Wonderful place. Very comfortable. Great staff. Love the blueberry pancakes! Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great hotel right in the middle of all the action in Kellogg Idaho. Beautiful area matched with a beautiful hotel. Has a pool and a hot tub great rooms and a lot of fun things to do in the area.

For such reasonable rates, this was a great place to stay. I have mild back issues, so the hard beds weren't great for me, but the amenities we good, the staff very nice and helpful, and the breakfast options plentiful. The regular rooms are a bit cramped, but if you're just sleeping there it's not a big deal.

Ok rooms. Reasonable prices. Beds need replacement.

Rooms are a bit on the "basic" side, but they're clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly.

This was a very nice place. We came down through Sandpoint and Coeur d"alene where all hotels were upwards of $200, so to find this place for under $100 felt like a windfall. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

FairBridge Inn & Suites was warm, inviting, and welcoming. After a long trip, the hot tub and pool were an unexpected perk. The room was your typical hotel room. It was easy to get to, and very comfy. Breakfast the next day was a great start for what ended up being 10 hours of driving. I'm looking forward to stopping in the next time I'm in the area.

The staff was kind and courteous. The room was good for what we paid for. The 24 hr pool and hot tub are awesome and helped my wife and I relax after a long day of road tripping. I would stay there again if travelling to Kellogg for skiing or just passing through on a long road trip.

When I arrived at Fairbridge, I had just been through a harrowing experience & was looking for a clean, comfortable place to relax & recharge. When I pulled up, Lisa came right out to greet me and asked how she could help make my day better. The accomodations she offered were above & beyond my expectations. Recommendations for dinner, a little market, and the hot tub ALL hit the spot! Rooms were clean, bed was extremely comfortable, and had all the amenities I could ask for. After an excellent nights' sleep, I woke up to a full, delicious breakfast, and went on my way feeling like a million bucks! Lisa was an absolute angel and I will forever grateful for her amazing personal service. ❤

Only stayed one night, service was friendly and free breakfast had some good variety. Only issue was the heater in the room… it was not on a thermostat so we had to turn it on and then turn it off when it got too hot. Other than that it was a good experience in a beautiful location.

Great Hotel. Clean, comfortable. Decent pool and great breakfast in the morning. Definitely worth the 105 a nite rate.

The hotel was dirty, the pool was dirty, the lady at the front desk was nice though. My son was stabbed in the middle night by a safety pin that was stuck in his comforter. The roll away we had for or three year old daughter was terrible, it was full of springs and dipped in the middle so she had to sleep sideways. There was a strong smell of pot from neighboring rooms and partying all night. Will never stay there again!

Reasonably priced and very close to the waterpark and ski resort. Parking is plentiful, there's free Wi-Fi and breakfast, a 24hr indoor hot tub and pool, and very friendly staff. All in all, a great budget pick.

Other than grungy hallways and some dated bathroom furnishings, a nice place. Comfy beds, nice indoor pool/spa, and pretty decent free continental breakfast.

This place was amazing. They had a room for us as we were driving to the west cost. We couldn't find a place and they were so nice. The room was clean and crisp. This place was great with 3 special needs kids in tow. The cost was reasonable and they were very accommodating.

Beautiful place, nice staff and not too expensive for what you get. They're also pet friendly.

Friendly people. They gave me a price break when they found out I was stranded with car trouble. Free breakfast every morning coffee 24 hours a day and the room and out there in the lobby and it's a nice little town.

The hotel, rooms, and carpet are dirty. I felt the springs in my bed, and my pillow was worn so badly that it was hardly an inch thick. The swimming pool and hot tub were nasty. At least the front desk staff was nice, but not nice enough to make up for how bad everything else was. Oh! and did I mention that it was expensive? I will never stay at this hotel again.

This is a great place to stay in Kellogg Idaho! The staff is great, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rates are reasonable, rooms comfy… Could not have asked for more!

The location can't be beat in Kellogg with all there is to do. However, the price was quite high given the age and cleanliness of the hotel (almost $300 for one night). There was also a smoking area right outside our door, and we had to go in and out quickly if we didn't want that stink coming in. Also, not sure if this is standard, but the fridge was turned off when we arrived and, thus, not useful at first.

Reserved this hotel online, but when I got there they told me they booked all their rooms and didn't check the separate booking system for online. Basically was told there's no room at the inn. If you choose this hotel, check in early to make sure you get the room promised you or so you have time to find another hotel before they're full too. It looks nice from the lobby.

Location is perfect, you get a view of the gondola ski lift. Service is as expected, and rooms are great unless you get a room by the lobby in which you'll be woken up to the sounds of an angry waffle press. Overall a great experience.

I was on a road trip from Seattle to St. Paul, Minnesota when I stopped in Kellogg. Had tire trouble on the road and had to stop for the night until the tire shop opened in the morning. I was excited to see FairBridge Inn was right by the gondola lift. Lisa went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was great and deserves recognition for a job well done. Thank you Lisa.

