If you want your belongs stolen from this place then you will definitely enjoy your time at this hotel! if you would like to keep your belongings then I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. The housekeepers here steal belongings from peoples rooms. Awful. Do not recommend.

The staff at this hotel knew the police were looking for a woman staying there who attempted to kidnap kids and they claimed they had no one with that matched the description. After talking with the cleaning staff they said they knew she was staying at their hotel but they thought she was a super nice woman and couldn't believe it.

Pet friendly great room and nice helpful friendly staff. Especially the nice gal doing the breakfast bar.

This place is horrible. Dirty and the bed feels like your sleeping on a board so uncomfortable. Might as well stay at motel 6 over this crap.

Staff is very friendly! That’s the only positive. Alarm clock was broken, wouldn’t clean the rooms until my second request, I cleaned the ac/heater filters because my husband became extremely sick, next day after I cleaned them he was 95% better! Things I noticed that were not cleaned in the first 5 days I was there were hallways unvaccumed, business center not swept or mopped, elevator floor or walls or buttons no cleaned even once, and every glass door I saw was filthy the whole time. But the staff was friendly.

I would say for the most part it was a good stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I did have issues with noise. I could hear cars outside, the next rooms toilet flushing, and neighbors talking.

Walls have no insulation or sound barrier… very noisy! Our neighbors started arguing at 10:30 pm… by 3:15 am I had called the front desk 3 times complaining of the noise… staff told us they couldn’t do anything other then making us change rooms… we ended up just packing up and leaving at 4 am…

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. As my daughter and I were in bed watching TV someone walked into our room using a key card. The poor man was really embarrassed. The front desk forgot we were there and checked him into our room. It really scared my daughter and she does not want to stay in a hotel again. We I complained all the Best Western customer service did was tell me "they said sorry at the hotel". HORRIBLE customer service!

We just got home from this beautiful area! Hotel was decently priced and stocked for our families needs. Be sure to look past the minor cosmetic challenges of this hotel and get into their nature; talk to their locals and enjoy this wonderful area. Night desk lady, Pamela? I think, was wonderful to me while I couldn't sleep. Gave me a cup of tea and a few minutes of her time. My 13yo son loved the pool and I think a little freedom from covid stress. Hubby loved the exploring. I loved Pamela she made this place for me! If you stay there be sure to look for Dueling Irons restaurant up the road, that was the best Ruben I've had in many moons! And the burgers were nothing to snub your nose at.

Large spacious room with a comfortable bed. Actually had a decent shower with good water pressure.

Horrible service. Rude front desk, management wouldn't even talk to us. They weren't cleaning their high touch areas and the employee said she didn't care. They lost our reservation. she was extremely rude and uncaring and then threatened to call the cops on us.

By far the cleanest hotel I've been too. Super comfy bed and an amazing breakfast! I wish the towels were bigger but overall great stay!

They were very accommodating with our needs due to my disability when we needed to switch rooms from the second floor where stairs was the only way to get there to the first floor where it was easier access in and out of the hotel … thank you!

Our experience recently sucked. We stayed two nights. Our anniversary. Should’ve been smooth for $225. No room service whatsoever and the second night there was obnoxious drunken chaos in the hallway from 11pm-4am. Any reputable hotel would’ve addressed it. We did call and address it at 3am. We had to track down the manager over the next two days. She only agreed to refund us for half of the second night which was utter crap. Dirty sheets and towels all weekend? No sleep? Lack of good management? No thanks. Never again.

Great staff, clean and comfortable with a pool!
