Great people who run the place.

The Hotel staff were very nice. The continental breakfast was fantastic. Kansas is a very humid environment the room was very musty smelling. Truly needed dehumidifier. My largest complaint however was that after four nights stay they didn’t make our beds once. They didn’t bring us dry towels, we had to ask the front desk for them. We left trash to be thrown out and they only partially emptied the trash.

If your thinking about stay here take your stuff with you maids are thieves and this loyal. I report to the front deck. They said they problem with this before. Talk to the manager about this and told me two different storys at first no thieves then a few minutes in the story he says he know about the maid taking things. Only place in town to take company credit card.

This motel made me look at every other motel and maid different. I literally was robbed of over 300$ worth of cash. It’s very very disturbing that a maid went thru my stuff so much that she found it stashed in one of my rolled of pair of shorts pocket. And she even stole of few loose dollars and fives out of my other bag. I told the owner and he was quick to let me know they weren’t liable for property in the room. I understand that l but the man looked at me as if I was lying. He said he would question the maid, but of course she said she hadn’t seen anything. I guess it’s a lesson learned for me to not leave cash anywhere someone else can reach it. Also the ac shuts off night while you’re asleep and the hot water literally didn’t work there the five nights we stayed there, only at certain times. And the breakfast is terrible, also they have black bugs crawling everywhere but don’t worry they leave a note to let you know they know and not to bother them about that either because they don’t care.

Want a very pleasant surprise! I really didn't know what to expect from a hotel this far out. But the hotel is very clean and very well ran, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have an indoor pool, a fitness center, a meeting room, and free breakfast every morning. They have a huge Lobby that you can sit in and relax. There's actually a second Lobby on the second floor where you can sit down and relax also.

Parsons Inn is close to town. Next door is a bowling alley. Rooms are presentable, but could be updated. Air conditioned comfort. The back entrance has a card key code but was never locked… safety an issue. Breakfast was very adequate, though room was very hot. Cleaning staff is very attentive and friendly, as is the front desk Property has an indoor pool.

A good hotel, not amazing, but the best in town so if you have to be in Parsons, it's really the only choice.

By far rudest people, over priced place I ever stayed… I stayed at best western different town the night before and was great … this place ruined me on whole best western brand.

This hotel was listed on Priceline as being 3 stars. It definitely was not three star quality. A very nice 2 star or a good 2.5 star, but nothing about it was worth a 3 star rating. For one thing, they put us on the second floor and we had to walk all over the hotel looking for the elevator only to have the clerk tell us we have to take the stairs because there isn’t one. Sorry, but 3 star hotels have elevators to get to their rooms that aren’t on the first floor. Second, while the room was clean and nice, it reeked of vinegar when we walked in.

Breakfast was not so good but self-made waffle made a big difference — good cook.

Amazing new furniture! Best breakfast you can find anywhere. Buffalo Run Hotel & Resort doesn't offer half of what is offered here. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Parsons!

Nice place, accomadstions were great! My family had a good time.

So far so good. Day 2 of a week stay. Breakfast not much to write home about. Bed comfy. Too much chlorine in shower water.

Worst experience. Took an hour to check in because they couldn't find reservation. Then found a brown recluse and hair in the bathtub and another while showering. Management was rude and refused any compensation of any kind. Not very well kept.

Its cozy workers are friendly. It's clean and homey I'm enjoying it very much.
