Handicap rooms are 30.00 dollars higher that a regular room. Has smoking rooms. Privately owned so they do t have to follow all the rules. Rooms are not very clean. Probably smell the sheets and if they don't stink they don't change them…

It’s on the nicer side compared to others in the area, when I was there there was very little traffic. I would stay here again. The beds are not soft tho. I would recommend it if you’re on a budget. It’s very basic there is a fridge.

I highly advise you to stay somewhere else. The room was ok except very hard beds BUT, the bathroom tub an shower were not cleaned and still had dirty used wash cloths hanging in the tub. NO RESTAURANT (for 4 years now we found out) even though they still advertise one on there website. The 2nd week of June and POOL STILL CLOSED! (but not told when booked) Front desk person was very nice at check in, but after that when we said something about the dirty bathroom, the restaurant and the pool not being opened they were very rude and uncaring and when we asked to speak to a manager we were told he is out of the country in India and he could contact us after he returns.

Decent value for a place to stay although there are times whenbthe Wi-Fi does not do well.

Place was clean and quiet. A. C. Didn't work properly but it was comfortable in room so it was liveable. Beds were hard as a rock (which I'm not faulting hotel for). But my sheets had yellow stains and several of our towels had makeup (hoping stains) on them.

Nice room, bed a little firm, very clean restroom, very comfy pillows and complementary coffee, what's not to like!

Non-smoking room smell like cigarettes the only good view in the hotel is the ceilings they are made out of plank wood.

Quiet place and easy parking. Complementary breakfast is simple. Rooms are clean and cozy. Would definitely come back!

It was… well… exactly what you think it is. A cheap room in a small town. Seemed clean enough. My girl lost her brand new Victoria secret bra while we were there. We talked to management and asked if it was possible that housekeeping accidentally picked it up. He said that we probably put it in a drawer and forgot. So… I don't know. Whole thing seemed slightly shady. But… like I said, cheap and decent.

Nice and clean. Quite except for cars starting up in the morning. We would stay again.

Great lil place to stay for the money.

The service was great but our first room the ac was broke. They quickly moved us to another room which got very cold. During the night we seen two roaches but the room was comfortable. Went to Super 8 first the front desk clerk put us in a room at very end of hall went back to tell her my mom which is disabled cant walk that far then stated she should use the back door instead of moving us closer to the front door. Very rude so we left.

Decent rooms, decent price.

About average, I loked the super 8 a lot better and they have a heated pool as well.

The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of minor repair and updating. Could be a nice hotel again with some tlc… Staff gets 5 stars, hotel, about a 2

They have nice rooms, I especially loved the massaging shower head, and also the fact they actually allow dogs. They offer a pretty nice continental breakfast also.

I'm not from small-town anywhere. I'm from a big city in from a very high-class community. We expect excellence especially in the food service and hospitality industry. Needless to say, I didn't have high expectations for this hotel. But, this hotel certainly exceeded my low expectations and exceeded my average expectations as well. The rooms were nice and clean and the facility seem to be managed very well. It was obvious that the housekeeping staff took pride in their work and that the owners took pride in their facility. I've paid much more money to stay in much worse accommodations elsewhere! If there was any negative it would be that there was not someone behind the counter on two different occasions to answer my questions. I would say that this is understandable and an owner/operator situation. I would certainly stay again when I'm in Iola, Kansas on business. Thank you for your excellent work.

I work on the road a lot and I been was send from work to Iola Kansas. My room was very clean and every one was friendly. I been here for a month and I love the service.

I should preface this with the fact that I'm used to staying in higher end hotels but needed somewhere to stay in the area. All areas appeared clean and well-kept. I didn't love that the rooms are direct entry from the parking areas from a privacy/safety standpoint but it didn't end being a problem, just made me nervous. I was hit in the face with the smell of Lysol in my room which was not my favorite. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see fairly updated decor including a flatscreen TV (not in HD), mini fridge, and microwave in the large room. I found the bed to be comfortable and had plenty of pillows. I am sure I was attacked by some sort of bed hugs though, as I woke with many itchy bug bites that definitely weren't there the day before and I wasn't in any other areas/activities where I could have gotten them. Disappointed by this primarily. The continental breakfast was standard but really nice to have when you don't feel like leaving your hotel for a quick breakfast. Checking out was quick and easy. I would recommend this hotel but with the few reserves I mentioned above.

We loved our stay here. Staff was awesome! They have a great continental breakfast. Rooms were very clean. Breath taking is all u have to say. This place is beautiful.

I was both surprised and delighted at the quality of this motel. My room was nicely decorated, very clean and the pillows were awesome. I usually bring my own, because I am really picky, but the bedding was so nice, I really didn't even need to. The continental breakfast was good and the motel was decorated in a Frank Lloyd Wright style, which was charming. Also, the staff were very nice and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Surprised by quality of rooms, size, and good pricing. The staff was great too.

Been staying here for years. They have installed wireless, will provide an internet cable if you prefer. The beds are okay. Prices are more than reasonable.
