Stayed here on July 19th we had to ask for a new blanket because the one on the bed had food spilled on it. The staff was very unfriendly and the room had two towels and we had three people. When I went to the desk to ask for more they gave me a hard time insisting there were towels in my room already. The house keeping lady was exceptionally helpful and friendly so she is the best hope for real customer service here.
Oh and don’t get me started on the dog barking next door all night.

Just stayed on the 14th. The stay seemed fine, and we paid the pet fee. It was only for one night.
I looked a few days after, and they charged me a $50 fee on top of our bill (more than what we paid to stay), so I called… They charged us because they claimed we stole the towels and the soap dish. There were no towels or soap dish in the room when we checked in. They made me call multiple times and there was no resolution. They hung up on me and were incredibly rude. They also charged me $2 more after tax than what was stated in the booking confirmation email which wasn't a big deal.
They're absolute crooks and we are going to be disputing the charge. Don't stay here if you don't want to be charged for more than what you agreed to.

Air conditioner in our room had barrings rattling for two days. Will not recommend.

Early in the morning 5:20 am some genius set the car alarm off. It didn't help me to get a good night sleep.

We made a reservation and arrived at the property. When we got to our room, I felt uncomfortable. We checked for bed bugs and didn’t see any, BUT! We pulled back the sheets and there was a bug. The desk clerk apologized and gave us our points back for the room. She was very nice. No more cheap hotels for me.

The room was fine, and while there were some Individuals that looked concerning, we had no problems with the occupants. All in all it was fine.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Bug FREE, free breakfast, friendly staff and although close to interstate, it is rather quiet.

Wasn't the cleanest or the most comfortable but they have smoking rooms so we actually didn't mind the rest…

The basics of the basics. Accommodations we're what we expected given the price. It's okay if you're looking for a place to sleep while on a road trip. Not horrible but not great.

Great place to stay for a few nights. Service could be better, but I won't complain.

Bathroom sink doesn't drain. Bathtub stands in water while showering ankle-deep. Absolutely is not clean whatsoever. Would not recommend on a line to get Berea Kentucky. The manager in this Econo Lodge wanted to argue the fact that she didn't know any better of course she didn't just like I didn't realize it was snowing of course it's not snowing out here this morning at 32 degrees. Enough said I think you might get the picture and typically that's the way most of these hotels are and motels when you have other nationalities running them no offense to anyone just get past experience it's all about the money. As if they didn't get enough already or government caters to to them meaning any other nationality other than a US citizen hasn't made when they come to this country.

I should have paid attention to my insticts when I walked through the door to check in. First time I ever felt like I should get back in the car and find another place to stay. They need to really work at making their customers feel welcome. So for some of the specifics of my stay, I will say it was clean and quiet. At $80 a night on a week night stay away from a major city, I expect more from a hotel than what I experienced. The room felt"shop woren". The flat screen TV was a Spectra 480 I, poor picture. The work desk had no convient electrical plug for the laptop computer. The blanket on the bed looked like it had been through multiple washings, was highly pilled, very rough in condition. I would buy it for my dog at a yard sale. Their hotel internet was down. They were out of coffee in the morning when I checked out. I have no intention of staying at this hotel again. After I resumed my trip North, in less than 20 miles I encountered more Choice Hotels which I will try on my return trip (s).

Wi-Fi didn't work and room was dirty. Very uncomfortable.

Good location right off the Berea exit. Spacious rooms.

This place was amazing but every econo lodge I stay in is amazing and has great service.

The room and bathroom were clean. Reasonably priced. Would choose this again without a doubt.

The good the bad and the reality. Over priced. Old hotel. Cleanish. Better than some for same price. But I would not consider it a place to get away for a romantic weekend. Needed a place to stay it was here and did not get robbed that is good right? Just very well used. They have breakfast food but …

The king sized bed was great and the room was clean. The continental breakfast was lacking and the night staff had guests in the lobby, which is probably not allowed. Overall, a good place to stay for the night.

There were a lot of very noisy guests running around. There was also no shampoo in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and got the job done, but was not the best experience over all.

Couldn't believe how much a dump it was for what I paid. I have slept in much nicer motel 6's for $30 cheaper. Desk clerk got an attitude with me because her phone call was more important than my business was. Room reeked of smoke but, she assured me it was a non — smoking room even though there were 3 ash trays in the room. My room was on the back side of hotel that was littered with trash and remodeling equipment. The room was equipped with a 20 something inch tube style TV with 6 fuzzy stations. A/C couldn't be taken under 78 degrees. I won't be returning.

Great low cost alternative for stop. Not an destination hotel. On two wheels, clean comfortable and quite. No bugs in room, service station near buy with some food. Not much to walk to after long day in smoky montains heading north had to get of the bike. No pool, Wi-Fi and TV good.

We checked in and went to our room. The door was open and there were bugs. Did not get a "clean" feeling. So we went back, asked for a refund and drove on. Would not recommend this place.

We took room for 4 (2 adult + 2 kids) Room was clean, fresh and looks nice. People from front desk very nice and friendly. Price was ok. Thank you.

The room was clean and looked refurbished. However, there were bugs crawling on the beds. Looked like sow bugs and something with a lot of legs. Also bugs in the bathroom. We complained after the first night and were given another room on the second floor. Despite having a no smoking sign beside the door, this room reeked of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner set on high got rid of some of the smell but the beds still smelled. The sheets did not fit and the bedding looked older than in the other room. The manager called at midnight wanting to know how we paid for the room. Terrible night. For almost $177 for two nights, a very bad place to stay.

Saw two bed bugs on side of bed mattress. They appeared to be dead, but I left the motel immediately after I saw them. I drive a semi truck and cannot afford to be infested. There was also remnants of a white powder on the floor, probably either scent removal (it was a smoking room) or insecticide. Everything else seemed on par for a budget motel. Good water pressure, decent Wi-Fi speeds.
