This place is amazing and the people here are very friendly and kind! I highly recommend this motel for sure and we will be returning in the near future!

The pool area was very nice.

We loved staying here so much! Friendly, generous, and down right wonderful staff! Perfect location to head down to the lake and/or Silverwood theme park. The staff was very professional as well, during Covid-19. The hotel is very clean and the complimentary breakfast was perfect. My children loved the pool and jacuzzi too! We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic week there the staff is wonderful and very attentive, they even brought milk and cookies to our room. The rooms where clean the beds comfortable, they even have shuttles to the resort and downtown area, loved my time there with my husband for our anniversary. Great big thank you to the staff you are all great!

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and quality of this hotel. We’ve stayed at many higher end hotels and this one gave them all a run for their money. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on and the room was immaculate. The restaurant was great and two free cocktails on check in capped off a great stay.

We came to Coeur d'Alene for our second anniversary after we were disappointed a little in our first anniversary trip to Coeur d'Alene with the weather and Resort staff. This hotel made it so great! We were able to stay in the suite two nights instead of just the one we had scheduled, and they gave it to us for the price of the room we were going to have that night. The staff was super friendly and we felt very taken care of with all the amenities. Would stay here every time we come to town!

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet itself is a most definite 5-star! The selection is amazing, made-to-order omelettes, fruit bar, waffle bar, 5 to 6 hot dishes of eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. There’s something for every taste! All breakfast staff are super friendly and attentive. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is because our fridge didn’t work, therefore we lost some food items, and when we told them about it, they didn’t replace it right away so we couldn’t use the fridge for a couple of days. They did give us a room discount because of it, so at least that was nice. We will most definitely use this motel again.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful little walkway directly out to the pool area. The pool was covered (perfect for the hot sun), but had multiple doors open to the patio area where others in our party could visit within speaking distance. There was also an option for ordering poolside food and drink service. We didn't take advantage of this during our time there, but we did see other guests visibly enjoying it in the other comfortable seating areas nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Have always had a wonderful stay here. Last night however, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly and the room we ended up in had a bit of an uncomfortable mattress. I know this doesn't sound 5 star review worthy, but let me tell you why it is… we have always had great customer service with Best Western in general, but this morning exceeded our expectations! I went to the desk to explain what we had experienced overnight, and without hesitation, they made things right. This to me is what makes an establishment worth a 5 star rating. It's easy to say when everything is perfect (and it usually is here) but it's how they handle it when things aren't so perfect is what in my opinion speaks volumes. Will always stay here when in town! Thanks BW!

Best Western Plus hotels have proven to be consistent with their clean rooms, good food, price point and availability. We have been very pleased with the size of the rooms, and amenities. Beds are always comfortable and have plenty of pillows and light. So far very satisfied. Would definitely recommend the PLUS HOTELS for any family or friends.

We stayed here for one night and it was very nice. They have great breakfast… the staff here made sure they don’t run out of food. The rooms are very clean. We also had dinner here and it was amazing! our waitress was so nice and friendly. Great service!

This was our first stay. It was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The breakfast potatoes were the bomb. The make your own waffle and cereal satisfied my son. They had lots of healthy choices too. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay so much, we stayed on our return trip home.

This is a very nice hotel. The pool and out door area are great. The rooms are very nice and clean. It had one of the best continental breakfast we have ever had. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in a room with direct access to the pool and courtyard and it was great.

We got a great deal on a small but very nice room. With the included hot breakfast, we could not have been happier with our stay. The restaurant and bar in the hotel is also very nice. Great food.

This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional decor, amenities, cleanliness, wonderful rooms and the best breakfast ever and all for a very reasonable rate. The staff is very well trained, efficient, courteous and friendly from the top to the bottom. What more could you ask for. Oh. A Sportsbar?. Yes they have a great one too.

Attended a seminar there. Have eaten at their restaurant called Mulligan's several times. Try the fish & chips. Had a meeting in their bar. Which offers happy hour food specials. Easy to spot from traffic on Appleway. Wheelchair accessible, handicapped parking. Good for groups, or to dine alone.

We had a very pleasurable stay at the Best Western, Coeur d'Alene Inn. Upon check-in, we were quickly greeting by friendly staff who had us checked in within 1 minute. We traveled with our dog on this trip and they had a "Pet friendly" room ready for us, as well as a little gift bag for our dog which included a stuffed animal and doggie treats! The room was so nice I couldn't believe it was pet friendly. Absolutely beautiful and no signs, (or smells), of any previous animals. The room was extremely nice! At check-out, another very friendly staff member helped us and, once again, we were done within 1 minute. We had breakfast at the complimentary restaurant area. The whole area of presentation of food was extremely clean and shiny. The food was very good and was served buffet-style. Plenty of everything. Coffee was great also! We will, without any hesitation, stay at this hotel again and again when we visit family in Coeur d'Alene. Thanks Best Western Plus, Coeur d'Alene Inn!

