears to be nice and clean and secure with a spacious room. In room amenities include small fridge and microwave, TV large comfy bed, clothing wardrobe with ironing supplies. Plenty of outlets and phone charging ports. I can confidently recommend this hotel.

Courteous and friendly staff, takes your needs into account, and does their best to meet them.

Super nice place here in Lexington. I would recommend it no matter the occasion, great all around here, don't see many of those.

I would say at first this place was questionable. When we arrived they held $100 dollars as a deposit, which is the highest deposit I have ever paid, our room had cleaning equipment in it, and there was gum on the floor. I was ready to leave, however, the front desk attendant quickly upgraded our room to a renovated suite and it was nice. There is no breakfast because of COVID and we were unable to use the pool because the times were not regulated. Overall, I would recommend for a quick stop but not for a 2-3 day stay. I would give it a 3 out of 5.

Were having a wonderful time and its a very clean and sanitized hotel my princesses love swimming in the pool.

Ugh! So I was checking into our hotel and the staff couldn't find my reservation so as I was pulling up my confirmation email he says I should relax because he can see I'm carrying a bundle. I said excuse me and he proceeds to say I should relax because I'm pregnant. I said, nope, not pregnant, just fat! Wtf?! I know I'm huge but never assume I'm preggo and for the love of God NEVER say it! That was offensive and rude and just plain stupid. Rooms were outdated and not all amenities worked but beds were comfortable. Day staff was friendly. Free breakfast and parking were all acceptable even for a fatty like me! :)

We literally just booked the room, walked upstairs and opened the door. We saw the air purifier sitting in the bed running and the room smelled like sh*t! We turned around and went back to the front desk. They refused to refund even though we couldn’t stay in the room. And there were no other rooms available. We left! Horrible service. Horrible place to stay.

They only have feather pillows at this place and acted like they didn’t care when I told them I was allergic. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean and modern and reasonably priced. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Service was good! Was told the breakfast would have biscuits and gravy but when having breakfast there was none. Site says heated pool and spa. No spa and pool was freezing cold. Asked to have the pool heat turned on. They did put never got warm after waiting hours to swim. Would not suggest this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and very clean. The front desk was extremely nice and the breakfast was good. The pool is a plus and the price was great.

Staff was super friendly and Accommodating, will definitely stay here again, loved the design of the entire place. Everything was super clean, my only complaint would be that the mattresses need an update because after a few nights they wear on your back because their a bit stiff rather than cushioned.
Other than that it was amazing and I defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book here.

The best thing about this was the guys checking us in. It seems like this is a very old place. With a fresh coat of paint on it. Our room had no smoking signs everywhere but our pillows smelled awful! We had a ton of bags and there was no elevator. Not really a big deal, but after a 9 Hour Dr. Not we wanted to hear.

The front desk guy with the cool watch and works in the evening on last Friday. Was very professional and polite. He went above and beyond his job scope. Place was very clean. And quiet. Highly recommend this place. And we will be staying there again next year.

Good hotel overall, we stayed 3 nights. Clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was great — make your own waffles. The housekeeping staff was top notch. Two issues I had was there was seldom anyone at the front desk if I had a question or needed anything and there is no outside seating area to relax — the weather was gorgeous during our visit.

Not bad for. The price, comfortable beds, friendly staff. No elevator to second floor so if you have lots of luggage or you aren't that mobile ask for a first floor room. Lots to eat nearby in a decent location!

Nice bed, good breakfast. Holding 100 dollars of a person's money for registering online is not a good way to do business. Get rid of that and I will give you a higher rate.

Fantastic service! our first room had a fire alarm that wouldn’t stop beeping, when we ask for a new one they were very kind and super helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bathroom was clean and very spacious. Very happy with this hotel. Most definitely will be coming again.