If you want Wi-Fi go somewhere else because in this place your stuck with 2000 era dial up speeds. Further asked for a second story room and was given bottom floor. Also the attitudes of the staff have been one of abject boredom. I don't really leave bad reviews a ton but I was deeply dissapointed. There is better and cheaper places to stay in the area.

This place was fine. First I'll go for positives. The workers were very nice and seemed like likeable people. The lobby was clean, albeit a bit small, I'll get to that later. Now the rooms, well the one I stayed in was spacious and very clean, the bathroom was very clean and I had a fine time sleeping in the surprisingly comfortable beds. Now for the critism. I said the lobby was small, it was mixed with the breakfast room with few tables and not a lot of variety of food, we ended up eating at McDonald's (to be fair, we were also in a hurry). The Wi-Fi was less then stellar, actually it hardly worked, had to basically use my data to do anything on there. Oh and the pool was small and kind of disappointing, but I still had fun in it. Overall a doable hotel if you need one, it's not perfect but what can you do.

DEAD MOUSE IN HOT TUB First night Wi-Fi didn't work and the front desk Lady gave me a blank stare when I asked if she can reboot the router, then said she has no idea what I'm talking about. 2nd day my kids and I swam 2 different times and both times the hot tub and pool smelled funny. I later returned for a quick splash after a run and was stretching in the hot tub when I noticed something floating in the filter, gave it a closer look to find a dead mouse that had obviously been there a while. I told the front desk Lady but they didn't close the pool area.

Do not come to this place me and my girl friend came and rented a room on Valentine's day checked in at 7 at night Saturday and left by noon come to find out we got charged an extra 250 dollars for a cigarette that got found in the room and there was smoke damage. We don't even smoke the manager was rude and also the front atttendant when we got there ended up paying 370 dollars for a room for less than a day, this place is a scam.

The room was CLEAN. YAY! Had to use the dryer and the laundry room was spotless too. Ashley at the front desk was AWESOME. Changed our room for us so we wouldn't have to look at a parking lot and mailed our sons iPhone to us. We'd definitely stay again.

Cute little hotel. Didn't break the bank. Clean, smelled nice, bed was a little hard but I'm not too picky. Staff were more then nice! Would definitely stay here again.

Id give them less then a star if I could. Ive been calling there for 6 hours because of a family emergency and my parents are staying there and the phone just rings. And because of Kelloggs crapy cell service no contact.

Be careful of this hotel, I booked 3 rooms and they sold one out from under me. So lone and behold, when I went to check in, they told me I didn't have a room. Very rude front desk when confronted about this. Stay elsewhere.

GuestHouse is most comfortable for a quick stay. Expectations for the Inn should be for a place to sleep with some simple amenities. It was clean, though outdated, friendly, continental breakfast was nice to grab a quick bagel, but not much in the way of protein or variety. The rooms were stocked with bare essentials, no tea or lotions, though there was clean towels and shampoo. One of the best parts about it if you have children are the trails behind the hotel and the playground walking distance away, great to burn off energy after being stuck in the car so long.

Wonderful staff! Great job on the continental breakfast! Beautiful location! We loved this hotel and will be back. It was clean and easy to check in and out. Great small town appeal. Noah's Canteen across the street has an out of this world dinner. Only issue I had is with the shampoo. Bring your own. Thank you Guesthouse Inn.

Right on the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes — a perfect home base for our trip. Other reviews affirm that it's clean, friendly and comfortable. Our group also appreciated: huge breakfast, a room to lock our bikes, 24hr hot tub/pool, and a welcoming lobby where we could sit together at tables in the evening. A great hotel that I'd be happy to stay in again.

The exercise room was great! I wanted to go on a run but didn't want to have to go out in the cold this equipment and room work great for my stay. It kept me up with my workout routine but in the warmth! It was great.

We had a family illness at the hospital. The location and price that’s why we choose this hotel. We had a exceptional service during our stay, from the front desk agents and the maintenance men, the housekeepers just passing us in the hallway asking if everything is working in our room and if we enjoying our stay. Thanks, great people! We will be back for visiting no more hospital visits.

When I walk through the door I am welcomed with a "Hello, Lysa" every time by Alisha the front desk manager. She is so warm and inviting and makes little touches to my room that help me feel right at home each week. Traveling to Kellogg from my home in Spokane for work takes a lot out on me, but she knows when will be coming and always has my room perfect for me each time! Thank you for all your hard work.

This hotel went above and beyond for our 45th anniversary. We were welcomed with a romance package for candy flowers and sparkling cider (our choice as we do not drink). We were able to use bath robes and slippers, it was very relaxing. The front desk manager even called ahead to the Moose Creek Grill to get us reservations and to set up a perfect dinner with a free appetizer and desert! This was our greatest anniversary yet! We look forward to coming back.