We had a wonderful time staying there for Valentine's weekend. Pool and hot tub area was very nice and large. The continental breakfast was very nice and a nice variety of choices. Staff was very nice, helpful and always had a smile. We did not not even have to leave the building. Their restaurant Mulligans was excellent. Thank you looking forward to staying there again.

My husband and I stayed at Best Western Plus in Coeur d Alene, Idaho. When you walk into the lobby, it’s beautiful. Conveniently there’s a restaurant and a bar and grill right there inside the hotel. It was cold and snowy and we didn’t have to go outside to dine. Every time we’ve stayed here, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. If you ever stay, make sure you get Dan as your waiter, he’s awesome. You do not have to stay at the hotel to come eat at the restaurant. My husband and I have also eaten there on nights that we just wanted a night out eating good food. We have brought our dogs with us before and we were made to feel they were very welcomed. The rooms, and the bathroom inside the room, are beautiful. Overall experience is always outstanding.

Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival. Clean, quiet rooms. Good food at the restaurant. Good service at the resturaunt and bar. Check out not until noon was appreciated! We will definitely stay here again for a quick weekend get away!

Very beautiful rooms. Spotless and clean. The restaurant was wonderful and the food amazing. Staff was mist attentive and friendly. Not what I expected and am sorry I have overlooked it so long!

The hotel was clean and beautiful. There was a really cute walking path outside that was festive and relatively private. The service was okay. There seemed to be no menu available for drinks and the server answered a lot of questions with "I don't know". The main course at the event I was attending was extremely underwhelming, but they did serve delicious huckleberry cheesecake for dessert.

The staff makes it all worth it. Stayed here after reading all the good reviews. Nice room as it should be for the price. SUPER dog friendly. Good breakfast and coffee. Asked them to move me and snap! No problem. I’ll likely stay here on my way back though.

Wow. We loved this place. Room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Every staff member was over the top nice. And the breakfast the next morning was WAY BETTER than any other continental breakfast at a hotel. Highly recommend!

Easy on and off the 95, close to gas stations and restaurants. Lots of shopping up Hwy 90 and some great trendy places down towards the lake. The B. W. Plus was clean and well maintained inside and outside. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Lots of good food items, hot and cold to choose from.

Was not the best experience. Stayed there on the way to Washington. The room I had had an oder. It was like the sheets or pillow cases were not changed from the previous guest. Luckily I had a double bed room. Slept on the other bed, but the oder still lingered. I was told by my co-workers that the breakfast was great. I didn't bother with it cause I was over being there. I was just too tired from a long drive to complain.

Right off the Interstate, but near the Lake and downtown — best place for a vacation, business, or a Conference! Every amenity you could ask for, including a great indoor pool, breakfast buffet, full Restaurant (try the BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich) easy parking all around the building, and friendly staff!. Summer or Winter — this is a great place to stop!

Food was hot in the morning! Breakfast style buffet, and delicious. We had conjoining rooms with a couple other friends and we just hung out with the doors open. The courtesy of the front desk staff to be able to book us these conjoining rooms was much appreciated. Great stay and restful sleep!

Everything was great! Rooms were stocked and cleaned. I'm a very picky person when it comes to room cleanliness. We stayed so we could enjoy scarywood and had a great time. The pool and hot tub could have been a little warmer but it was agreeable. The breakfast was, in my book, top notch for a Continental buffet. I would recommend the inn to anyone who wants a pleasant easy stay.

Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated interiors. Staff was helpful, rooms were VERY quiet (road construction and freeway — could not hear any of it), convenient to freeway. Great beds — good breakfast. We slept well after a long day of driving.

The location is convenient and easy to access from I90, as you drive through Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The rooms are nicely decorated, with a mini fridge, microwave and nicely sized TV. The beds are comfortable, and the selection of pillows was nice — firm or soft were both on our bed! The variety of food for breakfast was nice. I had to ask for a staff member to heat the oatmeal, as they had not added enough liquid when it was made and it was a solid lump, to which I had to add a lot of milk, which was cold, and therefore made my oats cold. Blech. I suggested that they add a variety of grab and go fruits, as usually any Best Western hotels where we stay have 3 different kinds of grab and go fruit (apples, bananas, oranges) but this location only had red delicious apples. (those aren't delicious) The rooms are well insulated, and we couldn't hear any fellow guests, which is a plus. I recommend this hotel.