We booked one night at this hotel directly from the GuestHouse website. When we arrived, we were told that they had no record of our booking (even after being shown the confirmation e-mail and number), had no rooms available and sorry, they could do nothing to help us. We were left trying to find a hotel with openings at midnight with two young children in tow on one of the busiest weekends of the year. Ended up paying double the price at a Hyatt down the road. After contacting the manager the following morning, we received no response regarding the initial booking error or any subsequent compensation for the booking that we had to make due to their error. I would not recommend this hotel chain to anyone and will never attempt to stay here again. When you make a reservation on the website, you should expect to have a room reserved no matter what time you arrive. If zero stars were an option, I would pick zero.

Upon check in I had noticed online the price was lower than what I booked a few weeks earlier. When I asked if we could have a price adjustment they said to ask at check out in the am. We did and were told they would have to get back to us after speaking to management. Well nobody did get back. Also the halls were so loud at 1 in the am. The pool glass and work out room was all shattered. The beds were very worn. The room was very stuffy. Even with fan running.

The only reason I am giving this hotel 3 stars is because the rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable; however, the receptionist Caitlin was not welcoming. She was very rude and unprofessional and really made my friend and I feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. I was honestly going to go to Motel 6 across the street but it would have cost $98 to cancel the room. The housekeepers were more helpful & friendly than the front desk! Also, No elevator nor assistance from the staff with our luggage. Another employee, Greg, and the GM apologized for Caitlin's unprofessional, but her attitude & behavior was the same next time we seen her. This should have been addressed promptly! Will not stay here again just because of that!

Our stay has been amazing! Night shift has been awesome. My 3 children thought the world of them. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Also breakfast was really good.

Clean rooms! There were bags on the mattresses & box springs which was very nice since my daughter is a bug-a-phobe. The pool & pool area was clean & well kept. Greg, at the front desk, was very friendly, courteous & helpful! We would stay here again. C. M. Jones, Ohio.

Very clean and nice hotel staff. Room was clean and had a nice king sized bed. Tv was fuzzy and the tub didn't drain properly. Ac/heater was a little loud.

Affordable, and Very Clean. The service has been excellent. Mr. Greg was extremely kind and helpful. If he is not the manager, he should be! Great stay for the money.

Room was very clean and nice. Facility had everything we needed. Really liked all the small amenities, face soap, make up remover, and so on. The staff unfortunately did not seem to be too interested in those job.

I don't have one complaint! Very nice hotel, clean, spacious and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! Catlin at the front desk was super nice and helpful. We were a little needy, and she helped us with a smile on her face the entire time. Then in the morning the staff was willing to go next door to get me a coke because the pop machine was out of order! TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I'm not picky, just needed a place to rest but bathroom could have been cleaned better. We also found someone's dirty socks behind the curtains. Also a tip — ask for a room upstairs far away from stairs if you want the least disturbance during your stay. If you stay downstairs you can hear people walking around above you. If you stay upstairs near the staircase you can hear everything in the lobby. There is no elevator.

It had an amazing location, the rooms were adequate, and the service was decent. I didn't really stay long enough to use the service, and the rooms had uncomfortable pillows, but the rest of it was good.

Guesthouse in Lexington is a beautiful, if not older, hotel. It has been obviously well maintained and I love the asthetic. The primary reason for choosing this hotel was because it still had availability for the Christmas holiday when I booked, and they offered free cancellation which I needed for my peace of mind. I really enjoyed the rooms, the high ceilings are unique. The pool was open for one of the two days we stayed, but the chlorine was so strong we probably wouldn't have swam again anyway. I wish there had been a hottub, but the pool water was very nice otherwise. I wish there had been more than one waste basket in the room. One next to the sink in addition to next to the TV would have been nice. Pillows we're great and the blankets were comfy, but the mattress was god-awful. I woke up in so much pain. The rooms were clean, service was good, breakfast was pretty good, and the price was right. I would consider staying here again, but I'll probably shop around a bit next time.

We arrived last night and were offered a room for $68, which we couldn’t pass up. The room had a terrible odor of paint or some type of chemical and the floor had been poorly cleaned. When we checked out the final bill was $103 which was not the price we were originally told and the front desk person said she would speak to the person who offered it to us but wouldn’t correct it until speaking with the general manager. Hopefully it will be resolved, but disappointing since we’ve stayed here a few times.

