The place claims to be pet friendly. So we took our puppy with us after seeking clarification from the management about bringing our dog. The management confirmed we could bring our dog with the stipulation that it couldn't go into the park area or the breakfast area. As this place has a water park, that made sense. What they did not explain is that everything after the breakfast area is considered the park. The dog couldn't be left alone in the hotel room either. So our family vacation became my wife spending time with the kids and I spent time with the dog.

Hotel overall is nice. Our room was comfortable, and bug enough for our family. My issue was the cleanliness. Upon check-in we noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was urine on the toilet seat and floor. After some looking we found dried blood on the shower curtain. They came and cleaned the bathroom, and changed the shower curtain. The staff was all very kind in dealing with this issue, it just should have been an issue to start with. The breakfast was mediocre. There were no many healthy options.

Stayed with my family for the night. We had excellent front desk service from the staff. Welcoming, friendly, super informative on answers to my questions. I forgot the young girls name but remember the guys name was Jasen. We stayed in room 113 which was a very nice, cozy, enjoyable room. Also it wasn't hard to find either as to it was conveniently located by the elevator. We had a pet also which they accepted for a very small part fee. Breakfast was hot/cold items and a wide variety of different choices. If you can't tell by now by my rave that I totally enjoyed my stay and will be highly reccomending this location to family and friends as well as continuing to stay as guests at this hotel. Thank you for making my time enjoyable.

Nice family place. Reminded me of a cross between Family Fun Center and Great Wolf Lodge but on a smaller scale than those places. Recommend it at least once.

Refused to clean room because of “personal items on the bed” it was a singular wall adapter and some drum sticks. The fan in the bathroom was broken. We found random objects left under the bed because the room was not cleaned well. The Wi-Fi also runs slower than my grandma… and she’s dead. Also the breakfast was awful. Like, almost inedible. I didn’t want to eat what was available due to the fact that it looked like plastic, so I decided just to settle for the fruit they had available. So I go to the a banana and they have a basket full of brown bananas. Like, feces…

Our room was nice and clean. Not sure if anyone else will care, but the tub drains properly. It's a huge pet peeve for me when they don't so I was happy to see that. We went to the water park as well, super fun! Make sure you say you're staying at the hotel when you pay to get into the water park and it will be about $7 cheaper. I forgot to do that sadly. Overall a great experience!

Beautifully clean place! I can't say enough about the employees' friendly helpful and cheerful demeanor… they were ALL absolutely wonderful! Breakfast was delicious! Our entire family had a wonderful time!

We stayed fired for 2 nights. The room was comfortable enough, but I think they need to reassess their mattresses. They are not the greatest. Neither are the comforters to be honest. I sure hope they change then during winter because I was freezing all night. Breakfast is included and it wasn't half bad to be honest. I dont think the water park and hotel are a single business. For one, access to the family fun center isn't included in the room, which was definitely priced well enough to accommodate that. At least a section of it. As far as the family fun center goes, I can only speak to the water park, which is admittedly fun. If you're going to go to the water park, I suggest waiting until after 6 as the price reduces. In my experience it was less crowded as well. Honestly I have zero complaints and would stay again.

Such a great place to stay, I stayed with my 9 year old and her friend for her 9th birthday on 2/17. They graciously gave us a discount on the room for her birthday, score! And the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet for a night when the hotel was completely booked. We were also able to check in before the regular check in time which was fabulous. DVD players in the room so we could watch our own movies we brought. The complimentary continental breakfast was really good too (with the exception of the eggs, sorry but you could tell they were cheap, powdered eggs, yuck). All in all we will definitely stay here again, worth it 100%!

We spent the night at the hotel with our three kids who are age 6 and under. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We LOVED the water park. It was fun for everyone. We had a blast doing bumper cars and bowling. We can't wait to go again. It's the perfect getaway without having to travel too far!

The hotel itself is okay. Nothing special to write home about. Rooms are just rooms so you don't have to drive home after being at the park all day. The staff are all very friendly and are what make the stay better than it probably would be. The entertainment center can be a little underwhelming. The arcade is pretty small and a majority of the games cost 75 cents to a dollar to play. Having mini gold, laser tag, a ropes course, bowling and a water park are nice but all can easily be done in one day. The new laser tag and ropes course made the trip worth it but get old quick when done over and over. For food there is a grill near the bowling center. Honestly nothing to write home about other than they charge premium prices for say an amusement park while not delivering on taste. Bonus, the do serve beer for the adults that have had a long day. Besdies that, there are your standard grill items; anything friend, pizza, burgers, and nachos.

We were not impressed with this hotel or staff. While we love Triple Play, we would not recommend the hotel to a friend. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors full conversations next door. The elevator is incredibly slow and is shared with the house keeping crew… when we were trying to leave we had to wait for 2 sets of house keepers load their cleaning carts on the elevator before we could have a turn to load our cart with luggage… This took about a half hour. I would have taken the stairs but I had a cart full of luggage and 3 toddlers and non of the staff offered for any of the guests to go ahead of them on the elevator.

I did not stay at this resort my friend did with his family. All I can is it was crazy loud and chaotic. If you are taking your kids here be ready for them to be running out of control. It looked like a huge safety hazard everywhere. Kids looked to be having fun but yelling at all hours. Only stay here if you are just doing it for the kids. Good luck.