The staff are so friendly and help you with the littlest of problems. Had dinner here in the restaurant. The choices are fantastic. Both meals so far were excellent. Leaving on Monday. We will definitely stay here again. Our waiters Owen on Friday nite and Erin on Sat were far above excellent. Very friendly made you feel like you knew them forever!

If you would like to be able to sleep at all, do not stay at this hotel. Large gaps under the door enable you to hear everything in the hallway. I notified the front desk and was told they hadn't heard that complaint in 6 months and made me feel like it was just my issue. The gap is large enough that they can easily slide a full newspaper under the door every morning. The breakfast was cold and dirty and I asked for coffee at 9:15 (15 minutes before breakfast service ended) and was told there was no reason to make any given the time. Not a good experience at all.

Older exterior building. However, interior room renovations help make it feel comfortable inside. The Front office staff if very positive, helpful and enthusiastic. Pool is a basic square pool, heavily chlorinated, but the sliding glass door covering makes this a nice environment to sit in while the kids play in the pool. The breakfast was awesome, especially the omelette station! Good last minute place to stay. Price was a little high considering so close to the highway noise.

This hotel was beautiful and very updated. The pool area was out of towels when we arrived, but they were restocked within 5 minutes of being notified. We also requested a rollaway, but it wasn't there when we arrived. Housekeeping brought it to our room very quickly after we called. The free breakfast in the morning was great. Tons of options and lots of food available.

Very clean and glad there was a restaurant and lounge in the restaurant after a long day drive. Spa area was clean and very relaxing. Very comfortable bed and I loved the Ihome in the rooms so I could listen to my music as I took a shower. Not impressed on paying $20 for a movie though but that might be a on-demand situation. Plus they did give me free coffee at the restaurant cause my Kuerig wasn't working in my room. All around it was a great place to stay and I'm very thankful we chose this place and for it being the host hotel for the 2017 Men's State Bowling Tournament.

We chose this hotel for a 3 night stay because we've stayed at other Best Westerns and they have been nice. This one wasn't. Our room was ok but it looked like some had a shaving party in both beds. One was covered in what looked like pubic hair and the other bed full of long hair. Front desk said no one was available to change our sheet so gave us a new room. New room was slightly better, but not great. We wake up next morning, eat breakfast, which was cold. Pancakes, biscuits, eggs, etc… all cold. We leave and explore the area all day and come back to our room and can't get in. They keyed our card for one day. We were staying 3. Had to go down to get our cards fixed so we could get in our room. Next morning we wake up, go to the bathroom to wash my face and there is no hot water. Call the front desk and they don't know when it will be fixed because the maintenance person hasn't come in yet. Seriously! Call him in. By the time we got from breakfast the water was hot again, but the employees didn't seem to care. Day 3. No hot water again. Front desk says there is nothing wrong. So glad we are leaving today. Would never stay here again. You should never stay here either. Over priced dirty hotel.

This hotel is nice but certainly not up to a standard that would justify the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly but the view from one of our rooms was blocked entirely by a concrete wall and the food at the bar leaves something to be desired.

Above average hot continental breakfast, good location, rooms are nice, there are plug-ins for gadgets (phones), restaurant, bar and grill in hotel, my room had no computer desk (odd),

This hotel provided maximum safety and control of the healthy environment that has many attractions such as a pool and a hot tub with a lifeguard. Breakfast was complimentary and was delicious. Room service cleaned nicely and made our beds in a quick orderly fashion. Overall our stay was outstanding.

We got there and there was plenty of parking and great food nearby. The front desk ladies were knowledgeable and gave great advice. Rooms were modern, clean, and not alot of traffic in the halways. Only there for one night but it was a great stay.

I was traveling to Seattle, Washington and was looking for a place to stay for the night. And when I Google hotels, this one came up. It was a nice hotel. Kinda pricey, but, the room was clean and the staff was nice compared to other hotels I stayed at on my journey.

Beautiful, well appointed rooms. Great food in the restaurant. Thrilled we could bring our dog and cat here.

Do NOT book this hotel because it is a waste of your money. I booked this hotel and paid over $200 for one night just to find out that I could have stayed at The Davenport 20 mins away for a $40 price difference. The Davenport is an EXTREMELY nice hotel with nothing but high class amenities. The Best Western offered a cheaply decorated room, toiletries that I could have purchased at Walmart and a toilet that ran all night long. My family, friends and I travel to CDA all the time and I will NEVER stay at this hotel and will highly recommend avoiding it. Total rip off!
