Conveniently located between Lawrence Kansas and Kansas City. Nice very clean inexpensive rooms attended by a courteous professional staff. Complimentary breakfast. Have stayed there twice would stay again.

The manager of the hotel is so rude. I broke my foot mothers day so I had to cancel my room for the two nights I had booked through expedia for the following week. The reservation date came two days after, I was charged for both nights. I called the hotel he said it was really busy that weekend and he was not giving any refunds. After calling and having expedia call them he said he would refund one night. Im still dealing with this a month after smh.

Very clean and quiet. The beds were so comfortable!

Easily seen and the man at the desk was kind, but the room was questionable. The floor was sticky, the comforter on the bed had a weird feel to it, and the room smelled like wet feet.

Good enough for a nights stay. Nothing fancy, but clean and reasonably priced.

I never got to stay, there was a different deal going on and some plans changed a week Before… so, another hotel was booked instead and this one cancelled one 5 days before the charge fee for cancellation, yet I was still charged as a “no show” on the first day of… and the third party booking site wasn’t any help telling me to contact the hotel… (which I will also never be using again because it was the second time something like this has happend) … But for this particular issue none of the staff was professional in resolving it but instead just kept hanging up on me. So I will not be booking this hotel again not using the third party booking website.

Water leak in bathroom. Mold on floor. Dirty sheets and stained blankets. If we didn't pay so much, we wouldn't have cared. But $125 for a night, I kind of expected at least clean. Won't be back.

BED BUGS, consant allergies from dust mites, both non smoking room's I got into smelled like smoke and had burn marks, only good reason I can think you'd want to stay here is to shoot up and dash.

Great stay. For the price I paid. Room was neat and clean. Wifi was good. And the TV had the usual channels that I watch.

Great attendance, got one night with my wife and 3 kids, low price for the quality and hospitality.

Nice facility, clean rooms, and friendly staff. My wife & I stayed here 2 weeks ago for 7 nights, while I was completing a job in Olathe. The owner/staff were very accommodating and helped make our stay enjoyable! We will definitely be back to stay when needed for jobs in this area. Highly recommended!

The TV even at full volume was kinda quiet but we had two rooms and the TV in the 2nd room was just fine.

Economy first of all, clean, good attention light breakfast, cafe. Good bed to continue to travel.

It was ok for one nights stay. The staff were super friendly but the hotel itself could use a revamp. And don't anticipate the best breakfast in town. But if all you need is a place to lay your head and a friendly face this is a great place to stay!

The management at Super 8 was quite nice and friendly. They allowed me a free early check-in on the eclipse day. Rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk was always helpful in sharing tips about local eat-outs. Overall great experience.

I have stayed here three times now which should tell you something. I wouldn't stay here more than once if it wasn't comfortable, clean, and quiet. Will stay here again for sure! Staff friendly and willing to help.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The manager gave me a very early check in without additional cost! My room has a refrigerator and microwave. The bed is super comfy. Very quiet and peaceful here, and the prices are nice. This is an older building and isn't the most perfect place, but the service makes up for it.

It was a nice, safe looking area right off the highway with a gas station and McDonald's next to it, 15 minutes from Lawrence. The building looked surprisingly nice from the outside and the rooms are also spacious, nice, and clean, with everything needed included. My only suggestion would be to provide toilet lids or else provide a different place to hang the towels than right above the toilet.

Very lackluster in the breakfast and presentation. Looks like not very travelled. Very few guests the whole time we were there. No elevator, front staff was pleasant and willing to help.

Had a good stay no problems. Great place to stay if you need somewhere to go.

Clean, quiet. A good place to stay. Plenty of restaurants. The only thing I didn't like is their " Tourism" tax @ $3.25. I would ask the front desk about this. I just called the city administrator & he said this is illegal. Only if it's a tourist attraction. I don't think Super 8 is one. This is the only gripe I have about this place. So you are charged the room rate, sales tax & "Tourism" tax. Is this legit? I don't know. I travel around the US & this is the first time I've ever seen this.

It's was nice, clean and comfortable. The people are friendly had a wonderful stay.

Nice, clean rooms every time I come. I stay here everytime I visit family. Staff is very nice, but sometimes they are hard to understand, which is a minor complaint. The only thing that is keeping this from getting 5 stars is it doesn't have a waffle maker like some of the other Super 8's.

Clean room, quiet and convenient location, relatively cheap, decent breakfast. Pet fee was very reasonable.

I reserved a room for my 28 year old daughter and her friend who were volunteering at an event in a nearby town. I knew they would be tired and need a cool clean place to crash in the August heat of KANSAS. I prepaid for the room, gave them the confirmation number and they were grateful for the chance to go back to that room and relax. They played some video games and a watched a movie. The next morning they got up to come back for some brutal outdoor work in the humidity and heat, but before they could check out the manager of the hotel let himself into their room, without knocking! SERIOUSLY?! he just let himself in! They were both shocked and stunned! then when she went to check out he tried to charge her for the room that was prepaid! He said as she was dialing my number and protesting his actions " oh I am so sorry. I see it is paid" I am not impressed.

Very friendly staff. Peaceful, quiet area close to food and other amenities. I would stay again.

Dont have flat screens but will be getting them but overall the stay was great. Affordable, clean and comfortable beds (new mattresses) with a awesome staff who makes you feel at home.

Overpriced for what it was incompetent staff horrible food options which came out an hour late you can tell they allow pets.