Loved this place. It was so nicely decorated, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. They had a nice breakfast area, and one of the better hotel breakfasts I've come across. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely comfortable. We had 2 chairs in our HCA room (so many have only one), the beds are just right and the water pressure is good. The fridge and microwave came in handy, and the lighting was bright and easily controlled. I wished for a footrest and another nightstand as we both like drinks and books on our sides of the bed. Food is tasty at the in-house eateries.

The room was decent, updated, clean. Front desk staff was… there. Did their job, not particularly friendly. I requested a room on the top floor, away from the elevators and got a room 10 steps from the front desk. Very noisy, people running through the halls, congregating in the parking lot. Front desk refused to provide a receipt. Do not stay here!

This hotel was awesome. The breakfast food was great and so was the customer service. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Booked a premium king bed room, checked in and it turned out to be 2 doubles. Went to the receptionist to fix the issue and she told us it came through as 2 doubles and there's nothing she could do. We showed her confirmation emails stating it was a king bed and she gave us no options to fix. They had bed frames and mattresses all throughout the hall we were in. They done construction the entire time we were there. Screaming all through the halls. And the TV had no signal. Definitely would not recommend. Room was clean but with all the other issues this stay was not enjoyable.

Passable room, not the cleanest if one is being nitpicky. Hallway had a mildew funk to it but that was not in the room. A/C took quite a while to cool the room down. Bed was fairly comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

Not bad. Easy to get to. Great location. Staff are not friendly at all. But the rooms are nice, just stay out of the bathroom down by the pool. Nasty. The beds are comfortable. Pillows are wimpy, but I like mine, very firm. Free breakfast was blah. Coffee was good tho. Will stay there again, but will eat breakfast at the Cracker Barrel down the street.

As far as best bang for your dollar this is a great place to stay! Its pretty clean and staff is nice. The heated pool is small, they don't have elevator, the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan, And our bedroom door closed but doesn't latch. The door thing is an easy fix and I'm sure they are just unaware of it. The others are minimal things also but like I said definitely the best quality bang for your buck. Oh and the breakfast is your basic breakfast with couple generic doughnut and cereal. I would stay here again.

After confirming room with hotel staff for late arrival, our room was overbooked. The hotel staff offered us an occupied room upon arrival. I was charged twice for the room. Once by a booking agency and once by the hotel. The hotel did not give specific instructions on how to get a refund from the booking agency at the time that they sent us on our way. At 3am in a town unfamiliar to us with out a charge on my cell phone, they did not even offer to help me find a room. They refunded the second charge though the next day. Lots of people in the parking lot. Very little parking. If you are heading to this location, be aware this hotel may not provide clear services that they had gaurunteed.

Clean and not worn down. They only provide shampoo and body wash, no hair conditioner. Also of a 3 night stay they somehow missed making up our room one day. We were out of luck by then because by the time I asked about it the "staff was already gone. " That being said, I'd definitely return.

Loved everything about it! This is our third and final search for a repeat stay lodging when we visit while our oldest son attends UK; it was more than accommodating: the staff was friendly, the rooms were well kept, the water pressure was on point in the shower, the entrance was extremely inviting, and the breakfast was better than most; this property is definitely a "keeper! "

Stayed 5 nights here, and absolutely zero to complain about. The beds are to die for, pillows are incredible, air conditioning is cold! Bath water is hot and powerful, their body wash and shampoo plus is awesome… the staff is amazing, breakfast is bountiful in the mornings, and I have seen each and every room (as we were actually working in the hotel) and can say each one is beautiful. It is next door to McDonalds, and within walking distance of a few more food places, close to walmart… I have to say… One of the best hotels I have stayed at. I love it and would come back any day. This is great for one night, or a week long stay. Hope your visit is as great as ours was.

Although the Hotel was in stages of a renovation, everything that I needed and cared about with a stay was met. All the staff was very friendly, bed was comfy, and TV and internet work perfectly. Definitely will be the 1st one I come too when visiting Lexington.