This review does not reflect upon the overall hotel (which I did find to be quite good). This is my way of saying thanks to the kind staff for helping me through a rough night. My family stayed here for the night of Thanksgiving 2017, and early in the evening I received word that my only remaining grandfather had passed away a few hours before. Later, at 3:30am I was trying to calm down a cough that was keeping me awake. So I went down to the breakfast bar to see if I could find some honey & hot water. I was grateful to find a lady beginning to set things out for breakfast, so asked her about some honey. I was expecting one or maybe 2 little honey packs. She disappeared into the kitchen and a moment later emerged with a ziplock bag containing TEN packs of honey and several plastic spoons. She made sure I found some hot water and was very kind. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but if management reads this, please give my thanks again to the lady who prepared breakfast the morning after Thanksgiving, 2017. I'm sure it felt like just a small measure of hospitality to her at the time, but it meant the world to me and helped me get back to sleep cough-free. Gratefully, Tom Wylie.

Great place, lots of fun stuff and an amazing breakfast! The walls are really thin though so don't expect a lot of privacy soundwise. The pizza at the triple play was really good. They have small token lockers available at the water park. Lots of ticket arcade games too. Definitely a fun place to bring kids.

Room was clean. Nice hot water for 4 people to shower with. Big selection of breakfast fare I was very impressed with the variety. My kids voted pancake machine the best thing ever.

I found bed bug on both beds from our bedroom that we got. I told the staff but he had no idea of what to do. I just hope they did something about it. But besides that I love the breakfast and my family and I had fun.

We are a family of five. Two boys, 11 & 7, and a baby girl who is nine months. We asked for a crib,, yet due to our late check-in did not receive one from them. However, they called us to let us know and we were able to bring our own! I thought that was very nice of them. We stayed in a king bed with pull-out couch. It was very spacious and had everything we needed! The only reason I rated it 4 stars was because the breakfast eggs were very gross. All games and raptor reef were a blast and I absolutely love this place. We had so much fun!

We had taken my son to triple play for his 18th birthday. He had a blast with he friends family and it is great to know that he is never too old to play for tickets. His grandparents had fun as well as we challenged each other to obtain the most tickets. Great service and always met with a smile.

So originally I was going to give this place 4 stars because up until today the customer service for the most part was pretty good. The breakfast is ok, and they have games they lend to families. I really only had two complaints at first 1) they only put 2 face towels and 4 bath towels in a 7 person room (pet peeve) like how do you clean yourself without face towels. 2) it's a pretty old facility. However about 6 minutes ago an older man who works for the hotel knocks on the door and demands that I keep my kids quite. Now I have a 2 year old who's nightly routine is to cry herself to sleep and a 3 year old who runs none stop, and a 7 year old who is autistic. Now while trying to explain this to this VERY rude man he was quick to over talk me and say "I don't care, we have a quiet time you need to keep them quiet. " For this to be a family friendly hotel they definitely are not staffed with people who support that model and it's unfortunate because I will never stay here again. Triple play was a lot of fun but there are plenty surrounding hotels.

This hotel was the best hotel I have ever been to. All the rooms are cozy, large, and room temperature. Since I bought the Triple Play tickets while staying, I headed to the water park and laser tag everyday. I loved how the two are connected because it makes it much easier to go to the Triple Play Center. You could even go there without socks or shoes! The water park is quite large. I would definitely come here again! :)

This is not the destination if you don't have kids. But if you have kids this place is awesome! The hotel supplied us with over 20 towels, extra coffee, etc. The staff was very young, but they were courteous and help. There are lots of other families who understand what noise level is realistic. Not top of the line, but perfect.

Absolutely a great stay. Very friendly staff and so much to do. Mini golf, go carts and indoor water slides are just a few of the fun highlights. I would highly recommend stay here.

The front desk was slow and understaffed. However, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was extensive.

Stayed as overnight guest at this hotel to allow kid to have fun. She enjoyed the entertainment aspects. Room was clean staff friendly, bed & sofa bed was comfortable.

The staff were helpful, friendly. Clean everywhere. Great parking. Great variety of entertainment. Spaceous rooms. Breakfast choices were wonderful.

Beds were comfortable. Room was on the smaller side but it wasn't really a setback. No fan in the bathroom which was a weird choice but the rest of the bathroom was perfect. Everything worked, the shower was nice. Breakfast was of good quality, not perfect, but still good at the least. Overall, it was a great stay not even including the attached attractions. 4.5/5

Their bait switch pricing techniques suck, just come out and say it is going to cost 50$ a head, and no discounts when any or all outside events are shut down. But that does not give you permission to be a complete @sshole to the kids that are working there, don't be that parent, their just trying to earn money!

I was there with my two young children and we had the best time you could ask for the staff made your stay there unforgettable they were very helpful if I needed anything they were on it I never wanted for anything as for the water park it was a grate time the life guards were grate.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The service is good also, the staff is friendly. The entertainment is excellent with a little that can be done to suit all tastes.

It's alright, the general age is geared towards a younger demographic like you would expect however this does mean that the noise level even when in your room is higher than most would like if you aren't there for the fun park.
