I find this Days Inn by Windom mediocre. The location is good, and its pretty clean but certain repairs need made. For example, the side entrance door doesn't close properly so the door doesn't automatically lock behind you. I feel less safe. The dinning room is very clean and comfortable. The food choices are good, they offer the typical things you'd expect. There are many families staying here and all the staff are friendly. The atmosphere is good.

Best hotel we've stayed in all week. Greeted by ver friendly and helpful staff, VERY clean, great continental breakfast, lots to choose from and they kept it full and clean. Fresh popcorn to snack on during the day and fresh cookies in the evening. I was very impressed, that's saying something because I'm OCD about everything! Highly recommended! Thank you.

We had an issue with an online booking. The manager and staff went out of their way to get our booking reversed and our money back. (We were grossly overcharged a fee for the booking) and made our stay enjoyable as usual. I would give a rating of 6 out of 5 if I could. We go at least twice a year and will definitely go back.

Last minute arrival on a holiday weekend. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, gave me directions to the lake. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. Would stay again.

Location is very convenient to the I-90 freeway. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Appreciated the power on the nightstand with 2 standard plugs and 3 USB charging ports. Free breakfast a plus. Found a special online and payed total of $68/ night. Would recommend!

It was good for a night stay. Definitely cheap. We couldn't close the door all the way without slamming it but the rooms were big! One of the desk clerk people was really rude though and accused us of stuff we didn't actually do (very minor but annoying)

Stayed here twice and it was awesome! Kyle in particular is a wonderful employee. He made us feel welcomed and we had a great conversation.

Very clean and quiet rooms. Really comfortable beds. Decent breakfast. Can't beat the price!

Excellent visit, continental breakfast was a nice variety of choices, and location right off of the freeway was a plus. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity became an option.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, the check in was pretty smooth, and the hotel did allow us to bring our dogs which was nice. Overall the staff was nice enough. Although on our last day we did encounter one of the rudest front office employees… very short and rude to every costumer that approached her. Because of this person we will not be staying again.

Nice big room with lots of space. Decent size bathroom too. Front desk girl was nice and friendly. She offered us fresh popped popcorn and fresh baked cookies. The hotel offers sausage and eggs with other options like cereal and waffles. Also with ur room key you can go to Outback steakhouse that is right up the road and get a free bloomin onion. Overall decent hotel for the price.

Clean, lots of hot water. Heater is a bit subpar. Blankets too thin. Pillows too hard. Mattress okay. Breakfast is good, omelet and sausage in addition to the usual carbs.

I’d be leaving No Stars if the option was available! Traveling into town for my father’s major surgery. Made a reservation, and checked in late Saturday night. Natalie was the rudest, most unprofessional individual I’ve ever been so unfortunate to cross paths with! There were issues with their system, and several of my cards were declined. Not possible. And rather than being apologetic and trying to resolve the issue, I was met with a “Well, what am I supposed to do about it? ” I ended up leaving extremely frustrated, exhausted from traveling all day long, and with the manager’s card in my hand. By far, the WORST customer experience I’ve ever had!

We had a problem with Expedia, and the front desk gal Natalie R. Was super friendly and very very helpful. The rooms were very clean. The whole experience was pretty good. The only problem I would say is that the breakfast wasn't all it should be and that the heaters were a little loud.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful staff! We loved spending our Anniversary here in there King Suite! Huge and very very nice! We are coming back. Oh, our hotel guest relations person that checked us out was also the best. He made our day!

Pretty standard hotel. I'd recommend going to 'Fire' for dinner its nearby and very good.

I wish I could write a review about my stay here but frankly my experience never got that far. I called a little over a week ago to find a place for my mother to stay for a visit and was told that because she would be staying for a week they would offer her a discount. Yesterday my father called to make the reservation for her only to be met with the rude front desk lady who quoted him a MUCH higher price then I had been told and that they DO NOT offer deals for a stay of a week. I called to find out why he was told something TOTALLY different then I was and was met with an extremely hostel lady who I can only guess is new considering her lack of knowledge of their computer system. At first she tried to tell me the same thing she told my dad but quickly changed her tune when I brought up the price that the very kind and helpful gentleman had previously given me and she agreed to honor the price that I had been given first. Since it was my father that was trying to make the reservation I told her his name and that he would be calling her in a moment. Shortly after I got off the phone my father contacted me to let me know that the lady would only honor that price for ONE night not for the whole week like she told me. That was the point that we decided to go elsewhere. Now I while all this was frustrating and seemed very shady it was the ladys snooty attitude to both me and my father right off the bat that really ruined my experience.

After returning from our day trip housekeeping had been in our room… But the trash cans still were full, dirty towels and wash clothes still on bathroom floor, Empty shampoo bottles still in shower. Not impressed with housekeeping! The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful!

This place atmosphere breakfast and sleep were absolutely top notch. Thank you so much.

Basic hotel. Good location. Rm 132 very noisy on bottle. Can hear upstairs shower. Good hotel for the price.

Adequate for the price. Wasn't dirty or gross feeling. Breakfast was ok, coffee not bad, and they served fresh chocolate-chip cookies in the evening. Location is great for kids. Should be noted that currently there's no elevator so if you have lots of baggage or kids, request a bottom floor. I would stay here again.

Staff is professional, helpful and courteous. Lobby and reception are clean and open, and free snacks are provided for guests. The rooms are very clean with all expected amenities. We stayed Memorial day weekend and the price per night was not raised to extort vacationers. Overall a great hotel experience for travelers on a budget.

The front desk attendant was amazing, super friendly and helpful. There were cookies and fresh popcorn when we got here. The room is clean and the breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bathroom looked great and the complimentary breakfast was awesome. The only reason it did not receive a 5 star was due to the lack of a swimming area; Pool, hot tub, or jacuzzi. Thumbs up!

We had a spacious, clean room. It was right beside the exercise room but no noise even when people were on the treadmill. Breakfast was pretty good but there was a big crowd there since it was a Saturday morning. Far enough away from the interstate so the noise did not bother but close enough to be convenient. We'll stay there again.

The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy but the continental breakfast was lacking.

It was a nice stay. The breakfast was mediocre and they need new cribs available, but otherwise nice.

Super clean and spacious room with a very comfortable king sized bed. Check-in and fast and easy and staff (Meghan? ) was super friendly! Can't go wrong with this place.

Easy access to I-90. Very soft, comfortable bed. Great shower… nice pressure. Yummy breakfast… wonderful start to our day after a great nights sleep. Very quiet and clean too!

Everything is very clean. The service is good. It was a little difficult to find.

Friendly staff, great WIFi, comfortable room, better than average breakfast, decent price. What more could a person want in a hotel?
