A hidden gem in Ashland KY. Wonderful host; clean and quiet rooms; Comfortable beds; Snacks, tea, and coffee in shared hall; Breakfast options plentiful (scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, etc) ; Beautiful accommodations in refurbished (period specific) historic home (built in 1890's). We highly recommend!
My Sister, Shelley Aarvig and I booked a room here and loved our comfy, cozy, quiet stay. Thank you Alan for the flawless breakfast! (wish I could make scrambled eggs like he does! ) Delicious coffee too! Thank you Tina for making our arrangements… I only regret not signing the guest book… so I will the next time!

Very nice and quiet place to get away and relax. King size bed is super comfy and my husband and I slept great. Stayed for 6th anniversary. Highly recommend.
