I accidentally dropped my wallet at the buddies next door. These folks were incredibly helpful. Additionally, the rooms are lovely and open on river. Just beautiful!

We had a room on the river. Quiet and clean good restful bed.

We loved it here, the river front rooms are wonderful and the pool was great. The people that work here are so accommodating and nice, we can’t wait to come back again.

My sister and her family were staying at the Stagecoach Inn so they could visit our mother who had just been discharged from Steele Memorial Medical Center to spend her last days at home with hospice care. When my mother’s condition took a sudden turn for the worse late at night, my father called the Inn to get ahold of my sister to come immediately. The desk clerk understandably would not put a call through to the room but did say he would call her room and deliver the message. He never called the room.

Staff is amazing! they are so helpful. Love the gorgeous view of the snowy river off the balcony.

SO disappointing for the cost! I’m not sure who decided that absolutely saturating the whole room In some sort of perfumed scent was a good idea, but I assure you it’s not. My head is pounding and I feel so sick from this all encompassing scent. We have stayed here many times over the years and a heavily scented room has never been an issue. We’ve never actually stayed at any hotel that scents the rooms and never thought it could ever be an issue, as we live with scent sensitivities as it is. If you are sensitive to strong scents, this hotel is not a good choice.

I love this place! Stayed here a year ago when my vehicle broke down & they were so kind & helpful. Came back for a wedding & again this is a very cool place to stay. They have recliners in the rooms. Couldn’t get my husband out of the room & had to get dinner delivered. He was so happy which is a big deal since he hates to travel. I think the Stagecoach Inn cured him. We will be back.

I loved the view of the mountains and sitting next to the Salmon River. Very, very relaxing.

Nice, well kept older hotel. Along the Salmon River, so the river views are nice and there is a walking trail and park next to the hotel. Had a concern with someone smoking on the patio below us in the nonsmoking area. Concerns were addressed immediately.

Staff took my request for a stay very easily over the phone. I checked the website and it didn't show they had availability for the dates of my stay. After I called they were able to accommodate a part of my stay. Upon arrival they were welcoming and informative. One thing that I thought was a negative was that there was no refrigerator in my room. But, other than that, great place to stay and breakfast was included.

Nicest motel I’ve ever stayed in. We were in room 257 — right in front of the riverside rapids. Wow. Slept like babies with the screen door open. Beds real comfortable. Clean and cozy with a nice, warm breakfast. Location is perfect, providing an easy to walk to all the great eateries and watering holes in town. All the river rats stay here. Everybody is cool. Front desk and maids included. Oh, the pool and laundry room were a nice bonus. Thanks Stagecoach!

AMAZING! My husband has to come work in Salmon and we usually stay across the street. However, this time we were able to stay at the Stagecoach Inn for the duration of our stay. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere upon arrival is clean, decor is fun and well thought out for an INN. The beds are newly renovated with up to date duvet covers, fabulous soaps with in shower shampoo/conditioner. Plus, a POOL! Unheard of in the Salmon area as well as powerful A. C. In every room! Finally, top your morning off with a hot breakfast and head out for your day if discovery!

Great place for motorcyclists! When they saw my dad walking in with his helmet they let him know we could park our bikes under the awning of the entrance. Right there, outside of the lobby, they have a high quality hose (like, it actually wasn't leaky at all) and a shelf with left over towels and rags that you can use to wipe off your motorcycle. We had about 23, 487 bugs to wipe off, so this was greatly appreciated. Besides catering to motorcyclists, they also have a pretty good complementary breakfast (build-your-own breakfast burrito and biscuits with sausage gravy are the mains). Beds good, but not great, according to my mom. Having a room on the river side provided beautiful white noise through the night. Everything closes pretty early in Salmon, so bring some brews and snacks with you if you are arriving late.

Clean, friendly place with character. Rooms are spacious, views on river are beautiful. Very pet friendly but pets aren’t allowed by the river in their grassy area. It is an easy car drive to get to river on the other side. Cookies were a bonus upon check in. I felt very welcomed there with my pet which is not common for a hotel, even when they are pet friendly.

Thank you for taking us in on short notice and making all of us feel very welcome. The film was clean and pleasant but the biggest asset was the people… they were so helpful!

It’s ok, not great. Room was relatively clean but not quiet. I could hear dogs barking in the adjoining room. For $130 a night I expected a little more.

Decent place… clean rooms… try to get a riverside room! double queen didn't have a fridge or microwave :/

Wish I could give a 5 star review. I get why the pool isn't open May 12th, but not having the hot tub functional is super lame, in my opinion. We like to stay here and pay a little extra over the other local hotels, but its definitely not worth it if the immentities are not functional.

