We love staying at Best Western Plus, we brought in the new year staying at Paterson park in. The beds are amazing, very clean, awesome breakfast and very affordable. We have stayed in Dodge city and Colorado Best Western Plus, they are all great hotels, I will not stay anywhere else.

Great hotel. Very clean, the room was spacious, bathroom had more room than typical hotel rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was actually pretty good and had decent variety. I also liked that each day had a theme, made it feel less like a hotel and more like home to me. Will definitely stay at this location when I come back.

My husband Daniel and I are very happy with our stay here. We checked in July 3rd and will be leaving today July 4th. I wanted to make sure to highly recommend this place as we are totally impressed! We came to town just for a little one night get away. My brother, his wife and their two daughters live here so the plan was for us to get a room for the night at a place with an indoor pool so we could visit and catch up and swim with our nieces. We originally booked a room for the night at the other hotel here in Ark City that features an indoor pool. However, we found out that they wanted us to pay $10 for EACH person who was supposed to come swim with us. THAT'S $40 DOLLARS EXTRA ON TOP OF THE COST OF THE ROOM! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! So we called over here to the Best Western and asked about their pool policy. They said "Sure! Have your family come swim with you! No extra charge at all! " Needless to say I booked a room immediately! Everyone here has been very nice, the place is quiet, room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and breakfast was awesome! We will absolutely most definitely be staying here again and again!

I had a great experience here. The place is either freshly built or renovated. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms quiet and nicely furnished. The breakfast is quite good and different daily. The only possible downside is that there is nothing nearby for food or entertainment if you're interested in such things. Otherwise this place is excellent!

Had a great say at Best Western Plus, Arkansas City, KS. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a good stay. I would definitely stay there again when back in town.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was great. Enjoyed the breakfast and the cookies were delicious when we arrived. We enjoyed the pool and the exercise room. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

Nice, clean hotel for an economy stay. We stayed before and after flying out for a late-night and early morning flight. It was perfect. Nice mattress, good pillows, and, again, clean!

We stayed again on March 31, 2018. The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Mario helped us get checked in again, and he's just awesome. They made sure our two boys got a complimentary cookie upon check-in. The next morning, the breakfast was amazing. They had some typical continental items, but then had lots of extras to put it over the top. The kids loved the waffle topping bar, and my husband and I liked being able to create our own breakfast burrito. They even have almond milk! We were greeted with a smile and a friendly comment every time we passed by the front desk. The kids used the pool and it was a great temperature. It was very clean both times we entered, with towels available everywhere and folded neatly. We didn't get to use the fitness center, but it looked very nice. We have nothing but positives about this hotel! If you are in need of a hotel in Ark City or the Winfield area, this is where you want to stay!

Highlights include: The most friendly front service staff I have encountered! Traveling with kids — so the whole milk at continental breakfast was great and the WARM POOL was wonderful! Plan to stay again!

Wonderful hotel! Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was better than your typical continental. Front desk service was super friendly and helpful! Can’t say enough about our stay here! Will definitely use them in the future if we need a hotel in the area!

VERY cheap building with no sound deadening whatsoever. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Breakfast is what you’d expect from a free buffet. Pillows were awful, small and oddly shaped. With that being said, the decor is fine and the staff is quite nice. Oh, and it’s the only hotel I could find in the area with a 24 hour front desk.

Without a doubt, this is the BEST hotel I've ever stayed at in my travels. The leadership is fantastic. The staff is friendly and so dedicated to the customer. I love my trips to Arkansas City to cheer on the Cowley COllege VB team so I can stay at the BW Hotel. They are like family!

What is not to like about this 5 star hotel, price is good, exstreamly clean, comfortable beds, hotel staff friendly and last but not least! The breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Would highly recommend other's to stay here I know I will be back.

The facility grounds area was clean and well lighted. The front desk was clean and the staff friendly and professional. Room was very clean with ample space to work and sleep. Morning breakfast was very nice and had a variety of choices availible. I will definitely stay here again when in the vacinity.

Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Large breakfast area keep clean and full. Close to the hospital if that's what your looking for. Highly recommend this location!

Very nice. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff were very nice, welcomed you like a long lost friend. Breakfast was very good. Had fresh cookies at check in desk. Bed was comfortable. If ever back in Ark-City, this is where we will stay. Thank you to all the staff!

Amazing hotel. It makes me wish we never had to stay anywhere else. The staff were beyond friendly and attentive. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was spectacular and they were SO welcoming to my doggies. It was fabulous! Thank you guys so much!

I enjoy staying at Best Western throughout the states as they are one of my favorites. Service is superb, locations good, rooms are good and the breakfast is excellent! I recommend for entire family.

I travel extensively for work, and have become a hotel snob. This Hotel has exceeded my expectations in every category. The staff, the room, the breakfast and amenities are all spectacular. Everything is done above and beyond regular hotel standards. Even the breakfast is amazing and more than the usual hotel breakfast. The Assistant General Manager Alissa Sheppard is amazing and a major reason I continue to stay at this hotel. She goes above and beyond and is truly genuine. I highly suggest this hotel!

Hotel is nice but it doesn't offer any rooms for people who smoke. Makes it a pain to keep getting dressed to smoke. There is an outside patio with an ashtray but I continually have at least 6 flies swarming me. The pool is warm. Front desk people are very friendly. Left a do not disturb sign on my door and housekeeping came in long enough to take my dirty towls and not replace them. Not sure what that was about… My whole room shakes everytime another rooms door slams shut.

Our stay was EXCELLENT! The room was big, clean and the a or worked great. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. The price was great, breakfast was good with a good variety. The only complaint I could find would be the small square sleeping pillows, but that must be was in right now, because this is the second hotel (different chain) within a month to have them.

We had a nice and spacious room that was very clean. The rate we paid was very good. The breakfast had many choices. The staff was very courteous and friendly. We will stay her again.

My wife were visiting Arkansas City and I booked a room in this hotel to beat the heat and bring our grand children to use the pool. We brought our dog also. We had a great time. Clearly one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms that we have ever stayed in. Great value! Great service! We will be back.

Last night when arrived to the Hotel and entered my room There was a problem with my room. I called downstairs and the lady at the desk was very quick to handle my situation and get it resolved. When I returned back to my room It was perfect problem solved. I only wish for a fan but that was my problem. I would give this hotel more stars if I could! This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. When I walked in for the first time, the place looked brand new. I asked the lady at the front desk how old it was and she said about 3 years. I didn't really believe her when I got to my room and it was absolutely perfect. I even searched the room looking for something wrong with it … I couldn't find a single thing. Even the remote had been cleaned and placed in a sleeve. The bathroom was. Wow… sparkling. I was very very impressed with the whole hotel. I was in the area for business and did not personally choose the hotel. Luckily, they chose such a great place. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that they have a little market area if you need something (The nearest town is a few miles away). I even saw them stocking fresh salads and sandwiches. Also, love that the rooms have a fridge and microwave. I'd say this is the best hotel in the area for sure.

Loved our one night stay! Staff extremely friendly throughout hotel. Clean room! Breakfast was delicious! Loved the omelette and they had almond milk and gluten-free cereal for my daughter. Very pleased!

From check in to check out and everything in between, superior! The cleanliness to the pool area to the amazing breakfast bar, everything was great. I like the items changing a little each morning at the breakfast bar. So good! We'll definitely be staying here again!
Also, the staff from front desk to the cleaning staff, very friendly and accommodating. Actually acted and felt they enjoyed us being here and we're smiling!

This hotel was extremely nice! It's nicer than any Best Western, Hampton Inn, or Holiday Inn that I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was great, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. They also have a ton of TV channels and free fast Wi-Fi.