We stayed at the Stagecoach over the Salmon Select Horse and Mule sale and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were very clean, hot showers and plenty of towels! The breakfast was great and the staff were like family from the time I booked the room through our entire stay! I wish I could remember all the girls names that helped us but Lacy, Kelly, Nancy and Carrie were just a few that were so nice to us! We won't stay anywhere else on our future trips to Salmon!

Very clean. Excellent breakfast bar included. I highly recommend getting a river view room if you can.

We stayed here twice for hockey season. If you get a river side view it's fun to watch. The rooms were decent, staff friendly, and the breakfast had a good selection. Management if you read this please add a pancake machine! It's a bit old looking but overall I'd recommend it to others and plan to come back next hockey season.

I love this Inn. My colleagues and I travel to Salmon twice a year, so I am well-acquainted with the facility. It's not a luxury hotel by any means, but if that's what you're looking for then Salmon is probably not an appropriate destination. It is clean, comfortable, and more than adequate to meet my needs. My colleagues opted to check out the competition across the street with this visit. I chose to stay loyal to the Stagecoach. I think I got the better end of the deal with my free-upgrade, river view room!

The Stagecoach Inn is where I stayed for a hockey tournament. It has great rooms, great veiws, and a good size parking lot. There are family friendly restaurants around the In as well. I highly recommend this establishment. Great place for a family get away.

This place is so cool. Get a riverside room, you won't regret it. Can't beat the free all you can eat breakfast! I'll be bringing my buddies next time we go steel head fishing.

Beautiful place to stay. Right on the Salmon River. I suggest getting the river side room as the balcony is so nice and peaceful and those mountains are breath taking. The front desk staff was so efficient and kind. The breakfast was delicious, lots of options I couldn't believe it! My kids slept well with the nice thick walls, really pretty brick. I will definitely be staying here again!

What a fantastic place to stay! Welcoming staff. Full of all the information about their cute town and the great places to eat at. The king room on the river is wonderful with its private balcony!

This place is awesome! Nice cozy feel, the staff really makes you feel like your at home! They even bake you fresh cookies each night! Very clean, great view of the river, just overall a great place to put up for the night!

Good price and value. There is a walking trail across the bridge that you can let your dogs off leash, it's right next to the river. There is a great skate park located right there as well. Our kids had a blast hanging out over there! The hotel has hot showers, and a complimentary breakfast.

Great hospitality. Close to steelhead fishing. Reasonable rates and clean. Scenically placed along the Salmon River. It's a go to spot.

Clean, AC was quiet, a good breakfast, a great shower and helpful staff. Right on the river, this is a decent place if your travels take you this way.

Old and fairly expensive. Nice view on the river side but a parking lot view on the front side. Breakfasts are reconstituted eggs, etc. Two old toasters that you must wait in line a long time to get to, and very congested in the morning like an ant farm forging for food. They really must upgrade this place especially for the rates they charge. They do however take dogs (for an extra fee).

For a first-timer in Salmon, the Stagecoach Inn was the best place I could have hoped to stay. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and the backyard has breathtaking scenery of the river and mountains. I was lucky enough to have a riverside room and seeing the sun rise over the mountains was an experience I'll never forget. Breakfast was great and the staff were very nice. I didn't have a chance to get into th pool but it looked refreshing. Oh and my bed was SO fluffy! Loved it!

Had 3 rooms for Harrison Land Service. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Rooms were big and clean. And the river is right behind the place with grass and patio chairs and table's. Staying there again in September for a few more weeks.

Great spot for jumping off to adventures in the Salmon Idaho area. Rooms are clean and comfortable but nothing to write home about (but you shouldn't be in them anyway. ) Ask for the 3rd floor facing the river!

The view is really nice on the river side. The hotel could be renovated, and the breakfast better.

Rooms were nice and the staff were awesome, friendly people. Only complaint was that the air conditioner in our room shut off in the middle of the night and wouldn't turn back on.

Great experience all round. Everyone working there was sweet and genuine, they had treats for my pup at check-in! The rooms had a rustic feel and were huge plus balconies! They also have a well groomed outside lounge area nestled right next to the river. Breakfast had a decent variety. The best part is a decent price I won't go to any other hotel in Salmon.

Clean and full of old school charm, free breakfast has oatmeal, bagels, waffles and biscuits/gravy. Worth the extra $10 for riverside room with balcony.

We spent the weekend in Salmon at the Stagecoach Inn. What a weekend? Clean rooms, attentive staff, decent prices. The small bathrooms were recently tiled, so some updating is taking place. SInce we were there in Feb. The pool was not open. The buffet was adequate to get us through a morning of hockey. Since we were there for a hockey tournament, we came in contact with lots of Salmon locals and all were friendly. The staff, all locals were helpful at all hours. They baked cookies for the kids at 11:00pm, kept decent hot coffee going 24 hrs, and had plenty of suggestions for dinning out. I will not hesitate to stay there again in the future.
